First and Foremost....any business that offers text or email scheduling rates pretty high in my book and will have a better chance of getting my business. I don't have time for phone calls. Cameron was great when I asked if texting was ok. Scheduled to come out and fix a leaky kitchen sink. Estimate to fix sink was exactly around what I had expected for the repair.
Cameron arrived within the time frame given. Soon discovered the sink needs to be replaced due to a hole. Unfortunately, due to our granite countertop, we have to hire a granite professional to install our new sink. But we will definitely have Cameron back to finish the plumbing repair and for any other plumbing needs.

I had an appointment with Jose scheduled for an issue with my sink. When I spoke to him on the phone before the appointment, he was able to talk me through what the issue might be and explain to me how to test/fix it. His instructions ended up allowing me to fix what was a relatively simple issue, when he justifiably could've just waited until the appointment and charged me the service call fee. The fact that he prioritized helping me over his own financial gain speaks to his integrity and the fact that he can be trusted to have the best interests of the customer in mind--something that is rare. I would highly recommend Cuellar Plumbing, and would be happy to use the company again if I have future plumbing needs.

He was also able to help us navigate the kitchen sink & faucet purchases and installation process for our future needs. YEAH!

Jared came by this morning and replaced our old  disposal. My wife has banned me from plumbing repairs.. Great job to Travis and his team!

Came home midnight 12-23 to a garage and hall way full of water. The water heater decided to give out while we were out. Submitted an online request at  plumbing around 9am Saturday 12-24, (Christmas Eve) and left a voicemail with Jason.

I received a text instantly saying a rep would be with me as soon as possible. I received a second text 4 minutes later saying my time was important to them and someone would be with me momentarily.

Today, Monday the 26th at 10:48 am 9:22pm, I received another text asking me to call their office and schedule service. I asked what service? I had found another plumber through my son-in-law who came out and replaced the heater a couple of hours.

Their excuse was they were busy Saturday...

You know, I get it if you can't provide services because of a backlog, but I don't understand not responding to an emergency request at all until 48 hours later, especially when your website says you have 24/7 service, including weekends AND Holidays.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.

My pool had been worked on for several days until yesterday the guys reported to me a leak behind the equipment. I went ahead and reported to American Home Shield who assigned Mr. Maldonado to check on it.
On arrival he determined it was a slab leak and before obtaining authorization for the work he proceeded to order 4 different holes on my walls around the house to find the other side of the leak (which he didn't find because he refused to run a line into the pipe).
Today, I'm having to pay another WAY BETTER AND PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER who immediately ran a line into the pipe and identified where the leak is coming from.
In a few words, don't use Maldonado Plumbing.

I have choice warranty and from the looks of it he's done this exact same thing before my AC is not working correctly. He came out said that it needed to be replaced first he said it was under full. I needed more than he said it was over full, and it has an obstruction in it that somebody must've caused he sent that in home choice refused to pay the claim Which I'm not worried about replacing the AC but being accused of doing something to my AC is not correct when he was the last want to service it about a month ago. He was also four hours late without a call or anything that they were going to be late Very unprofessional. No if you have choice home warranty, he will deny your claim and charge you $85 if it needs to be replaced if it's just a repair he'll go ahead and take your $85 and charge them. He's there to save them a lot of money not help the homeowner.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they are untrustworthy! 2D Plumbing was hired to do a hydrostatic test on a house we were looking to purchase. They passed the test for the house indicating no leak, documenting in the same passing report that the sewage lines dropped 4 inches within 10 minutes of the test. I have no technical knowledge of plumbing or mechanical systems, so I was told that a passing test meant no leak. After inquiring and hiring other Master Plumbers to test the house AFTER I purchased the house, I find out that 4 inches in 10 minutes is a substantial leak and this leak has caused MANY foundation issues to my house. According to other Master Plumbers, any good plumber would have known that 4 inch drop in 10 minutes is NOT a passing test, indicating a leak and significant repairs to be done to the line. We had 2D come out and do a second hydrostatic test, the field technician reported that the 4in drop in 10 minutes indicated a leak, 2 days later we get the official hydrostatic report back and they yet again passed it, indicating no leak! We called and talked to the plumber that passed our house both times and he gave very nonsensical answers as to why our house should pass even when there is a 4 inch drop and the field tech told us there was a leak.
I believe that 2D Plumbing has a working relationship with OpenDoor (large corporation we bought the house from) and FORGED this passing report so that we would buy the house.
UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY.
Currently trying to contact their management (proving hard to do) to remedy this situation.
Also, the chat function on their site that promises Immediate reponse SUCKS and they actually have never responded to me through it.
