Who ever was texting me back and forth. Last Monday and Tuesday was not very educated in customer service. We will never use this company.  I was very displeased with the professional skills this company had. I guess they think everyone should know plumbing!! Lol!

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. I usually do my own plumbing work, but I met my match on a kitchen sink clog from onions and spinach put down a garbage disposal.  I had snaked from under the sink and the cleanout on the roof, tried covering the drain waste vent and using a shop vac on the drain pipe under my sink, and finally a chemical product that has served me well in the past, all to no avail.  I gave up and looked for recommendations on nextdoor.com, where I found great reviews from several people in my neighborhood.  I called them just before noon and asked them to both clear the clog and hydrojet clean my main line, which had been slow for some time.  Not all plumbers can do hydrojet cleaning/clearing, but Winstead has the equipment.  About 2 hours after my call, Arturo and Gerardo (I hope I remembered their names correctly) came out and immediately cleared the clog with a bigger snake and a second head needed after a bend in the pipe blocked the initial attempt.  They did this very quickly.  Then, at my request, they snaked the whole line from the kitchen side of my house and hydrojetted the main 4-inch line on the other side of my house and out to the street.  These guys were at my door at 2:01 p.m. and had all work done at 2:59 p.m.  I could have spent another day on that, but that's how the pros roll.  I'm really glad I called them and I am glad to refer them.  The guys were super-polite and friendly, too.  The kind of people you are comfortable having inside your home.  Thanks for the great work.

Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

We had a gas leak and the propane had to be turned off and we had to get a plumber. This was 3 days before Christmas. I used the contact page and received a reply the same day. I had plumbers out the next day, all day, replacing gas lines under the house. They were nice, they worked hard, in single digit temps. The fee was lower than expected. I will use the again.

Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 over three months ago to install a septic system. After asking for our first refund he decided to finally come install it.... but without the approval of SRA the authority of our county. They demanded he remove it. He did. Scott Lusk finally sent $1975. in the form of a check months later. We inquired about a FULL refund. He stated in an email he would pay in full when he got paid from other jobs. Meaning he stole and spent our money. We are filing suit and have reported him for felony theft to our local Sheriffs department.
