I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

Okay, because of positive reviews, I left message on web site. Wait 24 hours, no response. So I call. I tell her I tried to contact them through web. Lady starts talking about somebody with feet up on table and things not being done, blah blah. Sounds like a nice lady, but have no confidence in their business. Said thank you and hung up. Called another plumbing company.

Unreliable!  I made two separate appointments to replace my water heater and they were no-shows both times.  Not even a phone call.

My wife and I just had our bathroom remodeled and Michael came highly recommended from our neighbor.  Don't look any further for a plumber as Belue is the best.  Michael is very meticulous with his work and does a great job explaining to his customer the work he is doing and why he is doing it.  We trusted Michael and his crew in our house alone which speaks highly about the type of person he is.  Our master bathroom came out perfectly and he is the only plumber that we will use going forward.

Our sewer backed up on a Friday night, which was horrible. We called everyone, but Matthews Plumbing was the only company who was able to come to the rescue that night. Mathew (son), one of the owners, came himself to clear up the obstruction. We were so grateful! After he ran the camera through the sewer pipes, he spotted two areas where the pipes were coming apart and sent us the footage. Matthews Plumbing quoted us a fair price for the project and were able to get started on the repairs by Monday. We had a lot of questions, but they were patient and gave us all the explanations and information we needed. We trust this company, and they seem to know their stuff. Definitely use these guys!

Called Chris on Saturday morning and he was able to come out to complete my repair later in the afternoon.  He assessed and completed the repair quickly. He price was reasonable and he did a great job!  Definitely recommend......

Though I had not heard of this company before,  I am so happy that I found and chose them.
The are the nicest people who made temporary repairs,  required by all insurance companies. They were quick to respond, honest and gave me a extremely fair price. I would not use any company other than BillyGo and recommended them to friends and neighbors.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

Jamie was great! He fixed the slow moving drains in my rental property, thoroughly and quickly! His fees are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Didn't take long for more plumbing issues to arise. Our kitchen and bathroom sinks needed work and the garbage disposal was acting up again so I called 2 days ago. Tony showed up that same day, quickly figured out the problem and told us he could stay late and do it that day or come back another day. We had him come back since our kids were needing attention, and he showed up today, on time and ready to work. He brought another guy with him and they both knocked out the problems quickly. Everything is actually working in our house again. YAY!

This company has great ratings for a reason...quick service, kind, professional and reliable plumbers and reasonable rates. Will definitely use them again!

Tim is so good at what he does, and is patient enough to explain everything to help me understand the job.  I am reassured by his expertise and follow through that I'm getting exceptional service at a fair price.  I never look forward to needing home repairs, especially plumbing, but I know I can count on Tim to do a great job, answer the phone personally and bill me only for the work he's completed.

Customer service of any kind is a rarity these days, but these guys excel at it.  They're very quick to respond, they go out of their way to communicate in whatever way is most convenient for you, and they do a great job of explaining whatever options are available.  In one week I've had to wrangle with customer service from two big corporations and ClearWater, and it really highlights the difference in timeliness and service you get from a locally owned business staffed by actual humans.
