I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Top notch service!  Received service for a leaky toilet repair. The technician was on time, repaired my toilet and treated my home with respect (not leaving any trash particles behind). I would definitely use KMP again and refer all my friends!

Most disappointed.  Was told Owner would call at 9am next day to discuss my front yard sewer leak.  At 10:02am next day NO CALL from owner. Terminated contact and engaged another plumbing company, one who keeps their word.

Very pleased with the fast courteous service. They were able to come out the next day. Fair pricing. I will be keeping their information for next time.

Had an emergency leak in my W/D connection box, and thankfully was able to find Matt via yelp to help me out on the fly. To make matters worse, I wasn't even home.

It didn't matter though bc i had someone let them in, and they were able to get on site and repair the issue within a few hours. Solid pricing too! (Didn't ruin my weekend :)

I called Anything Plumbing on a rainy Saturday after discovering wet carpet in my family room. Not only were they prompt in getting to my house, the plumber was very efficient and helpful in detecting the problem. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my house, including climbing through my attic to check for a leak. I highly recommend this company, especially for their weekend service and honest plumbers.

My family has worked with Jeff and his team for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. He has a family owned business and take pride in his work as he is truly apart of our community. While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. He's done a waterheater, toilet, garbage disposal, replumbed under kitchen sink, repair shower, repair pipes in wall, changed out cast iron plumbing boxes under our Craftsman home. He's even come to our new 1973 home in Richardson. Each time he is professional, on time, knowledgeable about even the most tricky plumbing problems. He is honest will say all I need to do is fix this piece, where others would say no whole thing needs replacing. When he does a job it is done correctly, always passes inspection, and plumbed with the future in mind so no problems moving forward after a fix. After having worked with several plumbers and other contractors while completely renovating our 1923 home I appreciate Jeff's honesty, knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. I highly recommend.

These guys came out right away the day I called them and diagnosed my leak and since it was late evening, they turned off the water to that area and returned the next morning. They found exactly where it was and fixed it, cleaned up the area and since I had to leave before he was finished, texted me a picture of the completed work. They texted me when they were on the way both days and were very polite and respectful and were willing to work with me on the cost. I would definitely recommend them!

I used them years ago to complete a bathroom remodel and they did a great job for a reasonable price.

However, 2 years later, I've gotten several estimates from them for plumbing and for HVAC and all of their estimates are at least 3xs as much as the next two estimates I've received.  Their pricing is LUDICROUSLY expensive.  

They wanted to charge me $30K to rough in a new plumbing/drain line for an addition including new gas line location (5' from existing location).  The next 2 were for $9000 and $7800 for the exact same services.  I mean they REALLY do try to gouge you.  

Outside of their pricing, they're on time, professional and knowledgeable - but if you're looking to pay a reasonable price, look elsewhere.

I'm not sure where we came up with their card, probably from a neighbor, but when we needed a cartridge replaced inside the knob for our tub, we gave them a call. First thing to rub me the wrong way was that he 30 minutes late for our 9am-12pm window. I took off a morning of work for this and I understand you drove from wherever and there was traffic, but give me some notice so I can give my office some notice.

I told him where the water shut-off was for our building, and he disappeared outside for 20 minutes. Once he gets back upstairs he starts going over the costs with me, before he starts the work.  I definitely appreciated that because the cost BLEW ME AWAY.  He wanted $582 to replace a $25 cartridge and a $35 knob. He wanted approximately $330 for the actual repair, $175 for what he described as the labor for walking from [my] unit on the 2nd floor, to the water-shut-off valve on the 1st floor. Which, coincidentally, was less than 50 feet from where he had parked his truck.

Finally, he wanted $79 for some kind of warranty service plan that gave me a discount on any future visits. I told him to remove the warranty; I didn't need it. But, without the discount the warranty provided, the cost of the repair went up to $400 and the labor went up to $190. With the discount plus the cost of warranty it would have only saved me $10 total. What a scam! Not to mention he had quite an attitude that I would question his pricing methods. I sent him on his way. He might have done a stellar job, but it wouldn't have been worth that price. I was willing to pay a little extra to not have to go to the trouble myself, but $582.00 for a plumber versus $60.00 at Home Depot is a no-brainer.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

I recently hired Plumbing Force to come install a new water heater at my home. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt from start to finish. He explained everything we wanted to know and answered all of our questions very patiently, from recommending which heater to purchase all the way through the installation! I highly recommend Plumbing Force for good, quality work done by a friendly, thorough practitioner.

How disappointing.  I guess when a company thinks they have built your trust they can then try to take advantage of you.   I had a leak under the slab of my home.  Having had such a great experience with Expert Plumbing before I called them for a quote to re-pipe my home.   Levon came back out and asked me do you have any idea how much it will cost?  I truly had no idea and so he went ahead and quoted me $16,000!  He told me if anyone quotes me less than $9,000 then they wouldn't do a good job.  Fortunately, I reached out to friends through Facebook and got lots of reputable recommendations and advice.  I finally went with a professional re-pipe specialist company and paid $4400!!!  The city inspector came out and said it was an excellent job and signed off on the work.    I now have peace-of-mind of new pipes throughout my home and didn't get ripped off in the worst way by Expert Plumbing and Rooter.

Tim helped us out with a difficult water leak on our main line, he knew exactly how to fix a leaking Qwest pipe, the old blue poly type of piping. Tim worked with our tight schedule and did a superb job, would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

The faucet on my kitchen sink had low water pressure on the hot side so we called Clearwater after reading some reviews. Two guys came and looked around the house telling me we had galvanized pipes, which we do because we live in an old house, and told me my only option was to repipe the entire house which was going to cost $13k and that wouldn't even cover us having to repair all the damage they would cause like taking out Sheetrock and digging trenches through the yard.
While we know at some point this is probably something that we need to take care of but they NEVER even turned on the kitchen sink which was what I called about.  I ended up having another plumber come out, he actually DID turn on the faucet and it turns out some little hardened piece of avocado or something got stuck in the screen. He took it out and the hot water pressure was back to normal. This is absolutely a lesson in doing your research and getting second opinions.

As an update, I was contacted by Clearwater to follow up after my review. They apologized and told me they would use the experience as a training opportunity and refunded my trip charge.
