I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

This team is phenomenal and the prices were the best I found.  I really appreciated the amazing service when Will got here.  Had better suggestions I hadn't even thought of.  Excellent people.

Mat was the only one that responded with same day availability out of 6 requests I sent out and I feel lucky he did. This was during the ice cold weather when all the pipes are bursting in Dallas. This establishment is a father and son team. Just the 2 of them. The service prompt, very efficient, and I feel like the price was very fair. Good guys to have on your house needs rolodex.

I had a slow water leak in a drain pipe. I called Anchor and he was on site in 2 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. He explained charges before starting the job and clearly answered all of my questions. This is my friendly plumber of choice in Oak Cliff.

By far the best in leak detection! I've recommended them for multiple homebuyers before purchasing their home! It's always good to check out the pipes!

They showed up on time and worked hard. My house was a complicated complete sewage line replacement and it seems like everything is good. We had one small issue about 2 months after and they came out immediately and fixed the problem.

Because my hot water was warm at best, I assumed the problem was my 12 year old water heater. The Home Depot plumbing contractor suggested I may also have a slab leak based on information I gave him and they do not repair slab leaks. I called Icon plumbing. Travis confirmed that I had a slab leak on the hot water side. He also said that they do not usually have to jackhammer the floors, saving my beautiful wood floors. They repair the leak and run a new line through the attic. They repaired the leak located behind the wall of my washing machine and ran a new line, through the attic, from the leak to my water heater.

The bottom line was my floors were not jack hammered and after leak was repaired, my water heater did not have to be replaced (saving money). The only repair I had was 4 sheetrock hole repairs which is much cheaper than repairing floors. Icon plumbers Travis and Joe are great guys. They were respectful of my home and left the work spaces very clean.

Addendum-I was quoted over $4000.00 including water heater replacement from another company. Icon plumbing made repairs for less than $3000.00 without water heater replace or wood floor repair. My last slab leak was in my master bath. The home warranty plumber jackhammered the floors and charged $3800.00. Plus I had to repair my bath floors. The home warranty company would NOT cover costs and I immediately dropped them.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

Jamie is awesome!  We had used another plumbing company previously that Jamie worked for.  We needed some extensive work and Jamie was there on the weekend supervising the job.  When we found out that Jamie started his own company, we ended up putting him on speed dial as our home, which was an older home, ended up having multiple plumbing issues.  Jamie has come out at night, on the weekends, early mornings, you name it, he's there!  He is extremely thorough, cleans up after he has completed the job, shows what the problem was and what caused it, and lets you know what to look for should there be any other problems.  He is reasonably priced, no matter when he arrives, takes credit cards, and gives detailed receipts.  We can't think of anyone else we would use.  Please don't ever go out of business, Jamie!!

i was having a washer and dryer installed, I was told that my hot and cold water valves were frozen and needed to be replaced. I called expert plumbing because of the awesome ratings they had here on yelp. I really needed the work done asap because the installation could not be done until the valves were replaced. Levon the plumber came out within one hour of calling for service, he came to inspect the valves and told me they did not need to be replaced, i guess the crew that came to install my washer and dryer were too tired at the end of the day to do the install and made up some excuse not to get the job done. Levon the plumber inspected the valves closed them and told me there was no need to change them , immediately i asked what i owed him for his time and he replied nothing.....really? who does that ? the guy was extremely nice and told me i would have to pay around 140$ per valve. How often do you find real honest people like that. I couldn't be happier to have found a real honest plumber. Levon is the man, give them a call if you need plumbing done, you will not be disapointed.

Tim has been our go to plumbing service for several years now and we couldn't be happier. When we remodeled our bathrooms in 2011, he completely re-plumbed the showers and tub in less than a days time and very reasonably priced. We have several trees so he comes out every so often to clear out from all the clean outs, even the roof. When we've needed him in an emergency, he's been there to save us! Even since moving a little further west, Tim will still make the trip to Arlington to help us out, which we greatly appreciate more than he knows! He's genuine, trustworthy, prompt, fair and reasonable and the quality of his work is outstanding! Would give him 10 stars!

Amazing!  They have done numerous jobs for us and are always professional, polite , and knowledgeable in all aspects of each job!  
They arrive when they say they will, clean up after every job, and leave phone numbers to contact them if a problem arises .  Won't call anyone else!  Great personnel !
