Always excellent!  Just the best, everyone we've had on a call, and especially Steve!!  The office staff are also great to work with always.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up needing replaced. I was given a few options and they had what I needed in stock. The guys came over and were very respectful and worked very quickly. They replaced my faucet and showed me what had happened and were out in no time.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

So very unhappy with Expert Plumbing! I was helping my son who lives in Corpus find a plumber. He is a first responder and has been very busy with all the weather related problems. He has a serious leak and couldn't find anyone to come out. I was told they could come out by Wednesday or Thursday of this week and would call when on the way. By Thursday afternoon, nobody had called, so my son called them to find out the status. He was told they don't usually come into Corpus and wouldn't be able to get to him unless they had to come into Corpus for parts!  My son relied on their commitment to come and now has a bigger leak with no options in sight. Terrible customer service.They didn't even bother to contact him to let him know they weren't coming! Very disappointing.

We hired them to do a plumbing inspection of a home we were thinking of buying... on a recommendation from a home inspection company.  They showed up, did a hydrostatic leak test, it passed, we were told the plumbing system was good... and they did not check the rear cleanout pipe in the backyard nor did they put a camera down the system.  A month later we closed on the home and the guest bathroom was clogged within two days of moving in.

We called a different plumber, they said since home foundation was repaired, drains in home and outside are not level and it likely should have been caught in the home inspection plumbing inspection and hydrostatic test Unique Plumbing did.    Their quote to fix the home plumbing issues is around $12000 which we sure would have liked to know about before committing to buying the home or we would have used it as a negotiation tool to lower the asking price of the home.

I called Unique Plumbing and their take seems to be, Sorry, not sorry.  We got your money, it passed our test, our business here is done.

Perhaps your experience with them will be better.  I am none too satisfied.

I called to have them come out and give me a price on a repair. I scheduled a day when I was off, they came the day before. I waited to call until after the appointment in the morning hoping they were going to come on the right day, Nope. When I called they couldn't find my appointment finally did. She said that she or one of the guys would call me back.  I heard from no one. I guess they are doing well enough that they don't need my business. I knew from past experience how this company was but i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh well.
