Amazing customer service. Heard about this place from a local flooring company and went to check it out for a current remodel on a rental home. Very quick and efficient service. Both items we liked were in stock, paid for our products, and had the employee bring it from the back and put it right in our truck. In and out and very enjoyable experience. Seeing as I've lived here all my life and have never heard of this place they aren't exactly on top of advertising but that doesn't seem to matter because they were pretty steady with customers while we were in there. Can't wait to return when we start on our bathroom remodel!

When my water bill doubled and I'd been out of town for a few weeks this month, I was concerned. Then I noticed my front walkway was wet. I followed it out and there was a LOT of wet area in my mulch beds. My worst fear was the leak was under the house so I turned off the main valve and went to bed. I was sure it would cost thousands in repairs.

We called Roket at 10am. He was out within a half hour. Such a nice gentleman! He checked the meter at the road and immediately knew the leak was outside of the house. He made a guess to where the leak was and started digging. 90 minutes later and two feet deep, he was right.  Turned the water on and it was like a mini old faithful!  A half hour later and the repair was complete. A water line check and the meter was still. No more leak.

I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know. He will certainly be my go-to from now on.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled a appointment for a gas line repair and they never showed up. I called the following day to find out about the service and they just were not interested in doing the job. Called another plumber to do the job.

We had some work done by these guys @ 6 months ago. The work was done right with quick response time in an emergency situation. Today they came out for a leak which happened to be at a valve they installed on prior visit. I'm sure the freezing weather caused the leak and was not expecting warranty. They said it might have been a defective valve and replaced it at no charge.

The plumbing techs they sent were very friendly and personable even though they have to be exhausted after all the plumbing issues they've had to work.

Josh came by to fix a plumbing issue (obviously) in my kitchen and I don't think I've a more pleasant experience! Made me feel like I was back at Chick-fil-a. He was super friendly the moment he walked in my house until he walked out. Fixed the issue and also cleaned up any mess he made. Totally would recommend these guys to anyone!!

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.

Took two visits to find and fix a water leak. plumber and helper courteo and fast. Each visit was over $800, for about an hour of work and maybe $50 in parts. TOTAL RIPOFF.
