Annual A/C maintenance. Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. Advised me on the issues and explained the repairs required. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

Excellent work and great service. We had a slab leak and had our house re-piped. Crandall's plumbing worked with my insurance company to get the job done quickly.  The crew was very professional and kept our home clean. I will refer them to friends and family in the future.

Had service completed on an AC / HVAC system. I had an issue with the heat not coming on, so I called my home warranty company and they sent complete comfort and maintenance. Another AC company installed a replacement motor beforehand improperly connected the wiring. Jeff came out and inspected the system and discovered it was just a loose wire. He reconnected it and charged me a small service fee. I'm pretty busy and was glad he got the job done right then and there without lengthy delays, outrageous fees and taking me for a ride. Jeff was courteous, professional, and honest. I would call them again, even outside of the home warranty. Thanks Complete Comfort for the professional service.

We have used Orange Coast Plumbing over the years for small tasks up to a burst pipe.  Each and every time they have been prompt, good price, and great work.  Their people are extremely professional, skilled, and personable.  This last time was on a Sunday!  Our kitchen sink faucet blew flooding the cabinets under the sink.  Dottie the dispatcher was very professional and got someone out to us in a few hours.  James, our technician, was above and beyond super!  Took care of our problem quickly, cleaned the area, and gave us some great preventative recommendations.  Thank you so much Dottie and James for taking such good care of us.  Once again, Orange Coast Plumbing lived up to its terrific reputation!

John from Andreas Fault Property Services was so helpful and responsive. He was also really knowledgable in more ways than just the general inspection. He made a few referrals to other professionals to help us get some information about other areas of the home we wanted to know about.

I had Coast Plumbing out again today. I called at 7 this morning and by 8:20 the plumber was here. Much to my delight, it was the same plumber as last time, Shane. He did such an outstanding job the last time he was here - I was so excited that he was the one to help me today. Once again Shane did a great job. Not only is he sweet and nice, he is very helpful.

If you ever need a plumber definitely call Coast and ask for Shane. I promise you won't be disappointed. Like I said before, I am very picky and would never take the time to write a review and give it five stars but because of how great Shane and Coast Plumbing is I just had to do it.

HG Home was great for me! They were able to come out same day within a couple hours of me calling and resolved our HVAC issue. Highly recommend using them for anything you may need.

These guys were great! I had called a bunch of places and no one would come out till monday (it was a friday) but these guys had a guy come out the same day and he was honest and very quick and he did a great job.

I went here in search of a faucet adapter so I could hook up our water filtration device. The fellow that helped me made a sarcastic comment at first but apologized immediately after he saw the look on my face in reaction to his comment. Since I had been to Lowe's Home Depot and the other plumbing store down the street already, I was in no mood for a sarcastic comment. In the end, this fellow was thorough I had brought both the faucet attachment and the part from the existing faucet so he could fit them both. Within 5 minutes and just $3 later, I left a happy camper. When I got home and installed the adapter, it fit perfectly and now I can drink yummy water. So I like this place. I'd go back for any other plumbing needs.

Let's get straight to the point. I think there are a s*%^load of people in this industry who are ready to rip you off and scam you when it comes to air conditioning repair.

Alex, the guy who serviced our unit is HONEST AND FAIR PRICED, which is freaking rare to find amongst all these scammers out there

Our unit was not cooling. He immediately found the problem and went straight to fixing it at a fair cost, unlike those dudes that tries to upsell everything that
could be wrong with the unit

You want someone that works hard and honest for YOU and not themselves preying on your situation, then he is the guy for you. Trust me. You will be happy and relieved that there are some good people out there still. Thank you for your help Alex and friend!

Kept calling me giving excuses why the guy wasn't here yet after the 3rd call I finally said nevermind. If they don't value potential customers then why even bother giving them business.

I used to use yelp for just restaurants and food places but lately I have started to use it for services and came across this plumbing company!!

They were FANTASTIC!! From the start I called them about an issue I was having at the house with our crazy toilets we have and the smell that was coming out of it. They were very educated and friendly on the phone and very quick to help me with scheduling a time around my busy schedule to actually meet them at the house!

They were on time and very professional!!! They were so friendly I was honestly surprised! They knew what they were doing and found out from talking with them that they do a lot of commercial and state projects as well not just residential which definitely made me feel more comfortable using their services! They again were very knowledgeable and helped with the plumbing and toilet situation and even gave tips and tricks to hopefully never have this situation again. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs!!

Trust me you won't regret giving them a call I sure didn't quite impressed compared to other plumbing companies I have talked to!

Sooooooo glad I went with BHI! They came out same day within a few hours. Got here a little early and had to wait for me and he didn't even mind. Alex came out and was fantastic. No pressure and super fair prices. Will absolutely be using them from now on!

So here is yet my 3rd update to my previous review. My clothes weren't drying in my dryer so I called one of those duct cleaning business out. They tried to clean my dryer vent but met with resistance when running from the garage to the outside. They went into my yard and looked behind the AC unit that Absolute Air installed and showed me pictures where Absolute Air installed the lines from the AC unit into my outside dryer vent ! There was an almost 80 % obstruction of hoses running off the AC into the vent for my clothes dryer. It could have burned my unit or entire complex down.They suggested I call the city out to see the work and call the State Contractors Board. I will absolutely be doing this! I will let the State contractors Board and the city I live in take the action needed to finally show the inept shoddy work of Absolute Air. Below is a photo of the lines Absolute Air ran into my clothes dryer outside bent blocking the airflow.
Thankfully I was driving and saw an Absolute Air van in front of a home of a person I knew. I stopped to tell them of my experience with Absolute Air and suggested they call another company. 2 days later this person thanked me immensely because the company I referred them to was $19,000 less expensive than Absolute. I will continue to expose this company until the city and the State Contractors Board takes action against them.

I asked for a quotation to fix my faucet. I received feedback quickly with a reasonable price. Jesse showed up at the door on time and fixed my plumbing problems right away. Jesse is very experienced,  professional, respectful, and friendly. I am sure I will call him for services again for heating, aircon, plumbing.
