I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I am very thankful I reached out to Mike for my plumbing issues. Mike was very responsive and prompt and did a fantastic job.

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Great, friendly service. We just moved into an older home that needed a gas valve shutoff for our new dryer, and after pinging many businesses, Auger was able to come out very quickly -- on a Saturday! Definitely giving Jerry a call for all our plumbing needs.

We had some issues with two of our toilets that needed repairs. Gerald from Legacy Plumbing came over and did a tremendous job addressing the issues, explaining everything thoroughly, being transparent about pricing, and getting the jobs done well.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. We had a drain clogged that was causing a backup in our utility closet where our A/C units are. This was causing problems with our A/C. Jeremy Wilkerson came out late one night to try and fix the problem. Despite multiple attempts he could not fix it. It was getting very late so we agreed it would be best to come back during the day. He came back and fixed the problem. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. We will call him anytime we need a plumber. Give these guys a call. The are the best in the business. Thanks Jeremy! So we had a burst pipe and were looking for a plumber and I was looking at all the 5's here with a bunch of people posting that they never leave a review but the service was so awesome and I have to admit a little part of me was they either ARE that awesome or they got some friends to post for them :)  Well, they really ARE that awesome!  We noticed the running water inside the wall around 11p Sunday night and after shutting off the water got to bed at 1a or so.  Monday morning around 9a we called him (husband was doing the calling and he got an answering machine and I whispered, leave a message, he'll call back right away, and he called back pretty quickly) and by noon he was working on it (he said he'd be there between noon and 2p I'd never actually had anyone show up towards the beginning of the range that often) and didn't leave until it was complete around 3:30p.  He is knowledgeable, had the parts needed already, and was friendly and personable (and he liked our dog, always a plus, although it's not hard to love our dog :)).  It's not going to be the cheapest but my husband always says cheap, fast, and good, choose which two you want.  We had working toilets and shower less than 24 hrs from the time we discovered the leak.  Would definitely use Jeff again.

Nice guy. Very honest and communicative.  But yowza $210 to replace a water faucet on a six year old house.  You have to be kidding me.  The previous plumber was $200 so I guess that's the going rate. My advice is to get your plumbing license.  I am so fed up with the stinking cost of home maintenance, I actually just signed a contract on a new home and am putting this on the market so I won't have to deal with exorbitant home repairs for awhile.  Dallas is ridiculously expensive now.  $150 for 45 minutes of labor, and that was before the sky high gas prices!!! I think not. My doctor doesn't charge that much!

This is the second time i've used Live Oak, it takes a lot to earn my trust .. there is no doubt when i need plumbing help again i will use Live Oak

Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

DISREPUTABLE!  Do not use this company.  They sent Gary who apparently has been with the company for 8 years (says a lot) to fix my hot water heater.  He shows up and 10 minutes later says he needs to go to the store to get parts and replace everything.  He is gone for almost 45 minutes (when I live 2 minutes from Home depot) and then returns to fix my hot water heater.  I leave for 30 minutes to pick up my kids from school and when I return, he is gone.  My 25 year old daughter was here and he didn't leave paperwork, didn't say anything to her, didn't check to see if the thermostat he replaced fixed the problem...NADA!

SO...I called the answering service and JIMMY the owner called me back and all I received was a well...uh...sorry, Gary has been with me for 8 years...uh...it is the warranty company's fault because we follow their guidelines?  Gee Jimmy, get a clue about customer service! Your guy didn't assess or identify the problem correctly so send his ass back out and fix my water heater so I can take a hot shower as opposed to a cold shower!!!  BUT NO...just a sorry but I can't do anything else?  REALLY???  Because the warranty company won't pay you again?  Good job Jimmy, owner of Mr. Young's plumbing!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

Great people.  Honest and caring.  They found out there problem was not my plumbing but my neighbor over watering.  They investigated all of this and didn't even charge me!!!!  I can't believe I found people who know what actual customer service is!!!!  I will Definitely be using and recommend them .

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

John showed up 20 minutes before the estimated time,  took care of a stopped up kitchen sink, installed a new sink, faucet and all new pvc drains in less than 2 hours. Great job,  great service Thanks a lot guys.
