Best Septic Tank Services in Honolulu HI
Updating my rating and adding to my review of Little Big Plumbing because I've used them a third time. My realtor called them to run a video scope through the drain line of a house I am inspecting/considering. Mike and Savea (sorry if spelling is incorrect) came out, pulled up a toilet, and video scoped the drain quickly and answered a lot of questions that I had. Very friendly and knowledgable guys that didn't rush even though it was late on a Friday afternoon. They only charged me for an hour of their time, unlike some other plumbing companies I've used. They also emailed me the video. These are my go-to plumbers from now on. Thank you.

They quoted $130. They did not repair the toilet leak and charged me about $300 for replacing tank parts (flapper, handle) and that was NOT the problem. 29 days later we finally noticed that the toilet STILL had this very slow leak. Blue copper stains were evident that it had been leaking for a long time. Neil and Nick refused to fix it unless they were paid again... $200-300 more?. They said my call was 31 days later and they only warrant 30 days.
I called another plumber who fixed it in 20 minutes with a $130 quote. That other plumber said Shaka was inexperienced and should have known where the leak was. It was so obvious what needed to be replaced. A simple rubber gasket in the copper connection was old and replaced. Leak stopped and toilet works perfect now. I feel that I wasted $300 on Shaka Plumbing plus my time and patience.
I will say that Neil and Nick were friendly and nice. But they do not conduct honest business. You are taking a risk hiring these guys.

I am a long time customer of Pipemasters. Why? Because they are awesome! The scheduler is always friendly and responsive. I get a notification when the assigned plumber is on his way. The plumbers are also friendly and responsive as well as knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. My favorite plumber is George. George is the best! He explains things clearly and obviously knows his stuff.
If you need minor plumbing work done or are interested in trench less sewer lining, call Pipemasters first. I had my sewer lined a few years ago and no more clogged toilet issues!

This evening we had an emergency w leakage under the sink. Originally we called another plumber but no one could come till the next morning. Called J R Service and left a msg, Johnny promptly called back and came within 10 minutes. He did an excellent job fixing and changing parts-couldn't believe how fast and efficient and reasonable. From now on, he will be our plumber to call! Tku Johnny

Called several plumbing companies before I lucked out on 535 Plumbing. From my initial conversation to the completion of the job, every aspect of the process was pleasant and professional. I was especially impressed with Keone Pestano who followed all the Covid 19 guidelines, as well as answered my questions with patience and understanding. He is very knowledgeable as well as efficient and neat, a truly valuable asset to his company!

Never returned my phone call for routine repair work. Will not call them again. Found another plumber who was responsive to my needs.

A homeowner may be where I was. I hope, when they read this review, my experience and suggestions will prove useful.
I moved here from the mainland. Over 15+ years, I'd managed to avoid any major condo expenses. Then my electric water heater died, January, 2022. That put me in a vulnerable position, started a to-do list.
For each item the goals will be the same: I want the most bang for the buck, using quality parts, and getting quality service. Copied information from the old unit and shopped around for price, warranties were comparable. Ordered a replacement online. The local store was out of short length electric units. It became a supply chain issue, new unit shipped from Tennessee, many weeks later.
I didn't know anybody to remove the old unit and install a new one. Got price quotes from multiple sources. It was clear the service would cost more than the new unit. Some quotes indicated the providers were in business to help customers. Very high quotes reflected that these providers were in business to take advantage of vulnerable customers.
Asked around, referred to United Drain Techs. Josiah was the plumber, accompanied by an eager to learn, helpful apprentice. Josiah is experienced and efficient, he knows his stuff, and does fine work.
He drained the old water heater, capped off the connections so there would be no leaks, and properly disposed of it. He picked up the replacement unit on installation day. After 2 months of waiting, I had a reliable unit.
Josiah showed me what I needed to do for maintenance. The cost of services and parts wasn't cheap. The job was bigger than I thought and cost more than I hoped, but in the end you get what you pay for. Overall I did the best I could by calling United Drain Techs.

I needed a sump pump replaced in my warehouse. I contacted four other plumbing companies and none could/would do the the work I needed. One of the plumbers that declined the work recommended Blaine at Performance Plumbing and so I called them. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and told me Blaine would call me about an estimate. Blaine did call later that day asked me questions and for pictures of my existing setup. I text him a few photos. After he priced out the part and the job itself he then called me back with a free estimate which I accepted. The part needed was being ordered from the mainland and took a week longer to arrive than expected, Blaine proactively informed me of this delay which I appreciated. A day after the part arrived Blaine and his employee did the install. It took about and hour and a half and the system was tested successfully before they left. He later sent an invoice for the agreed upon price. Payment terms were net 30. Two weeks after completion and the new sump pump preforms flawlessly. I appreciate the positive attitude and punctuality of Blaine and his staff. I would recommend and use Performance Plumbing again.

Read your reviews on Yelp re: Mac's Plumbing. Called yesterday, and were here the next morning. Good information from David, re: what to replace and quality of products to purchase. This is their first visit, and I am very pleased with their service. David is given well deserved praise on your Yelp reviews.

Emerson's integrity and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I am beyond grateful at how accommodating he was for us. It was a last minute job and he arrived the same day that we discussed the issue with our shut off valve in our home, and he did an awesome job. The pride he has behind his work shows, and he is more than fair with his pricing. I am definitely keeping in touch if we need help with anything else!
Thank you so much again Emerson for helping us out

This place has a very high rating. It also says they will call back within 15 minutes. I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response. Do not waste your time with this company.

WARNING!!! Do not get these guys to even come out! My water heater was having issues. Most common causes is thermostat or heating elements. In the end, I did it myself and works perfectly now.
Anyway, they charged like $45 to come look. Ok np totally understand that charge. I'm not a plumber but mentioned to the guy if it could possibly be the thermostat or heating elements. He totally ignored what I asked and he only comes in with an IPad. Is tapping all sorts of stuff on the screen and says all the hookups is wrong, that type of heater is a piece of junk. blah blah blah. Then shows me an estimate for $3500!!!
I'm like: Wait is this to replace everything? He says yes, so I said no I just want hot water. He says he can change the thermostat only but no guarantees which I get, but geez can you do some sort of diagnostics? He said replacing the thermostat would be almost $1200! The thermostat only costs like $20 and takes maybe 30min to replace! Wtf?! I told him no thanks.
Check this out, he then tells me he can do it on his own for me for $800! Unreal! Still ridiculous and you're on the companies time soliciting business for yourself?! Wow! I again told him no thanks and thought he left. About 10-15min later I go outside and he's still parked in the driveway. He comes out and says: I talked to my boss and we can do the thermostat for $655. What the heck?! I said nope and he looked stunned that I said no and he finally left. What kind of business is this?! FRAUDSTERS !!! They should be called NO Aloha Plumbing instead!

We used this company for the flood that happened at my parents house because they were available to come to the site ASAP. I should've followed my instincts but we needed someone pronto. If I could give ZERO star I would. This company sucks!! They're so nice and helpful in the beginning but once they get your money, they do a shoddy job. Also the communication and coordinating sucks, for the overly price you pay you would think they would make the transition as smooth as possible. I constantly had to bother them to see what's going on. Save yourself such headache and go to a local company with good reviews!

Nate and company were very good. I made an appointment, they showed up and did what we discussed (installed a tankless water heater & scale inhibitor, as well as replaced my water main valve) for a reasonable price in a fairly short amount of time. My go to plumber next time i need one!

I called and they confirmed that they would be at my home at 2:00PM. At 2:15 PM they called and cancelled. They said it was a courtesy call.
I don't think so...I left work to rush home to meet them at 2:00 pm. I lost 1/2 day pay and when I said something the woman cursed me out.
If you are reading this I would urge you to shop else where.

On 8/19/2016, I had a service done to my house. Prior to setting an appointment, I went out and bought a 25' snake but it didn't get the job done. Soo I called RotoRooter and they came down that very day. He explained to me that it would need to be jetted through the bigger pipes but would cost more, at that point I just agreed to it. After the service was done everything flushed smoothly no problem.
It took awhile to make a review because I wanted to be sure it was working good for a few days at least.

This is an update to my previous review: I received a reply from Cooper, President of the company who apologized for not returning my call about the last bill I received. He told me he was writing off the charge which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I had already mailed off my check since I figured they sent the bill, so they must have wanted payment. Luckily when I called them, they said they would void my check and return it to me...which they have. I certainly appreciate their follow up with my issue.
I decided to write a review after using Diamond Head Plumbing several times in the last 12 months. The one word that comes to mind about their service is....uneven. I almost gave them 2 stars but our first time using them was great so I decided to be nice about it They fixed our first problem and even went over and beyond to finish the job. I wish I knew who the plumber was that came out because he was outstanding. However, from there it kind of went downhill. We called them for another problem and over the course of several calls have either had no one show up at their appointed time, no one call us to tell us they are running late or call us back when they said they would. When they did come out after several rescheduled appointments, it took the plumber several attempts to fix our problem (no hot water coming out of shower), and then we noticed another problem immediately after they fixed our shower. The water diverter was popping out of the faucet and falling into the tub when the shower got turned off. I called them back to fix this new problem. It took them about 5 minutes to fix the diverter. It wasn't happening before they came out to fix the hot water, but they were going to charge us $125.00 for fixing it. I called them and explained that this problem occurred only after they came out and touched our shower faucet to fix the hot water problem, and their response was they didn't touch the diverter to fix the hot water so it couldn't have been their fault. Just a bit odd that we didn't have this problem before they touched our shower. The gentleman on the phone was trying to be nice and said he would hold off on charging me and check with the plumber and call me back. I didn't get a call back (again), but about 6 weeks later, I did get a $125.00 bill from them so I guess that's my answer. What do you think, should I have given them 2 stars after all?
