Adding to my previous review. I had Hang Pros back to assemble/install an electric fireplace as well as instal a surround sound system. Again, they were able to get me in quickly, and overall just did a great job. I will continue to have them back!

We had an electrical outside outlets. Aaron, was efficient and was able to identify the issue quickly and gave us an estimate for the repairs with options. We were very satisfied.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

About a week after seeing my previous review on Yelp, I was contacted via telephone by Susan in the office (WHO IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!). I wasn't happy to revisit my poor experiences with their staff, but the fact they even cared enough to make a follow-up call was positive.

Susan apologized profusely and said she would speak to the company's owner and call me back. She called me back a few minutes later and offered to have the owner come out and install the three remaining switches himself, which I accepted.

As promised, the owner arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work without any further charge. Of course, he did his best to apologize as well.

The efforts of the owner and, to a much larger degree, Susan are why I'm updating this review and adding an additional star.

Why only three stars? Because the prior horrible experiences still happened and, unfortunately, nothing can be done to erase that.

At the end of the day, I feel as though all the work required was completed for $5 less than I should have paid. I was initially overcharged by $55, but the owner came and performed what I value as $60 worth of labor. It took three trips and several poor experiences to reach this point. Yes, Susan and the owner tried their best to atone for the transgressions of their staff, but I am STILL finding screws and wire in the carpet and drywall dust on my furniture where Frisco Electric was working.

I do believe that the five-star experiences of other reviewers are likely legitimate. However, I unfortunately did not have such an experience. My ordeal may be an outlier, but I really can't justify more than three stars.

Frisco Electric won't be taking any jobs away from my long-time electrician, but, based on quality of work alone, would definitely recommend them over the too-good-to-be-true priced electricians on Amazon. I had them out yesterday and won't be going that route again.

In closing (finally!), I would recommend giving these guys a chance. Just be extra sure to run anything that seems odd by Susan and she will definitely get it straightened out.

I have some light fixtures to install on a very tall ceiling that needs at least a 16' step ladder. Natasha sent over a quote that was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The technicians arrived as promised. I didn't have to wait on them. I will be calling them next time for my electric work needs. My experience was like the other 5 star Yelp reviews. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me for an electrician.

This is the 2nd time I've used them. This time changed my mind to find another company. 1.The tech smelled like cigarettes and bad odor. His stench remained in my house for 2 more days. 2. Tech sparked my electrical and he didn't tell me until I asked him about it.  Team Yelp: don't you think the homeowner should be told of important stuff like that? 3 stars and unfortunately won't use again.

Great company to work with. I had a 220V outlet installed in the garage for charging a Tesla. The owner, Jeff, communicated promptly and clearly. I got four different quotes from companies here on Yelp, and JSR's price was not only reasonable but also SIGNIFICANTLY lower than the others (which made me feel like the others were trying to scam me). JSR confirmed the appointment and gave me a one-hour arrival window the day before, and the electrician, Tim, arrived on time and did fantastic work. He was in and out in about 45 minutes. I received an emailed receipt/invoice almost immediately after he was finished. Plug works great, and I'm very happy with JSR. Will definitely book them in the future if I need electrical work done.

We used Fox Electric  to install some lights in the kitchen and fix some electrical items that had been rigged in the past.  What a joy to work with! They are professional and efficient and AFFORDABLE! This service provider was probably the least stressful experience we have had with a service provider in a LONG time!

We now have a favorite electrician ( group) and FOX  Electric is that favorite!

Great experience with this company. They sent two guys to install two ceiling fans, two recessed lights, four outdoor coach lights, and fix a breaker. The work was impeccable and the guys' communication was exceptional coming to me with questions & options. Price seemed very fair considering how much they did for me. Highly recommend.

We have used G&W at my employment for several years and they have always done a great job.  They show up on time and are very courteous.  Would definitely recommend them.

Very satisfied!  I needed one ceiling fan hung and two fixed. They gave me a quote over the phone. When they got here the two that needed fixing were more complicated than they thought.  But still they only charged me what they quoted.  Also, I just happened to call on the day when they had a cancellation so they came out the very same day, even though I told them it was not urgent.  I have more electrical work I would like to have done. If you live in my area of Richardson, where most of the houses were built in the 1960s, chances are you'll need electrical work sooner or later.  I will not call anybody but DK Electricians!

Our light switch has not been working properly for a while now. I used Yelp to find some electricians in my area. TopTech electric responded quickly. I spoke with Melissa who quickly scheduled me on the same day. An electrician came within the schedule time and quickly fixed the light switch in less than 30 minutes. Matt was very helpful and respectful. The process was very easy and quick. Will definitely be using their services again.
