Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers.  After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

Dustin and Logan were great, professional.  They helped me re-route a pipe and took the time and double checked everything.

Someone picked up the phone right away and put us through to the business owner, Theron. He was very kind and helpful over the phone and did some initial troubleshooting regarding the leak in our front yard. We are hoping it is just a sprinkler issue. However, if it is more serious, we now know a great plumber to call!

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Pablo for all your plumbing repairs. Just like all the other reviews have said, Pablo is the absolute best!  I won't use anyone else and will even wait just to have him do any future repairs, heaven forbid.  He diagnosed and repaired a slab leak in my house where several other contractors showed some hesitation and reluctance to even do the work. He was honest, fair, and straight forward with what to expect for cost and showed me everything he needed to fix.

Don was terrific! Detected and fixed a slab leak with minimal after math in the garage dry wall. Was professional and very informative through the whole process. Very competitive pricing up front and no hidden fees later! He even fixed a wiring issue on my hot water heater for no extra charge! Curt was absolutely incredible. My mom and I had a massive leak coming from our backyard faucet that we tried to fix ourselves, but in doing so we loosened something behind the brick that shot out like a geyser. We called the closest place which was The Plumber. We shut off the water to the house and Curt was able to come out a little over an hour later. He took one glance at it and let us know he would be done in about half an hour. He cut into the brick, replaced the whole faucet and re-sealed the brick for $200. This guy is awesome and has saved my mom quite the water bill :/

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics.  I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product.  The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly.  They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided.  I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Both toilets backed up and it was July 4th weekend. Another company said they could come by on Monday. The situation couldn't sit until Monday. Was directed to go thru Mr Young sw Kim, she was very professional and courteous.  Was given a window of 11-4 and plumber showed up promptly at 11a. Spoke with Eric and then Robert brought the 'snake' to take care of backup.  I 100% recommend the company and will be reaching out to them for any plumbing issues. It's refreshing to deal with a company, that the owner and employees show that you as a customer are valued.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

Have used Roto-Rooter before and trusted them.  No more.  When I use them it is always for the same service - cleaning out the sewer line from the clean out to the house and out to the alley.  In 2006 this was $150.  In 2010 it had gone up to $175.  Pretty reasonable.  We decided to call them out about 6 months later to prepare for several events at our house.  The line seemed to be slowing down.

The service guy showed up and quoted me a price of $270.  This was almost a $100 more than 6 months previously.  I went in and checked the previous charge to confirm.  When I came back out to question it he gave several reasons.  Having to clean out both ways, price increase.  However, he promptly dropped the price to $180 with a 10% discount.  My BS detector went off and I told him to tell me what I owed for him coming out and for him to pack up.  (I try to be fair in my dealings with people)  He told me there was a $90 charge.  While he was loading up I called the office.  They could not give me a price or explanation of the discrepancy of the charges.  They told me that there should be no charge for him coming out - it was a free estimate.

I contacted their customer service info.  Played phone tag with a guy from the local franchise.  He just kept asking several questions and never gave any real explanation for the behavior or apology.

I will do this service myself in the future or will hire a true local company.

Quality of service is not in line with the price.  I've used them for 3 separate jobs at my house.  The last job was a major sewer line replacement under a concrete pool deck.  They had to tunnel under the deck from one end, and dig up a flower bed by the house for the other end.  The new sewer line functions properly now.  The plumbing work they do is fine.  When I addressed my concerns with how the project went (e.g. burying a sprinkler head under the house when they back-filled the tunnel), the owner didn't seem to care much, and even pointed the finger at his own subcontractors (that's your problem, not mine).  It's not that the sprinkler head was a huge deal - they just didn't handle the little things well.  I expected more for the price I paid.  I'll be in the market for a new plumber in this area.
