Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Had a new faucet installed in my kitchen and had a GREAT experience with this company. Have used them in the past, always with perfect results. Technicians are professional, efficient, and very careful. Do not hesitate to put your plumbing needs in this company's hands. I give them my highest recommendations!

Long review, but worth the read as I'm sure it will save you money and frustration. In short, no I do not recommend them at all. I contacted Military Plumbing on March 21st 2022 regarding a leak coming from a faucet in the backyard of one of my rental properties. When they arrived (I believe the plumber dispatched was named Juan), I was called and told that the price would be $700 per 3x3 hole that they had to dig to find the problem. It seemed to be pretty obvious where the leak was coming from so I thought it was a little excessive that they would charge me $700 for that, but hey whatever. I mentioned that I was out snowboarding when they called and I just agreed to the price, which is where I believe I went wrong. They call me back about an hour or two later saying the job was done, so I sent over the payment. My tenant called me shortly after saying that water was still pooling up around the faucet, so I called Military Plumbing back and they went back to check it out and then said that a washer in the pump needed to be replaced. So I explained that they told me the job was done and I paid what was owed, but since the water was still leaking it meant that the job obviously had NOT been completed. So the next day they sent someone (I believe it was Juan again) to replace the washer. A few days later around the 2nd my tenant send me pictures of the water doing the exact same thing, but me thinking they had fixed the problem, told him that the water probably just hadn't been able to evaporate since the weather hadn't been too nice. About a week later he contacted me again saying that it's leaking from the same spot again, and sends me some pictures. So I contact Military Plumbing again and they send someone different out, a man named Chris. So Chris gives me call saying that it looks as if someone has been pulling the pole and for that reason, they won't be able to honor their warranty. Which to me was completely unacceptable cause 1) of you look at the pictures they send after the job was completed the first time, you can see that they didn't pack the dirt around the base of the faucet, so common sense would tell you that high winds could tip it over (and the man I spoke with on the phone agreed that could be a possibility, especially since there had been a few storms in the area since the initial repair. 2) The warranty doesn't state anything that would void the warranty. What makes more sense, a grown man pulling and kicking a faucet for no reason whatsoever, or high winds blowing it over to the angle it was when they arrived the very first time? The hose is extremely long so more than long enough to get water to all the kennels back there so he had no need to even tug on the hose. The man I spoke with on the phone said that he can't keep sending people out there to do the job and not make any money, which I understand but maybe you should of done it right the first time before charging someone $700. He even went as far to say that he had them replace the entire pump last time, not just the washer. Which I told him I didn't believe since it looks to be the exact same pump. I lived there for 10years so I think I recognize the pump I used 3 times a day for 10years. He then said that he would send someone to pull the pump up and put a shorter one in its place so we could avoid it moving and damaging the pipe in the future. I was first quoted $700 for that but he then said I'm the same breath that he would do it for half price to try and work with me. While I do appreciate the offer, it's still unacceptable. The job wasn't done right the first time and it came with a 1year warranty, so why should I have to pay $350 for them to do it again? He said it would come with a warranty as well, but if you're not honoring your initial warranty, why would I trust another one from you? As I told him, I'm sure if something messed up, you would just come up with some other reason of why the job isn't covered under the warranty. I would understand the cost of materials but not labor cost as well when once again, I already paid them $700 to fix this problem not even 2-3weeks ago. When I mentioned the situation to other people, they were blown away by the price I initially paid, so I checked around other places to get it repaired. I ended up paying someone $200 to do it and & $50 of that was from me offering him $50 extra to go the same day to get it taken care of. If you look at the pictures of the pump that was pulled up, you'll see that there's no way it had only been in the ground for 10days or so like they claimed when they said that they replaced the entire pump. Unfortunately, the amount of frustration that went into this, and not to mention the extremely high costs, and in my opinion, shady business, made this an extremely unpleasant, semi unprofessional, experience at best. I would stay far away from this company unless you like getting the run around, over paying, being lied to, and being take advantage of

This review might change but as of right now, I'm not very happy with them. I called them to install a dishwasher and was quoted $140 which was comparable to what Lowe's or Home Depot charges. I specifically asked what if they need parts or anything to finish the installation and I was assured they would have someone run out the parts and that it should not take more than an hour. The day the tech came out, he said he needed to come back the next day with a part and took the installation instructions with him. He came back the next day and had to keep referring to the instructions and calling his supervisor. 3.5 hours later, he supposedly had finished his part since it ends up I need an electrician to install a plug, which I understand. Unfortunately, my mom was there for me and just handed over her credit card for a $467 bill! To install a dishwasher!
I called first thing this morning and told the manager that if they didn't know how to do it or thought it would cost that much, they should have said as much and I would have found someone else to install it. They were not forthcoming at all! I called this company because I had had good experiences previously but I'm extremely upset they weren't honest about their capabilities. As quoted and verbally guaranteed, it should have been $140 plus the $12 part. We'll see if they refund the difference, but I'm not sure I'd use them again just because I feel they were dishonest about their capabilities. I've referred other people to them as well but I definitely can't do that anymore.
Update: these people are horrific liars! When I proved that my double dishwasher could be installed for less like I was asked for, Julia in the office accused me of intentionally not telling them what kind of dishwasher it was like I would know the difference! Reported them to the BBB! These are horrible people who didn't complete the job they were overpaid to do! They wouldn't even refund the difference from what they quoted and what they charged! Completely dishonest and will do anything to sway the blame when their guys can't do the job!

I've been using DeWolfe's almost exclusively for 5 years. They used to do a great job and were very professional. The 2 stars for 5 years of good service. -3 stars because of their last visit to my house on Monday. The Tech they sent showed up to my house over 1.5 earlier than the time slot of 10-12. He then quoted me the most expensive drain clean out I've ever been quoted.. and it was 50% higher than the last time they cleaned out a drain. I told this to the tech and he told me it was their price. I declined service and found a more reasonable plumber. An hour later, DeWolfe offered to take $100 off the service cost, but being a woman and a businessperson.. I dislike switch and bait pricing. I emailed their management yesterday complaining of the most recent service and haven't gotten a response. I guess they don't care about losing a formerly loyal customer, so here's my updated review.

Confession: I am a women who knows ZERO about plumbing. When my husband replaced our kitchen sink faucet this past weekend he realized we needed some special parts, and special attention that you don't find at big-box shops. I volunteered to visit Teter's during my lunch break on a Monday with a detailed text (photos included) explaining what I needed to get -- along with the old piece of tubing.
I went to the store on Monday, heard next, and met with a female employee who seemed eager to move quickly through my situation. I showed her the tubing and the text from my man, but she wasn't focused. I trusted her, made my purchase and left. Later my husband explained it was the wrong part. So I made plans to go back to the next day during my lunch break - no big deal.
Walked in on Tuesday around noon and once again I was met with the same sales associate. I explained to her that I wasn't sold what I needed - that the part was wrong. I am so laid back. Mistakes happen. I am so forgiving. I wish someone else could write what I experienced next. The sales associate was confrontational and belittling. I was accused of never showing her the text my husband sent - even though she later admitted to seeing an image on my phone that my husband had texted.
I called my husband so he could explain exactly what we needed. While they were speaking she became irritated, hung up on him, and tossed my phone on the counter as she left to get another associate to help. My husband is the chillest man on the planet but even he was rattled by her behavior.
Here's what's uncool: Another associate (manager?) was brought in to council the issue and spoke to my husband (I had to call him back, since she hung up on him) on the phone in calm and professional manner -- prior to that it was becoming tense enough for other associates and customers to notice. Not really sure why the manager didn't just take control of everything from that point on and see the sale to the end, but I had to keep dealing with the original associate, who was not fond of me, and was extremely unprofessional. I still don't get why.
I guess the joke was on me because when I left I grabbed a soda from their amazing vintage bottle machine and it slipped from my hands and smashed on the floor. I offered to clean it up and was told it was fine so I grabbed another one and left. The woman chased me out of the store and told me I owed them 50 cents. I handed her a $5 bill and told her I hope she has a better day.
I prefer to frequent mom-and-pop shops, but I wont be back, despite the number of years of visiting this location with people who know everything about plumbing.
My low-star rating is based exclusively on the customer service I received there this week. I am sure others will find everything they need for their plumbing issues.

I hired Make Ready Repairs to patch drywall on the ceiling and a wall after plumbing repairs, and while unfortunately the first crew did not get the finish correct the first time, they were professional and returned to finish the job correctly.
I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism in handling the matter and I'm happy with the final results.

Erick came out to fix a broken bathtub faucet for us recently and did a great job. Everything was accomplished very quickly and he also replaced the handle for us as well. Great service.
