I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Had an issue with our sewer pipe over New Year's weekend. Spoke with Tyson on Monday morning and Bryson came that afternoon and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

Kenny and his son replaced my water heater and they did a wonderful job. They both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and precise. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Verde Valley. And I would also use them again.

The plumber appeared as promised.  Price was high at 145 dollars for just showing up and looking at the issue and 195 dollars for clearing a clearing a kitchen sink with an electric snake.  Total price was 344 dollars.  Do note that it was labor day.  Also, the plumber would not do any work unless I gave my credit card number.  This I found a bit strange, as other plumbers never required this.

We just bought a house in Carrollton and had two water heaters replaced (unfortunately they're in the attic) and had a whole house plumbing inspection. Cannon came out with a new plumber and they did an exceptional job. Besides being incredibly nice and knowledgeable, they gave me tips on keeping our house's plumbing running smoothly. They even took the time to show me the new water heaters and explain certain features. I feel very fortunate to have found such an honest, great company!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Just had someone out for a service call.  First, he didn't call ahead 30 minutes prior to arrival as promised. We are in a global pandemic and he had no protective gear at all. As I began telling him, through my Ring doorbell, that I was uncomfortable having someone in my home under these circumstances, he just walked away, got in his truck and drove off. Of course there is no human being to speak to, as all numbers go to voice mail.

We had an overflowing toilet. I called Jeff and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. He said he would be here within an hour, which he was. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Very friendly and straightforward. I will definitely recommend him.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

In less than 15 minutes our leak was fixed! I was referred by a friend from my church ministry and every good word she said was absolutely true. Fast, courteous and detail oriented was our service today by Skylar and Corey. Skylar was always kind and returned my phone calls promptly. They were sent out though my warranty company, and everyone was wonderful! From the office person to the tech. They arrived when they said they would and did the work. The tech explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I will be only using this company from now on! Thank you!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

We called on Monday for an appointment for them to come out and unclog drain in our bathroom. They asked which day and time would be good and we said Thursday morning. They gave us a window of 11am to 1pm. Never a call to us during this time. Called them two times and said they were on an emergency and we were next in line. And she was just going to call me. Yeah right. Never heard from them again. Called again at 4:30 and said they were still on emergency and had never tried to call us. Terrible customer service. And what do they have, one plumber? We got there name from Home Advisors. Never again. I only had one day off this week and wasted it for nothing. Still can't use bathroom.

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

Quality of service is not in line with the price.  I've used them for 3 separate jobs at my house.  The last job was a major sewer line replacement under a concrete pool deck.  They had to tunnel under the deck from one end, and dig up a flower bed by the house for the other end.  The new sewer line functions properly now.  The plumbing work they do is fine.  When I addressed my concerns with how the project went (e.g. burying a sprinkler head under the house when they back-filled the tunnel), the owner didn't seem to care much, and even pointed the finger at his own subcontractors (that's your problem, not mine).  It's not that the sprinkler head was a huge deal - they just didn't handle the little things well.  I expected more for the price I paid.  I'll be in the market for a new plumber in this area.
