I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

I have had Joyner Plumbing out for a sewer line replacement job last year. I also used them for smaller jobs. Overall they do a good job. Yes, plumbing is not cheap, but Joyner does an honest job at a fair price. They will not be the cheapest nor most expensive.

Anytime I have experienced a service issue with Joyner,  Jack or the office staff would have someone come back out and made it right (fixed the issue).

I would not hesitate to recommend Joyner.

Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst.  KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT!  Very professional and fixed out issue right away!  We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure.  I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off.  Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

Needed to clear a drainage clog. Called Wednesday afternoon and arranged to work it out the next day. Plumber called the next morning at 11 and was there by noon. He worked on two clean-outs to make sure the line was thoroughly cleared and then charged exactly what he quoted ($136). The job was well-done, finished promptly, the plumber was friendly, and the price was okay. I would call again and recommend to others.

TERRIBLE!!! They sent a plumber over that told me he had a stomach bug. He was sweating and told me he had been throwing up since the night before. Our entire house got sick including our 8 week old baby. I couldn't believe a company had such little regard for customers to send sick plumbers into the homes of people.  Use at your own risk.

They showed on-time and on short notice. Their work was excellent. Our plumber was Dalton and he really knows his trade.

The price was reasonable, The owner is a good guy; they were the only company that agreed to come out on the day I called. (My house had no water at the time, and no one else would commit to come in the next 48 hours.)

I plan to be a customer for life. You won't regret calling these folks, they will treat you right!

Christopher has all of these 5 star ratings for a good reason.  He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed my issue and fixed it quickly and didn't leave a mess.  I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and he replaced my old parts with better materials than were used in the original construction.  All of this, and I would have expected to pay much more than I did.  

I will definitely call Christopher for any plumbing needs that we have, and I will also recommend him to anyone needing quality service at a reasonable rate.

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

I tried to DIY a broken spigot during the freeze and snapped off the pipe inside my exterior wall - on Christmas Eve. So needless to say, I was in a really tough spot. I tried calling about ten plumbers, obviously everyone was slammed or taking time off. A few companies said they'd get back to me but ultimately left me hanging for a few days. I called up the leak whisperers and they had a guy over in 90 minutes. Jerome was super professional and was able to get the pipe capped and water turned back on fairly quickly.  Will definitely use them moving forward - they saved Christmas

They came and quoted $140 to replace the kitchen faucet. Showed up and changed to $277 (for 30 mins of labor). I accepted not realizing the first quote (my wife didnt tell me, assumed it was standard). Complained but no response. Leaving 2 stars b/c overall they did a very good job on installation itself.

We had a sewer back up on a Sunday morning. Amazingly, Icon was out within an hour and had it fixed in no time. Great service and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and will give them my future business.

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

Tim is so good at what he does, and is patient enough to explain everything to help me understand the job.  I am reassured by his expertise and follow through that I'm getting exceptional service at a fair price.  I never look forward to needing home repairs, especially plumbing, but I know I can count on Tim to do a great job, answer the phone personally and bill me only for the work he's completed.

Bryson and Matt were great!  Professional, courteous, and very capable plumbers.  Upon arrival, they quickly assessed the situation (leaky toilet) and provided a best case/worst case estimate.  We agreed and they went to work.  Less than 45 minutes later the work was done and everything was like new.  They were in and out in less than an hour and were a pleasure to work with.  I would definitely recommend ClearWater Plumbers and specifically, give Bryson and Matt five stars!
