I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

$200 to unclog a toilet...spent 15 minutes only on inside of house.  Would not recommend. Totally takes advantage of folks if you ask me. Can't stand people who do that.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Highly recommend this company! Whenever we call with an issue, Eric responds right away and fixes it fast. Woke up with a water heater issue and he was at my house in 5 minutes to fix it. Thank you Northwest, y'all rock!!

Our sewer backed up on a Friday night, which was horrible. We called everyone, but Matthews Plumbing was the only company who was able to come to the rescue that night. Mathew (son), one of the owners, came himself to clear up the obstruction. We were so grateful! After he ran the camera through the sewer pipes, he spotted two areas where the pipes were coming apart and sent us the footage. Matthews Plumbing quoted us a fair price for the project and were able to get started on the repairs by Monday. We had a lot of questions, but they were patient and gave us all the explanations and information we needed. We trust this company, and they seem to know their stuff. Definitely use these guys!

All the reviews given by my neighbors on these guys were superb and I decided to give them a try and was not disappointed.

They are family oriented and very friendly. I had them come and give an estimate on a pipe damage that a utility company had done working on back yard and they did a thorough estimate.

I also had them come back to replace 2 of my outdoor faucets that were leaking and they were thorough in fixing these at a reasonable cost compared to all the other plumbers who have come by to give estimates.

I'll definitely recommend them and call them back should I have any plumbing needs!

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. Tim is so good at what he does, and is patient enough to explain everything to help me understand the job.  I am reassured by his expertise and follow through that I'm getting exceptional service at a fair price.  I never look forward to needing home repairs, especially plumbing, but I know I can count on Tim to do a great job, answer the phone personally and bill me only for the work he's completed.

I have worked with Corey and Jeremy and both have been exceptional! We have an older home, so we have to call a plumber multiple times a year, and have used about 6 different plumbing companies/plumbers in the DFW metroplex. Clearwater has been the best customer service, most prompt and polite and given us a fair price. We enrolled in the Otter Club and have saved lots of money but also get preferred scheduling which has been a huge plus! Can't say enough about this great company! Thanks!
