I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

Bryson came in and told me what he thought the problem was, what other potential problems he might find, and what it should cost. He came in, took care of it fast, and everything is great. Definitely going with Bow Tie next time.

There is a reason Kenny's has five star reviews.  They are exactly the type of business you'd want to work with.  Honest, reliable, great prices AND they go above and beyond trying to meet your need.  I had a need for a consult and quote.  Janice was so helpful, reviewed the information, gave a detailed recommendation, and even made local contact (we are in another city) with someone closer to us that.  Who does that...?  They do.  They were so kind and professional throughout the exchange, I've been wowed by there effort and customer service.

Honestly, I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless there is a problem - but these guys were great.  Devan was great at explaining the problem and options.  Definitely felt like they weren't trying to pile things onto the bill.  Kaye was awesome as well.  Praying I never need to call a plumber again- but if I do, it will be these guys.

I had an issue with no hot water throughout the whole house.  I assumed that it was a water heater issue and assumed that I would need to replace the unit.  Legacy Plumbing was able to come out the same day as I called.  They gave me a 2 hour window and they actually were able to arrive a bit early!  Mike and Alex were very personable, knowledgeable and professional.  They diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved the issue in no time!  Instead of trying to get me to replace the water heater right now, they visually inspected it and said that it looked to be in fairly good condition.  They said that I did not need to replace it right now.  They gave me a quote for replacing it in the future when I am ready to do that.  This was the first time that I have used them, but it definitely will not be the last.  Mike and Alex were awesome!  Thank you again!!

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I don't normally write reviews. But I can't pass up this opportunity to share with people who are looking for great plumber like Jeff. I've had several tech's to do some work for me. All of them didn't want to give a simple quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded fishy and were ready to charge me unreasonable price and tag on unnecessary item cost. Very suspicious.

I texted Jeff asking for a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other company on Yelp to compare the price and they played the same game instead of giving me simple quote). He simply gave me a typical price for the type of item I was looking for. I set up an appointment between 7-8am and he showed up at 7am. He explained to me garbage disposal needs to be replaced and loose faucet needs to be tightened. He told me the cost which turned out to be even less than what he originally quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He replaced the disposer and  drain, and tightened faucet. Ran the dishwasher a few times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold supplies on the kitchen faucet, they were reversed (by another bad plumber).

Once he was done he asked me to text him my info so he can bill me. It seemed he was in a hurry to get to his next scheduled appointment and told me that he will email me the invoice tomorrow morning.

What I'm saying is that he wasn't even worried about getting paid. He cared about his work being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a true professional who loves his job and good at what he does. This was the first time I experienced it. I followed Yelp to find Jeff. I'm happy with his service, price, and professionalism. I hope this will help those who need plumbing services.

I scheduled an appointment with Pablo today for what I thought was going to be a relatively major issue with our water heater. He trouble shot the issue, which turned out to be a very simple fix. Pablo fixes the issue, explained how to identify and fix it myself in the future and would not let me pay him.

This was not only honest and full of I integrity, it was generous and greatly appreciated. So thankful for Pablo and this experience. My highest recommendation.

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

So very happy to have found Bluebonnet Plumbing.  They very quickly fixed an outside faucet leak. They also looked at my malfunctioning Delta touch faucet and weren't able to fix it, but they advised me on how to contact Delta to get a replacement.  They even spoke directly to Delta for me to explain the problem.  Their response time was good and their charge was very reasonable.  I will definitely call them again!!

We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

John showed up 20 minutes before the estimated time,  took care of a stopped up kitchen sink, installed a new sink, faucet and all new pvc drains in less than 2 hours. Great job,  great service Thanks a lot guys.
