Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I live in the Oak Forest Area in Houston, and I used Accurate Leak and Line to repair the sewer lines on my kitchen and washing machine. Accurate leak specializes in trenchless repair of sewer lines and water lines, which is how I heard of them (even though I went with the conventional method in the end). I wanted to avoid digging up my backyard and under my foundation to replace the sewer lines under my kitchen and washing machine. The cost of trenchless was slightly higher than doing the work the conventional way, but the guys at Accurate Leak and Line worked with me to avoid digging under my foundation which I was afraid would cause foundation issues due to settling.

They routed the drain lines from the kitchen and washing machine out through the exterior wall and then down into the ground all the way to the sewer connection. Stone pavers make up a decent portion of my backyard, and I have a little bit of grass. The guys at Accurate Leak minimized the size of the trench to avoid digging up a large portion of my backyard. The plumbing job was top notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure that the entire drainage system was leak free, and working properly.  

When it came to repairing the area in the brick where they routed the sewer lines, they did an excellent job and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with their repair job. The repair of the landscaping was also done very well, and I have no complaints about the way my backyard looks after the work. The guys that did the repair of the landscaping were very polite and made it clear that if I didn't like something they would fix it.

Overall, Scott (the owner) and the guys at Accurate Leak did an excellent job repairing my sewer lines and were very professional and courteous during the work. They were patient with me when I had questions and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the work. They were competitively priced as I received three quotes for this work including theirs. I would recommend them to my friends or anyone who needs their sewer or water lines replaced in Houston.

Blue, was great. He explained everything, answered questions and even said which issues were easy homeowner fixes. He estimated the job and when he discovered it wasn't the worse-case scenario, changed the estimate downward. It is refreshing to find honest tradespeople.

My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

ON point pool service by Gabriel Rodriguez was simply great

I had two malfunctioning outlets, and two separate fluorescent light ballast issues.

After calling around, and not liking the idea of a minimum service/visit fee and a no quotes over the phone from a few different larger companies, I found All In One.

After submitting requests for several quotes, Larry replied with a timely and reasonable quote, including parts. Larry and his son came out and quickly resolved all of the issues.

Arrived timely - installed new line for hot tub - estimate was fair and work performed was well done and timely!  Also used for a  smaller job (GFI Switch) and price was half what Mr. Electric estimated - will use again for sure!

James and his crew are the best! They are well priced and do dang good work. They are quick, efficient and have great communication. My experience with them was more than solid. James showed up and quotes me a fair price and decided to use them. I set an appointment and he showed up on time and called when 30 min out of arrival. He had everything he needed in hand and took care of the work. He was very detail oriented and explained everything he was going to do. I will use these guys again with our a doubt. Highly recommend!

Overall a solid experience with four issues (faulty light switch, exterior 24' porch light fixture and bulb replacement, ballast replacement, and indoor light fixture replacement). Friendly team of two efficiently handled everything. The only shortfall was probably brought on by the number of issues I listed on the initial call. An email was sent to confirm the work and appointment time. This email did not include the porch light. I called to have this added and had to leave a message. With the appointment being the next day, I was not able to update the work to be done. Upon arrival the ladder needed to reach the porch light was not on the truck and they needed to go back to get it.

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

Best prices and quality work. Mike was great, quoted exact pricing and kept to it after finishing the job. Was very competitive in pricing. I was very happy about the flexibility of getting the job started the next day.  I have a couple of projects that I already have them in mind for.

Update: I just called hired Blue Star Plumbing for a second time and they were outstanding again!  They called me within 2 hours of submitting my request through my home warranty company.  They were very accommodating to my schedule and we picked a good time.

The technician arrived within the scheduled window and called 25 minutes ahead to let me know he's coming.  The technician was very polite and courteous.  I was extremely impressed with how quickly he completed the work.  It took 15 minutes from the time he arrived to the time he left.  He diagnosed the issue, turned off the water to the house, drained the lines, replaced an old worn out shut off valve behind the toilet, replaced a leaky fill valve inside the toilet, turned all the water back on, and checked everything.  I was very amazing how he did all of this in just 15 minutes.  He obviously knew what he was doing.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with my both my calls to Blue Star Plumbing.  I would highly recommend them!

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
