I was very impressed with Brian's work. After another company, Saving Grace Plumbing, failed me, I called Brian. He came the same day, found the exact leak spot, got access to it without making a lot of damage and did the replacements. His cost are very affordable, too. I highly recommend his company.

What a remodel! We had our kitchen, staircase and 2.5 bathrooms remodeled. TLC group did an amazing job! Our house has been transformed! They payed attention to every fine detail. We completely trusted our team in our home. They were super friendly and even great to our dogs. We are so happy with the results.

A neighbor recommended The Plumber. I called and they were able to come the same day. Our normal plumber gave us a timeframe 5 weeks from now. Two people showed up,  both wearing masks. They were able to to find the leak in nothing flat, in a different place than where I thought.  They were able to fix the leak in less than an hour leaving just a small hole in the wall to have repaired.
I now have a new plumber for any neds I have.

Daniel was quick to respond, on time and professional. Best price out of the two other plumbers I called. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

We had a home gas leak and the city had to shut our gas off. Legacy Plumbing came out ASAP found and fixed our issue which required some demo work to get to the problem. A shout out to Ahndre. Had someone come out to give some estimates and fix a couple exterior faucets, he didn't have the right size faucet and said he would order one and come back early the following week.. well never heard from him again or got the new faucets. Guess they didn't need our business. We contacted AM Plumbing who came out same day and fixed our issues right away, were much more personable, professional and better priced. AM plumbing will be our go to any day over C&W.

They are quick to take your money but not quick to return your call if there is an issue.  I called to get my AC unit working and the cane out refilled the Freon but a few days later the unit started making weird noises and a leak began. I have been calling everyday and the only time I got a response I was told they were backed up so we scheduled for the next day and they no showed and when I called I got another we are backed up excuse. Then he had a friend reach out to me to say he could come and look at my AC unit but I needed to pay his service charge. So rather than dealing with an issue that a customer has they are blowing me off, avoiding my calls, and trying to pass me on to another company.

My experience mirrors the others here. Used them through Home Depot as I was replacing my floors. Toilets leak. Won't come out to fix them. They call and say they are on their way and never show up. Use at your own risk!
