I don't know how their service looks like but their front desk lady has to go , terrible and terrible attitude trying to void responsibility, I ordered service through American home shield it got dispatched since 15th and called few times they won't come check out and said only after 26th. I was suggesting route back to American home shield so some other contractors could come and their phone lady refuse to do that.... my home been soaked in water for five days ...

If you  are the boss of this business, trying to save your business, let go the front desk girl. You will see a booking of your business!

Artex Services replaced my sewer line at the end of December. The installation went well except the plumber said he would come back and remove the old concrete sewer line debris. It is now near the end of February and I still have the debris in my backyard. My text messages and emails go unanswered. When I try to call them, all I get is a message saying the voicemail box is full.

We had a GREAT experience with Artex recently. With all of the chaos of last week, we had to leave our home for a few days, and when we returned, we came back to our hot water heater having died. I requested some quotes/help through Yelp from a number of companies, and Artex was one of the first to respond, had clear and consistent communications, and they were able to get someone out quickly (the next day!) to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate. Their pricing was fair, and both of the employees that came out were kind and knowledgeable. They worked with us to get another appointment scheduled quickly for our hot water heater replacement, and then called the day before it was scheduled to see if we would be open to having them come earlier which we were thrilled. Entire process was incredibly clear, smooth, and efficient, and we are so thankful we made this connection last week. They are dealing with a lot of requests right now, so I'm thankful we were able to get them in and get the service we needed!

Came out for a quick consultation, told me exactly what I needed to know in five minutes - and didn't charge me a call-out fee. Very professional and friendly.

I used the Thumbtack app to hire Artex for a simple repair and it was all good!  We had this outdoor faucet that leaked, and it was on the older side, so I really needed someone out here to fix it.  It's been driving me crazy, and I was very happy that these guys rocked it out the next day after I hired them!  The reason why I chose them is because they were the only plumbers to actually answer my questions.  I know we are all very busy, and people using Thumbtack to get business usually get a lot of inquiries all day long.  I asked several companies what the cost would be to fix the faucet, and/or replace it.  Everyone else replied with their standard $50/$99 visit fee, but Artex was the only one to actually answer the question.  $99 to fix, $199 to replace.  Fine!  Great!  Simple enough!  Had them come out the next morning, which was awesome.  I was supposed to receive text messages letting me know the guy was on his way, but that did not happen.  I also usually get other text message follow ups from places like this, which I also did not get.  It's possible they did not have my cell number right, which is just as well.  It's not like I wasn't here anyhow!  Guy repaired the thing in less than half and hour.  Works like a charm!  No more leak!  No more damp soil all along that side of the house! Yay!  Took credit card as payment on the spot, no additional charges.  All good!  Thanks Artex!!!

I got a quick response as soon as I contact them, he showed up on time and took just a few minutes to replace my garbage disposal; efficient, great value and reliable! Can't ask for more!!

Jason was the kindest, most knowledgeable plumber I've ever met. Previously I had a horrible experience with a plumber who really messed things up in my house. Jason patiently explained the complex issues in terms I could clearly understand and reiterate. No question was dumb and no issue was too small. Talk about a stand-up employee and company! I will recommend Artex (Jason & Noah) to everyone I know including my friends and family(and already have!). Thank you so very much for your hard work and genuine concern for my family.

Very horrible experience with them and American Home Shield. Waited weeks for service only
to have them cancel on me a day before my appointment. Have to start the whole process over now and will be without hot water for a 3rd week. Lots of excuses made and no responsibility taken. Would not recommend.

I had a lot of plumbers to choose from and I chose Artex services because they gave alll the prices up front and were transparent about absolutely everything before they even got here. Then when they did get here they were friendly and kind to my children and it ended up being less than they said!
I'm planning to hire them again for a project I have.
