I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor. Huh?? I looked around (why, I don't know). Then I looked up. Oh f@#k! I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters. Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage. I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened. Panic!
Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back). I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'. So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing. I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what? He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour. In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak. From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.
AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought). When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low. And Frank was very nice. He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done. Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.
AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling. My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on. Now how lucky is that?!
Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber. I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point. Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install. Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days. Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better!
Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter.
Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early. He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI.
I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Since my Company does not do gas work, we contracted Matthews Plumbing to run a gas service line for one of our customers. His price was much less than 2 other companies we called out. Matt and his son were very efficient in installing the gas line. City came out and inspected the job and everything was perfect. Highly recommend Matthews Plumbing for any gas project.

I called Anything Plumbing on a rainy Saturday after discovering wet carpet in my family room. Not only were they prompt in getting to my house, the plumber was very efficient and helpful in detecting the problem. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my house, including climbing through my attic to check for a leak. I highly recommend this company, especially for their weekend service and honest plumbers.

These men were great. The found my leak and fixed it. They had to cut tile and I asked them if they could save it and they said they'd try. They told me that if I'd get tile just in case, they wouldn't charge me for having to go look for it and get it. So $10 tile would've cost me $50. I found my own, but they didn't need it because they were able to save my tile. However they charged $50 for the pipes they had to get, which I'm sure were no more than $10 to $20 for all of it. So to get my pipe fixed was over $400. Plumbing seems a little pricey, but I think they were the cheapest I found. They were nice.

They offer to send a person to inspect the damage free of cost and then quote 2X. Quoted me $800 for a simple replacement- got it done for $240. Stay away!!!

I had what appeared to be a burst pipe under my house around dinner time and called the plumber I'd used before who had given me a magnet with their phone number on it. I was assured a dispatcher would call me back right away, but after 15 minutes with no return call I found Expert Plumbing on Yelp.
I spoke to a plumber, Daniel, right away and he was at my house within 10 - 15 minutes. Although he couldn't fix it that night, he came back first thing in the morning and took care of the problem, which fortunately wasn't a burst pipe. But he did still have to go into the muddy crawl space under the house
Daniel explained everything along the way and worked with me on the price. I didn't get a magnet from him, but I will definitely keep the phone number of Expert Plumbing where I can find it if I need it again. Oh, it's now been well over 24 hours and I still haven't been called back by the other plumber.

Tim is fabulous, thorough, and clean! He's re-routing our pipes because of a slab leak and definitely knows what he's doing. He did a wonderful job putting the new pipe in behind a cabinet because our roof is rather low and cleaned up after all of the dust and yuck that come from cutting into the wall! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Chrispy (Chris) and Shane came out to address a water drainage issue that's been pestering us for some time now. After having an AC company come out to inspect our system and determine that the inside unit was not the culprit, they advised that we contact a plumber. My wife and I have received service from ClearWater Plumbers several times in recent years and have been well pleased each time, so we reached out and had Chris and Shane come to do our work. Chris had an excellent way of LISTENING to me share about the situation and what our goals were in finding a lasting solution, and he explained his recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner that instilled confidence in our end. He and Shane did a bang up job to provide a much better foundation for our water heater to rest on, and in turn, ensures that gravity will work in our favor to keep water draining from the AC condensate where it should go, and not back up to the water heater. While it wasn't a faulty operation of our water heater that was ultimately the reason and need for their service, they ensured that thoughtful explanation and attention to detail was provided when I didn't receive it elsewhere.
