I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

Had a leak when connecting service to a home in Prescott during the week after a snowstorm. Two other plumbers I called were busy. I called Kenny; he answered the phone, said he was on a call, gave me Janice's phone number. She was helpful and friendly; she sent me a status update of when Matthew would be onsite. Matthew was onsite as promised the next morning, fixed the leak; they sent me an update by email. Great service!

These guys are the real deal.  Friendly, professional, reasonably priced, easy to work with, and timely.  It's also fantastic that the owner, Jerry, answers the phone so the customer service is always top notch and getting updates on my project was quick and pain-free.  Would give 10 stars if I could!

I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service I recently received from Legacy Plumbing. Plumbing technician Will Layman did an outstanding job on the water heater installation. He was punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and neat. This guy is a real pro and because of the great service he provided, I will continue to use Legacy Plumbing in the future!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

It took me almost two weeks to get a hold of someone to schedule appointment after they gave me quote. After coming to fix my plumbing issues the kitchen faucet was installed backwards and someone else had to come to fix it and install correctly. The faucet in the bathroom isn't putting out water after it was fixed, so they are sending someone else out to look at it to try to fix it. I know businesses want perfect reviews on yelp but this was my experience with this company. If you put a bad review they will ask you to remove it or change it,  so they can have perfect rating.  No one is perfect. I did change my score because they did try to make it right.

I haven't written a review in a very long time but, the level of service we received was outstanding!

Jeff is a one man team. We called around 7am and he said he'd arrive between 9-11am. He was at the house at about 10:30am. Who doesn't love a plumber who's on time!?

We had a handful of projects for him:
-water heater on the fritz
-two different toilet tank problems
-two shower/bath handles not adjusting temperatures appropriately
-dishwasher overflow spout/return
-Fleck water softener installation quote

Jeff quickly diagnosed our water heater problem; replacing the control box and rod. He also fixed all of the other things before 4:15pm. He gave us an excellent price for excellent work. Wow! I was totally impressed by his knowledge, skills, commitment, and courteous manner. We will definitely be using his services again and, highly recommend him and his business.

Best plumber ever...and I mean ever. Had a bad/crazy week dealing with hot water heater issues as a result of a bad roofing job.  Once the hot water heater was fixed by Baker Bro's, and I use the word fixed loosely, I noticed the that water coming out of my faucet was basically boiling. Called Baker Bro's to come out on a Saturday ($ 100 trip charge) and he told me he thought I had a slab leak but really wouldn't know for sure until he did a pressure test that he would have to charge me a few hundred $$'s for but wait, the guy from your company that was here a few days ago was suppose to do that?? Baker Bro man, get out of my house before I punch you!! I thought to myself, .oh geez this nightmare needs to be over.

Trusting my handy yelp, I found Pablo.  Called him as soon as the BB loser left and he told me he was at a job but could come on Sunday morning.  He also said slab leak and told me my options.  His pricing was very reasonable but most important, I felt that he was explaining all of my options and gave me a good course of action. He wasn't trying to charge me for a diagnosis b/c he knows his stuff. I hired him on the spot.  We had to wait a few days to start the repair but I was fine with that b/c it was a big repair (massive tunneling under the house) and I trusted him.  He and his crew did a great job.  I had a little freak-out after the repair was over and he reassured me that it would take a day or two for things to settle down and he was spot on.  He does a great job, he is great to work with and I highly recommend him.

They did a great job, from the scheduling, to arrival time, to pricing.. I was very happy with the service. Will certainly use Live Oak Plumbing in the future. Great job guys!!

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Our shower has been leaking for a while and finally got to the point I couldn't stand the dripping sound as it was basically like water torture dripping all day and night.  Normally we could change out everything on our own but guess we waited too long and the buildup was too much that we couldn't get it off on our own.

Anyways I called a few different locations for quotes on a Thursday.  Lee from Bluebonnet responded first, came over that same day for a quote.  He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us.  Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job.  If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.

They were sent out though my warranty company, and everyone was wonderful! From the office person to the tech. They arrived when they said they would and did the work. The tech explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I will be only using this company from now on! Thank you!

I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!

Steve H. showed up and got our problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very pleasant and personable. The job was out side in freezing weather and not once did he complain about the elements. Thank you Steve for a job well done, stay safe out there.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

Phenomenal. Larry and his guys saved my house from an ex-contractor's disaster workmanship. They came out to do the assessment the same day I called them and began work the next morning. They arrived on time, stayed late and stuck to the quote despite the extra 2 days of work that was unexpected. Larry and crew were hardworking, respectful and pleasant to be around. If I ever have any more issues (fingers crossed I don't), I will be calling them.
