Roy did an amazing job repairing a slab leak that we had. He worked his butt off to find the leak and repair it. He is a very nice guy, dependable, on time, and offers a fair price. I would recommend him for any plumbing job.

I have had cooling issues recently. Have called a couple of A/C companies based on their reviews, but none of them could give me satisfactory diagnosis results why my system is not cooling. Luckily I came across Rescue Air. Undoubtedly, their experience was much much better than any other A/C company I dealt with. Jason was the technician. Very knowledgeable, polite and patient guy. Arrived on time with 30 mins early heads up. Took as much time as it took to go over all possible points of diagnosis & provided me a comprehensive report of all issues & recommendations. Answered all my questions with proper justification. This is exactly what a customer would want! My problem is not yet solved but a proper diagnosis is equivalent to 90% of the solution! I am pretty confident that my system is in good hands and would be fixed soon. Thanks Jason! Would highly recommend them!

I only received service once from these guys, where the only diagnosed and fixed some problems temporarily! I really appreciate that the technician thoroughly went through all the small points with me and did some immediate fixes there and then, which at least made my A/C to function little better in the Texas summer heat. Its also worth mentioning that the guy really invested a lot of time understanding my system and diagnosing the problems.
However, after that I did not receive expected service from them. And this is the reason I am removing some stars from my review. Otherwise they really deserved a 5 star, if they would really had fixed my problems. Just diagnosing and quoting for issues is not enough. You need to be responsive always and more importantly, should be able to justify your prices. The service I received in the 1st visit was above all my expectations. I wish you would have continued the same. I wouldn't have to fix my system from somebody else in that case!

Good Fellas plumbing saved us from an incorrect leak diagnosis we received from another company. They were accommodating and came out immediately. They were able to immediately locate the correct leak and fix it using their thorough methods.   Chris and his team were very professional and took time to carefully explain.  We are are so appreciative for the time and money they saved us.

My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

Had a tenant complain about a clogged toilet.  Professor Plumb offered to come out for free and give an estimate.  It ended up resolved by using the tenant's plunger properly - Professor Plumb tested the toilet a few times and did not charge us a dime!  Wonderful to see such classy service/integrity and I will be calling them soon again for all other needs!

Had a hot water line leak in my slab at my house in Granbury . Spent half the day trying to get someone out to look at the problem and give me a quote to repair. Curly's was one of only two who would come out, and the other would not do the leak detection themselves , but gave me a number for a referral . Frank and Juan from Curly's made it out and confirmed the leak and gave me a quote to repair. The price was fair and I had them out the next day to perform the work .  Another problem was found during the work and corrected for only a minimal charge. They were professional , courteous , and honest throughout the process. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and reached out to Mr. Rooter. They called me back immediately even on a Saturday night and scheduled service. They showed up on time and did a great job. Very knowledgeable. This is the second time we've used them and would use them again in a heartbeat. True family business and very professional. Sebastian, Heidi, and the whole team are excellent.

This is the 2nd time I use Pure. They are my new and favorite plumbing. As a single female, I trust them.

Tiho Maric, a plumber, had worked for our general contractor, Steve Pribble, in converting our gas top stop from electric to gas.  He also upgraded our outside gas line to comply with earthquake guidelines.  His work really impressed us, and we took his card for future use.  Well, we had done work around our fireplace, covering the brick with granite from Sosa, and obtaining a mantel and covering from East Bay Fireplace, San Ramon.  Both my wife and I are allergic to smoke fumes, even from Duraflame logs.  We discussed our problem with Tiho, and he offered to convert our fireplace to gas once the fireplace work was done.  We had him do it yesterday, and within 7 hours he installed a separated gas line in our garage with connections to our fireplace.  I had purchased a dual gas burner at Lowes, and he installed it, too.  His work was immaculate and done very carefully.  He takes extreme pride in his work, and did a wonderful job.  The fireplace, with gas logs, vermiculite and glowing embers, works extremely well, and will certainly help to warm up our living room come winter.  He even did a patch-up job on our stucco around the outside gas line.  His price was very, very fair.  I would highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas line needs.

This company is AWESOME!  I called on a Sunday (of a holiday weekend), and my call was returned within 5 minutes of my message being left.  They were out the next morning (MLK day) to check my backed up lines.  It turned out to be a city problem, so Accurate didn't even charge me for the visit!  ROCK!  Best customer service EVER!  I'm very pleased!

Great communication and reasonable rates. Knowledgeable technicians arrived, early, and performed the requested work. I will also be hiring them for follow-on projects.

I highly recommend Landers Plumbing Company. I called this morning about 8:00 am and they told me that they would be here about 8:30 am.! I was  amazed. I never get service that quick. We had a leak in the pipe connected to the water heater. It was only the size of a pin hole, but there is extensive damage. Anyway, Landers showed up as scheduled. They did the work in a very timely manner. I cringed when handed the bill.... But to my surprise, it was very reasonable. I am very happy in my choice to use Landers Plumbing and I would certainly recommend them to family or friends.

Contacted Prestige Plumbing by text on Sunday night concerning a broken pipe in my kitchen garbage disposal. Chris responded promptly stating they would be there Monday to work me into their schedule.  Although they were short manpower and on a large scheduled job, managed to check it out in the morning. The pipe could not be repaired so they picked up a garbage disposal and had it installed Monday afternoon.  Professional and helpful to this disabled veteran.  I appreciate their thoroughness and pricing...Expediency exceptional.

This place is a joke.This is on there website:We closely listen to our customers to understand the scope of work and deliver quality results on time and within budget. This statement is a lie.The tech does not listen.I called Atmos because I smelt gas he checked the hot water heater and then came in the house and checked the attic.I was then red flagged and gas turned off due to pipes in attic said they hit them when they put the new roof on.To call a plumber so they could find the leaks.They sent Jonathan Ramos who proceeded to call me a lier three times that atmos did not come in my house.The third time I kicked him out.Called Mansfield Plumbing again and they said we're so sorry will send someone else in the morning.The next morning they sent Jonathan Ramos again.Standing at my door with a huge smile on his face like ha ha I called the company again to find out why they sent him back,said oh let me check,came back and said the other person couldn't come.So I asked Jonathan why he called me a lier and he said because atmos don't come in your house.I said you know customers pay your salary he said you don't THE OWNER DOES.he was talking about the owner of this house because I rent.SMH I will be taking my complaints to the attorney general.

Call someone else!!!  Yes, he can fix the problem, but for a Master Plumber with 30 + years, he doesn't seem to know how to do basic plumbing quickly.  He will charge you for all the time he spends complaining how hard a fix is (it was tight, but my husband could have fixed it in the same time!!), taking bathroom breaks and going back and forth to his truck 10x to get 1 thing at a time.  Well that is how he works.  He comes to a 30 minute job and milks it for as long as possible.  Not trustworthy, what so ever!  

We were hoping to find our go-to plumber.  An overall nice person, who we could trust to be fair and honest.  This behavior/business practice is what gives trades people a bad reputation.  It is sad, because I have a lot of respect for trades and small business owners.
