Went above and beyond by heading to the hardware store to get parts that I needed. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely use them again if I ever need more plumbing work!

This is my first experience with a plumber as we recently moved to our new home. The dispatcher was able to schedule a tech in a reasonable time and our tech, Larry, was very prompt and explained the whole process to me.  He was extremely friendly. I won't hesitate to call them again should a plumbing need arise.

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

Honest and do good work. Knowledgeable  plumbers.  Worked with us on our remodel and also helped us last minute. Highly recommend.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Casey fit me into their schedule the next day to replace my garbage disposal. The guys were professional and completed the job in under an hour. For the very reasonable cost Casey quoted, I didn't even consider replacing it myself. I will definitely use A2Z again.

My water heater went out on a Saturday morning and I was able to get an estimate the same day and my water heater replaced on Monday morning! Tony helped me to understand the issues related to the water heater malfunctioning and what I needed to do to keep my new one working well. I really appreciate how quickly he was able to install the unit and reset the piping. REF#: 2830-6475

Bernard handled repairs in our three commercial central units recently. He also worked on out units last summer when we had a coolant leak. Both times he was quick and courteous and did a thorough job. We appreciate also that the same person came both times. This really puts you at ease when you're already anxious about the repairs.

My parents have used this company many times for years.  They called today to inquire about the cost of a unclogged pipe from the house to the main line,  when quoted the price to my elderly father it was higher than expected so he attempted to explain the problem in more detail thinking he was quoted for more than he needed.  However while he was talking they hung up on him, he thought the call was just disconnected on accident so he called back and was told No, I hung up on you because I didn't want to hear you complain about the price. What poor customer service that is.  All my dad was trying to explain was that the job was easier because they thought, because  they wouldn't need to dig the hole is already open.  
Well we will be using a different company from now on and so will all our friends and family.

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

Update :

In October 2022, I had a shower valve replaced and it cost approximately $750.  On May 11, 2023 (after days of calling to try and get someone out to my house) - Roto-Rooter came out to replace the shower valve cartridge in the same bathroom; however, immediately we noticed that when the hot water was turned on, there was a loud noise, so today (5/23/23) Roto-Rooter came out again and told me that in order to fix the problem they would have to rip out the tile (which they would not be able to replace) and then it would cost $1,500 for parts and labor.  I asked the plumber (the same plumber that did the original work in October 2022) why he didn't tell me this option back then and he said that we got a free cartridge on May 11, 2023.  This was an incredibly rude response and shows that he does not care about the customer at all.  Overall, I am extremely disappointed in this company and will never use Roto-Rooter again and will make sure everyone in our neighborhood knows about the awful customer service I experienced.

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
