After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Blake and his teammates Brand (I believe) and Joseph were fabulous!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

And it didn't cost a fraction of the original quote.

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

Such a nice business, our mother needed a plumber and when I called Kenny's they were booked but gave me the number of a guy who could come the same day! I recommend highly !

AugerPros did a stellar job fixing our draining and plumbing issues! I'm an employee at a commercial property and we needed to get a surprise issue with a sink drain fixed as well as a reoccurring issue with our toilet addressed. I wanted to streamline my workload for getting estimates for this project, so I used the yelp function that allows you to get multiple contractors to reach out based on the description of you issue. AugerPros reached out in a timely manner and was the only contractor willing to come to a commercial property that did not automatically include an additional charge just for showing up. They arrived on time and provided a free estimate for work- the assessment was then explained to me and we went ahead and had the work completed the same day. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and really appreciated the time taken by Mo to explain the issues going on with our sink and toilet, he even showed me real-time footage of what was going on inside our drain. I was also really pleased in dealing with the with the owner Jerry. He was very diligent with communication and was very pleasant to deal with. I would certainly recommend AugerPros to anyone looking to have plumbing and drainage issues resolved in a swift, professional manner and at a very reasonable price. Yesterday I was desperate to get someone to come to my house and fix a hot water heater issue.   Family in town for the holidays and no hot water.  Not a good situation.    
I called Legacy plumbing and the lady who I spoke with was very nice and worked me into the schedule.   She quoted me a price, which I thought was very fair.   She gave me a window of time when the guys would show up.

The gentlemen called when they were on the way, exactly when the dispatcher said they would be there.    The guys were very nice, explained the situation and had me back up and running writhing an hour.    The price was actually cheaper than the quote as my system didn't require everything the dispatcher thought it might.  

Great service, fair pricing and everyone was  so nice and accommodating!   I'd use them again in a second.

I have used them for years now and never once had a bad experience. They always show up when they say they will and have always done a very good job. I use them for my house, my mothers and our rental property. Price is reasonable and plumbers are very professional.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Line in my water heater caused a bad leak and I had Pablo come out and change out a whole new water heater. He used copper piping for the water lines instead of the braided lines that were previously installed. Squeezed me in his busy schedule right before he headed out on vacation. Good looking out once again, Pablo!

Very good customer service. When you have plumbing issues it's important that the plumber can also be able to educate you through the repair or job and that's exactly what this company does. Spent a lot time looking over all everything and finished the job in very professional manor, clean up, and fair pricing.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Use these guys!  I had a competitor come out (Leak Geeks) and the guy pulls out a binder with prices asking me to pay hundreds up front before he knew what the problem was or if he could resolve it.  I would have to commit to a minimum of $600 up front with NO guarantee for a resolution.  

I went to my neighborhood website and several people recommended Bluebonnet.  I called them, they came out the next day and fixed everything for $84 in 15 minutes.

I called Mr. Young's for a hose bib repair/install. Robert arrived, determined the issue, went a got the needed part and returned and was able to repair the same day! They are great and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

Our plumber Cory Valdez was prompt and explained everything that needed to be done to fix our leaky valve under the sink. His quote was fair and reasonable and he completed the work in a timely manner. He was very courteous and provided pictures of the work he did and explained the warranty. I would definitely recommend Larry Stinson plumbing!
