Mike and his brother, Jason, did an amazing job replacing our two water heaters in the attic. Mike shared all the details of the water heater make, model and all the parts he was going to use. He is very transparent and honest. He showed up with his brother on time. Explained to me the whole process before they got started. They finished the job in less than 2 hours. Mike took his time to answer all my questions and explained to me how I could flush the water heater myself once a year. Very honest and extremely reasonably priced (cost me third of what big companies quoted to replace two water heaters). The other companies wouldn't even tell me which model water heater they were going to install. Best of it all, I didn't have to clean the floors after they left. I'd highly recommend Pelayo plumbing.

Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. They worked hard, found several plumbing problems and fixed them all with the least amount of damage to our walls and at a fair price. I was getting a rental ready for tenants and had a tiny gas leak in the water heater.  Dean's Plumbing came out, evaluated the situation, and identified that the existing water heater was rusting inside and causing the sinks to also clog due to the pieces of metal.  We ended up buying a new water heater.  We felt it was a fair price, and the workmanship was incredible.  I feel more comfortable now knowing there is a solid water heater installed.  I now have a sewer issue and will be calling Dean's to repair that given the work they did with the water heater.

Daniel came in and saved the day with our shower remodel project. Our tub needed to be relevelled after another contractor messed up the installation. We also needed the plumbing connections to the shower handle/valve to be re-aligned...again fixing another contractor's mistake.

My wife and I were both impressed with his ability to not only do the job well but to put every effort into finding the best solution (i.e. the professional way to resolve the problem and connect everything together). Also, his communication throughout the project was top notch. I had never met him before this job started, so I'm not trying to help a buddy. I honestly just want others to find good contractors. Go with this company. They're the type of people you want.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! At 1:30 pm I placed a call to Lex's plumbing about replacing a garbage disposal in our rental house. Our renters said that it was leaking out of the bottom of the disposal. I spoke to Selena at Lex's about pricing if I were to purchase the garbage disposal myself and if they were to put one of theirs in. I decided to pick one up to make it an easier install. Surprisingly, she told me that someone could be out the same day in between 4pm and 6pm. I also, called her back with a question about different horsepowers of garbage disposals while I was at Lowe's and she was extremely helpful in assisting me with the purchase of the best one. At 4:30pm my tenant and I received a follow up call from Selena when the  technician was 45 minutes out. The technician was very professional and polite when he arrived while he put on his boot covers at the front porch. He completed the install and gave us some tips on how to care for the new disposal. He cleaned up underneath the sink and all around where he was working. He asked us if there was anything else that needed to be done before he left. I wish that I could remember his name but I will make sure that I use Lex for any other plumbing needs that may arise for my own house or our rental in the future!!

My bathroom is flooded but the technician who called me back, rather promptly I might add, politely told me that he would not go into a flooded bathroom and get contaminated. That the bathroom needed to be cleaned up beforehand. If this guy is worried about getting contaminated then he needs to pick a different career.

Have used Keyco in Saginaw several times for water-heater replacement , toilet repair , sink and drain repair . Our service man Brian Ayers does excellent work , he works hard and has manner in his dealings . This company is fair priced , and has a old-fashioned , and quality work ethic . No BS here just a well deserved review !

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing. I called on a Saturday morning with what I thought was an emergency plumbing problem. Carlos made an appointment and was here when he said he would be. He reassured me that my problem was common and he could fix it. He was so fast and explained everything he did. Carlos and his coworker were very professional and kind. I will definitely call him the next time I run into any plumbing problems!

Awesome and quick service. Have used them twice now...first to fix what another company broke for us. We will use their service from now on.
Forget the other plumbers in town that start with a C,,,they lie, and don't take responsibility for their mess-ups...

Need to get a shut off valve replaced and DJ came in as promised and did the job as expected with a reasonable price. Also very respectful of customer culture and very professional. Will most definitely call DJ again for any plumbing need.

Had 2 sprinkler valves that had no valve boxes and weren't working properly. Steven was able to find them and get them working again. He went above and beyond to also do additional small repairs for no extra charge. Of all the contractors I have used for various tasks around the house, this was by far my best experience. 10/10 would recommend

Gavin came and did a thorough job. He arrived a little ahead of schedule. He trouble shot the system to identify the source of the problem. I appreciate his clear communications and one can tell he has the knowledge to do this work. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Mr. Gavin should you need some assistance in the HVAC area. Thank you again.
