We hired Klock Electric to install landscape lights, bathroom exhaust fans, and some new light fixtures. Their original bid was reasonable, they worked within that amount, did fine work including cleaning up the work sites, and arrived on time on both dates they worked here. All of their employees on our job were friendly, professional, competent, and efficient.

I recommend Klock Electric highly and without reservation. We plan to use them in the future.

Rick Neely saved our (sad, pathetic, 3/4 dark) Christmas lights and possibly my sanity!! =)  I spent several hours on both Sat & Sun fighting w/ replacing our GFCI outlet, with no success.  This was obviously NOT an emergency, but Rick came out the same day my wife called him!  He was super friendly, communicated very well, and arrived right when he said he would.  He was extremely professional and had us up and running in about 5 minutes!  Maybe less!  I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!

If you are undecided and don't know what company to hire for the job, you will be thankful if you pick Dunn Honest Electric . I needed work done on a Saturday, we had a dangerous situation existing. Stetson was working until 2:00 in morning, then came back 5 hours to finish up. Not only did he answer my call on a Saturday, when everyone I called said leave a message and we will call you back, he did the job for a lot less than other company's had quoted me a month before. I would gladly recommend him for the job.

These guys were great. I put guys in quotations because Laura did an outstanding job. The office staff and E.J. worked with me to ensure adequate time was scheduled for the job and the necessary parts were on the truck. I replaced a bathroom heat/vent/light, a broken GFI, and installed one dimmer and one timer. Laura was neat and professional. Their prices seem plenty fair. I am actually looking forward to working with them again.

Ramiro and his team built our space in South Austin. I can't say enough good things about this company. They have an attuned attention to detail. The craftsmanship was better than any other electrical contractor I have worked with. They were responsive to calls, concerns and let us know what to expect when dealing with inspectors and other contractors. No red tags were given. When the inspectors found out who we had hired, they seemed very confident in the work of this contractor.

Excellent work by Adam and his helper. Replaced old, poorly wired breaker panel with new one. Installed three overhead light fixtures, oven exhaust hood, and new programmable thermostat. Adam was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will use this company again.

When another electrician left me hangin Kaleb stepped in and came to my rescue. Already late in the day he promptly pulled a permit troubleshooted the issue with my main breaker, called for inspection and by the end of the day my meter was replaced and the power restored!
I recommend KJW Electric highly and they will be my go to guys from now on.

If I could leave 6 stars for Mauricio I would.  He is easy to communicate with, easily explains what he will do for the result we are looking for and is reliable and reachable for questions post work.  We have had him out twice, each time for multiple projects. As simple as installing a light fixture and as complex as wiring and installing for an Electric Vehicle in our garage + more.  This process of discussing the project, scheduling the work and having it done has been a simple as it possibly can be and I would recommend Mauricio and his business to anyone looking for electrical work/services to be done.  It's nice when you get to work with a professional who just makes it easy and continuously delivers the results you are after.  6 Stars!!

What you get when you use a handyman instead of an electrician: 1. low prices 2. a vent fan that shocks you because the grounding was done wrong 3. a botched attempt at hanging a ceiling fan.

What you get when you use Jackson Electric: 1. yes, you pay a little more 2. grounding fixed, 3 fan beautifully mounted and wired. 4. They also did a good job installing track lighting which required pulling wires and installing a dimmer.

Quality job all over. I'm happy paying for that.

I love the way John compensated me for my loss of time due the error made. He and his staff owned up to the issue and performed exceptional work. His staff member was kind and explained everything he did! I would most definitely recommend this company. They earned a customer for life! They are MUST use in the industry!

Steven was our plumber and he was wonderful. He found and repaired 5 pipes that had burst. The damage is immense but he climbed ladders and methodically found each burst pipe. The wet Sheetrock and insulation was a huge mess but he kept working through each leak. He tried to get a restoration company to come help with the mess. I would highly recommend the company especially if Steven is your plumber.

My plumber threw a fit cause he couldn't fix the toilet. Then I asked him what's wrong? then he yelled nothing's wrong! as he smacked my phone right out of my hand.

I had a plumbing job that kept getting delayed because the plumber kept pushing out our appointment. I tried to stick with them since we've had an ongoing relationship, but after the third reschedule I was fed up. I went online and found O'Bryans, and O'Bryan's was fantastic to work with! I called in, got an appointment scheduled, and assessment all within my required timeframes.

I think I just need to start working with professional plumbing services.

I've used Direct Source twice and both times Wes has been courteous, solved the problem quickly, answered my questions thoroughly and I honestly feel the price has been fair.  
My ONLY point of unease is that, both times, it's suggested I do or buy something else that would ensure immediate future business. I know every business has to make money but I never know what REALLY has to be done and what is superficial.
Regardless, it was a good overall experience both times.
