They did a great job!  Two of our faucets needed replacing due to corrosion and calcium buildup from hard water.  The gentlemen that came were friendly, and thorough.  Communication with set up was easy and they replied quickly.  They went above and beyond.  I highly recommend them.

We called Legacy Plumbing this morning because we saw water dripping from our closet.  Enoch came out within a couple hours after we placed the call. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.  It turned out to be condensation from our dryer vent which is not a plumbing issue. He went above and beyond the call of duty and used a camera to stick in our exterior vent to find a bird's nest. He went ahead and removed the nest along with all the wet lint. We definitely will be calling Legacy Plumbing for our future needs.

I chose Benton plumbing because of there 5 star rating. Yes this company definitely deserves to be at the top. They weren't the first place I called. But from the moment you answered my call I was impressed. The lady listened to my problem and she was able to dispatch Ray to come out. He arrived on time and came prepared to take care of my issues. Five star for sure.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. Line in my water heater caused a bad leak and I had Pablo come out and change out a whole new water heater. He used copper piping for the water lines instead of the braided lines that were previously installed. Squeezed me in his busy schedule right before he headed out on vacation. Good looking out once again, Pablo!

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! Our kitchen floor had felt warm for several weeks, then one Saturday we came home and found water slowly coming up around the cabinets.  We called another plumbing company but they couldn't come out until that next Tuesday.  That company, however, gave us The Plumber's info, and Curt (the owner) himself was out at our house within a couple hours. He thoroughly investigated and found that we had a hot water Slab Leak...  He was very personable and professional, took the time to explain everything to us, gave us a flat price to fix it (which was better than we had feared), and started to work right then.  He fixed our leaking pipe, (buried four feet below), and only had to break  ONE 17 Travertine tile to fix it!  Amazing!!!  He protected our property with plastic sheeting while he worked, and did a great job cleaning up as well.  He was Fast, Fair, and a very good plumber.  Highly Recommended!

We had an awesome experience with Eddie and William from Mr. Young's Plumbing. They were very professional, and fixed most of our plumbing problems. They did find a larger problem than expected, but are returning to fix everything just perfect! They were great!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class. I'm really surprised that Larry Stinson Plumbing has so few reviews because he was truly professional and my husband and I knew we could trust him and his recommendations. My husband and I tried to figure out a way to do the work ourselves, but we would have had to do some piping through the 2x4's which needed to be done correctly because the water heater sits in a closet inside of the house and I did not want to risk a leak in the wall. We finally decided to give Larry a call and let the professionals do it. Larry and Mike arrived on time and went straight to work. They were very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. It's been about a week and everything seems to be working perfectly. The hot water barely got warm when we purchased the house a month ago, now it gets nice and hot quickly! We feel confident in using Larry Stinson Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we aren't quite qualified to do ourselves. Thanks guys!
