The guy who came was really nice but our experience wasn't great. He told us the hourly rate and we know how long he was here. He charged us what the quote was instead of 1-2 hours shorter being that he wasn't here as long as what he quoted. Then the hot tub gets delivered a week later and turns out the electrician didn't do the wire correctly. They are supposed to leave a long extra amount of wire and he left it way too short. We even placed the tub closer after looking at how much wire he left and it was still too short. Big problem being that we paid the hot tub company to hook it up, fill it and do all the chemicals. Now they can't do their job while they are here. We spoke to a manager who seemed concerned and I'll update this review if that turns out helpful and he gets out here to fix this without us having to take off another weekday to be here for him to come fix it.

It's hard to find a good and honest electrician. I was happy to have come across True Electric Service yelp account.  Tony is awesome he's reliable, does clean work, and has competitive prices. He helped me on a couple house projects and projects at my parents business. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.

Mr. Neely came out on short notice and took care of a smoke alarm problem in a short time. By the time other companies began returning my early morning messages, he had already completed the job.  

When he finished a little faster than expected, he revised his estimate and charged us a little less.

I appreciate Mr. Neely's willingness to prioritize us in what must have been a small job. He was efficient and confident his work would correct the problem (and it has). I would hire again for electrical work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stetson and Sammy from Dunn Honest Electric and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with their service. Wow!! I can't say enough positive things about CPEC Ramiro and his staff.  After Pedernales came out to check my electricity due to flickering and power outages it was determined that the problem was on my side and I needed an electrician ASAP!!  Well that was scary but Ramiro had Esteban at my house the next day and by 8am my problem was fixed!!!  They explained the problem, how it would be repaired and even did further testing to make sure all the wires and connections were correct.  Awesome!! Ramiro also called afterwards  in case I had any questions.

Excellent work by Adam and his helper. Replaced old, poorly wired breaker panel with new one. Installed three overhead light fixtures, oven exhaust hood, and new programmable thermostat. Adam was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will use this company again.

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

I highly recommend Mauricio for any electrical work you can think of. He was highly responsive, timely with his appointment, very quick and proficient with his work, and gave a very reasonable quote. I would definitely use him again.

We were having issues with one of our ceiling fans, and being electrical, wanted to get it looked at right away. I called numerous companies, but Jackson Electric where the only ones willing to fit us in the same day. Berto called to let me know he was on his way and upon arriving immediately started. He listened to my concerns on what we thought was causing the problem ( remote control box inside the fan), but before removing the housing for the remote control, he checked all the bulbs to make sure it wasn't that. After removing the housing, he let the fan/light run to ensure that the issue wouldn't repeat itself. I feel that he was committed to resolving the issue, not just to get in and get out. Even though it turned out to be a quick fix, he didn't put any less time or effort into the job. I am very satisfied with the company as a whole, and will not only use them again( if needed) but I have no problem recommending them to anyone needing an electrician. Our hot water tank water pressure was low and they came out same morning to fix the issue. Mike Simon quickly spotted the issue and corrected it for us quickly! Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend!!!

These guys are great. Fair prices, quick service, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been incredibly professional, friendly and honest. I had an emergency leak on a Saturday evening and they were able to get to me within an hour, stop the leak and were back to finish the permanent fix within a few days at a price far below what I expected given the amount of work needed. I have an old house with old pipes, so when things go wrong the fixes can get expensive fast, but their quotes are always fair, they never try to upsell me, and they always thoroughly explain all of our options. I'm so glad I found this company, and I highly recommend them.

Our shower started draining slowly and pooling water, so we called True Plumbing and they sent someone out fairly quickly (within two days - it wasn't an emergency). We were given status updates for when the plumber would arrive, which was appreciated.
The plumber snaked the drain and $200 later, we were all good.

The next day, I was doing laundry on the other side of the house and I noticed water pooling on the floor. We called True again and they sent someone out the following day. This guy snaked the other side of the house and was in and out pretty quickly, with no charge.

Our experience with True was great and I will call them again if we ever have any other plumbing needs.

This has been the most difficult company to work with by far. I've been in the construction industry for 10 years, and what an absolute nightmare.

 Beware their warranty means nothing, they will deny you if the owner is simply having a bad day. The owner likes to start arguments, has no customer service and even hung up on a client. Be very careful as the owner is quick to get defensive and can't have a normal conversation. Make sure you shop around or you will regret the final outcome. It's company's like this that give the industry a bad name.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. The 30 day warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Stay away from this company.
