Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. We've used them twice and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear and timely. Amanda sets up a two hour window, calls you when the plumber is 30 minutes out, and they were never late. Brandon handled our problem with this latest visit and he was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and seemed quite conscientious of keeping our expenses at a fair cost. He cleaned up everything when he was done and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Hopefully we won't need them again anytime soon but if we have plumbing issues, we will call them.

My upstairs rr had a shower clogging issue. Flooding the floors Noel came out the very same day took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend for any plumbing issues. Thanks again!

Fantastic and professional - everyone should use Puckett Electric. They have installed fixtures and new outlets throughout my aging home. I've hired them before to install large kitchen appliances (stovetop and double ovens) they are always quick and courteous. I will have them back to repair more aging electrical issues!

My project was fairly easy, just to set up 9 recessed lights in two areas, one with attic access and one without, ceiling is not like cathedral height. I called our 3 contractors and they were the fastest and most reasonable price (30% less and 400% less than other contractors I checked quote). They have standard rate for this kind of task unlike others who needed to come and do an estimation.

The electrician came on time as agreed and do the work with good ethic. The project was completed nicely and up to my expectation.

My suggestion to them is that better call prior to the appointment day to double check the confirmation, I had to call them to make sure in this case and make sure to always turn off the circuit breaker before carrying out the work for piece of mind.

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

Excellent service, time after time.  The plumber this time, Dane, was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and quick.  I have used them more than a few times with great success.  I even had an issue once, and they made it right, even when they didn't have to.  Highly recommend!

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
