I've used 1st Class Plumbing twice, recommended by a neighbor. They didn't overcharge, and were very friendly and explained the plumbing problems and how they would fix them.

Efficient and fair. Plumbing is never cheap but I didn't feel robbed. He took care of my issue same day. Thanks !

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

I am very impressed with Dean's Plumbing.  They were able to do a sewer line inspection within 24 hours after the call.  Great customer service from Billy and Julio.  I would definitely recommend this company.

Two technicians came to home for hot water heater estimate.  Were advised of size needed, and age of existing.  Gave price--highest of 5 we got, but could not tell me brand used, warranty info--basically nothing.  $89 charge for nothing.  This was the only company that charged!  Advised dispatcher of lack of info given--said she would have the manager call me.  He never did--would not trust them to do any work.

Came over for an hours worth of work and overcharged me $280 to change a small fitting.  Scam.

This is the worst business experience I have ever had. They replaced my water heater in 2011 and then it stopped working in November 2012 so I called them to come look at it. They come same day and replace the elements and I write a check for $150 (on a water heater with a 10 year warranty.)

After they leave, I discover the water heater is not working so I call them to come back and look at it and they promise to come back the following day. I cancelled my out of town trip so I can be home when they come but they never showed up for 2 days. When I finally get them on the phone (they never answer the phone) the guy tells me his buddy is working on his truck's brakes so he cannot come. I asked when he thought he could come and he had no idea. I told him that I needed job finished and he hung up on me and never took calls from me afterwards.

I got another plumber to come fix the water heater and in 15 minutes they had fixed the problem for less than the $150 these guys had charged me. I went to my bank to stop payment on the $150 check (cost me $35) and surely 2 weeks later, Always Available Discount Plumbers tried to cash that check for the job they never finished.

I read some reviews about them online  and everyone has same issues with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE JOKERS.

Best service guys around! Always gets the job done quickly and efficiently! Will always recommend these hard working men!  Nick is very hardworking and respectful. He wore a mask the whole time he was in my home and worked.

We called to get a busted pipe fixed. First of all, the young lady that answered the phone was VERY condescending. Second they insisted waiting until Friday to come out because he does not want to get muddy. We had another plumber come out the next day they did the job and wasn't concerned about the condition of the ground. I have never heard a crappier excuse towards not wanting to do a job that's description includes getting dirty. We will not be using them going forward
