I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Excellent company! They were able to do it pretty quickly as they knew exactly what went wrong upon seeing. The lead guy was very helpful and informative about what went wrong and how to prevent it. highly recommend them!

I am not a happy camper. Earlier this Summer, I had KMP come clean out my sewer line. While they were able to clean the roots out where another plumber couldn't, they informed me that my line was broken near the curb that they could not penetrate (they marked the spot with paint on the grass and curb) and the sewer line was going to have to be replaced from the house to the street at a cost of $4,700. What they didn't tell me and what I found out from a friend was that any breaks within 5 or so feet of the curb was the responsibility of the City, as it's within the City's right-of-way. The City of Arlington got it repaired, at NO COST TO ME, within 3 days. So, if I had just given KMP the OK to fix it, I would have had my yard torn up, a tree would have had to be removed, my mailbox would have had to been relocated, and I would have been out $4,700. Hhhhmmmm, the City of Arlington repaired it for FREE. So, why didn't KMP tell me to call the City? Surely they know the code. It appears to me they just wanted the $4,700 job!

Had an upstairs toilet that wouldn't flush properly.  This was in our house that is less than 2 years old.  Called a couple of big name companies that both said we needed to replace the toilet, and it would be anywhere from $400-$600. Didn't seem to me that a practically new toilet would go bad that quickly, so gave Northwest Plumbing a try and they determined something was stuck in the drain.  They had the toilet off, stuck item removed, and toilet back on in about 30 minutes.  $130 for all of it and toilet works great now.   Would highly recommend these guys!

Michael came out to check for gas leaks and he did a great job. He was through in his explanations of things i didn't understand. I will definitely use them in the future. The scheduling department was polite and the service was prompt and arrived as promised.

These guys were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called them. They are experienced, highly rated everywhere I looked and lived up to their reputation. Their prices were very competitive (even less than others we checked) but their work was professional and top notch. Plus, they showed up when they said they would, were polite and didn't waste any time.

BillyGo Plumbing was amazing. They arrived promptly within the hour timeframe of my appointment. They quickly identified the problem and were very up front with me. Everything was fixed in a timely manner with excellent, courteous service. I can't say enough about what a great job they did. Their app is also super convenient to use and very user friendly.

The home warranty company plumber had to demo my bath vanity to repair a concrete slab leak in my master bath. After 3 different contractors failed to follow through on installing a new bath vanity, my insurance agent recommended Icon plumbing.  It was one of the best phone calls I have had in awhile.

Condy Hammer from Icon Plumbing installed the vanity, vanity top, sink and 2 bath faucets.  He was on time, efficient, professional and a nice guy.  I have added Icon Plumbing to my directory as my go to plumber.

Addendum-the 40 year old toilet in my master bath just stopped working (finally).  I contacted Condy at Icon. He is on the way to save the day .

My main drain became blocked by tree roots. The top on my outside drain popped the top and raw sewage  was pouring into my front garden each time I flushed a toilet or took a shower.
I immediately called Condy at Icon. He came the next morning and cleared the roots in 10 minutes for a reasonable price.  Great job as usual and a nice guy to boot.

I called them late Thursday and they came Friday  fixed my problem fast.The cost was a lot lower than other plumbing co. told me . I have a new plumbing Co

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

I interviewed over 7 plumbers in and around my area and Levon and Experp Plumbing are the best.  They are professional, affordable, punctual,and  take time to explain everything to you, step by step.  I have had two appointments with both Tony and  Levon with Rick and was extremely satisfied on both occasions.  I even called past 8:00 pm on a weeknight and Levon picked up right away and answered all of my questions even thought it was after main business hours.  I've a very discerning customer and i've already referred them to two of my friends and family.  They are a family owned business and conduct business the way it's supposed to be done. Call them, you will not be disappointed!

This plumber is such a nice guy. I can't say enough good things about him. I sent him pictures of my hose bib problem requesting an estimate so that I wasn't in shock of repair. He gave me 2 estimates best and worst case and coordinated squeezing me in before going out of town. He even gave me a 3rd solution later to lower the cost.  I ended up with the not so bad repair so of course I'm happy. Thanks!

Nick and Matt came to snake three of our drains. They were very friendly and explanatory in what they were doing. They gave me a full scope of work and completed the job in a timely manner. Be sure to ask for discounts and they will let you know what's available to you. Also, and this is big, they didn't leave a huge mess behind! Will be calling ClearWater Plumbers for all our future jobs, thanks guys!
