Sherrie Johnson Hartsock has been the owner and operator of Dial One Johnson Plumbing since 1985 and is the daughter in law of the original owner, Lemuel Johnson.  Sherrie had previously owned and sold another successful business before taking over the operation of Dial One Johnson Plumbing.  Sherrie excels at being able to look at any situation in the company with the well being of the clients in mind, from day to day operational activities to the long term company strategies.  Sherrie is extremely proud of the strong, ethical foundation that Mr. Johnson built for this company and is dedicated to keeping that same spirit alive as the cornerstone of the company.  Mr. Johnson's grandson, Daniel John son, is the Service Manager and Responsible Master Plumber.  Mr. Johnson's granddaughter, Michelle Johnson, is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator for the company.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is.  Called Dial One Johnson to do the job.  Everything went smooth.  They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885.  Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Dial One has been my plumbing company for more than 10 years. And, there are many reasons for that. Again, today they showed up on time, and did a terrific job on the leaks and repairs. One thing I appreciate is that they give me options, when possible. I am always at ease when they are in my home, and with their professionalism. James did a great job today. Thanks so much.

Dial one Johnson is a great small business. Got a new fridge and needed a new waterline replacement. They were here within 45 minutes after I called, they took time to explain what was required. Will be the only company that I will call from now on.

I do NOT recommend this company at all!  The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable.  I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

Our Plumber was Brian. While my father was on vacation we discovered a gas leak, after calling the gas company, who came quickly and found three leaks, we call Dial One Johnson Plumbing. They sent Brian to fix our problem. He fixed the three leaks by replacing three valves and hoses. We ask if he could look at a stopped up bathtub. As he was trying to unstop the tub he found that the pipe under the house were rotted out. In fact after he got under the house he found several pipes and joints in the same condition. It took him several days to fix the piping and tub fixtures. Brian was always courteous and friendly. He apologized frequently for the inconveniences he was creating. Brian was a clean freak, always very concerned about messing up the house. In fact before he left for the last time he went around the house making sure he had not left anything that needed to be cleaned up. The price seemed a little high but for the time he was on the job (about 17-18 hours) it was OK.

I had issues wtih pipes bursting in wall since July 2018. Pipe burst again for 4th time yesterday. Today Dial 1 came out again and gave me a complete new manifold. Apparently my house built in 2006 had substandard piping and the city had my water coming to the house at 100 psi which is way over the pressure needed to supply my house and that is why pipes kept bursting. Daniel the supervisor took $1000.00 off of the bill and Curley the plumber installed a pressure gauge and the new manifold. He had to dig in my yard to complete the job. Thank you so much for taking care of my plumbing issues.

These guys are great!  Got home from the hospital to plumbing problems.  They mde sure I could rest easy by givin me a reasonable up front estimate.  In a few minutes I was good to go!  They were just what the dotor ordered and enabled me to be able to rest easy as i recuperated!  Thanks guys!
