I reached out to Robert a few weeks before the winterization rush and he was super communicative and came out to help get our system set up for the season within a few days. Unfortunately for us, we forgot we'd had work scheduled after that and our landscapers ended up undoing all of his work - so I reached out again and Robert came out for a second winterization within a few days. Both times, he provided helpful tips for maintenance and even some pointers for what to expect in the spring. Looking forward to working with him again next year!

I had a slow leak that was noticed after a high water bill, and called Legacy plumbing to find the source and fix the issue. Before anyone was sent to the house, they provided transparent information about their pricing over the phone and described how they would go about finding the source of the leak. when Ahndre, the technician, got to the house, he was polite, professional, and friendly, and only charged me for what I needed. I would definitely recommend Legacy plumbing.

Excellent service, would gladly use again. From initial call he was at my door in under an hour. Then another hour the job was done. From initial clog to correct resolution was only about 2 hours. On demand service is never cheap, but he was certainly fair and reasonable. He explained every step along the way so I understand what the issue and resolution was.

We could smell gas coming from our water heater in the garage. Brad came out the next morning, and in less than 10 minutes isolated where the leak was coming from and fixed it. Great service, easy communication through the yelp app. Would definitely use again!

I had a PRV installed.  I called and they showed up as scheduled.  The job was completed.  I did not ask for an estimate so I can't really complain.  I had expected a trip charge and labor.  I have photo of the bill attached. Instead there was a $500 service fee.  I don't know if that is typical for plumbers in the area or not.  You may want to get several estimates or ask about flat service fees.

Called them to request a quote. For them to come out there was a charge that could be waived if we choose them.

We had this company come up to fix our 4 ton AC unit. They came out they put in replacement parts and wired it.  They told us we had to buy a whole new unit (of course the more expensive option was available the next day) which they quoted us $14,000!!!!!

After a second company came out to check the unit he had said that they had wired it incorrectly so that the would not work!! The unit is perfectly fine and just needed freon.

AWFUL. Dealing with Olshan was the most horrible customer service experience of my life. Everyone was polite on the surface, but they strung me along for MONTHS before they finally stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether. Olshan wanted my neighbors to sign a ridiculous form allowing Olshan workers to access their property, but saying that no matter what the workers did, my neighbors could not hold Olshan accountable. Obviously no one is going to sign a form like that. I pointed this out to my Olshan contacts. As I said above, they then strung me along for months with promises that they would take care of the problem, and I could rest assured that my repair job - now months overdue - would be prioritized as soon as everything was cleared up. Needless to say, they never fixed anything with their contract. Eventually they simply stopped responding to my queries for the status of the contract and my repair job in general. Now I've wasted months. They're awful.

We have used Ernie's plumbing multiple times here at our storage facility and have been very happy every time. They always show up on time do the work as promised and the problem always goes away. They are not the cheapest plumber in town I'm sure but they are one of the best. Highly recommended.
