Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Honolulu HI

I contacted Little Big Plumbing because I wanted to replace the water heater in my condo unit.  Megan answered and was familiar with the condo, knew what type of water heater I needed, and gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Just based on my first phone call, I knew I was dealing with a company that was organized and experienced.

My instincts were right.  The water heater came in before the estimated date I was given.  The plumber was on time, got the job done quickly, and did good work.  Billing was easy and emails were quickly answered. What more could I ask for?  I will be using Little Big Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

My water heater cracked on a Friday night was leaking all in garage. Called Shaka up and 2 hrs they came out shut off water heater to get me through night till they came out Saturday to remove two old 50 gal heaters for new solar friendly 80 gal and re did all new copper lines. Now it looks professional.

Whit at First Class Plumbing has been amazing to work with. We had a complex problem related to a Grohe shower system and he was able to resolve all of it with replacement parts, patience, and ingenuity. Through the entire process he was attentive, provided clear explanations, and most importantly, he remained committed to finding a 100% solution. I finally found a plumber for life.  Shane met me the same day I called and gave me a very reasonable quote.  He was able to schedule me in quickly which was a huge relief.

Due to my job, I needed to reschedule multiple times with Shane, and each time he was very accommodating.

On the day of the job, Scott and Mitchell came on time and were both very professional.  They exceeded my expectations in every way.  The finished the job ahead of schedule, they stayed on point for the quoted price, and cleaned up nicely.

I give Full Service Plumbing a 5 star rating!  We manage over 1000 rental units and deal with a lot of plumbing issues on a weekly basis so obviously we have a lot more experience in dealing with plumbers than most people would in their lifetime.  Jeff and his crew are top notch not only with their knowledge, timeliness, and expertise, but they go out of their way to make sure things are done correctly.  They are highly recommended and a company we have no problem in vouching for!

Do Not Use This Company.  Predatory practices.  I learned shortly after we used them (when I called a new plumbing company) that they overcharged us significantly and also their recommendation for solving our issue was poor advice.  This new company did the same service that Hawaii Drain provided but charged us less than 1/3 of what Hawaii Drain charged.

I sent a message via yelp & it was answered quick. Had an appointment set up for next day. DJ replacement my kitchen faucet quick & even offered to dump the old faucet for me. Excellent customer service! Will definitely use again in future.

Lyle is a life saver. Last week a pipe burst in my lawn and began flooding my front yard. I called the board of water and they told me it was my own problem and it turn it off myself and call a plumber. I was in a panic and got on yelp and EPS was the first result. I called and they could have someone here within an hour which was faster than another emergency plumbing company I called.

Lyle arrived with Kenny and got straight to work. The board of water lied to me because they're the only ones allowed to turn my water off from the street. Lyle got into contact and had someone on their way to come turn it off. Then he got to work digging up and replacing 20 feet of rusted galvanized piping under my lawn. He was there for hours working hard in the sun to get me water back by the end of the day. He did everything he could to keep the quote down and not break the bank.

After the pipe in the yard was fixed I found out the pipes in my bathroom were also junk (just bought the house 2 Years ago) and had to be replaced since no cold water pressure was making it into the plumbing. Lyle figured out what he could do to make it work again since if I'm going to sell the place it needs to work correctly.

I'm a single guy and and all these problems appeared out of nowhere and if it wasn't for Lyle I don't know what would be going on at my house right now. He's given me so much peace of mind and has been so friendly, honest, and helpful I'm so glad I went with EPS in the first place.

I wish I could give the company better words.  Hawaii Drain Cleaning Squad came out for a sewer video inspection.  I paid immediately.  The USB they used was corrupted, and they admitted I was not the first to receive a faulty USB Drive.  They refused to pickup or respond over a period of two weeks after multiple attempts to call, text, and phone. We had no pictures of video proof of the inspection, which was part of the contract.  We scheduled a redo, but they not only failed to show, but had not sent any reason, apology, or followup.  Unfortunately, my experience was lacking in professionalism.  Due to this experience, I cannot trust or recommend this company.  I had to hire someone else to complete the job.

While I am sure you have seen their commercials and heard the familiar phrase If you can see Diamond Head, Call us. Well, just for the record, I am in town, but I can't see Diamond head and I still called them....Based on yelp reviews of course...

Well, my kitchen drain started leaking and of course a shower decides to act up at the same time. In desperate need, I log into Yelp and interestingly enough Diamond Head comes up as one of the top options. So I gave them a ring and immediately found a service time that was to my liking (and within the non-expensive rate).

Our technician came over and quickly went to work and started making the repairs and did so very quickly and efficiently. They carry a lot of spare parts with them which made things run even quicker and more smoother in my book.

The prices are a little on the higher side for the hourly and parts, however for the speed and when you are in a bind, you certainly don't mind that. Plus the service was very good and the staff very professional.

Definitely consider using the next time you are in the need of some plumbing repairs!

Kamaina plumbing are exceptional and my experience with them was great.The guy who came was called Allan and I  can highly recommend him being extremely knowledgeable in the problem we had and is top notch in every way .wonderful trustworthy company.In addition their prices are very reasonable!

Very professional and diligent with covid precautions. We were told that the consultation was waived but I must have misunderstood. The technician Chris was nice, professional and gave us advice regarding the bathroom drain stopper issue. We then had him look at our toilet since it sounded like it was running and he explained we should replace the valve kit. His total estimate was over $300 in which the parts is less than $100 so we decided to try and do it ourselves.
Long story short we had no work done but was charged a diagnostic trip charge of $149.74.
We were shocked & disappointed at the high cost of advice.

Got a decent quote from Jay.  Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm.  Great!  Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again.  No, I can't make it tonight.  No Can I reschedule?  Just silence.  I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone.  I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
