After being quoted around $6000 by another local plumber, who told us our main line needed to be totally replaced, we decided to get a second opinion, and boy oh boy, am I glad we did!!!

Blake and his teammates Brand (I believe) and Joseph were fabulous!!!

Prompt, professional, and courteous, they managed to address and resolve the issue (roots in the pipe... I'm getting that dumb tree taken down.) in less than an hour!

And it didn't cost a fraction of the original quote.

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! Augerpros was great to work with from beginning to end.  Chance helped drop a gas line to my kitchen and install a new sink/garbage disposal.  He was great, worked hard, and made sure that I was happy with the end result.  Would definitely recommend Augerpros and Chance to others, and will only look to them going forward for any plumbing needs.

I had two plumbers come Tony and Dzenan and they were both SO AWESOME! They were fast, they taught me things, showed me things I needed to know about my house, and on top of installing my new shut off valves which I hired them for, they did two little projects for me FOR FREE! I appreciate them and their honest and caring approach to my plumbing needs. I actually am hiring them to replace my water heater, which they quoted me for before they left. Thank you guys!

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

Complete idiots. Their truck is blocking my driveway, can't seem to find them, and they aren't answering the phone. I'm about to call the police.

We had an overflowing toilet. I called Jeff and left a message. He called me back within 5 minutes. He said he would be here within an hour, which he was. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Very friendly and straightforward. I will definitely recommend him.

This was a great experience getting a toilet fixed. Pablo called within a few hours of putting my request in . He was very polite and we scheduled an appointment. The day before the appointment he texted a reminder then the day of the appointment he sent a text letting me know he was running just a few minutes late. He had it fixed within 15 min and the price was great. This is one company that I'm adding to my phone. I highly recommend.

Very good customer service. When you have plumbing issues it's important that the plumber can also be able to educate you through the repair or job and that's exactly what this company does. Spent a lot time looking over all everything and finished the job in very professional manor, clean up, and fair pricing.

You can tell they know what they are doing. Did a great job. I will use them again next time I need a plumber for anything.

Use these guys!  I had a competitor come out (Leak Geeks) and the guy pulls out a binder with prices asking me to pay hundreds up front before he knew what the problem was or if he could resolve it.  I would have to commit to a minimum of $600 up front with NO guarantee for a resolution.  

I went to my neighborhood website and several people recommended Bluebonnet.  I called them, they came out the next day and fixed everything for $84 in 15 minutes.

Mr. Young's Plumbing is great! They are reliable, fast, and offer great prices for the exceptional work done. The owners are great and trustworthy people and all of their workers are fantastic as well. Support this business!!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION.  Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected).  In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we slipped through the cracks when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner.  The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time.  LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.
