I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed. Thank you for hiring such great people!

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

I had a need for a small repair, and I was referred to Frisco Electric.  I spoke to Vanessa when I called, and she was extremely helpful. She arranged for next day service.

William came out to fo the repair. He was on time, very personable, and had the work done in a short time.

I would give more stars if I could. I had the best experience with USA Electric. I had bought a new Generator for emergencies and I wanted it hooked up to my home .  They sent out Angel and he was so professional and just downright a pleasure to work with.  He made absolutely positive before leaving that my husband and I knew exactly what we were doing should we ever need to use that generator.  Can't stay enough great things about this company!!! Jose and his team did a great job! We needed a new electrical panel installed as well as a few new outlets. He did it in just a few hours at half the price of other local companies. Anytime I need electrical work done in the future, I will call Great Brother.

My experience with 24-7 was great.  I was really thankful for the heads up text messages and photo of the electrician who was coming to our home.  All the work that I asked to be done was completed to my liking.  I would definitely use 24-7 again!

Great experience with this company. They sent two guys to install two ceiling fans, two recessed lights, four outdoor coach lights, and fix a breaker. The work was impeccable and the guys' communication was exceptional coming to me with questions & options. Price seemed very fair considering how much they did for me. Highly recommend.

I would like to post a review of your service.  As far as I'm concerned you suck.

I cannot believe that you charged us $249.99 to clean our condenser coil.  Your technicians didn't do anymore that what my husband and I have done before.

They didn't have any tools when they arrived at our house, had to use our hose.  Didn't have temperature gauges or a Freon gauge.  Hell they did even check the Freon level when they were there.  If this is quality service from your company, I know I won't be calling you ever again.  I will also post this to the BBB and on Yelp so other people won't get fleeced.  Fool me once, shame on me.

Initially we had a problem with the service provided but the owner came out and took care of it himself and made it perfect.   You don't see that a lot anymore .

I contacted Edwin about drywall repair and soffit repair.  They did an incredible job on the drywall - matched the texture very well and everything.  The soffits look great too.  Prices were very reasonable.  Will use again.

Very satisfied!  I needed one ceiling fan hung and two fixed. They gave me a quote over the phone. When they got here the two that needed fixing were more complicated than they thought.  But still they only charged me what they quoted.  Also, I just happened to call on the day when they had a cancellation so they came out the very same day, even though I told them it was not urgent.  I have more electrical work I would like to have done. If you live in my area of Richardson, where most of the houses were built in the 1960s, chances are you'll need electrical work sooner or later.  I will not call anybody but DK Electricians!

Matt was incredible! The power in our guest bedroom went out and I was stumped as to why after trying all the breakers and GFCI resets in the house. TopElectric quickly fit me in the day I called and Matt was here within an hour! He helped to troubleshoot the situation and ultimately found the fix. He was so quick, polite and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up post repair too! Would definitely call the team again for any electrical needs.
