We are currently remodeling one of our properties that we recently bought in Turtle Creek. Wife and I were looking for something unique for our master bath. Upon entering this premise, we noticed one of the showroom consultants fixated on her computer. No hello, wave, or even a smile (Strike One). Mind you, place was not busy at all. At any rate, one of the consultants finally greeted us. To cut to the chase - my wife was interested in one particular bathtub so she asked for the measurement. Suzanne responded by saying the particular tub wouldn't work and to quote her exact words, and that is a $9,000 tub. Really, Suzanne Chance? We were interested in learning about features and benefits and you made a point to point out the price tag? For example, say one sophisticated consumer was asking about Calacatta marble why it has amazing streaks of gold running through, it would be best to share something along the lines -- While this material lack the grout lines of tile, they are beautiful, timeless, and easy to take care of. NEVER about cost and worst assumption yet, could they afford it? Sure you'll claim that wasn't the intent -- but your eyes, shoulders, knees, toes and whatever that was that came out of your mouth surely convinced us to walk out. No words to describe the experience. I expected so much more from a local company like Apex. Perhaps, this consultant is just having the worst day of her life or something -- So rude, cold, and empty.
