With technology and competition growing daily, I believe that businesses offer the same type of service. The difference being customer service and quality. Rodgers offered me both. The walk through, explanation, as well as communication throughout the process made me feel comfortable from the start. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Oh, I forgot! They were the most reasonable quote.

Who ever was texting me back and forth. Last Monday and Tuesday was not very educated in customer service. We will never use this company.  I was very displeased with the professional skills this company had. I guess they think everyone should know plumbing!! Lol!

I had a water pipe burst. Within 40 minutes the plumber came and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. The price was VERY reasonable ! I would highly recommend the company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

We have used Imperial Plumbing many times over the past few years and todays job was the biggest job yet! We are remodeling our second full bath and went from a single vanity to two separate vanities. Imperial put in all the new plumbing in the wall. They are the nicest people and an honest company. They take pride in their work and I appreciate that.  I would highly recommend Imperial Plumbing!

Called Ivan for our condo (bathtub leak). He showed up fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. Was reasonably priced.

Ivan even drove out to pick up the payment as I was running late. He was courteous and is a master plumber. Will use him with all my plumbing needs.

Dustin at Eco Friendly Services is very knowledgeable and extremely nice to share his knowledge and advice with his customers.
He was very patient to answer our questions, even about other issues besides what he was called out for.
He communicates really well by phone and text and sent text updates on his arrival time.

One of my hot water heaters decided to spring a significant leak at 9 o'clock on a Sunday morning. I called the nearest Plummer that was open 24/7. I cannot believe how fortunate I was to find this plumber! Fred came and fixed the problem. Immediately. This is absolutely the best Plumber I've ever come to service my house -- And I have had quite a few. His work is careful and meticulous, and he's very respectful of the house environment, and takes care of everything. Besides just being a very nice person, he's an extremely competent plumber. I ended up having him replace the other water heater, as well as some other plumbing tasks that did not need immediate attention. But I was so impressed with his work, and his pricing (he didn't even charge me extra because it was a Sunday) That we took care of many large tasks in the house that would eventually need attention. Call this guy if you have any plumbing issues. I wish I found him years ago, will save me a lot of aggravation on getting jobs re-done.

Denise's friendly voice whenever I call is so caring and helpful.  The plumbers themselves are professional, yet friendly, and so patient in explaining what they are doing and in answering my questions.

On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

We have been using Winstead Plumbing for our apartment complex for many years.  They are always prompt, very accommodating in emergency situations, always an excellent job at very reasonable prices.  Big job, small job, they will be there as soon as possible and your problems will be gone within hours of their appearance!  Jeff, the owner, is great at explaining the problems and figuring out the best solutions.  He answers all my questions (even the numerous dumb ones!) and definitely goes the extra mile to give us happy solutions. Gerraldo is a God-send!  I once called him late on a Saturday night when he wasn't even on call.  He not only answered my call, he took several hours out of his own time to help me resolve my problem.  All the guys (Victor, Arturo, Raul, etc...) are amazing.  Wonderful company, wonderful plumbers!

Don't use this company . we paid $180 for kitchen  sink not drain. And clogged again the next 2 days. Call them back they said we have to paid the other $400 for the same service for different equipment .be careful to use this company they all cheating people not honest at work .  they run only 5 feet long  line but do reported 60-70 feet long. customer service sucked really bad. Don't try them waste your money. We gave them 1 STAR because don't have 0. None experience on job just have experience on stealing money from the others people. Stay away from these people and this business.

UDATE INCLUDED Below! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE!! I have to take him to court to get my money back for services he failed to provide.
!!UPDATE! HIS RESPONSE IS AGAIN MORE LIES. I have all the texts and phone call records To prove it.  He has 1 5 star review. I did not say anything to him as he left. He makes up anything he wants and pretends it's truth. RUN from this unscrupulous person. Yeah I dropped a couple f bombs in some of my responses because he frustrates you beyond reason with lies. He owes me $160 before court costs. I offered a $100 settlement and he refused. He wants to give me just $25!  I would give negative stars, if I could.
I have never had to write a review like this. You can see my posts and usually, if someone misleads a little, I let it go.

Once he has your money, he will figure out a way to get close to $100/hour.  He will fabricate fees that he never mentions when you enter a contract with him and chargEd you for parts he recycles from other jobs and claim he bought them for you.

He has yet to provide me any reciept for a light switch that was not In a package. He also asked if he could have my brand new ceiling fans, he took down.

He was so great when I called him because I had someone else not show up and I had painters coming the next day. He said his work is phenomenal and he normally charged $85/hour BUT if I pay him $500 for 8 hours IN ADVANCE, I get deal. IT IS NO DEAL!
He came 1st day and was absolutely great for 1.5hours and I gave him his check, for services in advance.
I was flustered and rushed to get him out and get more things done before I needed to get more done before painters came the next morning. HE LOVES to kill time with chattiThat's not good when you're paying by the hour!

He also wants you to give him buildings codes and access to your place without you there. This is so he can then pad his bill.. He complained about not being able to be there by himself on two counts.

He is the poster boy for bait and switch!

I wrote an incorrect hour time on my check. I called and texted him the next morning and he confirmed I have 8 hours for $500. I also have that in writing.

He also confirmed he would come at scheduled time we agreed upon for Friday, OCt. 7th at 4:30pm and I didn't contact him Again until he contacted me that Friday. He called before our scheduled time and asked if I'm back in town? I said, umm I told you I had an appointment here in Dallas that would take me to about 4pm so 4:30pm is still the time. He launched into a whole thing about the fact he is at another job and he will be late and wanted to push out the time scheduled a week in advance. I said no, not acceptable To move to another day. I have other contractors coming that need your things done and I need them done personally as well. He finally shows up 2.5 hours late. He was clearly irritated about this.

He also left for 20 minutes, to get something from his truck as I was on the phone with my fiancé the whole time and was opening the door to find him and he comes up the stairs with yet another fabricated story about being locked out. He had his phone and could text or call for the code to glass doors he so easily forgot

Had he showed up at our agreed scheduled time, he could have completed everything and our contract could have been satisfied that night. He brings out this unpackaged almond dimmer light switch and I say, what is this? He says, it matches your other outlets... umm NO it does not?! All bathroom covers outlets are white???

We exchanged words, I left him to just get the job done and had to have his mismatched switch installed to make sure the light works.

He was done at 11:03 pm and started 7:05pm,confirmed in text,)& completed 4 hours of work. I texted next day and thanked him for installing my light. He completed 5.5 hours of total work At this point.

He texts me I only have 1.5 out of 2.5 hours left!?!? I say, 7-11 is 4 hours. He responds correct but, I went shopping and you owe me $65 for supplies and 1 hour to shop.
I said no way. You already stated you do not charge for ANY trips to Home Depot.As a handyman he is there frequently and can pick up things for multiple clients on his trips. It's not my problem you procrastinated, nor do I owe a penny for a almond fixture. He is welcome to get it! He proceeded to argue with me, make up false excuses, and then tell me to just take a $25 refund for 2.5 hours of work. Of course I said NO!

He continues to change his story-change times-alter things said and I have two witnesses that directly contradict what he says. His texts, I also have photographed, and printed his texts that contradict each other. He is a liar and a scammer. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR GIVE HIM A PENNY IN ADVANCE.

If you want him for a quick job you pay AFTER he is done, 1st time great.pay in advance, he is HORRIBLE and ARGUMENTATIVE And will 100% lie

We had a gas leak and the propane had to be turned off and we had to get a plumber. This was 3 days before Christmas. I used the contact page and received a reply the same day. I had plumbers out the next day, all day, replacing gas lines under the house. They were nice, they worked hard, in single digit temps. The fee was lower than expected. I will use the again.

We have needed a plumber to come out a couple of times in the past 2 years and have called L&L Plumbing in Emory, Texas. The plumber was very efficient and did not over charge.We were satisfied with his work.
