I have a well system problem and called Diversified and they didnt service my type of system. While on the phone, they were happy to tell me their personal experiences with it and talked me through diagnostics out of the kindness of their heart. 5 stars for being generous people when they could of easily said no!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

So about a month ago, one afternoon I walked out into my garage and saw a rather sizable puddle of water in the middle of the floor.  Huh??  I looked around (why, I don't know).  Then I looked up.  Oh f@#k!  I ran upstairs and opened the door to the attic space where the water heaters and one of the hvac systems is located and there it was - water coming out of a small hole in a pipe by one of the water heaters.  Water was shooting out horizontally, hitting a wall, and running downward - through the ceiling of my garage.  I tried to turn off the water supply to the water heater, but nothing happened.  Panic!

Anyway, I didn't have a plumber that I liked (I deal with almost all the tradespeople who have to come to our house - poor things - and I decide who will come back).  I'd tried about three since we moved here, but none of them screamed 'I want to be your regular plumber'.  So I called my regular HVAC company and asked them to recommend someone and they gave me the number for Arty's Plumbing.  I called Arty's and explained my problem to the person who answered and guess what?  He actually sounded concerned about my emergency and said someone would be there within an hour.  In less than an hour, Frank arrived, assessed the problem, turned off the water to the water heaters and to the house and proceeded to repair the leak.  From the time I found the puddle in the garage to the time the problem was fixed was less than three hours, and that included Frank having to make a trip for a piece of hardware.

AND, the cost was very reasonable (I thought).  When he handed me the bill, I couldn't believe it was so low.  And Frank was very nice.  He also either didn't make a mess or he cleaned up after he was done.  Either way, there was no mess for me to deal with.

AND after all this, the worst thing we have is a water stain on the garage ceiling.  My car (that was just washed that morning for the first time in a couple months) didn't even get dripped on.  Now how lucky is that?!

Anyway, they don't know it yet, but Arty's Plumbing is now my regular plumber.  I sure hope they don't scare easily...

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

Brad came over this morning and fixed my water heater fast!! Will definitely use again. Very friendly and prompt. Thank you!!

Problem: Gas Leak in wall between laundry and kitchen. Home Warranty company sent a plumber (not Matt) who said he couldn't find a leak but smelled something (maybe carbon monoxide -- he was blowing smoke as CO is odorless-natural gas has additive and does smell for your own safety; this plumber then recommended an HVAC repair to my home warranty) -- HVAC man said he can only look 5' from furnace and there was nothing he could do it was for a plumber (waste of my time which i already knew that but home warranties follow procedures); I called Atmos Energy to test as i was worried now; they turned off my gas because they found the leak in the room where I had smelled the gas -- so i was left with No Heat or Hot water on Saturday at 4PM and New Years Eve 2017 weekend with a 2 year old and a very sick husband and the home warranty company recalled the first plumber who obviously had no interest in fixing the problem--he didn't call me back. Weather 25'F.  Results:  After lots of coercing-my Home Warranty Company permitted me to go outside and find my own vendor to repair the leak on New Year's Eve since none of their vendors would come out Sat night/Sun/Mon Dec 30-31/Jan 1 and it was an open issue since the Wednesday before.  SOLUTION: Matt answered my call within an hour of calling (i had found 2 vendors willing but went with him because he sounded like he really understood the problem and could address it--expertise in natural gas pipes).  Bonus--he will work weekends and holidays for emergencies. He scheduled appt for Sunday afternoon (next day). He diagnosed the problem quickly -- Cut an 18 hole in my wall and luckily the area where the leak was nearby this opening -- did plumber things-pressure tested the pipe.  He repaired the pipe (by cutting/replace piping). He spoke to my insurance company and got the repair $$s approved.  He also assisted me in navigating the city of Keller and turning back on my gas with Atmos on off hours (not an easy process). He waited for the arrival of the gas company also. This repair kept us in our home (no need for hotel on new years eve). No frozen pipes.  Lesson learned--don't call Atmos when living in city of keller on a weekend--requires permit to turn back on gas and that can only happen during business hours and very very expensive (obviously maintain safety); Call someone that has the right equipment for natural gas testing and repairs and reasonable pricing --that is this guy; Talk to a plumber on phone not an answering service first before they come to your home to get a sense for what scenarios could be without surprise--that is this guy; Oh and Small Businesses often know their capabilities and other businesses --- good ones will also always tell you i can or can't but know someone that can and here is his number.  Happy Customer / Happy Family. I highly recommend Chris for any of your plumbing needs. I was having an issue with my tankless water heater not working. He informed me he doesn't usually work on them but he'd be happy to come take a look. He was here within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved in another 5.  He is a very kind young man and if I have any other plumbing issues, I won't hesitate to call him. Thanks Chris!

I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

These guys are awesome! When I called Leak Whisperers when I was desperate to figure out the source of a major water leak coming from my house and flooding our neighbor's yard and sidewalk. Jason and his team came out and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem gave me a fair and honest assessment and provided a solution. Without question I would trust Leak Whisperers with any major plumbing job.

Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Submitted an online request at  plumbing around 9am Saturday 12-24, (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.

I received a text instantly saying a rep would be with me as soon as possible. I received a second text 4 minutes later saying my time was important to them and someone would be with me momentarily.

Today, Monday the 26th at 10:48 am 9:22pm, I received another text asking me to call their office and schedule service. I asked what service? I had found another plumber through my son-in-law who came out and replaced the heater a couple of hours.

Their excuse was they were busy Saturday...

You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 48 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service, including weekends AND Holidays.

We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

This is my favorite plumbing company! They are very dependable just like their name says. Always professional and friendly. I have used them for many year for any plumbing problems I have and they always do an excellent job. Their prices are affordable too which is a plus. Recently they installed a reverse osmosis system for me in my kitchen and I LOVE it! My husband wasn't sure why I needed it but now he loves it too! The water tastes so fresh. I give them 5 stars for service, price and professionalism.

excellent service! Monday morning 8AM & we had a small creek running down the hallway. our hot water heater hose sprung a leak. shut off the breaker & water & called Plumbing Force.

Jaime was here quickly, after finishing up the job he was on. he showed my husband a few things as he replaced the hoses & moved the pipes a bit to better fit the space. he was polite, smart & cleaned it all up when done.

no more leak. my husband didn't have to tear any walls out & the price was more than fair.

I've had issues with service people in the past, plumbers in particular. Jaime restored my faith in the industry as a whole. it's a rare thing to find someone honest, fair & does the job right. we found that in Plumbing Force & Jaime.

Levon showed up for two plumbing tasks on a Saturday; the hot water knob in the tub wouldn't turn off and the kitchen sink leaked from the plumbing underneath.
The work was labor-intensive since the bathtub was 'vintage' and the kitchen sink plumbing had been done incorrectly when it was renovated.  The work was done in what I thought was an appropriate amount of time and the labor was clean and friendly.
Is anyone satisfied with a price?  I got what I was paying for and I believe that I am making a home improvement.  I could have gone elsewhere, but I was impressed with the promptness to respond to my request for help and with the professionalism of Levon and his assistant.

Great guy that treats everything like his own home. Honest, fair, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Austin and Shane were on time, professional, and explained everything they did along the way. They replaced a toilet and installed a gas log set in our fireplace. We'd definitely use Clearwater again!
