I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

Luis came out the same day I called and repaired our broken shower faucet.  Very professional work and a very nice guy. I highly recommend TLC.

I notice that my brick wall below the  outside faucet always wet so I looked at Yelp for plumbers and found the plumber. After talk to him on the phone he knows exactly the problem.  He is very upfront about cost and give me 2 possible options and will not know until he inspect it. He send 2 guys immediately and they found that they can fixed the problem with cheaper option.  
I want to recommend this company.  They are nice, very professional and knowledgeable.  I feel that they are really looking out for customer best interest.  Thank you so much.

Bid the job, didn't show up the day he committed to. Set our entire project back by 3-5 days as I was left scrambling to find another plumber.... zero communication, zero response... Have NO idea what happened to him other than he has jobs lined up and has increased his prices and no longer wanted our job. It was very disappointing. A different experience than the first time he came out! I have heard from a few others this has been their experience as well as of late. Money focused and zero customer service... so sad.

Legacy did an OUTSTANDING job and I would recommend them to anyone.  The office personnel (Clifton and Thomas) that I talked to were courteous and helpful.  They arranged for my job to be completed sooner than expected by contacting me when they had a cancellation.  Luke was the plumber who completed the work.  He was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail.  He made sure I was satisfied with the completed work and did a thorough cleanup.  I will be contacting Legacy for any future plumbing needs and will be specifically requesting Luke!

My wife and I had a very bad experience at Apex this weekend. We were shopping for a new kitchen faucet. We were eventually helped by Suzanne. We asked for pricing on a number of faucets. She never returned to give us the pricing - when we eventually found her, she asked if we had made up our mind, despite never giving us any pricing details. She fumbled through a number of quotes on various faucets - unclear why it would be so hard to figure this out. We decided to purchase a kitchen faucet as ours was broken and we needed a replacement sooner than later and they happened to have a version in stock. The original price was $1,100 and she quoted me a price of $899. I found a similar faucet online for $800 and showed her the listing. She responded by saying I am insulted you would show this to me. Yes, a sales rep at a plumbing supply store in 2019 was insulted by a customer trying to price match online. I was really taken aback by how completely rude and extremely unhelpful this woman was. She was insulted? By someone buying a $1,000 kitchen faucet? Give me a break. Go elsewhere.

My toliet backed up and I called a couple plumbers and CW was able to come out the same day. They didn't bring the camera with a sensor to find the clean out line outside my house so they waited over an hour for that which they knew they needed. Seems strange to not bring it. Then they asked to use my shovels and dug to try and guess where it was and I told them it was ok to kill 2 or 3 plants. They charged over 6k to repair the sewer line to the street where roots caused damage and is cheap pvc line. I thought that was am astronomical price but I was in a rush to move out of my house and didn't want to lose time and money getting a second quote. Then I was telling the guy I had repairs done just 2 weeks ago on something else and he said they would have been a couple hundred dollars cheaper and I just don't believe him and it rubbed me wrong. The people at the office seem nice and they do a good job communicating when they will be there. Just leave the project like you found it would have made it alot better.

If I could give them 0 stars, I WOULD!! Sunny came to our home a little over a week ago to service our air conditioner. A few days later, our AC unit started leaking and rattling. We have been trying to contact them ever since and all we have been getting is the run around. We've only spoken to them twice and they promised to have someone come out, but no one ever shows up. Now, they are not returning our phone calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used them based on the good reviews we saw, but unfortunately, are having a very BAD experience with them! I will NEVER use them for anymore AC work, and will tell everyone I know not to also. We are also seriously considering taking legal action!!

(Long winded review)Just had a great experience. Was replacing a toilet in my master bath. I did the same for the guest bath and installed it myself. This time I was thinking I didn't want to bother with it. So I bought the toilet at HD and asked for them to install it. They said they go through 3rd party and someone would call in 24 hours to set up a time. Well I got the new toilet home and since I took out the old toilet the day before and my OCD didn't allow me to have an open whole (well one that was plugged cause of sewer gas) I installed it myself. After I was done I remembered why I wanted someone else to do it. It seemed to work for a time that day but then I noticed water slowly coming from the bottom. Frustrated I went to lunch and got a call from BBS about scheduling a time to install the toilet. I said I installed it but it is slowly leaking can someone come look at it. They said well since you installed it we have to charge a service fee (something like $50). I figured fair enough especially since they said someone could come the same day. Mark the plumber got here in the afternoon, very nice guy, and flushed the toilet and sure enough no leak. He did it a few times and no leak. Finally we notice some water and he said I believe you probably have a crack in the bowl with how slowly the water is coming out. Not what I wanted to hear but not unexpected. I of course didn't expect him to fix it but I did expect him to ask for the service fee cause he came out but he just said his good bye and that was it. He could easily asked for the fee as I was told there was a fee but he said I aint going to charge you for simply looking at it. While I am not happy there my be a crack it is nice to have a service call that didn't pile on. Thank you Mark. Once I pull the thing out and I do have a crack if I go back to HD I am going to have BBS install it
