Simply stated. AMAZING service. Called CTX at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon with a water heater issue. They were here by 4:30, diagnosed the problem and repairs were completed by 7:45. Did I mention this was on a Friday?? Fantastic service. I have used CTX several times in the past for other rental properties, and will NEVER use anyone else. Thanks guys. Truly appreciate your support.

Had Robert help us on two houses. First he came across town to help setup sprinkler system with 5 bad sprinklers and a valve leak and had all working within few hrs. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Then he checked our house and pointed out minor issue caused by people who winterized it.
Would recommend Robert to anyone who asks!

THE BEST PLUMBERS IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE. I called with a problem that seemed difficult for other companies, impossible for some, and the great company known as Legacy Plumbing sent out not only great plumbers but also great men, Kelly and Henry. These guys were incredible. Not only does Kelly take you under his wing and give you the best advice learned in his 30+ year career, he also answered painlessly my millions of questions (yep, I'm that guy, the annoying DIY'er who asks how everything works and how to do everything). They didn't just tolerate me and my questions but welcomed me like family. Honestly, it was such a pleasure hanging out with them that I can't even imagine what off the clock is like. They made work - hard and incredibly tough work - fun and enjoyable (or at least for me the bystander! Haha.) If you're thinking about booking these guys (and of course you are if you're reading this), just do it. If you don't understand something? Just ask. They are passionate about what they do and care a great deal about both YOU as a person and show it through caring for YOUR PLUMBING. There's nobody better than Kelly, and Henry is well on his way as his apprentice. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they were simply incredible, thoughtful, hardworking, and fun, (even hilarious at times), which made something that was super difficult look fun and easy. One way or another, these guys will solve your problems or die trying. The bigger and harder the problem the more interesting it is and more of a fun challenge for these guys to solve. You want guys like these in your corner when you have issues, that's for sure!
Backstory: My gas riser pipe for my spa heater rusted out and developed a leak about 7 years ago. I had difficulty finding a repair back then (just like now), so I gave up. I turned the gas off running to it (fortunately I had a valve for it) and dug down to uncover the part that needed to be replaced and discovered it was a polyethylene line (mine is orange, they changed to yellow in the 80's, but, just like Kelly said, it's basically the same pipe designed to the same specifications). I called several companies which gave mixed responses, but when I called Legacy Plumbing they found a master plumber familiar with gas to discuss it with me further and he immediately understood, and then he sent an experienced veteran like Kelly out who knew exactly what was going on. For these guys it really was no big deal, and within minutes of Kelly being onsite for the estimate he was able to piece together a plan to repair using the existing pipe. This was the solution I preferred anyway, and it worked out as well as it could. His care of people and his years of experience really shine, as he gives you options and listens to your thoughts instead of taking a one size fits all approach - he truly is an artist working the many variables of the problem to find and recommend the best solutions for your specific issues.
The bottom line is that I trust Legacy Plumbing as a company and if it were an option (I know it isn't :)) I would give Kelly and Henry the keys to the house and turn them loose while at work, that's how much I trust them. Let's be honest though, I could never do that because I'm way too nosy and like to learn too much, and these guys are simply too enjoyable to miss hanging out with. Call Legacy Plumbing and call them now and ask for Kelly and Henry - above and beyond doesn't begin to describe it.

TCP is the only plumber I will use. He's honest, efficient and very reasonable on prices. I had to have all my pipes under the house replaced. They had to tunnel under the home and I wAs a nervous wreck. Once it was complete, you couldn't even tell. The clean up was excellent. I've called on Brad many time for little things and he is always quick to show up and fix the issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TCP.

I called Chris' plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. The front yard hose faucet was not turning off completely and the water wand sprayer had an on/off switch which was only reason it wasn't a swamp. The guys were here maybe 10 minutes and had a new faucet on and done. There's a minimum of $100/hr, plus parts, so I had them check the back yard faucet which was fine. They explained that these freeze resistant faucets (not freeze free) usually last approximately 4 years. Also, they still need covered for winter months to prevent freezing and/or busting. Great service, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Very transparent and knowledgeable! While we weren't able to do much, they credited me toward a future visit!

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! Thank you!

Craig contacted us very quickly concerning a broken outside faucet. Great news it was not an emergency but Craig came out the next morning and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. Being fairly new to this area we did not know who to contact. Bill Cobb and Sons was referred to us by a friend that had issues with plumbing and was pleased. We will use them when we have any plumbing issues. The fee was fair and the service was excellent.

Before reading the story please know that I do not suggest ever using this company. I will say that they are very deceptive and the salesman will make you (homeowner) feel like your getting a piece of mind. This was short lived for my wife and I. Now I am not the one to leave reviews normally, but I do not want another north Texas family to experience the grief this company has caused us. Like I said before, the sales call was great, install was great and we felt at ease. The next week service was required on our brand new AC which entailed changing out the wrong unit upstairs. Not sure how you install the wrong unit, but not a big deal and they completed the job in a day. Fast forward two weeks and our brand new AC is not working. We call the service department and they sent a technician out and we were told the part was at the warehouse and that he would be right back. Once the technician arrived back to our home he went straight up stairs and approx 10 minutes went by until he came back down. When he came inside he told us that he didn't have the part. He did offer us a hotel room for the night, but it was 11pm and our children were asleep and we had work in the morning. This was not an option. The next day another tech came out and fixed the issue almost immediately, and stated that the other technician was wrong in his failure analysis. At this point we were very uncomfortable with our new purchase and felt like we had purchased from the wrong company. So that's the tip of the iceberg to this story. Several months have gone by with no issue at all, and then on June 27th we had a lightning strike near our home. We lost all of electronics that were attached to the home electricity as well as the AC was not working. We called A#1 and they sent a tech out again to assess our issue. The technician confirmed that both circuit boards were bad and that the blower motor had gone out. The technician did not have the parts we needed but reassured us that they could get them in the next day. The next day my wife called and they said they were retrieving the parts and would arrive shortly to perform repairs. Another couple hours went by with no update so my wife called again. This time she was told that the parts would not be covered under warranty due to the failure being caused by an act of God. We both agreed that this was ok and we waited for the phone call back. The phone call back informed us that the total cost of repair would be $3,640 dollars. I was in shock..I didn't know what to do. I thought long and hard about what to do, and the customer service rep informed me to claim it on my home owners insurance. I said ok, and asked if I could work out a deal that if I put 10% down, if they would perform the repairs until I could retrieve a check from my homeowners insurance. I was told no. I was told that the only way my AC would be repaired is if I payed $3640 in the next hour to the technician or he wouldn't be performing the repairs. I had to cancel the repairs because I had to pull the funds together. I was then told that I could pull a loan for the repairs and I said no of course. A#1 was not budging from their position and put me into a really tight spot. We had saved up enough money to take a small vacation, and that was all I had to fall back on (luckily). Here I am two weeks later cancelling vacation plans because the insurance company is still processing the claim, and oh wait I would still be without AC if I wasn't fortunate enough to have a small savings in the bank. Needless to say A#1 will not show you compassion nor will they work with you as a customer. You will be treated like a number, and they will not bat an eyelash. Do not think for a minute that this company is reliable, compassionate, or understanding. Do not overpay for your new AC, and please take your business else where.

DANGER! Do not do business with Olshan! After $20K in foundation repairs still having issues and have been for over 5 years. Each time we call to have house checked for our lifetime warranty we get told the cracks and shifting are within normal
Had sewer line issues within 1 year of foundation repairs, was told if we didn't go thru with using Olshan Plumbing to fix the issues, they would not honor our foundation warranty. So we did...another $21K. We were displaced from our home for 4 weeks-I kept a diary documenting their no shows and no return phone calls along with all the empty promises given.
When under house trenching was filled in, they did not use any sand, or bentonite to ensure proper packing...or even wet pack...they just put the dirt back in that was dug. We then experienced wash out from under out home and had to have them out 3 times [until we gave up and took care of it ourselves].
4 1/2 years later, called out Baker Brothers Plumbing as we had a sewer gas smell in our house....through balloon test and camera, found out that the shotty work the Olshan had done has separated, the pipes did not have hangers attached and had totally pulled apart and we had sewage just sitting in the pipes feeding back into the house. Had to put another $10K into sewer repairs to get job done right seeing as Olshan (Or OLSHAM as we call them) failed to do their work properly.
Am just letting the shifting house go as I do not want to be scammed by them any more....we will deal with a door that sticks or screen door that wont shut as these jokers are not allowed on my property

Contacted erniesplumbing.com and they sent a guy out. They must think I've never used a plumber. The guy wanted to charge almost $650 dollars just to install 3 average faucets. There are far more customer friendly plumbing services about DFW.
