I had a great experience with Ahndre and Legacy Plumbing.  The full experience was smooth and hassle free. When I called in the woman I spoke with gave me clear pricing information- what I could expect to pay and what could potentially cause the price to go higher. She was able to find an appointment with very little wait. Ahndre was running a  few minutes behind, but someone called to let me know. When Ahndre came, he was personable and professional. He gave me good info on what the work would entail and what I could expect. Work was done quickly and the finish work looks good. Definitely would use them again.

Out of desperation I started calling plumbers, and Steve picked up.  I explained my situation and how I had had four other plumbers cancel on in the last week.  He told me he was busy but, would work me in. He texted me that he was on his way. We discussed the way to go about resolving my issues. And he got on it. It was not an easy ordeal for sure.
He was friendly, explained my options and fixed what was a complex situation.
I have him saved in my phone. I can assure you I'll will be calling Steve for all my plumbing needs.

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Fantastic, solid and reliable service!  Was referred to SNBC from a home builder friend.  Our water pipe under the house had a leak and our tiles felt really hot.  Scott Burrows was very quick to respond, extremely thorough in his analysis and offered details and recommendations.  Our repair involved a major excavation (24 foot dig) under the slab to fix a pin prick hole in the copper pipe.  However, the alternative was to rip up tiles, hardwood and dig through concrete foundation (more intrusive).  When it came time for the actual plumbing repairs, Scott did NOT overcharge.  Since fixing our leak repair, we've used SNBC for 2 other repairs and are very satisfied!!  Highly recommend for plumbing needs.

Took 3 days to respond to air conditioner repair with temps over 100°.

On October 23, 2015 I called Reese Plumbing for a water heater not working at a rental house.  The tenant had notified me late the previous night.  She said she was unable to light the pilot light.  Dispatch said they could have someone out in the afternoon that same day, on a Friday!  That was impressive.  The young man, Bob, that arrived that afternoon was pleasant.  He checked the water heater and said the pilot light was lite.  The dial was still set on Pilot Lighting and all that was needed was to turn up the heat setting to A, B, C or Very Hot.  He was there less than 10 mins and charged me $85.00!!  I know that is the hourly rate for Plumbers but he said that was company policy.  I feel that was a ripoff!  The plumber even said I don't think they will charge you anything because I didn't do anything.  He was definitely wrong.  I think the right thing for the company to do was charge me $40.00 because I know  drive time was involved and a professional was being sent out.  I own/manage seven rental properties in Lubbock and am not pleased with the service I received from Reese Plumbing.  I wish they would reconsider their company policy on hourly charges when there turns out to not be an issue which can be determined in less than 10 mins.

Excellent Service by Charles T. He was on time, kind and very professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends. The service was rather expensive!

DO NOT hire these guys. They simply do not care about your problem.
