I called to have them come out and check out an issue with my breaker box.  They were on time, helpful and super informative.  While I didn't need to have anything done at this time, I will be calling them when we have any future issues with our electrical system in our home.  I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Exceptional customer service. Paul was responsive, listened to my concerns and the tasks at hand, and if there was a snag due to the existing wires or setup he took the time to figure out the best course of action. I can't say enough how blown away I am with his service and what he was able to get done. He installed a ceiling fan, fixed 5+ outlets and troubleshooted. He also installed a google nest doorbell. Oh and attention to detail was on point. He made sure the doorbell was leveled before drilling. What an excellent job he did and I'm thankful to have him service my home. Genuine person, A+ work and just really exudes the kind of great customer service you think is lost but he still has it. Thank you!!!

I had purchased a light fixture for my dining area and I had texted one person whom I know on Monday and they failed to show. Then on Tuesday the second person handy man failed to show and then I went to Facebook marketplace and found electricians. The one person who said he could install failed to show TWO days in a row. By the time the entire week was shot and I essentially sat around for DAYS I decided to get a five star electrician. I googled electrician on Bandera Road because those key words resulted in some great hits two  years ago when I needed to install a thermostat. They aren't CHEAP but they are reliable and they do a good job and they leave the place nice and clean and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who can't do their own wiring because, frankly, i would have gotten shocked badly had I tried this on my own. I have a son who is very great at electrical projects but he resides in another state. I wanted a new elegant light so I could make a very great Thanksgiving spread under the most flattering possible lighting! The ambiance is absolutely wonderful here in my dining area. I figure that everything balanced out since I got a good deal on the fixture but I shelled out big bucks for installation, and this light fixture was certainly worth the extra expenditure.

I emailed them during the Christmas holiday week. They emailed me right back and told me they were not available and apologized. I was able to continue my search and wasn't stuck waiting on a call. Thanks for the great customer service.

As busy professionals my wife and I don't have a lot of time to schedule things, but when we called your company we were very pleased on the courteous customer service we received. The appt. was set and your crew showed up right on time, installed our new lighting fixtures in our fine dining and breakfast area and the can lighting in the living room and master bedroom. Oh, and also replaced my existing ceiling fan in the living. What a difference it has made in our home. And at a really affordable price. We can see clearly now!!! within the hour the technican arrived  after checking everything  out he told us it was a  blown breaker  .fixed in minutes  with a new part from  lows .
he was on his way to a conferance when we called and as he solved  the problem in a matter of minutes he said there will be *** no charge ***
not many bisiness  give you a free ride expecially  in a emergency situation  like that

They scheduled a time to come out and look at the job before giving a quote. They arrived at the time they said they would. They looked at the job, explained to me what my options were, and quoted a price for each. After I accepted, a time was scheduled within a week to come out and do the work. They showed up on time and did the job in one day. The final bill happened to be less than the original quote.

I called on Dietrich Electrical to install several chandeliers.  My ceilings are 13'  high in the foyer and 11' high in the dinning room.  They were great!

Dietrich came out to view the project and submitted an estimate promptly.  His crew were on time, professional, courteous, and friendly.  They worked efficiently and finished the job quickly.  They cleaned up afterward.

I have had Smejkal Electric working on any electrical problems in my house since I bought the house 31 years ago. Very honest and very fair and reasonable prices. Seven years ago when I had to get a new air conditioning unit for my very large home, I actually got bids from three different companies. (Friends had told me that Smejkals was expensive) So I got four different bids for installing a new unit. Smejkals was over $1000 cheaper than any of the other bids. We have had the unit for seven years and are very pleased! Just recently had them out to repair some bad wiring in the kitchen. Waylon and Glen do great work and have good prices. Thanks guys for all of your hard work!

I needed an electrician ASAP after a small fire in my home in Buda, TX.  Based on the reviews in YELP, I called Bob and explained my situation.  Bob was able to come the same day.  He thoroughly evaluated our electrical system and restored electricity.  His fee was very reasonable.  Bob is a super nice person, and is extremely knowledgeable. I feel much safer after his evaluation.  His fee was also reasonable,  Thanks Bob.

Bloch Electrical had to rebuild our electrical - what a task! They rebuilt our entire electrical system in our 100 year old house beyond expectations. Their  pricing was fair.  They showed up as expected. They made a plan and performed. Their electricians are very professional and kind. Kay and Jr are just fabulous! Could not ask for a better team! We had several electrical projects and Calvert electric took care of all of them, some were complicated and he had it done much quicker than we had expected. Very fair $ will definitely call him back, highly recommend.

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical  concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

Called on Monday 2/3 and requested a quote to install  recess lighting, the person I spoke with took my information and said he would call back later with a time.. never heard from HIM.   I called again to say no one called and when I gave him my information, he said oh I remember you.   He did come out to look at the job on Tuesday  (Big Job), he said he would give me a quote in a day or two.  I asked if he could expedite it because we wanted to install lighting before we installed our new floors he said  I'll have something tomorrow....When I didn't hear from him , I called and he said  I will have something for you in a couple of hours...that was yesterday.  So guess what we went with another company.  For those of you who have businesses , please don't tell a potential client what you think we want to hear, just tell us what you actually can do.   You wasted my time and yours.

Great job of installing two ceiling fans. Very professional, arrived on time and after shopping around, I can confirm it was at a great price.

After talking to Daniella who call her selfthe boss  explained all I needed is an electration to come by and show me where is the PGFI outlet due to no power in couple of my plugs. She said there will be no charge unless something needs to be done which before we do anything we give out an estimate. Literally it took less than couple minutes for the electrician to find the outlet then they wanted to charge me $135 when I called back with complain I spoke to Daniella again who called herself she is the boss of the company very rudely said that you have to pay and this is the charge and hang up the phone.

They are relatively responsive for quotes, but their prices were much higher than the three other quotes I received (from small and large companies). Simon's also quoted extensive work that two other electricians said was unnecessary. It was a big job and the work I ended up getting done was approved by CPS, so I guess I didn't need what Simon's recommended.

Usually, I only get one or two quotes but I am glad I paid extra to get a handful of quotes and found another company I was happy with.

Hello all, I had to install a new meter and pole in a new home in Natalia, TX. After several quotes and speaking with different people I decided to go with Freddy (owner). He wasn't the cheapest but was pretty close to other quotes I had received so he was fair. The reason I chose him it's because he was very professional, on time with everything, & his communication was on point. One thing I HATE doing is paying a contractor upfront for anything bc I have been robbed before but Freddy stated he had to take half the payment bc he has also been robbed. After carefully thinking about it, I decided to go with him anyway bc I felt he was honest. I am so glad that I chose Longhorn Electric bc they were on point. The only reason I give s 4 star is bc I don't like the fact that the pole is right in the middle and would have liked it more to the side of the home. However, that was my fault bc I wasn't there during the time. His wife was with him doing the job and she was very friendly too. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your electric needs.
