I have NEVER worked with anyone who was so honest and up front about the job. It is a family operation and all of them share the same honest friendly   DNA. I was informed step by step of what was being done. They didn't mind me rubber necking while they worked. Great people. I would give them 10 stars if available.  They will be the only plumbing contractor that I will use from now on.  Don't bother looking for another plumber. This is the one you need.

I had a leak today with a pipe under my sink and called Benton plumbing and they sent someone out, he diagnosed the problem, went and got a part and fixed the problem and the cost wasn't bad considering the water leak. I will keep their number and won't use anyone else. They are prompt and professional. Very responsible with their customer service.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. The plumber that came over to fix  our water heater was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even my mom, who is rarely impressed by anyone, thinks he is great. Will use him again for future problems.

Pablo with Bee Prestigious is my go-to plumber and one I'll highly recommend to friends and neighbors. I just moved into a 1960's home and wanted minor issues fixed with the toilets and faucets. While Pablo was doing the walkthrough, I pointed out an ongoing sound of water running, but there were no signs of issues in the walls or flooring. Pablo identified that I had a leak in my hot water pipe under my slab foundation. He scheduled a date to return when he would have a chunk of time to dedicate to excavate a narrow tunnel under my slab (rather than ripping up my flooring and drilling into the slab), locate the tiny hole in my pipe (which had been gushing gallons water each day), remove the effected area and solder in a new copper pipe length, and tightly repack the dirt back under my slab. It was a long and laborious 2-day process for Pablo and his two teammates, but they were upbeat throughout, did a good job of keeping me updated, and cleaned up the area really well. The project comes with a 2-year guarantee. I trust Pablo - he's the best!

We had a great experience with Tioga. They came to give a quote on replacing some light fixtures and fans and performed the work the same day. The price was very reasonable and the installers, Michael and Seth were very careful, efficient and professional.

I'm a landlord with multiple properties and occasionally need help with plumbing issues.  I've used this Roto-Rooter location twice for drain blockages.  They are polite, efficient on the phone, dispatch quickly, professional (according to my tenants), address the issue quickly, and are fairly priced.  As a guy that deals with a lot of subcontractors, this place stands out as top of the class.
