I have pool / jacuzzi and has a normal , bonded and licensed weekly pool service / maintain service ., Blue Line pool , Marcus the owner. That all the sudden just bailed out on me when my pool was in critical condition , Polaris stopped running , pool started to get greener by the Dav ? When I tried to contact Blue Line pool , I got no answer from texting them , nor could never get thru to their business number , always unavailable.
So I was I. Panic mode ? Called Goodfellow pool service , I would rate 5 star , whom came out looked at pool , tried to replace the gage , to get the pool motor that wouldn't stay primed , thinking that would be my answer , they were so kind and professional , and only came out to help me , because Chris , answered my call and heard the desperation , he said in my voice, needing help. ( even tho pool svc is not their expertise. ? But he did rule out it wasn't gage ? But something a/ pump ? Which led the Next co. MANLY MAIDS , EXPERTS IN PLUMBING and LEAK REPAIR CAME OUT NEXT ? Because I was warned that if there was a leak ? I could be looking at $10g or more , in repairs , digging up all around my pool area ?
As I was trying to get my home on Market ?
Was Devastated, when. Alex and his brilliant son , ( next in line to take over Dads business. ) ha. Very knowledgeable , knew exactly everything to check w/ equipment and they spent THREE HOURS LOOKING AT EVERYTHING , TAKING EQUIPMENT apart , replacing I just maybe small parts , screwing equipment parts in place ? ( uhh I'm not a technical expert at all ) so excuse me if I don't explain what all the fixed for my pool ,, ALL I KNOW IS THEY WENT THRU EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT , and made sure it was in perfect condition ? Took it apart ? Maybe just did fine tuning or screwing in bolts , to make it like all brand new equipment. WOW ! This was NOT IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION AS THEIR SPECIALTY IS IN PLUMBING AND POOL LEAK DETECTION ? They found No POOL LEAKS. ? Thank God I didn't have 10 g to pay at that time
They also fixed my Polaris , ( not their job either ).
BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD A POOL SERVICE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EVER AND WORK 3 SOLID HARD HOURS TO FIX MY PROBLEM , BECAUSE THEY ARE TRULY GREAT PEOPLE ! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX AND HIS AWESOME SON , ( whom knew EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING FROM THE MUNUTE HE STARTED WORKING ON POOL ! KUDDOS TO ALEX, FOR UR EXPERTISE AND FOR TRAINING UR SON TO BE THE MOST QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL/ l plumber pool leakage experts ever !
I was so relieved. I was praying plz God give me a break from $10,000 , for pool cuz I don't have it ?
He answered my prayer w/ Alex and awesome son , w/ Manly Maids. , for only the orig . $295 ? I was willing to pay them way more ? They saved me tons of money ?
I'm so grateful to see Honorable people in the service world ,as a single woman , elderly woman , living alone that has been so been taken advantage of. U dont know how much this means to me ,
