I was in the process of selling my home when a hydro static test failed on my plumbing. With the closing date nearing and time running out, AM plumbing was able to squeeze us in to their scheduling and get us fixed up.

They were able to successfully remove the damaged drain line and install new pvc in a couple if hours. They were able to do the repair and test the lines again all within a day. Theyre pricing was the more reasonable of all of the plumbing companies that had come out.

Can i mention the customer service over the phone? With things getting hectic, the lady on the phones was able to give me full 5 star service and make the entire selling process less painful. She was able to provide me with everything i was being asked for from the buyer, and almost instantaneously so we were able to prevent the close date from extending.

AM plumbing was highly recommended to us, they had their own surveyor come out to find where the leak was. Not only was the surveyor wrong on locating the leak, the job was way less complicated than expected.  It took two guys to finish the job in 2 hours, and the only material cost was a 6 foot 3/4 inch pipe. The original estimate was 3k. They ended up charging me 2.8k, even though everything they quoted me did not have to happen.  I do NOT recommend this company

We had a plumbing emergency and we needed somebody to come out the same day and they worked us in for a higher cost. It turns out it was a quick fix and well they quickly fixed it. They did not milk it and they showed us what was wrong. Skilled, Honest service and will use them again. Highly recommend.

I own a construction company, but don't do any type of plumbing. Called AM about a quote and they called me right back were extremely honest and helpful. I will definitely be using their services for my future projects.

Did not have any time to fix the water main on Sun when it broke.   Got s call from Desmond   Great guy!! Called them Monday morning, he came out by noon, fixed it and was very nice and courteous.

I have used them several times to work on both my house and rental property.  The last time at my rental property I was charged for multiple trips to get supplies.  They charged 3 hours labor to fix an outside hose bib.  In addition, the tenants pointed out a problem with a shower leaking and how they tried to fix it and were told by the plumber that's what I would have done.  He didn't attempt to fix the dripping shower.  When I called to dispute the bill, the owner, Mary, didn't return my message for a week until I called her back.  She also raised her voice at me and was very argumentative when I mentioned feeling taken advantage of as a landlord.  I was asking for some of the hourly charge to be taken off (so I can pay the new service call for the shower) or someone to go back and fix the problem with the shower. The owner admitted to multiple mistakes by the young plumber that came out.  I got a call back from them a few days later where they told me to forget the bill but then told me to find another plumber.   Extremely unprofessional.

They got the plumbing job done and in a timely manner, however, at least one of the two gentlemen that came stank of cigarette smoke and the smell lingered in the house after he left, it was that strong.  They also did not introduce themselves when we answered the door, all they said was We were told you have a blockage.  We were never told their names and while it was obvious they worked for AM Plumbing they did not tell us that.  They also were very abrupt and a little rude.  So as far as getting the job done and cost of job they are great, but they are not polite or personable at all.

Office was super nice and technician Brian was fast. Keeping their number for next time I need service.

Called this morning 8:00am and by 9:30am AM plumbing had fixed the problem.  Billy the technician was fast and friendly.  AM Plumbing was great and I recommend their service.

Had a corroded line to my water heater that was leaking. AM plumbing sent out Billy within an hour of my call. He replaced the line and cleaned up the area very well. The price for the job was very fair and exactly what I thought it should cost.

I had them come for a shower and toilet that was running. They sent Desmond. He was unable to fix the issue and actually made it way worse for both the toilet and shower.  The company still made me pay and said sometimes it just happens.  Well I ended up fixing both issues myself in less than 30 min not counting drive time to get the parts. In my journey to find the parts I started at the same supply store they use.  I had the broken shower stems in my hand and they had no idea what it was.  Which means Desmond knowingly tried to make the wrong size stem work which could of caused a serious problem. I ended up going to Day's hardware and they helped me find the right part and I fixed the shower leak no problem.  They also failed to fix the toilet. I ended up looking at the diagram and figured out how to fix the problem which took me 30 seconds to fix. Desmond is either lazy, stupid or both because I figured out how to fix both issues drove to get the parts and fixed both problems in less than 2 hours and I knew nothing about plumbing earlier today.  If you can't fix something then fine... it's just unprofessional to charge to make things worse

Made a phone call and got instructions on what to do.  Purchased my faucet and sink fixtures and then scheduled an installation.  Plumber came on time and quickly got the job done.  No estimates needed.  Low cost.  Thanks!

We called to get a quote on moving some plumbing in a 1/2 bath and the scheduler said she wouldn't schedule us if we were calling other plumbers. I was shocked!! The whole point of getting a quote is to compare to other companies and to get a great value+service. We've used them in the past and loved their crew but the scheduler was so rude that we will take our business elsewhere. VERY VERY RUDE SCHEDULER NEVER AGAIN AND WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW IF ASKED

Recently we used AM Plumbing to scope our mother's home's drain lines as they were intermittently clogging. Additionally we had them pull and reset a toilet, which became a rather nasty and somewhat challenging fix. Both projects were done efficiently and professionally. The communication from AM Plumbing was excellent, with email reminders, texts and telephone calls so we were never left wondering when someone was going to show up. As a former contractor I could not have been more pleased with their services. Thanks Brian, Nick and AM Plumbing!

I cannot speak higher of AM plumbing they saved me!!!  Had a stopped up kitchen sink James fixed it for less than $200.00. Another company quoted me $3800.00.

My water heater went out on a Wednesday, and I called several firms to see who was available. All of them had a free estimate, but none could come out Wednesday. When I called AM Plumbing, they told me they could get someone out to FIX the problem on Thursday.  Late Thursday afternoon, the AM repairperson spent two minutes looking at the water heater and told me it needed to be replaced. He then gave me an estimate and told me they couldn't come out until MONDAY. So I'd be without hot water for the weekend, after being told it would be fixed on Thursday. This repairperson also told me someone would call on Friday to confirm my Monday appointment. All day Friday, I waited for that call, which never came. Not willing to simply HOPE that I'd be on the schedule for Monday, I called one of the other plumbing firms on Saturday, and they not only came out and replaced the water heater within 24 hours but charged me $400 less than AM's estimate. But the true problem I have with this situation is that AM sent me a bill for $115 for the two-minute service call, even though they failed to call me on Friday as promised and never, in fact, made it clear that I'd be PAYING a service call. Granted, I made that free call assumption based on the fact that none of the other firms were charging service calls. But I feel like the company was not only overpriced, but slow to provide service and didn't follow through on what they said they were going to do. Had they called me on Friday as they were supposed to, I might have waited for their slow, overpriced service. And after what little they've done for me, I certainly didn't expect a $115 bill. Bottom line: From my perspective, this is a company out to make as much money as possible with little concern for its customers.

Great and quick service.  Had the gas line that connected to my open re-done.  They installed a new valve on the gas line and were in and out within 30 minutes for a fair and reasonable price.

Real friendly people, same day service. Could have charged me more, but charged the lowest price and came out a second day for free as well. Highly recommended!

Needed a toilet with a cracked tank replaced and they were able to come the very next morning. Fast, efficient, courteous, and reasonable. My new toilet works perfectly and I am very pleased. Ray and Brian, the plumbers, worked together to get the job done quickly and left the place in a clean condition. Excellent!

I needed a new water heater so I selected A M Plumbing based on their Yelp rating. Their quote was competitive, scheduling was easy, & they arrived on time. The installation went great and the heater is working as expected. I highly recommend them!

I called AM plumbing to fix three toilets in my home. Their receptionist quickly scheduled me for the first appointment the next day. Two plumbers arrived on time and had all three toilets fixed in 45 minuets. The plumbers were very professional and made sure that as my issues were addressed. AM plumbing will be my go to plumbing company from now on.

Second time using A&M Plumbing and they did a great job again. They will always be my plumbers for now on. They replaced a hose bibb to my outdoors faucet which was installed wrong when house was built. They replaced it quickly and was very helpful.

The first time I called them, the girl who answered the phone was not very friendly or helpful, but I guess she did her job. She paged the plumber and had him call me. He was nice enough and he answered all my questions--so no complaints there. When I called back to make an official appointment, however, the girl who answered the phone sounded like she'd rather chew glass than talk to a customer, and the girl she transferred me to wasn't much better. She didn't seem the least bit interested in helping me or keeping my business, so I told her I would take my business elsewhere.  Maybe if you can get by the snotty secretaries you can get good service? I guess I'll never know.

Great people!  I had a horrible plumbing issue.  They sent out Billy to help me.  Same day service on a very busy day for them.  Everything fixed and at a very reasonable price.  Couldn't be happier!!

I requested an estimate on a project.  The owner, Luis, was able to come the same day to give me a quote.  I was impressed his quote was not to exceed the quoted price.  His team, Lane and Brian were able to come the same week to perform the work.  Although they ran into a snag, causing unexpected work, they did not try to increase the cost.  In fact, they even replaced some lines on my hot water heater for no charge.  They live up to their motto, It's the little things we do.  I will be calling them again for plumbing work on some remodeling.  They are definitely our go to plumbers.

AM Plumbing has been doing work for me for a few years now. Always a professional job with excellent service and quick to get out to my home. They are honest and won't let you down.

I was looking for a plumber that I had used in the past and couldn't find them so I checked Yelp and the ratings led me to AM Plumbing.   They put me on the waiting list for the day and ended up calling in the early afternoon to come out and fix our problems.   They stuck to the original quote even though they ended up doing slightly more than originally planned.

Called AM to come out and leak check slab before I installed my new flooring. Came out promptly, and changed out my clean out because a root went through the line.  They were in and out in one day, and Luis took time to explain exactly what was done and answered my questions.  A quality business, and reasonable rates.

Great guys. I own a house built in 1969 so I have had the opportunity to try a few of the plumbing companies here in Denton. These guys were the best! Their rates were more then reasonable (almost half of what the more well known companies quoted me), courteous and cleaned up great after completing all the fantastic work they did.  They answered all my questions and took the time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend AM Plumbing!

I had my water heater start spewing water. AM Plumbing was out the same day to replace it. They did a great job.

No stars.Charging for cleaning the drain. $149.25 . He did no such thing. The guy just showed up and saw we didn't have a washout like we told him over the phone. Shows up and says, yeah you dont have a washout .talked for a few and that's it. He did nothing.

Was a minor thing with the garbage disposal but nothing but high remarks for AM Plumbing. When I first called they tried to help with the disposal over the phone at no cost just to save money. Then when they sent someone out, person was really helpful and showed me what to next time when jammed.

We've had the opportunity to use these guys a few times since we bought our first home (and one time during emergency hours when I botched a job trying to do it myself!).  The rates are reasonable, and they've done a good job.  On the emergency day, the guy came out very quickly (which was important!  Our bathroom was seriously flooding!) and took care of everything.  Each time they've come out and finished a job, they have offered to fix any other minor issues to use up the hour we're paying for, which is very much appreciated!  I'm sure we'll be calling these guys again for future plumbing repairs.

The guys were just at our house to do a stop valve replacement and new kitchen faucet install.  They were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very fast in the work they did.  The rates were MUCH lower than their competitors, and their terms were much more reasonable and customer friendly.  I will definitely recommend their work to all of my friends and associates.  Thank you from a satisfied customer!
