Did I a great job. Wyatt seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly. The front office seemed very professional. Fixed my problem on time. Can't ask for any more than that.

There is more than one for several different situations.  Infinity Plumbing definitely is not a company you want to mess with or you will also find yourself posting another bad experience about them.
The seem to have a come back for every situation.
The woman I spoke most definitely condescending, argumentative, name calling, wants to be right no matter what, will cut you off and make you feel like you are wrong no matter what.
BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
They want money for nothing and for bad customer service...dont waste your time

The problem is resolved, which is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. The entire customer service experience was unacceptable, from the 3 day wait time for a broken toilet (because they don't service on the weekend), the customer service representative telling me they can't wait 5 minutes even though I was around the corner, and then the actual plumber coming in, without a mask, who was very unfriendly, make a huge stinky mess, went in and out of the house with dirty shoes, and had absolutely zero customer service skills. Would have rather paid way more for a company who cares about their customers and their job. YIKES.

I only gave this company one star because zero was not an option.  American Home Shield, my home maintenance company, recommended them and I truly wish I had not trusted them to do so. Bobby the repairman seemed nice from the beginning of the service call but he proved not to be in the end. The problem was a leaky shower faucet and he claimed that I needed a water pressure regulator which caused the shower cartridge to good bad. None of this made sense to me from the beginning. The company called me to make the appointment to fix the cartridge...NOT THE REGULATOR....During the conversation I was rudely spoken to by GINA, a very unprofessional employee there.  I had my shower leak fix with a  part that cost $10....yes $10. They tried to rip me off for more than the $70 service charge. By the way I would like to have my $70 refunded.

You see the other reviews. RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. This company charged me hundreds of dollars for work they did not fully complete. They are very unprofessional and do not finish what they start. Now I have to spend even more to have what I need done right. If your warranty company tries to push this incompetent, disorganized, unprofessional company on you, JUST SAY NO!!! Ask for someone else! For your own sanity!

I can't begin to say how wonderful and caring this company is. Scott came out to our house and was so kind and professional. Fixed our water heater and cleaned up after himself. Gina helped me with navigating all the warranty craziness that I didn't understand. She even made me laugh. I just love this family business! I highly recommend them!

II had a hot water replaced under my home warranty protection plan with American Home Shield.  I had the job assigned to Infinity Plumbing since the original assigned contractor was not acceptable due to a previous negative experience with that particular company.  AHS advised that Infinity was a prime vendor so I accepted their recommendation.  Ariel and Brandon were assigned to my job.  They came out and did the assessment of what I needed to have done.  They were prompt, appropriately dressed, very professional, as well as very personable.  They explained to me in very simple terms what needed to be done as far as my hot water heater replacement.  In addition to the hot water heater which required replacement, due to my high water pressure (which was 91), I needed a pressure regulator valve (PRV) as well as an expansion tank on my hot water heater. I had confirmed that these were required upgrades to code since my last hot water heater was replaced over 20 years ago.  They quoted me a price for the upgrades which I checked with other companies and it was very competitive.  Brandon and Ariel 9completed the repairs today and did an absolutely fantastic job.  Every action was completed to perfection and they ensured I was happy with each install before they moved on to the next item.   I couldn't have been happier and I give my highest endorsement to this company (which I don't do that often).  If you have a home warranty repair, I highly recommend that you have this job assigned to Infinity Plumbing and, if possible, ask for Brandon and Ariel--they will do you right and you'll be very impressed,  They're that good!!!  Bottom Line:  You can't beat Infinity's responsiveness, pricing, and professionalism.  In my opinion, that's the winning trifecta of what we homeowners are looking for in a plumbing company.  You won't be disappointed.

Recently had my water heater go out (aka, it spilled its guts dead) and through my home warranty company (AHS) I contacted Infinity Plumbing. Background, Infinity had come to my home a year ago to fix a clogged drain and install a PRV through my home warranty (AHS), so having worked with them in the past, I knew I could count on Infinity. Texted Gina on Sat (even though they were closed) and she had her plumber out on Monday morning. By Tuesday, I had a new water heater, installed to local code (they really are adamant about making sure things are done right - its a good thing). Sure I had some out of pocket expenses for what the home warranty wouldn't cover (bringing it up to code, ~$500), but still less than the $2000 I paid out of pocket last year for the same work on my rental property. Thank you Gina for your great communication, clean and tidy install, and quality plumbing work.

The other reviews are accurate. They came with the intention of denying my claim and then immediately tried to up-sell me.

the worst experience from a customer service point of view this is the second time i had to use this company. i am force to use due to home warranty company. i called company on friday as i was instructed. i advised company medical needs and informed rep i was disable and need service due to therapy. the adviser showed zero concern and advised to cut water heater off and that monday would be the earliest available appointment. i called this morning 8/9/21 to check status and the advisor was very rude yet again. they showed no empathy towards the issue or my condition. the advisor wants to quote policy and procedure which from a consumer stand point means nothing. the advisor states i was rude and condescending and stated i will contact your warranty company to explain and hung up. the advisor then proceeds to cancel appointment without my knowledge. this is the worst plumbing company with the worst rating. if your in the san antonio area please do not !!!!!!!!! use this company

The infinity team was amazing.  They were very responsive and resolved our problem within 24 hours.  The ladies  in the office were very knowledgeable and helped us trouble shoot the issue until the plumber was able to get out to us.   The plumber, Scott, was super knowledgeable and got the job done in a courteous and professional manner.  They did not try to pressure us or up sell a bunch of stuff we did not need.  Thank you for making a stressful experience bearable!

Stay away from this company.  If your home warranty service wants to dispatch them, decline, avoid, run.  We had a water heater that needed to be replaced back in 2016.  After paying for this warranty service for years, it was good feeling to finally be getting something in return.  But how disappointed we were when this plumber came out and informed us that before they could install the new water heater, they'd have to install a PRV (pressure relief valve) at the meter and charge us over $800.  I called and spoke with Gina (owner) about this issue and explained that we already had a PRV installed a few years ago when we had a water softener installed.  She was extremely rude and tried to tell me that the PRV was installed in the wrong location and it needed to be at the meter.  I argued and challenged that because the PRV, even if in the wrong location, was still located behind the water heater and reducing pressure before hitting the water heater or any in house plumbing.  She basically told me that I either pay for a new PRV or she would inform American Home Shield (warranty company) to deny the claim on a new water heater because of failed requirements (high water pressure).  However, she did agree to reduce the price to $600.  So, I agreed.  After the install, the pressure inside the house was horrible.  I called them back and they told me the PSI was set accordingly at 75 and there was nothing they could do about it.  Fast forward three years later, this PRV goes out, resulting in even lower water pressure and a loud banging and rattle noise on the pipes .  After doing extensive research for a professional plumber, I found a company that came out and confirmed that the PRV was no good.  He also told me that the PRV used was extremely cheap and low quality maybe even used or refurbished.  He installed a new one, much better quality and guess what, water pressure has never been better and its set at 75 PSI.  Makes me so angry that for 3 years we dealt with low water pressure resulting in only one shower, no flushing toilets or running a washing machine or dish washer at the same time.  I absolutely HATE this company for the RUDE woman (and I'm being nice not calling her what I really want to say)  that I had to deal with that put us through hell for the last 3 years.  Stay away from them.  Trust me!!!  No good, no good at all.  They primarily only work for home warranty companies and seek reasons to rip people off and give warranty companies reasons to deny claims.

Horrendous!!!! SERIOUSLY RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you from as much money as possible. They get all their business from home warranty companies, then add additional services not covered under your warranty so you have to pay more. Disgraceful.
