Had an emergency situation, needed a plumber before the store would install the new washer/dryer. Paul was able to come by within an hour.
He was not only really nice, he was very knowledgeable about our plumbing in our old condo units. I will definitely call him back whenever we need help. Wonderful company.

Complete Comfort Heating & Air did an amazing job installing my air conditioning unit! My house was built in the 1920's and never had air. The team at Complete Comfort lead by Eric (Installer) came into my home with the utmost professionalism, strong work ethnic, and courteousness that has been unmatched. Eric was fantastic with regard to explaining exactly what they were doing. He also took time to explain the equipment and how it was being installed. I felt very comfortable with the Complete Comfort team as well as confident they were extremely knowledgeable. My home had to city pass inspection. The city inspector told me that Complete Comfort did a great job! It made me feel so good that I made the right decision in choosing Complete Comfort! I had just painted the interior walls and they did NOT destroy them or my fresh paint job. Mike (Owner) was very attentive and easy to reach if I had questions. He is certainly running a well oiled machine. If you need maintenance to your unit, new heating or air don't delay call Complete Comfort today!. .

giving one star to the gal who answered your phone on my particular call. Needed a bathroom faucet replaced. a no problem, no hassle, no cutting involved faucet replaced. i even supplied the faucet. the job took the plumber (will not name him) maybe 35 min to do the install. Charged $300.00!!!!!!! so in other words plumbers these days make 500-600 bucks an hour. do your homework before calling this outfit or ask for a ball park figure. i think they take advantage of elderly single woman!!!!! Would never use them again!

I can't say enough good things about this company!!! I wanted to have an earthquake gas shut-off valve installed on my home. I looked around at various places and decided to try this company since I was impressed with the reviews on here and because I prefer not to give my business to the big guys. John was very friendly and clearly explained everything. He was done in 45 minutes and relit all of my gas appliances. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. They are way cheaper than the competition. He also cleaned up around the gas meter. I highly recommend this company. They will not disappoint!!

Repeat customer-have used them for the past five years-wouldn't switch-ever! Very responsive and usually get same day service and very quick service! Have tried many plumbing services before as we get clogged drains constantly-but once I tried COAST Plumbing and realized that they are very good and affordable, I made my final decision to be a loyal customer!

Great service and Great communication!

I have used Stephens Plumbing at my work location and at home. The personnel that work for Stephens are polite, punctual, and very professional. We have used them for heating/air conditioning, plumbing, and kitchen/bathroom remodeling. There has never been an issue with their work. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them for workplace or home.

Eddie from B&C was very helpful in making suggestions for the predicament I had with regard to what appears to be a broken drain line in the bathroom. He went above and beyond in trying to diagnose the problem.

Alex is solid. Fixed my problem, and didn't try to rip me off. Wanted some additional duct work done and him knowing there was a big heat wave coming, he said let me fix the emergencies, first, then I can help you. Good dude.

The technicians were outstanding. Pedro Rodriguez , and all the other techs that came to my home to install new Unit of AC were very respectful, neat, informative, patient, and above all professional. I am very satisfied with the service and worked they provided. Thank you to the entire team from NexGen. I appreciate the quality of work you provided to me and my family. I look forward to continuing my service needs with your company for years to come.

I have used them on two separate occasions now. I have been very impressed with their level of responsiveness, integrity and skill. On one occasion I requested that they come out an have another look at a previous repair. They made the necessary correction without any hassle or haggle. The previous owner used them for a complete house re-pipe. I have now used them for a tankless waterheater and hydrojetting. They will definitely be my go-to plumber for future needs. Thanks

We contacted Henleys to fix a severely clogged shower drain. They were able to send a tech out on very short notice, and their customer service was professional and prompt throughout the entire process.
Christian showed up on time and provided excellent, courteous service to repair our clogged drained. In addition to fixing the problem, he took time to educate us on how to prevent future issues. Thank you to Henley's for saving the day on such short notice!

Buyer Beware - recommend always getting 3 quotes even if a company has 5 star reviews. I even gave them 5 stars on an initial service visit as the tech mitch asked for one as he said it would really help him out with his boss - but I felt I was being a little overcharged but I needed to get the work done that day and felt the pressure and sales talk from mitch that I was in good hands and getting a great deal - mitch said if anything went wrong within a year that he would come out again to fix things and the money I was paying would all be credited to the next repair if needed - he even gave me his personal cell phone to insure me to call him - he said he added some sealant which probably may also do the job or at least detect where the leak was occurring and I should be okay for at least a year and then I should just repair the leak should it be more trouble later - but my second experience with them only 2.5 months later when my air con failed again backed up my gut feeling that I should had shopped around the first time then falling for since you seem like a great guy I am going to give you a discount today of giving you $2K of work for $1200 if you do the work today.
On this most recent visit (only 2 months later) they recommended to replace my entire air-conditioning system as mitch told me that my system was almost 30 years old and he quoted me a ballpark $10K (for a cheap system) to $20K and then he did a hard sell on me that I probably did not want to do the $10K system unless i really have to but recommended based on his experience $12K - $15K for a better system (my place is only 1500SF). He said he could have someone come out the next day to do the final quote for the system replacement and start the work immediately. He said if I repaired the system it would cost me probably at least $7K (scare tactics that the repair would not guarantee anything and I may need to then again replace my system in 1-2 years) so recommended to go with a brand new system since again my system was 30 yrs old (Hmm?). Then the high pressure sales tactics started with easy finance options, etc. and basically said his sales guy would come out the next day and write up the paperwork to get the new system started asap. Keep in mind this is in the middle of a heat wave.
Long story short- my gut again said that I am not sure if I needed the replacement of my entire system so I did some online research/education of everything the tech told me and through the help of yelp/neighborhood sites called in 3 local reputable family owned HVAC companies to come evaluate & quote me. First one came and after looking around for less than 15 mins asked me why was I asking him for a quote to replace my entire system as he said it was only 10 yrs old - he even made the point that the refrigerant that my system used was not even available even 20 years ago.
I told him that the service guy from Absolute air before him said that my system was 30 years old and showed me mfg paperwork with the number 92 on it that Mitch said it was the manufacture date of my system which I found was bogus. This other company guy walked me through all the date plates on my system, etc. and showed me that my system was manufactured at the very end of 2009 and maybe installed in 2010, was a reputable system, well maintained and should then last at least 20-25 years! He then showed me what was the real problem with a leak in the coil that he said he was surprised that the previous technician could not figure out unless only there to up-sell me expensive services.
Two other local HVAC companies came to quote me as well and I didn't say a peep of the info I now had in case the second guy was incorrect - guess what - they ended up saying the same thing and they all thought that I would be dumb to be replacing a 10 year old well maintained system that they thought may just have a leak in it somewhere (all three even guessed correctly where the leak was in the coil based on their 10 min assessments in the attic space looking at the coil).
When I contacted mitch again he back-peddled very quickly and started making excuses, he immediately cancelled their guy coming out to quote me -hmm I wonder why as I think he knew that this guy would had quoted me that $20K system he was talking about which he probably would had then said he was discounting to me for $15K if I committed that day...similar to my first call with this company for their $2000 service call that they discounted me down to $1200 if I did the work that day. When I mentioned that I would report him to the BBB - he quickly said he was refunding me for my original $1200 that I had spent with them already and the owner would call me. Owner instead the owner sent a text asking me to post a review.

DAY 1, Estimate, visit #1 (unable to access because someone parked at the street drain), visit #2, both backyard drains unclogged and cleaned.
DAY 2, WAIT, there was no Day 2! It was all done in ONE day.
How did ancient golf balls get in my drain?
Great job! Everything running clear. Yesterday it wasn't running at all.
