I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

Had a leak when connecting service to a home in Prescott during the week after a snowstorm. Two other plumbers I called were busy. I called Kenny; he answered the phone, said he was on a call, gave me Janice's phone number. She was helpful and friendly; she sent me a status update of when Matthew would be onsite. Matthew was onsite as promised the next morning, fixed the leak; they sent me an update by email. Great service!

My garbage disposal went out and was leaking, I reached out to Augerpros on Yelp and was greeted pretty timely.

They sent out a technician named Austin who was very helpful. Austin put on gloves, masks, and covers for his work boots. He was very respectful and completed the job quickly.

Overall the service was great. My gripe would be over the pricing. The cost of servicing out the garbage disposal totaled to $195.

To save money I bought my own garbage disposal at Home Depot for $109 even.

So my total costs ended up being $304.00.

I feel the service cost could be priced more competitively, but at the end of the day it is Augerpros decision and not the technician.

I have been doing all the plumbing in my house because I have only heard horror stories from friends and family about their plumbing experiences; dishonesty, shoddy work, etc. However, I had a plumbing problem that I tried to repair but it was not successful. Reluctantly, I called Legacy Plumbing. Wow! Was I surprised! Wayne, the plumber, was honest, did a great job, and patiently explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave me an itemized list of charges, explained my options and how I could save some money. I was going to call the mold crew out to my house for thousands of dollars because of a funny smell in my house. However, Wayne, explained that if you have unused plumbing in your house, then something called a pea trap will dry out. This will cause your neighbor's sewage gasses to vent into your house. You must use your water fixtures at least every other day to prevent the pea traps from drying out. I thought that the funny smell was mold, but I was wrong. After I let some water into the unused water fixtures, the smell went away. He was right! This easily saved me thousands of dollars in mold cleanup. I felt like that what he did for me was worth a lot more than what he charged me, so I offered him a tip. Ever the gentleman, Wayne refused it and said that doing an honest day's work for a fair wage helping others out is reward enough. For honesty and excellent work, call Legacy Plumbing.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

We had experience a leak around the toilet,  the response time was the next day.  The Plumbers  check the problem, we decided to replaced the toilet, that we purchased from the store. The plumbers returned in a timely matter to install the toilet.  Plumbers very friendly and professional.

My opinion of the qualities of a good plumber are experience, quality work, and value pricing.  I have had five different plumbing companies perform services for me in the last four years and none of them would I recommend or use again.
I postponed several different plumbing needs while I searched for a plumber who met my basic requirements and was referred to Jeff at All Aces Plumbing by my neighborhood social network , Next Door Lone Mountain.  I contacted Jeff through his web page and described the for separate services which included replacing the Moen cartridge in the master shower, shut off valves for one of the other bathrooms and replacing the Moen cartridges in the lavatory sink, and re-piping the incoming main water supply to accommodate the installation of a water meter and relocation of the water softener.
Jeff asked that I please send him pictures to allow him to more accurately estimate the charges for the services which I did and he provided an estimate of $600 dollars and we set up an appointment for Monday at 08:00.  Jeff showed up promptly at eight on Monday and personally reviewed the multiple requirements, confirm his original estimate and began executing the tasks. I have owned a home all of my life and consider myself a fairly competent handyman around the house so I watched Jeff while he worked to see how he accomplished these tasks.  It was extremely rare, especially in this age to observe the skill and pride in craft that Jeff exercised while performing each task but writing space prevents me providing more detail. It took him five hours to do everything and when done the invoice was only $550 and while I was very insistent on paying him the original estimate of $600 as his work could only be described as exceeding exceptions many fold but he refused to accept it.  When do you ever witness that kind of transaction in today's world.  I have now found the plumber that I have been searching for.  If you use Jeff at All Aces Plumbing, I know you will find yours.

I agree 100 % with all previous reviews Pablo was efficient, neat, on time, kept in contact about scheduling and arrival time  yep he wore his booties and cleaned up thoroughly. Charged a fair rice and as others have mentioned had his price list handy so no surprises . Did a small shutoff washer repair at no extra charge . Couldn't'd ask for better service. Thanks Pablo

Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. Had an issue with my toilet that I couldn't manage to sort out but was quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. I would highly recommend them to any and all my friends. Thank you Live Oak!!

Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

I have used them twice now, very efficient very cost-effective and very honest I would not use another plumber.  Highly recommended.

DISREPUTABLE!  Do not use this company.  They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater.  He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and replace everything.  He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to fix my hot water heater.  I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone.  My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced fixed the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines?  Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!!  BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else?  REALLY???  Because the warranty company won't pay you again?  Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

We had a leak in the piping of our roof. Larry came out the next day and took care of it like it was no problem at all. Very courteous and affordable services! Thank you!
