Had a leaking bathtub faucet. Called one of the chain plumbing outfits who quoted $512; $476 if I joined a membership. Wtw? Called Lewisville Plumbing Service and they had had a cancellation and were able to fit us in. Ten minutes after arrival, the part was replaced, problem fixed, and for less than $200. Score one for the local guys!

Super friendly, family run business. They got my shower fixed without having to take down any of the tiles, and were easy to get a hold of on the phone.

Last hard freeze cracked the outside faucet pipe. Steve came out the next day and replaced the faucet/pipe in an hour. Price and service were outstanding.

What can I say these guys are GREAT!! After calling around and getting several quotes for a tankless water heater install. I went with Carrollton Plumbing Service they showed up when they said they would. They did the work exactly how they said they would which is HUGE!
which is why I would recommend this company and will definitely use their service again.

Alex was great, truly! He was on time, effective and took the time to explain the issues and how he was going to fix it. I will be using him again for any future needs.

We had a brand new sink that needed to be installed and Nikki did a wonderful job with it! It looks beautiful and it's working very well! She came the next day after being contacted and did the job in a timely manner. She also helped us with our dryer vent issue and was a huge help! I would most definitely recommend her services!

Highly Recommended. We have been using David McKinley's - Mid Cities Plumbing for years now and we have always gotten good service. We used to have way to many large trees and the roots were constantly clogging our sewer line drain. They sent out Dwayne who always came out promptly and did a great job. We used to use one of the big name plumbers but you never knew who you were going to get and their rates were out of sight

Recently I purchased two new toilets and a hot water heater. Their lead installer, Larry came  out and did a very professional job. He even took the time to grout around the new toilets. This was an all day job but he hung in there and got it all done. Their rates are reasonable and they don't try to up-sale you.

I called Mark to do a small job that needed to be done that day or the next. He sent 2 guys out THAT day and got it done. Fast, reasonably priced. Can't ask for more. And, Mark returns calls and does what he says; unlike some of his competitors.

The tech who came out, Tom, was very professional and explained the problem to me in detail. He also showed me a picture of the pipes located under the house so I understood the situation. They were very easy to work with and also reasonably priced.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely outstanding service.. called with a clogged pipe , there were here in less then 30 minutes. Honest and respectful. I've used this service before but never had the time to post a review.. well I am now . Y'all need a professional?? 3 years ago, Tim came to my rescue after my hot water heater died while flooding my garage. Time and Chris came out quickly on a weekend and solved my problem with new installation.
This year (2023) we incurred a hot water slab leak which flooded my yard. once again, Tim, Chris and crew came out, had a leak detection company come out, bypassed the leak without having to jackhammer my floor and restored our hot water! While doing all this, they also installed new parts in our shower to stop a bad leak.
 Tim is our only choice when it comes to plumbing needs.

I've used them three times and have been very pleased with their service. The last time was a sewage leak and the were great at diagnosing the problem and quick to fix it.

Reached out for an estimate, they were prompt and professional. they worked with my limited schedule to come out and give an estimate. The plumber that came was prompt and professional! They even called to follow up about the appointment we had with them. Wonderful experience

Called Mike at 10:00 and he was at my house w/ in an hour.  He and Chris were prompt and courteous and had the job finished quickly.  I would definitely recommend Duncan plumbing!!

Came out to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Left and within the hour it was clogged again. Called them to come back out and they said they'd have to charge us again!!

I had them come for a shower and toilet that was running. They sent Desmond. He was unable to fix the issue and actually made it way worse for both the toilet and shower.  The company still made me pay and said sometimes it just happens.  Well I ended up fixing both issues myself in less than 30 min not counting drive time to get the parts. In my journey to find the parts I started at the same supply store they use.  I had the broken shower stems in my hand and they had no idea what it was.  Which means Desmond knowingly tried to make the wrong size stem work which could of caused a serious problem. I ended up going to Day's hardware and they helped me find the right part and I fixed the shower leak no problem.  They also failed to fix the toilet. I ended up looking at the diagram and figured out how to fix the problem which took me 30 seconds to fix. Desmond is either lazy, stupid or both because I figured out how to fix both issues drove to get the parts and fixed both problems in less than 2 hours and I knew nothing about plumbing earlier today.  If you can't fix something then fine... it's just unprofessional to charge to make things worse

I responded to a recently received mailer from 'Toms. they advertised they would deal with any drain problem for $99. and provide a free video of your drain. I called them out to clean my sewer drain. The $99. offer turned out to only cover getting them out to my house. The actual bill was $175. to run their roto rooter through my sewer drain.

Based on The fact that their drivers drive like they are drunk.  I would have a hard time letting an individual who drives down the road recklessly endangering individuals into my home to fix a plumbing problem.
