I called the main number at 2:30 and my pipe was fixed by 4:30. Mike lives in Corinth and was here within 10 minutes to fix my leak. He had a mask and was very professional. If you live in the Lake Cities, Lewisville plumbing is the place to call.

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

I wanted to say if you ever have any plumbing or water heater issues, please call and talk to Travis. He was a life saver after our water heater went out. We had called other places and had been quoted a two to three day wait time. We talk to Travis this morning and less than 30 minutes he had two of the nicest guys at our door ( who did not mind our pup wanting pets every time they passed him).  Our new water heater works perfectly. Thank you for making replacing our heater so easy. ​

Alex was smart, professional, courteous, and timely. I needed a small leak under my house fixed. Everywhere else I called couldn't schedule me for almost a week. Alex actually listened to my description of the problem and was able to work me into his schedule. He fixed our problem promptly and for a better price than the other places had given me. He now has a customer for life and my absolute recommendation.

We had a brand new sink that needed to be installed and Nikki did a wonderful job with it! It looks beautiful and it's working very well! She came the next day after being contacted and did the job in a timely manner. She also helped us with our dryer vent issue and was a huge help! I would most definitely recommend her services!

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

Plumbers called, showed up on time during their busy schedule and fixed my problem in 1.5 hours. They cleaned my drain and verified all works. They took time to answer all questions with no attitude, just polite workers. Coulter and his partner are great! Will use again!

Very courteous when I called to schedule an appointment. And scheduled me within 24 hours. The owner's son spent over 2 hours unclogging my kitchen sink and left the area under the sink cleaner than when he started. Very professional and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

3 years ago, Tim came to my rescue after my hot water heater died while flooding my garage. Time and Chris came out quickly on a weekend and solved my problem with new installation.
This year (2023) we incurred a hot water slab leak which flooded my yard. once again, Tim, Chris and crew came out, had a leak detection company come out, bypassed the leak without having to jackhammer my floor and restored our hot water! While doing all this, they also installed new parts in our shower to stop a bad leak.
 Tim is our only choice when it comes to plumbing needs.

His prices are very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable. On time, clean and efficient. Gave me pointers for the future. I will use him again.

I am in a state of shock right now. I had an 11am appointment and the plumber didn't arrive until 12:30pm to check out my clogged bathroom sink. When he got here he wanted to check the pop up in the drain before snaking it, which required unscrewing some pieces under the sink (I wish I knew how to do this myself.) Turns out there was a huge clump of hair attached to the drain. Problem solved. He was here maybe 10 minutes and then asked for a check for $120. He said he could have run a snake and charged me $285- as if I should really be thankful his hair ball removal only cost $120. He asked that the check be written to Twin Towers Plumbing, so I don't know if Jr's sent another company since it seems maybe he forgot my 11am appointment in the first place?

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet.  My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Called the Cleburne Office and was quoted $75 to provide an on-site estimate for plumbing needed as part of a small Bathroom remodel.  Plumber arrived early from the Granbury office, we walked/discussed the job, I was provided a parts list and the estimate (approximately 40% higher than my other three bids) and he then informed me that the quote would now cost me $175 plus a five dollar convenience fee, for a total of $180 because it took longer.   Noting the extremely high bid, I asked him if he was a journeyman or master plumber and he informed me that he was, in fact, NOT LICENSED. I do not recommend using this business.

They got the plumbing job done and in a timely manner, however, at least one of the two gentlemen that came stank of cigarette smoke and the smell lingered in the house after he left, it was that strong.  They also did not introduce themselves when we answered the door, all they said was We were told you have a blockage.  We were never told their names and while it was obvious they worked for AM Plumbing they did not tell us that.  They also were very abrupt and a little rude.  So as far as getting the job done and cost of job they are great, but they are not polite or personable at all.

I responded to a recently received mailer from 'Toms. they advertised they would deal with any drain problem for $99. and provide a free video of your drain. I called them out to clean my sewer drain. The $99. offer turned out to only cover getting them out to my house. The actual bill was $175. to run their roto rooter through my sewer drain.

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
