Delighted with CTC professionals. The electrician arrived prepared to quote and do the installation of a circuit needed to recharge my Tesla efficiently. He examined the panel, is certified for work on Tesla power solutions,  and gave me a detailed quote for the work parts and labor. I approved the reasonable quote and the paperwork was all done on his iPad and sent to me for signature. He was fastidious in keeping his wall cuts aesthetically pleasing and appropriate for the task. He finished the work in short order. We tested the charging station and it has been running smoothly ever since. I look forward to my next project with CTX!

Robert has been a huge help, both with basic winter blow-out/spring start-up, and coming out when I had a broken head. I have a swamp in my yard that turns out not to be from my sprinkler system, and Robert walked the whole line with me, educated me on what might be happening, and gave me next steps to talk to the builder and South Adams Water to try to get it fixed. He always lets me tag along and talks me through what he's doing, so I feel like I know more about my system. He's a friendly, prompt, decent guy, and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs sprinkler help.

Legacy did an OUTSTANDING job and I would recommend them to anyone.  The office personnel (Clifton and Thomas) that I talked to were courteous and helpful.  They arranged for my job to be completed sooner than expected by contacting me when they had a cancellation.  Luke was the plumber who completed the work.  He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail.  He made sure I was satisfied with the completed work and did a thorough cleanup.  I will be contacting Legacy for any future plumbing needs and will be specifically requesting Luke!

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Had a nearly impossible project. Had an old 80gl water heater in a small closet that needed to be replaced with a similar capacity tank; but the newer tanks are wider and taller.

Stan responded on a Saturday when my tenants didn't have hot water and temporarily fixed the issue. He worked with me to order the right water heater. He provided his insightful advice along the way. The installation was not straightforward given the size of the closet and the need to reroute the pipes. His solutions were quite creative and he accomplished the project.

Excellent service, would gladly use again. From initial call he was at my door in under an hour. Then another hour the job was done. From initial clog to correct resolution was only about 2 hours. On demand service is never cheap, but he was certainly fair and reasonable. He explained every step along the way so I understand what the issue and resolution was.

Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!

I had a PRV installed.  I called and they showed up as scheduled.  The job was completed.  I did not ask for an estimate so I can't really complain.  I had expected a trip charge and labor.  I have photo of the bill attached. Instead there was a $500 service fee.  I don't know if that is typical for plumbers in the area or not.  You may want to get several estimates or ask about flat service fees.

What a great experience! Myles is amazing, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't sure where our problem was coming from, but he was able to quickly discern the issue and find a remedy for it. We will be using Magna and Myles for any future projects.

I highly recommend FTR Service Company.  He rescheduled his day to accommodate a plumbing repair that we needed right away.  He's on time, friendly, and within budget!!

Still a little expensive but what plumber isn't!?  I really appreciated the honestly and promptness. They will be my go to plumber next time something goes wrong.

I would not recommend this company. I called yesterday and let them know i needed an entire unit and all new duct work i was called around 10pm and was told someone would call the next day for the appointment . They called early and scheduled  I advised it had to be before 2 i was called 4 times by 4 different people reassuring me someone would be here. I waited hours finally i called them and they told me i might need to call another company because they cant get out to me by 2 after i sat here for hours and was assured someone would be here, Their customer service sucks.

About that Lifetime Warranty:  Our local franchise went out of business before we noticed problems.  I called the headquarters several times. No one ever answered my calls or returned them. I emailed them multiple times without ever getting a response. I called the franchises closest to my house which told me they couldn´t help (in their defense, each of them are 4 hours away and not responsible for the original work).

I saw on Olshan´s website that they advertised a 4+ star rating from a company I had never heard of.  I went there and told my story... and my review was pulled because Olshan disputed it! After not answering/returning my calls and emails, they had the NERVE to dispute my review. After a back and forth with that rating company where I had to provide multiple pieces of evidence that I was a real customer with a real issue, my review got restored to that site.

The whole experience left me thinking that they are not honorable.  I would advise others to seek help elsewhere.

Requested an estimate for a tankless hot water heater install.

They were over two hours late for the appointment, and when the guy finally showed up he didn't even make a half-hearted attempt.  He just asked what other plumbers had told me and didn't bother looking at the existing piping, etc.
