I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Excellent company! They were able to do it pretty quickly as they knew exactly what went wrong upon seeing. The lead guy was very helpful and informative about what went wrong and how to prevent it. highly recommend them!

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. Had an upstairs toilet that wouldn't flush properly.  This was in our house that is less than 2 years old.  Called a couple of big name companies that both said we needed to replace the toilet, and it would be anywhere from $400-$600. Didn't seem to me that a practically new toilet would go bad that quickly, so gave Northwest Plumbing a try and they determined something was stuck in the drain.  They had the toilet off, stuck item removed, and toilet back on in about 30 minutes.  $130 for all of it and toilet works great now.   Would highly recommend these guys!

Thanks again for being rude my husband fixed the issue for $ 32.00 a lot better than giving you $100 an hour and being told it would be a week before you could come out.

Just got off the phone with matt and I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism that I had to hop on here and leave him a review. We have a leak in front of our house and although he is totally booked for an entire week, Matt took the time to chat with me in depth and discuss our problem in detail. Even though he was unable to come out and assist, he walked me through what it would probably take to repair it ourselves. He even recommended a place to shop for parts and if that's not enough he offered to help us over the phone if we got in a jam. That my friends is what I call outstanding customer service! Did I mention his estimate was like half of what the other plumbers wanted to charge me? I will absolutely give Matt a call in the future for all of our plumbing needs! I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

Amazing from start to finish! I needed help with clogged drains outside of house on a Sunday afternoon. Adam listened to my concerns and urgency and found a way to get a plumber out ASAP. He helped me with down loading app on phone to receive after hours discount. The plumber who came was named Jorge. Super professional and also helpful with getting me a discount. Price was super reasonable and Jorge had problem resolved very quickly. Will definitely use this company again.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

My kitchen sink blew open underneath this morning and flooded my kitchen. I called Experty and made an appointment, they actually arrived to my house earlier than I thought and fixed the clogged pipes in under 15 minutes. We just finished with our service through ClearWater plumbing. What a great experience! When water from the washer started backing up and coming out from under our toilet we feared the worst. We have cast iron drain pipe under our 80yr old house and had been told by another plumber that they could give up and collapse at any minute...
We worried that our minute was up last night.
We called Clear Water and they sent us David and Matt. Due to past family issues with COVID, we take visitors through our own protocols, of taking temps, hand sanitizer and wearing masks. The plumbers were very understanding and gracious about that while they were here.
David analyzed how our old plumbing is laid out and suggested a course of action that was far less expensive than we thought! The line jetting did in fact clear the clog and made the line flow far better than I expected. David and Matt also put their camera through all the drain lines affected and showed me all of it as they worked. They were able to show me that my old cast iron drain line is in fact, still fine, which removed one of those worries that keeps a homeowner awake at night. Eventually I know it will need replacing and David was courteous enough to give me an estimate and an explanation of what that would entail. Once they were done with the drain line they changed the old wax seal on the leaky toilet. Matt was very careful getting at and removing one rusted right bolt and he was very mindful of not making a mess when he carried the toilet out of the way for service.
David and Matt were, on time, efficient, gracious and never attempted to upsell me into services my situation  didn't call for. They were neat in their work and respectful of our home.
Our service with Clear Water was affordable and was waaaaay less expensive than I feared. David and Matt's openness about what they were doing at all times, leaves us feeling that we have a good repair at a fair price.
