I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Excellent service! Called with a stopped up toilet and bathtub. Received same day service and the technicians were excellent. Brandon was more than professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone....

I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

fair and honest employees. very knowledgeable of their trade. had an A/C problem I  was out of town working Eric came out and diagnosed our problem as a bad fan motor left all the information on what i needed to replace it with as its a job I can do myself and did not charge my wife for the service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends.

I called Baker Brothers first and sat at home all day waiting for them to call.  The one time I walked away from my phone they called.  I called 4 minutes later and they already rescheduled my appointment to the next day.  I was so angry.  

I called Belue Plumbing after I saw all the recommendations in our neighborhood. I got my courtesy call and had a plumber here within an hour from my initial call. They're fast, friendly and very straightforward.  I'm happy to say I found our new plumbing company.

Had a leak in my refrigerator water line. Looked on Yelp for a plumber and chose Matthews Plumbing because they were local and had good reviews. Called for appointment around 11:00 and they were at my house by 3:00. Very knowledgeable and quick. Gave me options for my issue and very particular about things being done correctly. Super nice on the phone and in person. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Called Chris on Saturday morning and he was able to come out to complete my repair later in the afternoon.  He assessed and completed the repair quickly. He price was reasonable and he did a great job!  Definitely recommend......

The Leak Whisperers have been an essential component to the success of my business over the past few years. They have come through in a clench. They have answered all of my emergency calls promptly. They are punctual, honest, hard working and very very fair. I highly recommend them.

I read multiple negatives renews about BillyGO and was initially very skeptical.
Yes, I would admit their prices are slightly on the high end. However, I'm giving five stars, and I do not regret paying a little more for the outstanding service I received from the technician named Rhetts and their schedule/administrative service.
Rhetts came on time 100% prepared to identify the issue with my water heater and explained the root of the problem and ways to resolve it.
He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his diligence and think out of scope.
He is the guy who goes above and beyond to get things done well.
No such nonsenses like; This is a unique problem, this is not as easy as it may appear, I need to run to Home Depot, or I cannot do this because I have another customer in an Hour, etc.
I do not know about all technicians working at this company. But I highly recommend BillyGO if you want service on time and Rhetts as a technician for all your plumbing needs.
Also, scheduling on their website is as simple as it gets, without stupid questions, just straight to the point.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I called them late Thursday and they came Friday  fixed my problem fast.The cost was a lot lower than other plumbing co. told me . I have a new plumbing Co

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

Levon showed up for two plumbing tasks on a Saturday; the hot water knob in the tub wouldn't turn off and the kitchen sink leaked from the plumbing underneath.
The work was labor-intensive since the bathtub was 'vintage' and the kitchen sink plumbing had been done incorrectly when it was renovated.  The work was done in what I thought was an appropriate amount of time and the labor was clean and friendly.
Is anyone satisfied with a price?  I got what I was paying for and I believe that I am making a home improvement.  I could have gone elsewhere, but I was impressed with the promptness to respond to my request for help and with the professionalism of Levon and his assistant.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I had my power flush toilet installed. They did a great job! Now I can flush with confidence.
