Best Faucet Installation in Austin TX

Felt very comfortable with Brad and his assessment of my issues.  He was honest and was pointed out what the problem was and how he would recommend fixing it.  I didn't feel that I was being over charged or things were being added as I have felt with other plumbers in the past. I will recommend him to others and call him in the future.

Quick response. Timely visit. Clear explained what was the issue and what was needed to fix. And they fixed the issue in short time. Very happy with the service and results.

I saw all the great reviews on yelp, so I gave Blue Dragon a call.  

I got a hold of Gilbert while he was on vacation in another state.  He still took the time to listen and diagnose the problem we have and gave some referrals since he cannot do it himself.  He is super friendly and outgoing on the phone.

Second call placed for other drains. This is a brand new service.

Same amazing service. We had Allen out again, he worked diligently to clean my wife's shower pipe and sink pipe, fixed the detached stopper, and cleaned our kitchen sink pipe in the add-on building.

Obviously it was more expensive, but like the last service, this was well worth it on pipes that probably haven't been serviced since they were installed decades ago. There is a reason why Rooter-Man is highly rated, they DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Highly recommend, still 5 stars.

Allen came out exactly on time. We have a 54-year-old house that has the original cast iron drain and the washroom. For years we've been unable to use the washroom due to the pipe not draining.

Also our kitchen sink drained poorly because there was a vacuum created by the clogged pipe in the washroom. Allen used the camera and a snake and determined that there were two large clogs he got rid of those in about 45 minutes and also fixed an exterior faucet. Everything seems to work great now and we are extremely pleased with this company.

The best part is it was only $147 to fix everything. We highly recommend using this company.

This was the 4th plumbing company I called for the same issue, and they were the only ones who could fix my problem, they really listened to me and explained everything that was going to be done.

Had a leak in the water heater closet that showed up. I looked at the pipes and water heater and saw a pipe was leaking and the water going down on the heater and inside it. Called EZ Flow that evening around 7pm and told them what I found and to see if they could have some there in the morning. Greeted with a friendly voice and told them what I found and he said they would have someone there right away in the morning. Emilio and another young man (wished I could remember his name) came by at 830am took a look and gave a price for the pipe fix. I asked about the water heater and he said it is ok, We decided to replace it anyway since it was 8 years old and probably going ta fail soon anyway. Their work was like an artist painting. Everything that they replace was done like they were doing it for them selves. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them for any plumbing needs that may arise. First issue: Spammy text notifications confirming my appointment (6 messages).

Second issue: 2 hours after my appointment was scheduled for (and confirmed 6 times per their spammy app), I get a text saying they would be here in 50 minutes.

Yeah, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Haven't been able to get ahold of Abel after he came out to fix our main valve after the storm. Once he left, we immediately had pressure/flow issues.
Have called, texted, voicemail is full.

Honest. Quick. Reasonably priced.

We first met Jaime about 8 years ago when he was hired by our contractor to do the plumbing for a new addition on our central Austin home.  He did all the work for a new master bath, added a tankless water heater and removed old cast iron plumbing from our 1940s home.  Two years later he came back to reroute the plumbing in our guest bath.  He did great work with both jobs and we never had any issues while we lived there.

In 2019, I referred him to a friend who was experiencing a plumbing emergency at his rental.  My friend was super impressed with Jaime's responsiveness and work and was incredibly thankful to have found an honest, trustworthy plumber to help out during an incredibly stressful time.

And in February 2021, we had a pipe break in our new home after the major freeze.  We were panicked that we wouldn't be able to get it fixed timely since it seemed like everyone else in Austin was dealing with the same issue, but Jaime came to the rescue the next day and fixed the busted pipe.

In the 8 years we have called on Jaime, every single experience was top notch. I don't know what I appreciate the most about him: his professionalism, the prompt communication, the excellent work or how wonderfully nice and pleasant he is. The fact that we have been able to call on him to work on every single home we have owned in Austin really speaks volumes about the quality of his business and his work.  Thank you, Jaime, for always being there for us when we need you. You are the best!!!

I found Jim on yelp after 6 other plumbers were unavailable on a Saturday.  He was at the house in less than 2 hours and got the drain problem solved.  He is also noticed a crack in the drain piping and is coming back to get that fixed.  Reasonable rates and good work, will use again.

Responded promptly, but not a fit (task not in scope of business)

Graham, Andrew, Ollie and crew are exceptionally professional.  They responded quickly to a slab leak and were able to make the repair the same day.  Graham explained the details as he moved through the repair process.  Highly recommend these gentlemen.

I called a few companies, thunderbird was not the lowest, but close.  They recommended the Bradford White unit as a good brand, which is what we replaced and has served us very well.  Mostly I was having the install done because my heater didn't have a drip pan, and my heater was old.

Back to the install, so very professional.  He replaced all the lines with new color coded lines, installed the pan and drain, and of course the heater.  Way more professional than my original install.  And could not ask for a nicer guy to talk to during the install, very patient with my questions.

Mark was very helpful in a) getting me set up for the freeze and b) quickly replacing my ancient hose bibs.

They did a good job. Olvin was responsive, readily available. Installation was hassle free. Quote was reasonable.

I was able to get an estimate for a static test for the drain lines in advance. Scott came the next day with a very short notice (because we had problems reaching the tenants). Scott did the test professionally and sent the results via email immediately. I really appreciate his help and would recommend his service to anyone.

Needed valves replaced in laundry room to washing machine.  Requested quote online and was quickly answered.  Ben came out on schedule, on time, very courteous and professional.  Ben explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost.  Excellent service and now my go to plumber.

I got a quote from Austin Plumbing, but found another plumber who charged a lower amount per hour, so did not hire them.

Geronimo and Sons should be your first call when you need plumbing repair. Allow me to explain why.
Take a minute and ask yourself what you really want in a plumber. If you're like me, you're looking for someone who is:
1. Available -- Usually when your home's plumbing goes south, you need it fixed quickly.
2. Reasonably priced -- Someone who charges a fair price commensurate with the work performed instead of gouging you with flat rate pricing.
3. Experienced -- Someone who will take a direct approach to solving your problem and has the skills and the know-how to do the job right.
4. Conscientious -- Someone who focuses more on doing your job correctly than on getting to the next job.
Does it seem impossible to find a plumber with all 4 of these qualities these days? I thought so too, until I met Geronimo.
I had a slow leak from a rusty pipe on the cold water side of my bathroom sink. Of all the plumbers that I called, only Geronimo consistently had availability within a day or so (#1 above). He was also the only one willing to give me a quote before coming to my house.
When I met Geronimo in person, he impressed me immediately. He quickly identified the problem and, more importantly, he foresaw the potential complications and gave me firm estimates for both situations. His price was roughly 1/3 as much as the other quote I got from a business that uses flat rates (#2 above). He isn't financing a fleet of vans or TV advertising. He's just one honest workman supporting his family.
He asked me if I also wanted him to do the same repair on the hot water side while he was here. I know what you're thinking: Here comes the upsell. Wrong. He said that the only additional charge would be for the parts involved -- no extra labor! And boy, am I glad that he did it. That side was in even worse condition than the side I brought him to fix.
You don't normally consider plumbing to be an art form, but the practiced and skilled way Geronimo wrapped pipe threads and handled tools was a thing of beauty. He worked deftly and carefully, his actions reflecting years of experience and practice (#3 above).
When he was finished and everything was working perfectly, he hung around for a while just to make sure that there were no tiny leaks (#4 above). He was somewhat puzzled when I insisted on doing the cleanup myself. He couldn't imagine not doing it himself.
Geronimo is a super nice guy who checks all the necessary boxes personally and professionally. Yes, he deserves your business, but moreover if you hire him you will get prompt, top-quality service for far less than anyone else will charge you. For the foreseeable future, he will always be my first call, and he should be yours as well.
