Just like to ask question about smoke test. If you do the smoke test to check the sewer gas leak to the house, Should the plumber block the stack vent at roof?

Very impressed.  Spoke with Legacy this morning and had service early this afternoon.  Had a clogged sewer line.  Sean snaked the line, cleared the clog which is great.. I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. Was looking for a local plumber in Highland Village and through the recommendation of a friend, came across Live Oak Plumbing. I have never had a service show up, literally roll out a red carpet (legitimately) and get the job done in such a professional and quick manner. Had an issue with my toilet that I couldn't manage to sort out but was quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. I would highly recommend them to any and all my friends. Thank you Live Oak!!

I highly recommend The Plumber. I first had the owners son Casey and Nate install a new kitchen faucet. They did a great job. So respectful and knew what they were doing. I then had an appointment with Curt, the owner. He installed a new toilet in my half bath in like 30 minutes. So nice. He lives a street down from me in Parr Park. He's coming back next week to move my old toilet to the curb for bulk pickup. Couldn't have been nicer. Reasonable prices. Been in business for 40 years.  Please call for your plumbing needs!

Use these guys!  I had a competitor come out (Leak Geeks) and the guy pulls out a binder with prices asking me to pay hundreds up front before he knew what the problem was or if he could resolve it.  I would have to commit to a minimum of $600 up front with NO guarantee for a resolution.  

I went to my neighborhood website and several people recommended Bluebonnet.  I called them, they came out the next day and fixed everything for $84 in 15 minutes.

They were very responsive and got the job (water heater replacement) done quickly and thoroughly.

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

He waited for me to return from an errand and was very knowledgeable and professional.  For once I knew I had found an angel of a company who I trust to be totally transparent and not price gouge me!  So glad to know you are in my area!

My sewer line clogged which was causing water to backup into the house.  Within an hour of calling, Hayden Rodriguez showed up and cleaned out the sewer line.  He was very professional, friendly and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  I would not hesitate to call again.

We called the Stenson plumbing company concerning a oven gas leak. They told us an estimate of free services would tell us what we needed to do. The technician arrived looked at the situation and said that we needed to call the appliance company and then proceeded to bill us $144. We still have to get the oven fixed but are free estimate which took less than 15 minutes of their time. What tell us a free estimate? This is bait and switch.
