This plumber is only concerned about his pocket book.  Without even looking at the job, he was convinced the cost would be the HIGH price he quoted.  Yeeeahhh, okay.  I'll find someone who is interested in helping the client and figuring out a solution vs. some dude who is trying to overcharge on a whim.

We were moving into a new build home that we had the water softener loop put in during the build and the Rainsoft company ripped us off so much and wanted $$$ to install it in the new home so I was like oh no we found Proven Plumbing and the worked with us since Rainsoft did not send all the parts with the system when they disconnected the system from our old home. Proven showed me exactly what I needed to order and made a 2nd trip out to install when parts came in and still chat less than 1/2 of what Rainsoft wanted so Proven Plumbing Thank You for being a honest reliable company.

Simply outstanding.  I wish all service companies were run like Blue Dragon Plumbing!  Gilbert came out and found the issues, fixed them, and then taught us what to do to solve a few things on our own.  Highly, highly recommended!

Curtis was super helpful and made sure we were able to use our utilities before he left. He wore his mask the whole time which was greatly appreciated.

Came out to give us an estimate. Emailed the proposal, we replied we had a couple of questions but would like to move forward, never heard back (email nor phone). (They seemed very eager though to take $89 for the estimate)

EZ deserves every bit of this five star rating.  They called me to let me know that they could get here earlier then scheduled.  This was a plus because I didn't have to waste my time waiting for them to arrive.  When they showed up they were very professional and fixed the problem right away.  They were also able to replace a disposal that was leaking with a new one that they had on their truck.  They even pointed out some future trouble spots to keep an eye on.  I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

We needed two new toilets installed. Pierre gave me a quote quickly and we were able to schedule service for the next week. The two guys arrived on time and were done with both toilets in less than two hours. They took the old toilets and the huge new toilet boxes away and they swept up the floors in both bathrooms so no mess was left.

I'm not sure where to start but I'll keep it brief and to the point. There is no better contractor that I've worked with in 14 years in Austin. We had a water heater go out right before Thanksgiving and our family was in desperate need of a replacement. 10 minutes after finding Abel on Yelp and reaching out through the app, he agreed to purchase a new tankless wanted heater and be at my house by 9am the next morning. It sounded too good to be true, but sure enough Abel arrived the next morning and installed the heater perfectly. The process, efficiency, and handiwork are second to none. Thank you Abel!

I was so impressed with Braulio!  He responded right away on Yelp and came out the next day.  My water heater needed to be replaced, a couple tub spouts connected and a toilet installed.  He did it all that morning and was done by early afternoon.  He was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient.  He explained everything I'd need to know for the future and double checked everything I was having issues with to make sure everything was in order when he left.  I would 100% hire him again for any plumbing needs.  I highly, highly recommend!  I'm so happy to have had such a hassle-free experience.  :)

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater.  One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad.  Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater.  I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars.  Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing.  He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.  At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary.  You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I called Stan's at 7:30 am and had a service tech before noon. He made the diagnosis quickly, gave me a quote, made the repair, and I'm warm agaiin.  Thanks for being there when I needed you with fast, reliable, and honest service.

Had 9k worth of work done and these guys nailed it. Professional and had it done quickly. They even retrieved my kids toy when he tossed it down in the trench.

Mark was very helpful in a) getting me set up for the freeze and b) quickly replacing my ancient hose bibs.

Olvin did such an amazing job on our bathroom!! He paid attention to all of the details, and even when I asked for a slight change he was super quick to do it and make us happy.

Andrew Morgan and his team (including his little, big brother and dog Molly) were exceptional! I needed to have a pipe scoped with camera to find out where it ended due to drainage issues on the property. Not only did they scope the pipe in question, but four others and walked the property for other pipelines to assess drainage of the land.

Andrew then walked me around the perimeter of the property and gave me immeasurable advice on fixing the drainage problems as well as located piping that could be used as a more viable option (connecting to a 6 pipe drain pipe versus 4 piping). Spent a good amount of time here, the price was reasonable, and the job exceptional.

Hard to find quality and caring companies these days-small business is a plus here-among all the corporate companies taking over.

The best rate I could find and the fastest turnaround time! I had to throw in the towel on trying to replace our shower cartridge myself due to a stripped set screw (I tried everything!). Chesley was professional, prompt
communication, and followed all Covid safety. Definitely our go-to for future homeowner woes!

Geronimo was here on time and replaced my water pressure regulator valve promptly & professionally.  This is a critical piece in any home's plumbing system because the pressure coming to the house is much too high. Geronimo got it done the day I called.

Although I received an immediate response through my YELP inquiry BUT just because I didn't respond to Diego's YELP text (for phone and address - which I didn't see it immediately) he dropped my appointment (which I understand) but when I called and texted to reschedule he told me he was booked indefinitely and wouldn't even try to work out another time!! This is an indication of his customer service!!! Do not book this service!!

5 stars! Will def use them again. Great prices and professionalism. He takes the time to explain the problem and how to fix it.
