These guys did a great job running Cat-6 ethernet line from the port, up to the attic, and down the wall to a bedroom outlet.  Quick response time, good price, and they even organized the jumble of wires in the electronic closet leaving it better than before.  We would definitely use them again.

They were on time and polite. The bathroom light/fart fan needed to be remounted after I tried to replace a bulb and had broke a clip I thought.  The ESTIMATE WAS $460, I bought a replacement Light/ fan at Home Depot for $60 and after reading the  instructions realized all I needed was the right nut to reattach the fixture and then snap in the cover. They wanted to gouge the customer for something they could have done for less than $100.
The tech waived the service call fee  but the outrageous price makes me wonder how many people they have taken advantage of.

They did a great job installing a new pendent light and bathroom light in our home. The installation left no marks in our ceiling and really looks great. They cleaned up all of the mess that was made and made sure that everything was put back in place. I would highly recommend their services.

When we moved in our home just before Christmas 2017 we needed sound updated in the family room. The technicians at Charlie Brown's were very professional in adding ceiling mounted speakers to integrate with the present system, stringing wiring and dropping cables to connect our projection TV and mounting the screen. James and Scott did a great job!  They installed three ceiling fans, three light fixtures, repaired fried wiring for a recessed light, traced and diagnosed a motion sensor light and installed an outlet for our washer.  They were friendly, professional and weighed in on the best alternatives.  They were extremely reasonable for all of the work that they did.  I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

We recently installed a ring video device and smelled a burning plastic coming from our internal doorbell chime. Without knowing what the issue was he walked through what it could be and began problem solving. He checked our transmitter, the internal doorbell, and our Ring. He patiently waited as I called Ring's customer service to check in on something and he actually talked with Ring for me!

Edwin saved us. He came out twice. The first time it was to install new plugs in two rooms and a bathroom fan in our new home. The second time it was to fix the thermostat that my wife and I completely botched. He did some trouble shooting then decided to rewire the whole thing. I cannot tell you how good it feels in this home right now, all thanks to Edwin. Also, he takes so much pride in his work and he's extremely reasonable on prices. He won't give up on a project; he just keeps working and working until he fixes it. I will use him every single time I need an electrician.

Very satisfied!  I needed one ceiling fan hung and two fixed. They gave me a quote over the phone. When they got here the two that needed fixing were more complicated than they thought.  But still they only charged me what they quoted.  Also, I just happened to call on the day when they had a cancellation so they came out the very same day, even though I told them it was not urgent.  I have more electrical work I would like to have done. If you live in my area of Richardson, where most of the houses were built in the 1960s, chances are you'll need electrical work sooner or later.  I will not call anybody but DK Electricians!

Our light switch has not been working properly for a while now. I used Yelp to find some electricians in my area. TopTech electric responded quickly. I spoke with Melissa who quickly scheduled me on the same day. An electrician came within the schedule time and quickly fixed the light switch in less than 30 minutes.
