Best Gas Furnace Repair in Irvine CA

So I just had Miguel the technician come out to unclog our kitchen sink line, and I have to say his service was excellent. He arrived right on time, he did all of the usual prelim stuff like put out the doormat, put on gloves, mask, booties, and he cleaned his tablet right there in front of me. When it came to cleaning out my drain line, he spent quite a bit of time snaking it past numerous stoppages for what looked like 60-70 feet. He would back it out then re-snake any time he hit a stoppage. Once he was done he came into the house and had me half fill the sink then drain it with the disposal on to add a pressure flush to the drain. I have never had a plumber do that before. Miguel was very professional and courteous, and I am very satisfied with the work he did.

Called back fast, did a great job on the tankless repair, reasonable rates. I was worried, called them based on the multi-star internet reviews.... but they are very nice and I an very happy I found them!

Very efficient and responsive service. Didn't try to scare us and didn't get to convince me I needed. 10k unit off the bat. Did an evaluation for free. Honest and professional. 5 stars for sure.

The absolute worst service experience of my life, had a simple restrap water heater request from a house inspection, they wanted to charge upwards of $600, negotiated down a bit, the tech left, I cleaned up after him, went to the shower had a cold one, thought that the tech forgot to turn the pilot on, no, they damaged my water heater, the pilot doesn't even work now, I have no hot water, wasn't even provided an invoice from the point of purchase.  Absolutely worst service experience and they don't have the decency to send someone over right away, they give me a window hours away.  It's one thing to be expensive, it's another to not be decent.

Manager Mark is too busy to take my call and discuss the damage his plumber caused to my water heater needing to call another company to replace.

I've worked with John several times and he is a stand-up guy that is very personable.  He is definitely in the right business as he does care about the client.  He installed an earthquake shutoff valve, Moen Flo and a Halo water filter at my house and did a phenomenal job.  I would highly recommend him to others.

I had a late night plumbing emergency, they responded faster than any other company, did an amazing job and earned my future busniess. Can't recommend enough.

Got a new property and had Stephens install an entire A/C system and furnace(my home didn't have any previous A/C system) after getting different quotes decided to go with Stephens. Omar was very informative and explained the whole process and different options we had when he quoted us. Rob the installer was great and professional and Miguel ran a new gas line for the new furnace. The whole crew was very professional and very, very clean when working on my home.

What you get here can't be touched by the big box stores. Greg and his crew are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys you'll meet and they have been a staple in the community for many years. There wouldn't be anyone else I'd trust to work in my home. If you want to waste time trying to learn how to DiY or expect them to hand out hours of free advice then shame on you.  Go do that at a major retailer with some 18 year old kid, And remember, If you think a good plumber is expensive, try hiring a bad one.

Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County. If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy.

Second time I have used Santa Margarita Plumbing and Air for a plumbing issue. Randy came out to our home on a Sunday and inspected the problem. He told us our options and gave a estimate of the scope and nature of the repair. The next day he had  his technician at the house ready to work. The work (slab leak) was completed timely, professionally, right on the estimated price and as clean as can be!  They made a bad situation easy to deal with and the price was reasonable. BHI was great! Leo took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done to have my air conditioner working at an optimum level. He then showed pictures after replacing each part. He was quick and responded to my questions. I'm very pleased. And the price was good!

Donovan came out to service our AC unit. He was professional, friendly, and supper clean. His work was nice and clean, and what was nice was he explained everything he was doing.

He will be the tech we request on any future maintenance calls .
