I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

I am so very pleased with Joyner plumbing.  I had two outside faucets that were leaking.  The two man crew was on time, very courteous and competent. They have a reputation from way back in the 50's. I can fully understand why they are still in business. Prices were very fair, as well!!!

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Very pleased with the fast courteous service. They were able to come out the next day. Fair pricing. I will be keeping their information for next time.

While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. He's done a waterheater, toilet, garbage disposal, replumbed under kitchen sink, repair shower, repair pipes in wall, changed out cast iron plumbing boxes under our Craftsman home. He's even come to our new 1973 home in Richardson. Each time he is professional, on time, knowledgeable about even the most tricky plumbing problems. He is honest will say all I need to do is fix this piece, where others would say no whole thing needs replacing. When he does a job it is done correctly, always passes inspection, and plumbed with the future in mind so no problems moving forward after a fix. After having worked with several plumbers and other contractors while completely renovating our 1923 home I appreciate Jeff's honesty, knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. I highly recommend.

I had such a great experience with the Leak Whisperers. We had a really bad leak, so bad that the city actually called us because they were alarmed with the high water usage at our residence. As renters, we notified the landlord and they weren't able to get anyone out until the following week. Unfortunately, on New Years day, the leak got so bad and was going out into the street. I notified the landlord and we wondered how we'd find someone to help on New Years' Day! After a yelp search and many phone calls, enter the Leak Whisperers.

Unfortunately, due to the holiday, they weren't able to get the ideal part and the fix did not hold after 2 days. One quick text to the plumber and he was back that day, no questions asked. They redid the fix and were apologetic. I'm so grateful with their quick responses and friendly demeanor. I have definitely saved this number for any plumber needs that may arise and passed it onto my landlord.

BillyGo is a NO GO. STAY AWAY !! Choose someone trustworthy! They say NO FEES, FREE consultation & fraudulently charge you $120 anyways, such a SCAM.

The tech comes over & gives me a quote to fix the AC for $4000+ to put some freon in + $400+ charge for diagnosis & $120 trip charge. I told him I was advised no fees unless I decide to pursue further, he said that I was misadvised. After a mini argument, I reluctantly paid the $120 & the tech was kind enough to not charge me any other fees.

All I'm saying is do not fool the customer-just be honest & disclose all fees & charges upfront. Cheap marketing tactics will only give your customer a bad experience & leave you with a bad yelp review & you lose potential customers in the future. Integrity is key.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! Tim helped us out with a difficult water leak on our main line, he knew exactly how to fix a leaking Qwest pipe, the old blue poly type of piping. Tim worked with our tight schedule and did a superb job, would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

ClearWater is AMAZING! I have never trusted a home contractor more. Brian is a plumbing expert in every sense of the word, and has worked on pretty much every project we've done with ClearWater--three and counting. And we're talking major projects, not little issues here and there. They've replaced a water heater and repaired a massive pipe collapse underneath our foundation (slab). They also did a hydro jet flush of our pipes and did all of the plumbing for a complete shower remodel we just completed. Nick has been over a lot, as well, and is also terrific. Although I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with anyone from ClearWater.
