After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Blake and his teammates Brand (I believe) and Joseph were fabulous!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

And it didn't cost a fraction of the original quote.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

These guys are the real deal.  Friendly, professional, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and timely.  It's also fantastic that the owner, Jerry, answers the phone so the customer service is always top notch and getting updates on my project was quick and pain-free.  Would give 10 stars if I could!

Have been using Legacy Plumbing for a few years now on various jobs.  They are always prompt to respond and provide quality to a job.
Most recently I had them replace two aging water heaters upstairs.  Logan and Andre came out the next day after calling.  They arrived wearing masks and boots.  Finished the job in a bit under 5 hours and went over with me the new heater units (how to put in vacation mode, temp settings, etc.).  Keep up the good work and service!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Called my home warranty company about a plumbing problem, and they assigned Blacktie Plumbing. Jeremy Wilkerson with Blacktie Plumbing arrived on time and identified the problem. The problem was corrected quickly. Leaky wax seal, bad float valve, bad flapper and leveled toilet. Jeremy was courteous and very knowledgeable. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

Great service, done in time, well done and what I really appreciate the most is how clean everything was left, he took all the trash out and cleaned all the surfaces that were touched something not everyone does.

Outstanding! Live Oak Plumbing provided excellent service. They were prompt, fair, and trustworthy professionals. They communicated every step of the way so we understood the problems, the diagnosis, and what they would do to fix the problem.

They came out to our home because we had a leak somewhere in the front yard. They responded the same day to look at the problem, and they easily diagnosed the first problem and fixed it. The second problem required a diagnostic tool to pinpoint the exact location of the leak. In both cases, they were able to dig a relatively small hole and fix the problems quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up after themselves and you can barely tell we had work done.

Lastly Easter Sunday, we had a problem, a different plumbing issue caused by my husband that flooded the downstairs closet and bedroom. They came out the next day and fixed the problem. Unbelievable customer service.

I am seldom impressed by home repair people but have complete faith and trust that they will help us with any plumbing repairs we may have in the future. They are truly a family-owned business that takes care of its clients.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Both toilets backed up and it was July 4th weekend. Another company said they could come by on Monday. The situation couldn't sit until Monday. Was directed to go thru Mr Young sw Kim, she was very professional and courteous.  Was given a window of 11-4 and plumber showed up promptly at 11a. Spoke with Eric and then Robert brought the 'snake' to take care of backup.  I 100% recommend the company and will be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues. It's refreshing to deal with a company, that the owner and employees show that you as a customer are valued.

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor's disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don't), I will be calling them.
