Other reviews on other sites gave them a good rating and I have to agree.  I called at 8:30 in the morning for a AC drain clog in the foundation and they arrived within the hour.  They fixed the problem in 15 minutes and were honest.  They told me what I could do to prevent the problem from occurring again.  It just involved some do it yourself re-plumbing of the AC drain pipes.

They are amazing! Called them and  they came out immediately. They gave me an amazing price and completed the work quickly! I will be using them from now on because they are trustworthy and do a great job.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Nathaniel is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, he's transparent, has great communication, and is just an overall friendly person. He was upfront about costs and kept me updated as to what he was finding (I had a leak in my plumbing and unfortunately we had to take a larger chunk of drywall out than initially intended, but he told me ahead of time that might be a possibility and then when that was our last ditch effort to find the leak, he asked if that was how I wanted to proceed. And of course he did end up finding it and fixed it!)

I've used Pablo several times. He is my go-to plumber for a couple of reasons. First, his pricing is fair. I own a few properties and one of the frustrating things to see is a plumber raiding their pricing because you are their regular customer. Pablo doesn't. Second, Pablo does good work. The times he's been out he has been able to permanently fix the issue.

Of course Pablo may be booked during the time you need him. Though what do you expect? He's a good plumber and in demand. He has 5 stars on Yelp for a reason.

Bryan and his guys have been so good to us by providing excellent customer service, transparency and honest communication. They installed a water heater for us after a faulty one went bad. They fought for us to have a brand new one installed at no extra charge. We are very grateful for professionals that still care about their clients well-being. DO NOT call these people!  I have a clogged sink - it has happened before and I had it done for $120.  So I thought it would be in the ball park.  These people would not give an estimate over the phone, AND they charge a $89.95 trip charge (waived if you do the service).  With a $50 off online special they quoted me $321!  I kicked them out on their asses and refused to pay the trip charge.  I have since recieved an online quote of $175 from a company who will come out for a free no obligation estimate.  NEVER use AJ's - these people are out to rip you off - anyone will give you a better price than they will!

Our tub was draining slow, not the sink or the toilet so we knew there must be something stuck in the tub. Just wanted a plumber to come out and clean the drain. John came out and wanted to charge us $300, said he would have to drill through our floor. We asked him a few questions and his answers were I don't know. Thankfully we sent him on his way without doing anything. We rented an auger and did it ourselves. Problem solved at a fraction of the cost. They are out to get you to do more services than needed cost. Will not ever call them again or recommend them to anyone.

My late mother-in- law used Smith Plumbing for many years. My son moved into her house and was having problems with the drain in the kitchen and laundry area. A person from Smith told him he would need to remove the concrete in the garage so they could replace the drain. I did not feel comfortable with this so I got a second opinion from my plumber. He told us Smith had given my son the WRONG information. If my son had dug the hole in the garage we would have had a real mess. I will never use Smith again. Not only did they give incorrect information, but they did not seem to do the work.

The service that I was provided was quality, however they are not honoring the oral guarantee provided by their technician. I was verbally told that the service came with a 6 month guarantee so I decided to go ahead with their service despite the high $425 fee because I said if it happens again, we won't have to pay the fee again. I found out today that there was a tiny line on the invoice, which the technician did not point out nor did I notice (because who reads every detail of the invoices they're signing?) that there is no service guarantee. I was never told this by the technician either before or after the work was performed. I did not find out about the lack of guarantee until today. Shame on Roto Rooter for using fine print tactics on their customers. I can never recommend their service after such deceptive business practices.
