I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Okay, because of positive reviews, I left message on web site. Wait 24 hours, no response. So I call. I tell her I tried to contact them through web. Lady starts talking about somebody with feet up on table and things not being done, blah blah. Sounds like a nice lady, but have no confidence in their business. Said thank you and hung up. Called another plumbing company.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Eric with Northwest Plumbing took care of me when the city of Fort Worth did some line repairs in front of my house it damaged my meter and water line. Of course the water line was on my side so it was my problem. I called Eric and he was close and stopped by real quick. The issue was fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you Northwest Plumbing.

I don't often write reviews but for Belue I will.  I have been using Belue for 25 yrs. My first encounter was an emergency situation on Super Bowl Sunday. A pip separated in my wall and water was gushing.  Belue came out during the Super Bowl and saved the day.  they have been doing it ever since.  Recently, I had a problem with my hot water heater which was leaking water at a good rate.  Brad came out with in a couple of hours and fixed the problem.  He was professional, friendly and did a great job.  I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

They want re-plumb your home. They give you the most expensive solution for your issue.  I bought a $1.89 part and fix the issue myself.  Their quote was over $450.00. You decide?

Marco came out to inspect our leaky kitchen sink. He was knowledgeable about the problem, and immediately told us that the rubber piece had been installed backwards. He explained how the seal worked and why it needed to be put in that way.  And then, he said that it probably wasn't billable, and fixed it for us.

It took him about a minute to fix, but it saved us from a leaky sink spilling water all over our kitchen floor.  Great service from an honest plumber. Thank you!

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. I've used Mike Diamond plumbing before but will never use them again due to their bad customer service. After calling several places, I decided to use Expert Plumbing because they seemed professional over the phone. Tony came out within the hour and explained to me that my main sewer line was clogged. He insisted to snake the line from the clean out I had installed 3 years ago from another plumber. After snaking the line, he ran a camera for me to see what the problem was. He explained that the sewer line had to be repaired because the problem would happen again. He repairs the line that same day giving me a 5 year warranty. Price was reasonable. Great service. Tim has been our go to plumbing service for several years now and we couldn't be happier. When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2011, he completely re-plumbed the showers and tub in less than a days time and very reasonably priced. We have several trees so he comes out every so often to clear out from all the clean outs, even the roof. When we've needed him in an emergency, he's been there to save us! Even since moving a little further west, Tim will still make the trip to Arlington to help us out, which we greatly appreciate more than he knows! He's genuine, trustworthy, prompt, fair and reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding! Would give him 10 stars!

Tyler & Trey were awesome!  I needed help and there they were!  Very friendly.  They were actually in the neighborhood for someone else but saw that I needed  help and came right over!  I recommend Clearwater Plumbers!
