Had them out today to replace the cut off valves, install new service lines, and install a faucet I provided. They were on on time, did the job quickly, and charged a fair price. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Excellent service and resolved issues quickly, price was fair for that level of knowledge and experience. Like they say good plumbing ain't cheap and cheap plumbing ain't good !

We had been putting off replacing our toilet in our Master Bath and installing a vanity in our entry bathroom.  Travis had done some work with us in the past and we are so glad we called him back.  We have some challenges in both areas with space and doors.  He had great suggestions on which toilet to go with and found a vanity that was perfect for our limited space!  His communication is fantastic, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.  If you need a plumber, give him a call.

Had a gas line rerouted to the kitchen and a new kitchen faucet installed.  Crew came on time, worked with dispatch, were friendly,  knowledgeable, and professional.  What more can one ask?  Hire local!

Competent plumber had him for the past year on my properties. Fixed leaks here and there. Understand you might be under stress Alex but this is unprofessional and a real shietty way to talk to anyone. Business may be booming but remember you will have your peaks and valleys. Good luck

Nikki replaced a large section of broken sewer line for us, at a reasonable price, then went above and beyond to resolve some surprise issues she found along the way. She was here on time, true to her word, and the work quality was fantastic. Thank you so much Nikki!

I called Mark to do a small job that needed to be done that day or the next. He sent 2 guys out THAT day and got it done. Fast, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more. And, Mark returns calls and does what he says; unlike some of his competitors.

I chose to hire Sheffield Plumbing after receiving a total of five bids from area companies to replace my main sewer line.  Of the five plumbing companies I spoke with, Sheffield was the most affordable.  Then during every step of the process, they proved to be professional, courteous, on-time, considerate and knowledgeable.  I strongly recommend their work and will hire them again for any plumbing work I have.  The work was finished on time, and with minimal disruption.  And, once completed, the owners followed up with me to determine my level of satisfaction.  I have worked with many home service contractors, but have rarely been so pleased.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. My wife was very annoyed about our outside spigot that leaked.

We called Duncan Plumbing. They were able to be out with in a few days.

The guys showed up in the arrival window. They were able to give me a price before they started. The price did not change after the work was complete.
They worked at a steady pace and completed in a timely manner.

I was very happy with the service that we received from ricks. I called and someone was at my house less that 2 hrs later.  The guy who came out was very professional and polite. He had our hot water heater fixed in no time. The cost of the repair was reasonable.   After the repair a lady called to make sure that I was happy with the work that was done.

We called to get a quote on moving some plumbing in a 1/2 bath and the scheduler said she wouldn't schedule us if we were calling other plumbers. I was shocked!! The whole point of getting a quote is to compare to other companies and to get a great value+service. We've used them in the past and loved their crew but the scheduler was so rude that we will take our business elsewhere. VERY VERY RUDE SCHEDULER NEVER AGAIN AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW IF ASKED

I have used Tom's before and been happy.  Today, they were to come out & remove a water heater so we could tile a room, then return later to replace and vent properly.  The plumber told me I would be charged for the 30 minutes it took to review & estimate (even though he did much of the talking).  I called the main office to verify whether it was appropriate to charge labor time for estimating.  The plumber than came back in, never spoke to me, grabbed his stuff and left - telling his partner he would never come back again.  I called the main number to confirm what happened and was told that another plumber would be coming in an hour to do the estimate.  No one showed.  When I called back they told me it was too late to help me today or tomorrow.  The estimate they gave was $500 more than the last water heater they replavced & vented (I don't think a 2nd trip charge is worth 500).  I just took a day off from work for nothing.  
The sad thing was that we have a third water heater to replace & a bathroom to redo for which we intended to use Tom's.

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
