I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Excellent company! They were able to do it pretty quickly as they knew exactly what went wrong upon seeing. The lead guy was very helpful and informative about what went wrong and how to prevent it. highly recommend them!

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

I've called on Eric from Northwest twice to extricate me from emergency plumbing problems.  Both times I was shocked at the low fair price and great job.   These days it's so hard to find honest professional, blue collar plumbers, car mechanics, air condition men, or roofers.  Eric is a great plumber and air condition/ heater man.   If you want a good job and you don't want to be taken advantage of...I highly recommend Northwest Plumbing.  

Now I need to find a great car mechanic.  My last car mechanic passed on.  RIP Fred...

This team is phenomenal and the prices were the best I found.  I really appreciated the amazing service when Will got here.  Had better suggestions I hadn't even thought of.  Excellent people.

Had an emergency leak in my W/D connection box, and thankfully was able to find Matt via yelp to help me out on the fly. To make matters worse, I wasn't even home.

It didn't matter though bc i had someone let them in, and they were able to get on site and repair the issue within a few hours. Solid pricing too! (Didn't ruin my weekend :)

Definitely my new go-to in the DFW area for any plumbing needs.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!

Anchor plumbing was great - came by on very short notice with no up charge or fees.  Price was exactly to the penny as quoted on the phone.  He even did a few extras.  Highly recommend!

They came out right away. They replaced an outside faucet that had broken from the freeze (I covered the other ones,but, forgot to cover this one). He also replaced several other faucets inside and out. The bill was exactly as quoted over the phone and the tech cleaned up his work areas. I'll be referring them to my clients for sure.

They offer to send a person to inspect the damage free of cost and then quote 2X. Quoted me $800 for a simple replacement- got it done for $240. Stay away!!!

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Icon was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

I've had issues with service people in the past, plumbers in particular. Jaime restored my faith in the industry as a whole. it's a rare thing to find someone honest, fair & does the job right. we found that in Plumbing Force & Jaime.

This morning while showering I was surprised to realize there isn't any hot water.

...wow, I called at 12:38pm on a Sunday. They arrived 1:18pm they diagnosed, replaced the thermocouple and started up my water heater and were out the door at 1:32pm. I may have to pay extra for a Sunday, but with that kind of service it was completely worth it. (They were the cheapest, I shopped around)

Luckily my baby woke up because I was worried at the amount noise a repairman would make but it wasn't the case, I don't even think my dogs noticed there were strangers in the house.

This team comes highly recommended, now excuse me I gotta go finish my shower.

Tim has integrity. He also knows his stuff - we've never had any issues with his repair, and he is prompt and honest. Not the cheapest. I trust him 10%.

Had a major toilet issue on a Saturday....called them up for help. Very good customer service!! Sent someone over in the afternoon who was very nice and fixed the issue in 10 minutes flat. Highly recommend!!
