Let's get it right, I did not refuse to pay, I paid for the rough in and was not happy so I told you I was going to use someone else to install the fixtures.
You agreed that since you did not finish my water heater install that that was fine.
As far as the mess up you made with not plumbing out the 2 other pipes. Why would I have you install knobs with settings for those pipes and not want them installed.
If I knew you would not answer my call or texts, I would not have signed your iPad that you hurried me to sign, after I told you that the shower pipe was still too short, you said they sell adapters at Ace or home depot. After I signed your iPad you told me your the best let me know if you need anything.
If this is how you treat your customers then I would still nit recommend you

Shaka Plumbing may claim to be a 24/7 plumbing service but, in my experience, they are not. Our plumbing was backing up into our house. Google helped us to figure out that we should release the main drain at the outside of the home, which is brand new construction btw. Once we released the drain, all the sewage in the house drained out (It was gross; use your imagination here). Our builder even came out to investigate if his plumber was the cause. Nope. Turns out it's the main sewer line and only a professional with an auger will do.
It's 7 o'clock on a Sunday, regular sh*t floating in .... and Shaka's 24 HOUR claim just aint so. Sadly, they're in good company as NONE of the 24 hour plumbers seem to work on Sunday evenings.
Shaka DID call back and said that he would TRY to find one of his guys who could help us. His 20 minutes has turned into an hour and 20 minutes and no answer when I called him back. I'm guessing he couldn't find anyone. And the search continues...

I first hired a handyman who assured me he could handle the job replumbing my bathtub drain to a shower drain. His truck broke down on the way to our job, so he postponed the work for a week. When he finally arrived, he said he couldn't do the job and I should hire a plumber. I then sent out requests to several plumbers on Yelp. Whit responded quickly to my request and quoted me rates over the phone which saved me the usual service fee to just take a look at the situation. He also was available in just a few days, when others were quoting weeks to even look at the job. His bid was higher than two others, but the great reviews and his availability made the decision easy. It turned out to be the best decision. His experience with my building's plumbing saved me more than the extra difference in his fees. He didn't mind me watching his work and explained each step of the process. He finished the job in a few hours and stopped by the next day to test for any leaks. Great guy you can trust to do the work right and at reasonable fees.

For the past couple weeks I kept seeing 535 Plumbing company vehicles on the road. It was like a sign that I would be needing them one day.
After getting home from work yesterday, we found that our second bathroom had a leak coming from the Unit above ours. I quickly called our Property Manager's Office to inform them of the situation. Lo and behold, they referred us to...535 Plumbing!!
I was able to schedule an assessment the next morning. Honestly, I hate when I am given a window for service since I wouldn't know when exactly to expect the technician to arrive. But the representative at 535 Plumbing gave me a time frame between 9am to 10am, a very small window. Unlike other companies who gives timeframes of the whole day (eg. expect a technician to be there between 8am and 4pm only to have a technician arrive close to the end of the day). Anyways, I was so pleased to receive a call from the technician approximately 30 minutes before 9am letting me know he would be arriving soon. Not only did they arrive on time (8:53 am to be exact), they also followed the rules and parked in the Visitor Stall without being told. Some companies don't do this and they end up parking in a stall near our unit! They were nice enough to remove their shoes when entering our unit and they were very polite when explaining their assessment to me (and my husband). My husband was so grateful for their professionalism and 5 star Customer Service that he was quick to pay the bill. I wouldn't have a problem paying them either BUT the leak was coming from the Unit above ours so I had to remind the technician to bill the rightful responsible party.
Other than that minor part, I highly recommend 535 Plumbing and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not anytime soon though lol.

Back in 2017, we received a quote of $250 just to show up at our front door from Steve's Plumbing. We didn't hire them. A year later, my brother actually paid that exorbitant show-up fee because he had a plumbing emergency and couldn't find anyone else to go to his condo. After that, we promised ourselves we would not call Steve's Plumbing if we needed a plumber.
So in October, 2020, when we needed a plumber for our family-owned condo, we didn't know which company to call that wouldn't rip us off and worse. It was a relief when our property manager referred us to Full Service Plumbing. What a great recommendation! Lindsay requested pictures of the leaking shut-off valve to our washing machine so we could get an estimate and so they would know what parts the plumber needed for the job. Joe showed up on time for our appointment, was appropriately masked, worked quickly to replace the shut-off valve and hoses, and didn't leave a mess. After sticker shock from Steve's Plumbing all those years ago, we were delightfully surprised that Full Service Plumbing's bill was reasonable at $209 for all the work done, including parts, and well below the $375 estimate Lindsay had given us.
On April 30, 2021, Full Service Plumbing did work at our house in Kailua. Lindsay was able to schedule us within a week of my call for help with a leaking kitchen faucet. In the days leading up to our scheduled appointment, Crystal called a few times to let us know they had openings in their schedule if we wanted the work done sooner. A change in our appointment wouldn't have worked out for us, but it was good to know they were thinking of us.
Joe was our plumber again. He removed our leaking kitchen faucet and installed the Moen faucet that we supplied. He also fixed the pop-up drain stopper for my Grohe bathroom sink faucet. Joe worked quickly and efficiently. The entire job took an hour and the cost was $204, which included the materials for the pop-up drain stopper mechanism replacement. We consider Full Service Plumbing's prices very reasonable.
According to Lindsay, Joe is their go-to repair/service plumber. He's polite, friendly, professional, and was properly masked while working in our house. My husband is a retired contractor and he always complained about many of the electricians and plumbers who left their rubbish wherever it fell on the floor and expected he would clean up after them. This was not an issue with Joe because he picked up after himself, as a professional should, and left his work areas as neat and clean as he found them.
Lindsay is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Crystal, who also works in the office, is equally nice. We are grateful to our property manager for recommending Full Service Plumbing. We will definitely use them again and are already telling our friends about them.

Our old water heater started leaking and flooding the closet where it was housed. I called about 6 different plumbing companies and all gave varying estimates and days of availability. Only 2 offered to come on the same day and of the 2, Dynasty gave a better rate. They were able to come within an hour and completed the work by the end of the day.
Customer service over the phone was so fantastic -- very friendly and willing to answer my questions. Most importantly, they came during a holiday week and we needed the water heater fixed asap! The technician who came in was nice and I even spoke with the owner over the phone afterwards about a minor issue that was easily resolved. Thanks for the friendly service, reasonable estimate and will definitely reach out again if we have any other plumbing needs in the future!

I had a main line back up that started a day ago. Thought that i would try to troubleshoot it myself but that didn't work out. Mind you, i had been communicating with Jack from last night regarding quote and availability. I was already onboard and then my phone died. I loved the fact that they were willing to come out and fix my problem immediately and that they were conveniently located on Waianae side. I read some reviews that mentioned not many plumbers are willing to come this side and if they did, prices would be $$$.
Contacted Jack first thing this morning and he came out within 30mins. This company really stands by what they advertise on their site. Here's why i say 5

Jack provided me with a quote immediately with the breakdown of costs. On top of that, when he was onsite, he even gave me prices for other services up front. My initial quote was reasonable but because he couldn't fully remove the clog, he charged me less. He really didn't have to looking at how much work he put in, but its clear that he's an honest businessman and very much appreciated.
Clean
Him and his associate were very clean from the moment they entered my home, during their work, up until exiting my home. Shoe booties on, gloves, towel cloths handy... very sanitary.
Professional
Jack responded immediately to my request, knowing that I really needed to be serviced asap. I didn't have to wait for hours from the time i requested for them to come out.

It is apparent that no amount of negative reviews will change this companies poor customer service. We ordered a shower door in July and paid in full $2100 (big mistake). First attempt to install had wrong measurements. Okay stuff happens. We were told new parts were ordered. We called back in NOVEMBER and were told parts just came in and they could install in 3 days. 5 minutes before scheduled time to install we got a call that they did not have the parts sorry that I took off work to meet the installer but they would call when the parts came in. Rescheduled and installer showed up on time but with the wrong parts. Sorry that I took off work again but the installer said he could get the parts as the were off the shelf and come back the next day.installer came back and despite breaking the old door into a million pieces got the shower door installed. The installer Carl ( subcontractor) was continually apologizing ( he was very good). Yet to hear from owner but he got paid in full 4 months ago.

They are not very honest with their estimate and charge you with different amount.
When the lady from their company called me for scheduling the replacement of my water heater and I told her that my heater is located under the stairway but it is wide open and they should not have problem to install it. She said that the plumber will let us know if I will get charge $150 for access fee. However, after the plumber finished the job, they charged us $150 for access fee but did not warn us before he start the job. I called the lady and she told me that the reason they charged us the access fee is because it located under the stairway. After explaining to her again, she changed her story and said that they could not fully drained the heater. Why unable to drain the heater is considered the access fee. RIDICULOUS!!
On top of that the plumber took only about 1 hour to finish the work. SUCH A RIPOFF!!!
Home Depot is considered to add more plumber contractors so that we don't have to go to them. We are in the process to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Got a decent quote from Jay. Said he could be out between 7:30-8:00pm. Great! Asked for pics of my pipes, which I sent, then never heard from him again. No, I can't make it tonight. No Can I reschedule? Just silence. I even tried calling and he wouldn't answer the phone. I could've spent that time finding a more reliable plumber.
