I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Okay, because of positive reviews, I left message on web site. Wait 24 hours, no response. So I call. I tell her I tried to contact them through web. Lady starts talking about somebody with feet up on table and things not being done, blah blah. Sounds like a nice lady, but have no confidence in their business. Said thank you and hung up. Called another plumbing company.

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

I've called on Eric from Northwest twice to extricate me from emergency plumbing problems.  Both times I was shocked at the low fair price and great job.   These days it's so hard to find honest professional, blue collar plumbers, car mechanics, air condition men, or roofers.  Eric is a great plumber and air condition/ heater man.   If you want a good job and you don't want to be taken advantage of...I highly recommend Northwest Plumbing.  

Now I need to find a great car mechanic.  My last car mechanic passed on.  RIP Fred...

Matt and his son, are a couple of really great guys. I moved into my current home about a year ago and always had some weird odor coming from some of the sinks and had some toilets clog often until a couple of days ago my main line got completely clogged. I contacted them and within the hour they got back to me with the earliest availability and the lowest price out of all the plumbers I contacted in my area. They explained to me everything they were doing and were quick and professional. I will recommend Matthew's plumbing  to my friends and family and I appreciate the fact that when I called I spoke directly to the owner not a scheduler.

This is hands down one of the best home repair experiences I've had. And who said plumbers aren't nice? Seriously, these guys are friendly, courteous, and know their stuff. In fact, it was a home inspection that revealed a leaky kitchen faucet. Anything Plumbing saved the day with their cute little shop truck! Affordable, knowledgable, and wonderful. We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

Recently, I had to deal with the headache of my kitchen line clogged. Worst nightmare of my life! Made some calls to a few places and most of them gave me the run around and told me it would take them a day or two for them to come out to take a look at it. I ended up finding this place on yelp and read through some of the reviews. Gave them a call, in the next 3 hours, he was at my house to take a peak at the problem. He gave me an unbeatable price for the fix and told him to take his time to fix the clog. Within a few hours he had everything taken care of! switched some of the pipes for new ones, fixed the clog, cleaned up the kitchen, and ran tests to make sure the job was complete! I could not be happier with the service that was provided!

Tim helped us out with a difficult water leak on our main line, he knew exactly how to fix a leaking Qwest pipe, the old blue poly type of piping. Tim worked with our tight schedule and did a superb job, would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

We needed an outdoor faucet replaced and Flo Stops placed on our water heater pans.
