I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

I had an emergency leak. Plumber was sent to figure it out. I was impressed how quickly he located the source and made the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

I called over the weekend with a leaking kitchen sink (not an emergency). I got a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule the repair. They confirmed it wasn't an emergency and fit me in first thing Tuesday morning. Donald C was amazing! He called when he was on his way and got right to work on the sink. Not only did he figure out what was wrong within a few minutes, he also took the time to explain what was broken and how he was going to fix it. Donald also went out of his way to teach me basic garbage disposal maintenance which was very much appreciated. This has been one of the most pleasant repair experiences I've ever had. He was friendly and extremely efficient. I mentioned an old toilet in my guest bathroom that had been running constantly and he didn't hesitate to take a look at it since he had some extra time. He fixed the toilet as well in about 10 minutes and again took the time to explain what was wrong and what parts he would be replacing. The price for the work and replaced parts was extremely fair and worth every penny. I would highly recommend using KMP and be sure to request Donald C!!

Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

I had an emergency plumbing issue with a sewer line backup and Michael came to save the day! He was awesome! I was on a work conference call while he was here and he was so conscientious of that. He also cleaned up more than anyone we've ever had! Quick, efficient and effective!

I had an issue with my water heater and Matt walked me through how to fix it over the phone. Fixed it for $30 when another plumber quoted me $2000 for a new unit.

I wish we could give more than 5 stars!  We had an emergency situation with water leaking everywhere at our new home after moving from out of state.  We didn't have a plumber, so I quickly went to Yelp for local plumbing reviews.  That's how we found Christopher.  He came over right away on a Sunday night and fixed the issue.  He was so kind, considerate & cheerful for it being so late at night and an emergency call.  He is the real deal as a plumber and as a person.  We weren't excited about having a flooded laundry room, but we are excited to have found our new plumber!

Jeff answered the call and took care of the problem the same day! They had to replace the hot and cold stems on my tub. They will be my go to plumber from now on. Almost two weeks and no leaks. Thank you!

To clarify, Tracy Morgan called in the request for us. She paid the $225, had one unsuccessful visit and could not receive any communication afterward despite multiple calls. We have gotten the work done with another contractor.

Amazing from start to finish! I needed help with clogged drains outside of house on a Sunday afternoon. Adam listened to my concerns and urgency and found a way to get a plumber out ASAP. He helped me with down loading app on phone to receive after hours discount. The plumber who came was named Jorge. Super professional and also helpful with getting me a discount. Price was super reasonable and Jorge had problem resolved very quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Icon was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

Jamie is awesome!  We had used another plumbing company previously that Jamie worked for.  We needed some extensive work and Jamie was there on the weekend supervising the job.  When we found out that Jamie started his own company, we ended up putting him on speed dial as our home, which was an older home, ended up having multiple plumbing issues.  Jamie has come out at night, on the weekends, early mornings, you name it, he's there!  He is extremely thorough, cleans up after he has completed the job, shows what the problem was and what caused it, and lets you know what to look for should there be any other problems.  He is reasonably priced, no matter when he arrives, takes credit cards, and gives detailed receipts.  We can't think of anyone else we would use.  Please don't ever go out of business, Jamie!!

I called Expert Plumbing & Rooter for a slow drain in the bathroom around 10:00 a.m.  One minute into the conversation, I was impressed by the lady's efficiency.  She understood the nature of the problem immediately, the next steps were how soon a plumber could do the service and cost range.  And I was told a plumber could be at my home between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.  So impressed, I asked her name, Theresa.  45 minutes before estimated arrival time, I got a call from Theresa notifying me the impending arrival time.  Within 45 minutes Andrei showed up.  He was professional and polite.  A quick diagnosis and in no time the job was done.  Would I use Expert Plumbing & Rooter again?  100% yes!

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and did significant research to help resolve a unique problem.  Tim went above and beyond to solve my problem.  Highly recommended.

Last year, Brian with ClearWater Plumbers installed a new whole home filter system as well as an RO water filter for the kitchen, including running a water line to the refrigerator. Brian did a great job, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Brian and his team were efficient and they cleaned up after the install.

It has been a year now and my wife and I love having filtered water, especially the hot RO water at the kitchen sink. I make hot tea easily now and my wife enjoys the RO water coming from the refrigerator.

Brian and Logan came out today to replace the RO water filters and again they were just great.

I am very confident with Brian; he's a great guy and knows his stuff.
