Scheduling for the actual work was fast and professional, they got a permit and had the inspector come out in a week for an inspection. Overall a great experience!

Gilbert installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal for me recently;  he arrived on time and did great work.  I always try to learn new things when embarking on a project and Gilbert was incredibly patient with me.  Afterwards, I was able to point out a few other issues (related to how homes are built these days) and he took the time to suggest improvements, which have already been scheduled.  It's always nice to work with professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy what they do;  don't hesitate to schedule Blue Dragon for your project--whatever it is.  But with their stellar reputation, don't wait until the last minute to call!  :-)

We had a clog that was causing water to backup in the downstairs bathtub and toilet. I tried to fix it myself with a 25 foot auger but no success. I called Rooter Man and had an appointment set up for the following morning.

Eddie came out and knew immediately the clog was in the main line. He showed me where the main cleanout was (buried in the front yard), I had looked all over for it. The clog ended up being way more difficult to remove, but Eddie got it cleared out. He even ran a camera down as I watched to make sure we didn't have any breaks. Eddie had to get dirty and definitely went the extra mile. I appreciate his fast and friendly service and will go back to this business in the future.

These guys are awesome. Back in December i came back from visiting family to find out the dope i had watching my dogs while i was gone had been flushing paper towels down the toilet and clogged up the line. EZ Flow were the only dudes that would one, give me the price to unclog it over the phone and 2, could be there within the hour. 20ish minutes later, they show up and went to work. Quick and friendly they were done and gone in minutes. Great business

I own several rental properties and have always found the totally professional and responsive to everything needed. Even when a tankless froze and burst during the big storm they did everything they could to get me a new unit and installed to my tenant could shower and resume some semblance of a normal life  with hot water. I have also used them for new construction and they did quite well also.

I discovered a leak in my main water intake for my house one evening. Abel responded promptly with a reasonable quote and was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hours.  The work was professionally done and Abel and crew were very pleasant to deal with.

I sent a request for a quote from Braulio, and he responded within ten minutes.  He went out and checked the leak at the house and repaired it within the hour.  Now, that's service!  Great price and great service make a super company.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater.  One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad.  Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater.  I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars.  Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing.  He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.  At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.  You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

We needed a replacement for our leaking water heater. Joe came by the same day and installed one, gathering parts from two or three locations to get the job done on a Saturday. Friendly, informative and helpful at all times. Just what we needed.

Had a great experience in having my AC system evaluated for mold contribution. Michael C. was the lead tech who thoroughly evaluated my AC system after an environmental assessment indicated a light mold problem. He did a fantastic job! He showed me photos of what he found in my system and explained everything with very clear detail.

I was very impressed with Kathie who helped schedule my appointment for the environmental concern, and also Michael who provided excellent service.

I would recommend them for any environmental service, as they know what they are doing. I will follow up with their recommendations to fix the mold issue. I also went ahead and scheduled twice-yearly AC check-ups because I was so impressed with this company.

So I don't know about this customer service other reviewers speak of.  I called this company for bath fixture installation on Tuesday, nobody answered so I left a detailed message in the voice mail with the job description and my contact information. I heard nothing back so Wednesday evening i went to the company website and completed the contact request form, again with a detailed message and my contact information, still no response.  I tend to give the benefit of the doubt more than i should and decided to try one more time using the yelp request quote which touts 2 hour response time at 100%, still no reply.  So after 3 tries in 3 days I am finally giving up.  I understand it may have been a small job and not worth their time, i get the weather was bad and they may have been busy but it doesn't take a whole lot of time to just make a quick call or respond to an email or quote request to say hey we are swamped and can't get to you.

Having been previously screwed over by myriad con artists and incompetents in the Austin area, I now ask these professionals if they're bonded, licensed and insured. I messaged Olvin to see if he could help fix the tile job that had been botched by one such incompetent and this was his response. Looks like I found another one.

I needed my front door repaired after someone else didn't do it right last month. Diego told me he could be out a few days later so I set an appointment and waited. Diego arrived on time and identified the issue promptly which had been overlooked and got everything fixed up for me and my tenant.

They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

I had a water leak at my house and they were able to show up the same day and fix the issue!

I tried to fix a clogged drain under a bathroom sink and ended up causing a leak.  I didn't find this until my  parents came to visit and found water on the floor after using the sink their first morning.  Plumber Near Me was able to send someone out the same day!  

The plumber, Dewey, was friendly, helpful, and thorough.  He also helped me with a kitchen faucet issue I had not mentioned initially and then a third issue with another bathroom sink!  The last issue ended up being a simple fix and Dewey didn't even charge for it.  

I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use them again.
