Best Gas Furnace Repair in Irvine CA

I've been seeing quite a few TV ads about this company lately and wondered if they're the same company that I contracted with some years ago.  I did a little research and found out that they still have the same owner, Leland Smith, so I doubt that they have changed their business practices.  Be VERY careful before doing business with this company and read all the fine print to make sure you understand it.  Also be sure to ask questions and get everything they promise you in writing.  I was in the Purchasing and Contract Administration field for 40 years and was still fooled by their contract language.  They did everything they said they would NOT do, and vice versa.  (The TV ads are still making the same promises they made to me, so beware.)   They finally gave me a full refund of almost $300 just to go away.

We just had a leaking water heater nighmare, I called Crandall's, Kevin and Joe came over, did a such great job to install a new water heater for us. The work is very well done, we are happy! Big thanks to them!!

We had a very positive experience with very knowledgeable  staff and Carrier products. The scheduling and friendly office staff was outstanding. Our buying and installation experience  was exceptional. Mike was very helpful in the whole process. Had a water leak in the area of the kitchen pipes that my handyman located however said it was more complex and I should call a plumber.  I researched reviews on plumbing companies and called Orange Coast.  Chris was prompt
and went right to work.  He explained the problem to me in laymen terms and where the leak was coming from.  Problem solved and fixed.  Had him come back and flush out my tankless water heater.  He caught some problems there.  I bought a new toilet (40+ yrs old) and he took the old out and installed the new one.  I was so impressed with Chris.  Very professional, very kind (my husband has dementia and very difficult at times) and this man is extremely intelligent.  I have other projects in the near future and will request Chris. He was the best!!!  Thank you.

This company did an amazing job! Due to the crazy rains we had, my home sustained some water damage 10 days before the close of escrow! John was very attentive, gave me an honest estimate  and started work right away. He oversaw all aspects of the job and made sure it was completed on time. Everyone who completed the work were very professional and skilled as well. I would recommend this company for any restoration or home improvement projects.

I had a problem with my bathtub not draining properly.  After several attempts of trying to unclog it myself with a few friends, we were unsuccessful.  We even went through the wall and unattached the piping to try to unclog it.  After being unsuccessful again, a friend referred me to Coast Plumbing.
I started thinking it was a real serious problem in which I would not be able to do myself.  I called for an appointment and was informed they would have a technician out within a few hours.  Although I was not available that day we scheduled for a few days later.
James called me when the technician was on his way, and within 20 minutes he arrived.  I explained what was going on and Jacob, the technician, informed me he would fix the problem and be on his way.  I was thinking since I did all the small things a homeowner would try, I was expecting the worse and have bad news for me.
Well, I was wrong and my worst fears were over with having Coast Plumbing look at and fix my draining problem.  I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed at a reasonable price.  I will refer Coast Plumbing to anyone who asks me if I know of a honest and reasonable plumber.  Most of the time I am able to fix it myself, but this time I just didn't have the proper tools for the job.
Thank you Coast Plumbing and Jacob for your professional job.  Well done and another satisficed customer.  I will defiantly be using them again for future plumbing issues.

No BS. Just excellent service from Dave and Oscar. PPE and safety protocols in place. I can't recommend them high enough.

Our furnace wasn't working this morning, and I gave Stephens a call around 10AM, and spoke to Dave - who was very professional over the phone, asked me questions about symptoms, and let me know he had techs available in the early afternoon. He also followed up with an ETA, which is a nice touch.

Oscar came by a couple of hours later, did some diagnostics, and quickly pinpoint the cause of the problem. He took the time to explain the suspected issue, how the mechanism works, and what the next steps would be. Luckily he had the part needed in his van, and successfully repaired the furnace in less than 45 minutes.

Oscar also stuck around for me to re-install my wi-fi thermostat, to make sure all was well. He also answered my HVAC maintenance questions. He's a good guy!

Look, my only goal this morning was to get the heat back on by night time, so that our baby would be comfortable. Stephens fixed the problem, while exceeding my expectations.

Yesterday, our entire main line became clogged.  It occurred in the afternoon and we had an urgent medical appointment to attend.  Eric and Alex were able to come out and fix the problem after our medical appointment,  The office staff at Biard and Crockett worked diligently to accommodate our circumstances and, as always, the technicians did a wonderful job.  They saved the day!

Alex saved our day!!  Our AC broke in the middle of the night during a time when temperature was 110 outside (in Irvine). We called so many services (on a Sunday) to come and fix our AC on the same day.  Alex was one of the guys that called us and it just so happened that he is only 5 minutes away from us.  He replaced our AC capacitor and fixed our problem in less than half an hour at a reasonable cost.  Thank you!!

Felipe did our AC maintenance . He was on time, professional, and very efficient. He took pictures of all the parts, explained his recommendations, and provided detailed estimates without any pressure. Highly recommended!

I won't call or refer them for any future estimates.  Extremely high priced compared to other plumbing companies and dishonest communication.  I'll leave it at that.

Henley's came to my rescue during a heatwave in the IE. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They replaced my air conditioning unit and furnace in one day with no mess. The team was rewarded with haagen daas ice cream after the job was completed . The cost was reasonable. I have already recommended their services to my neighbors.

Absolute Airflow did general maintenance on my HVAC system in my newly purchased home. The made sure everything was running well, did additional repairs, and offered different tiers for additional options. We chose the one that worked for us without any push and now have way better cooling in our home. Will definitely use again.
