ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Candy has been answering the phones and running the office for almost 20 years. She grew up in Plano and lived in Allen and currently in McKinney.

Candy likes to spend time with her family and friends, traveling, camping and hunting.

Custom service is our #1 priority! That means getting the job done right the first time in a timely manner, answering the phones ourselves 24/7 not an answering service.

We had a pipe leaking in our front yard. We called several plumbers and North Star was the only one who answered their phone. North Star sent 2 guys out. Rick and Brandon, they were at our house within 30 minutes, found the problem and repaired it within 2 hours. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with the services received and I would definitely recommend!!

Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for any plumbing needs. We had a slab leak they were able to locate and tunnel under the slab to repair. Quality workmanship by Rick and Brandon. Candy was on top of scheduling and coordination. We are 100% happy with the job and will use them again!

They came out to my house today and quoted a price of $280, but then added on an additional cost without informing us. They only put on a toilet O ring and changed a spout. Final cost was $435. My father was very upset that he was deceived by this company. I have used them in the past, but I will never use them again. DECEIVING

I spent about $250.00 with the plumbers that day in replacing a toilet O ring. It was the flap that they told me directly would cost $55 to install. It's a 2 minute job. That is what I was referring to. It had nothing to do with the evaluation, we took care of that.

They are nice people and really professional. I can say many good things about these people and their work. But there is a catch. They are expensive. Make sure you get quote from other plumbers before calling them.
