Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly! They have come out to my house for multiple things-from installing a new hot water heater to unclogging a sink. They're professional, fast, and I never feel cheated when I pay my bill. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. I cannot recommend Plumb & Order enough!!

My water heater went out unexpectedly this afternoon, and I called my plumber who was unable to assist as he was working alone today. He recommended Plumb and Order to me, saying that he used to work for them and rated them highly. I called them, and they came out promptly, evaluated the situation, and we agreed to replace my water heater. They had to go pick up the new water heater, and returned quickly and got to work. By 5 pm they were done, and had performed an excellent, clean installation of the new water heater. Tony and Connor were friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb and Order, and Tony and Connor to anyone for plumbing repair.

So not going to lie I called them because of the name . I am a huge law and order fan. That being said they were amazing! We had a few things that needed to be repaired and they fixed them quickly and efficiently and without breaking the bank.

I also requested they wear masks because I had a newborn in my home and in February it was cold and flu season, and they gladly did. They were super professional and the price was perfect! I will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Not gonna lie, when I realized I had a leak in my master shower, I remembered seeing a van on MoPac with this name blazoned on the side, and I'm a Law& Order fan..... But happy I called them. Had a plumbing company that I found on yelp come out, did a look around and determined it was a faulty regulator. Quotted $1250 for the job. I told them i would have to get a 2nd quote before making a decision. Called Plumb & Order and told them over the phone what was needed. I got a quote for 1/2! They said it was a pretty straight forward process and they could have someone out the followimg week. Scheduled it and they arrived ontime the following week. Father and son team were efficient, curtious and knowledgeable. Had everything completed and tested in about 2 hrs. Fixed the water hammer issue and havent had an issue since. Great service, honest and upfront. I definitely recommend this company.

Got 4 quotes for the job and P&O was by far the most reasonable. I really liked that you can contact and talk to them via email, not like the others that require you to use they're preferred method of communication, which is normally voice call (like we're in 1990). Kudos to P&O for staying up to date with technology. They arrived on time, the guys (Tony, Nate, Cole) were friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job and cleaned up at the end. I messed up with ordering something and they had to come a second time, 30 minute trip - they did not charge me extra for that. They have my business in perpetuity.

Even though I didn't end up having a repair done by Plumb & Order, I must praise them on their stellar customer service!

There was a water pressure issue in my house (i.e., it was the water pressure relief valve). I called Plumb & Order and was able to get an exact estimate over the phone, unlike a few other companies I had called. The estimate was about half the cost a different company had given me. The agent I spoke with was very kind and knowledgeable.

I forgot to cancel the appointment and called about 8pm the evening before. Someone actually answered the phone. Shocked! I apologized for cancelling last minute and the gentleman was very cordial and even jovial. I think Plumb & Order will be my go to next time I'm in need of service.

Sometimes, just being nice - especially in the current culture - goes a loooonng way. I can't tell you how many rude people I've had the misfortune of speaking to recently. Thank you Plumb & Order for being so understanding and for NOT making me fell like a poop-head. :)

Super satisfied with my experience and the staff that attended to my hot water replacement and gas range switchout/install.

I do wish they had referenced the manual more in the install as it's a complicated Italian Range oven and did the testing/calibrating that was called out in the manual, but it does work nicely anyhow. I might need it to be recalibrated at some point, but that was also on me to have noticed these things in the instructions to check in that they were happening.

I would use Law & Plumber again, regardless of that minor point.

Our 18-year-old conventional gas water heater was finally giving out, so we called Plumb & Order to on a Monday to talk about getting it looked at and possibly replaced. They sent a technician out that Wednesday morning who patiently answered all of our questions and quoted us on a repair and a replacement. After calling a few other local places, Plumb & Order had the best rate and one of the best brands, so we booked them for the replacement that same afternoon, and their crew was done within a couple hours. It's amazing how quickly we were able to get everything done, and they offer a 5-year warranty on parts and labor too. Highly recommended!

In reviewing other plumbing companies on yelp we came across this business with five star ratings and provided an estimated range over the phone. We contacted them in the morning and they were here the same day and completed the work in the same day. Cole and Shawn arrived early, were efficient in providing quality work. My refrigerator water valve was broken, Plumber&Order identified the problem and replaced the valve. They showed up on time and wear shoe protector. The work is well done.
But their charge is kind of expansive. For about half hour of work and about $5 of part, they charged me $225.

I had them replaced all my 16 water shut-off under sinks and for toilets. It was a tough work because my house is old and the design is outdated and difficult to replace. The helped me replace not just valves, but also replace soft pipe adapters for easier maintenance in the future. Also, my water tank design was weird which create siphon effect making the water never stop draining. They also help me repair that on site. There were many things which was unexpected but they eventually sent 4 people and get them done. I really appreciate all the work in a short period.

After that, I call them again to help be repair pipes of my rain water collector that was busted during the freeze. I know they are not experts of rain water collector. However, after analyzing how the system works, eventually they make it work!

We had a contract to sale our home. The sprayer did not work at the kitchen sink. After the inspection everything was good to go with the buyer but they wanted the sprayer repaired. The kitchen faucet set was expensive so i call Plumb & Order they found the problem and I ordered the part I needed. As soon as part arrived i contacted them and the same plumber came out and installed the part. I did not have to replace the entire unit and it all matched. Our home closed and the new buyer was happy and I was very happy with Plumb and Order. Great company with really good people working there.

Turnaround time was quick. Communication pre-appointment was responsive and clear too.

Had a leak issue in my camper van / RV and they were able to come and fix the issue. Not many plumbers are willing to do this work, but they did it quickly and professionally. Would recommend and go back to them with any RV or house plumbing issues.

Yes, they are highly rated on Yelp which is why I called them to look at my water heater. They quoted me $2,025. I had called another company who is also rated 5 stars. They said it was a $1,600 job. I quickly called Plumb and Order to cancel and told them I got a much better quote and said no thank you. They were not pleased and came back to my house saying I owed the $195. Really? I told them that was crazy and to leave. They then loitered around my house. I finally gave them $100 to leave. Lessen learned. The company that did the job and were extremely professional. They did a great job! BTW, they only charged me $1,525.

I believe I've said enough. Just know you have been warned!

They were great from start to finish. Messaged them on a Sunday night. They responded that night saying that they'd contact me in the morning since it wasn't an emergency. They called and got someone to come out later that day to snaked the kitchen drain and replaced the fittings (previous owner used flex fittings which is awful) then they replaced the cartridge in the bathtub faucet so we can finally control the temperature. Very professional and courteous. Our #1 call for plumbing issues (God forbid lol)

I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process).

Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience.

We had an aging water heater that we had serviced about a year ago. This spring it stopped working again. After a poor experience with another local company (they didn't even do diagnostics - just stood there and speculated about what might be wrong), we called Plumb & Order. They came out same day and did a quick and easy repair, basically the same thing we had done by someone else last year. We asked for a replacement estimate but thought we might get another 6 months before having to do anything. Nope - two months later it gave up the ghost. Plumb & Order came out next day to do the replacement and get our closet up to code. Both crews who came by were friendly, professional, quick, and informative, the work was excellent, and both jobs were affordable. We will definitely use them again!

We hired Plumb & Order to perform a standard hot water heater flush after a few years of neglect due to black deposits forming in our tubs. The technician informed us that the deposits were from the heater and that replacement was needed. We knew this was a likely cause based on age and the sub-par reputation of the heater brand (Eff Bradford White). We agreed to the replacement. They were able to accommodate the replacement that day. Note that our heater is in the attic which required removing the attic ladder and trim. Were they the cheapest? Probably not. However, they knocked it out in way day and I cannot tell that the attic ladder nor trim were disturbed.
Fast forward a couple of months. I'm out of town for work and my wife discovers a slab leak on a weekend. She calls Plumb & Order based on our previous positive interaction. They get us lined up for an early Monday morning appointment and immediately bypassed the slab leak. In addition, they set us up with a company to perform the water mitigation that subsequently is performing the repairs from the slab leak. Overall we had an excellent experience with Plumb & Order and they will be first on our list for plumbing needs from here on out.

Plumb & Order is everything you could want in a plumber. We first used them for a big job: replacing cast iron with PVC on one side of the house. They were efficient, professional, and did an amazing and fairly priced job. They stayed until after 6pm and started at 7am just so they could make sure to get it all done in the promised two days. They were communicative throughout the whole process and send you live updates as they drive over. I also appreciate that these guys seem genuinely enthusiastic about plumbing and clearly have deep knowledge.

We've also used them for small emergencies. In both cases, the professional and friendly dispatch staffer Meghan was able to get Kirk or Wyatt came out on the same day--sometimes within an hour of when we called. And they have always been able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem.

They are not only the best plumbers I've come across but the overall best contractors. I wish I could use Plumb & Order for everything in my house and not just plumbing.

I had seen the trucks before and their logo stuck with me. When I needed some outdoor plumbing work done they were the ones I chose. Totally amazing experience! Their system sent a text when the technician was on the way. He arrived right when expected. My disposal had started leaking after starting to not work as well, I knew it needed to be replaced. Plumb and order had great reviews... almost too good? But it turns out they are well deserved. Cole and his assistant showed up on time, at first I thought I hadn't gotten a warning from their dispatch but upon review I had gotten a text that I hadn't noticed. They were in and out in 30-40min, they wore shoe coverings, and face coverings and were very professional! I had to keep my pitbull out with me since he doesn't do well being crated, they both were super friendly towards him. Great service! Will absolutely use again!

Plumb & Order replaced an old gas valve behind our dryer. A great experience from start to finish. Not an easy install because of the XL washer and dryer units on pedestals in a small room. I had a wonderful experience with Plumb and Order.

Wyatt and Thomas came out, I had a issue with a valve on my tub that was stripped and he quoted me $240 bucks for the work.

It took longer then he thought and twice as long 3 hrs!

I thought to myself he is going to charge me for 3 hrs.

Well Wyatt is a MAN of his word, he said $240!

My toilet backed backed up an hour before I had to leave for the holiday weekend. I reached out to Plumb and Order over the weekend on here and received a response within minutes . I called them the morning I got home and they were able to fit me in the same day.
I'm the type of person I like to ask questions, watch and learn . Kirk was very friendly, helpful and happy to share his knowledge . He worked quick to find and fix my problem. When he told me the total for the bill. I was actually happy . It was very fair. I had a nationally recognized plumbing company help me out a few years ago. They spent half the time with me than Kirk did and charged me just as much. Definitely recommend him.

They arrived quickly but I feel like that's where the good ends. Didn't wear masks when they came to the door. When they checked out my leak outside they really didn't seem to know what the problem was, had to call the boss and then quoted me a lot of money per hour. On the web site there is an expert leak detection system video using equipment. I just got some dudes who didn't seem to know what they were doing.

So happy we used Plumb & Order! Kirk fixed an unusual issue with our water heater that another plumbing company had failed to figure out (they told us just to buy a bigger one!). The service was exceptional from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment within a week after another plumbing service told me I'd have to wait at least one month. They were communicative about when to expect the plumber (even got a link to track his location) and showed up when expected. Kirk was very experienced and figured out our issue based on knowledge of our specific water heater model. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend Plumb & Order to anyone!

Our sink was backing up. I ran a 20' snake down past the trap and couldn't clear it. This was not an emergency, but Kirk got to me the next morning (less than 24 hours later). Highly recommend! I had really low water pressure in my kitchen sink and I had another plumbing company come out to fix it. They told me it would be the same cost to replace the faucet as it would to blow out the lines to find the blockage. Since that plumber made the water pressure worse trying to assess the issue, I decided to contact someone else. Plumb and Order answered the phone after hours and was able to give me a general quote over the phone. We got an appt set up and they showed up on time and fixed my problem for half of what the other company had quoted. He also took a look at my water heater and gave me a quote to replace it which was half of what I had been quoted by another company 6 months ago. They were friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and more reasonably priced than other companies I have dealt with.

We own ToddPilates & Barre Fitness studio and we need quick service when our toilets are out of order. We had a leak in the tank, that forced us to turn the water off and wait for it to be serviced. Megan with Plumb & Order put me on the schedule immediately and said we would be the last job of the day. She said they would call when they were on the way. Guess what, they actually called me and then texted me a link to track the plumber so we could see exactly where he was and when he would arrive. They fixed the problem for a fair price and recommended we quit using Clorox toilet tank tabs because they eat away at the seal. Great experience, highly recommend!

Had a couple stopped up sinks and bathtub. They came out and checked them out, fortunately or unfortunately the sinks weren't stopped up any more, although they did locate a monster hair ball which wasn't helping anything.

One of my hot water heaters died. I have a home warranty plan and Kirk from Plumb & Order to take a look at it. It had to be replaced, which wasn't cheap though thankfully the warranty paid for the new heater. When they replaced it, they discovered that the pipe to the roof was closed off which means that the heater had been spewing carbon monoxide into my attic for who know how long. It took some doing, but Wyatt was able to get onto the roof and unjam it. They didn't charge me a penny for the extra work! I highly recommend them.

Our sewer line started backing up on Mother's Day and we were desperate to get someone out as soon as possible! Called our homeowner warranty company, who electronically assigned a plumbing company to us. Called them, left message, no response ever. Remembered I had a friend highly recommend Plumb & Order, found their card, called - they answered - and Wyatt was at my house within an hour and a half! Alleviated the issue, billed us a VERY reasonable rate, and also gave us a full detailed report to provide to our city plumbing (who ultimately had the responsibility to fix the problem.) Can't say enough about their very quick response (on a Sunday holiday) and how professional they are!

Plumb & Order literally saved our house! We actually called them to get a second opinion and thank goodness we did because the first vendor said we needed to tunnel under our home foundation to fix the broken main pipe (we had a toilet that was backing out and mud/dirt was present which led to the conclusion that the pipe was broken). The first vendor said it was going to cost us 5 figures and couldn't even locate where the pipe was broken because he did not bring a camera to look inside the pipe!! Then Kirk with Plumb & Order came to the rescue! He brought all the right tools including a camera and within an hour located the broken area in the pipe! Then he gave us a couple of options for moving forward which were exploratory but would at least give us more information so we know what steps to take next. So he did a little digging around the cleanout to see if the broken pipe situation is something he can fix. It took less than 2 hours for him to give us a firm answer and ultimately he was able to fix the pipe the same day. My husband and I are so happy we found Plumb & Order. Also, Kirk was fun to talk to!! Trying to find a plumber you can trust is so hard but looks like we found the one!!

Wyatt came out to fix my kitchen drain that wasn't proper height due to installation of a deeper sink that was done by another business. It involved cutting through back of cabinet to replumb and reconnect drain at the proper height in conjunction with the clean out line on outside wall. Luckily, he managed not to disturb any of the limestone rock on outside wall, in the process. He also found a small leak in the line to the dishwasher and fixed that as well. He was a very polite young man and was properly attired with mask and shoe covers. The installation was top notch and at a very fair price. I definitely recommend Plumb and Order for all your plumbing needs.

We had a clog in our clean out that backed up into the house. Another big name company came to clean it out. Within a week it was clogged and overflowing again. In comes Plumb & Order! Saved the day. They charged half the big company for the same service and here we are a couple of months later and still no problem! We do have a cracked pipe and when it comes time to repair we are definitely going with Plumb & Order. The estimate was mind blowing! Great service and great price!! What more could you ask for?!?!

I have written only one other review in my 8 years of owning yelp. And I have to write a review for Plumb & Order, these guys deserve a 5/5. I used Plumb & Order for two separate issues in my home, with excellent results. Special thanks to Wyatt, who came to the house for both issues. He was extremely knowledgable and professional during the process. He kept me filled in when changes occurred, and always kept me in the loop during the fix. He also answered any and all questions I had, and explained things multiple times if I didn't understand. I like to try and learn a few things so I can be a little more handy around the home in the future. And Wyatt was able to walk me through what he was doing and how to do it if I wanted to try it again on my own. Their estimates are extremely fair and competitive. And when they give you a quote, they stick to it, even if issues arise that they didn't plan for. A job well done, I will highly recommend their services to all friends and neighbors.

We were having a problem with our water pressure so after google showed me how to break the pressure regulator these guys came out in less than an hour after 6 pm on a weeknight and fixed it. They dug up the regulator. Replaced it and the owner cut off. They checked everything, cleaned all the faucet screens even the clothes washer. Everything just like new. Social distancing and masks too. Excellent excellent excellent.

We had a sewage back up into our house at night. It was frightening and it was a disaster and Kirk from plumb and order came out within one hour. He heard the situation and did not wait. He got in the car and drove from Hutto to Cedar Park. another company was called but they told me they wouldn't be there until the next day. Kirk from Plum an order came immediately. When he got there he was careful to wear a mask and booties and keep social distance during this pandemic. He was extremely professional but also very kind. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and he diagnosed it accurately. He took care of it right away! He offered us a referral for a mediation for a company that he thought was upstanding. And indeed they were very upstanding and honest. I cannot recommend plumb and order more highly! As far as I'm concerned they are our plumbers from now on!

The best plumbing Service that I have ever dealt with. They won't try to scam you or talk you into something you don't need like other plumbers around Austin. Wyatt Is a pro at his job and can solve some really tricky and challenging problems with the lowest cost to you. Been in our house in Hutto for about 12 years. Had a bad stoppage in the lines at our kitchen sink. Plumb & Order sent Kirk Hughes out to fix it and he did a fantastic job! Fast, professional and very friendly, Kirk took the time to explain everything and then did everything necessary to clear the stoppage. Very thankful to Kirk and Wyatt for the prompt and excellent customer service, at a much better price than others quoted me! Also kudos to the woman answering the phone who is always quick to respond and very friendly. My water heater flooded my garage and laundry room and Kirk came out the same day I called to remove the water heater and tie off the line. Once I had the closet dried out with sheetrock replaced, Wyatt came out to replace the water heater and even installed combo fire/carbon monoxide detectors inside my house to bring it up to code. I called them again to help restore water pressure due to lime scale build up and again they were out the same day, and helped clear a blockage in a bathroom sink as well. Fantastic people with excellent customer service. They will be my go to plumbers going forward.

I called Kirk late on a Saturday when I discovered a tenant had put things down a toilet that shouldn't be there. Kirk responded right away and made time for us that evening.
