I've had issues with my sink and backyard for a few years.  Other plumbers have tried but never have been able to get it right.  Jimmy worked on both of them and now working like new. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs. Will call again if something goes wrong

A few weeks ago I requested services from Hand Plumbing.  I found the office person to be very professional and helpful.  They charge by the hour and are worth every cent.  The plumbers that came to my house, on time,  were very efficient and provided expert services.  I found them to be upfront and honest about everything and will definitely use them again.  I highly recommend this company.

Taylor is a total pro. Completely capable, shows up when he says he will (a big deal in the texas hill country!), and his price is right. Straightforward, honest and dependable, so happy to be able to call him! He's also very personable and conscientious,  someone who does the job well, cleans up everything, and you feel comfortable having in your home.

I called and requested a estimate,  I was told it could take 2 weeks.  I agreed,  texted all of my info.  No one showed,  no one called.  
My opinion,  not reliable.

I would not recommend using J & H Plumbing. I am a business owner as well and I have never left a poor review for another company as I know it affects their business. Heather in the office was completely disrespectful and would not come out and fix a problem promptly that we paid for just weeks prior and should have been under warranty. They did not do the job properly the first time or we would not have had a continuing issue. We own an apartment complex and the tenants had just moved into the unit that they supposedly fixed and the plumbing was not working so I called to ask J & H to get out as soon as possible Heather in the office (the plumber's wife) told me it was not their responsibility and they were too busy to get out promptly.  I explained to her that if I had to call another plumber that the bill should not be my responsibility as I just paid them to have this problem resolved. She did not agree and was flat out rude and told me that it is not their responsibility. We have 52 units that they will never get our business nor do I feel they should get yours. Very unprofessional & does not stand by their work.

Recently tried doing business with this company for 2 plumbing issues at our house.  They came out and fixed the first problem and told me they would have to come back the next day for the second issue as it was a 2 person job.  I was told to call for a new estimate.  I called right away and was told someone would call me back by the end of the day.  Never got a call till 2pm the next day and they said they would head over to do the job.  When I got home from work there was a deep hole in my front yard and the job wasn't completed.  Called the next day to find out when they would be back, it was raining that day so they said they would be out next week.  They rescheduled with me 2 more times.  The last day they were supposed to be there they did not show up, and did not call me.  When I called to find out where they were I was greeted by a voicemail message informing me they were on vacation for 3 weeks and would not be checking or returning any messages.  They NEVER mentioned to me they were going on a vacation.  Needless to say I took my business elsewhere to get the job done.  HORRIBLE customer service, would never recommend them to anyone after this experience.
