I had some sparks flying out of my service panel box on Thanksgiving weekend.  I called and spoke with the owner, who promptly dispatched an electrician to my home within an hour.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a safe, temporary fix on Saturday evening.  He returned on Monday morning as promised and on time and replaced the service panel for a very reasonable price.

I made several phone calls and once I got a hold of our HK electrical I knew that I was very fortunate to have somebody that knew what they were doing. I was in a dilemma and needed immediate help Anny came to my house right away. I was trying to install a GFI switch in my bathroom and I was not doing too well at it, and he was able to fit me in on quick schedule. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem test to circuitry check my breakers and fix my problem. I highly recommend using Randall.

I love leaving great 5 Star reviews and Sean and a local electrician definitely deserves one. He is truly an honest guy very easy to work with. They showed up on time, is very clean and respectful and their work is impeccable. Plus he was cheaper than everyone else I called. On Friday May 15th the strangest thing happened in my house.  Half  had no electricity. Front and back rooms were dead, but the living room had full power minus the A/C (never fun in Texas) I called several companies in the area and what I might describe is totally ridiculous prices just to come out (as I said it was Friday after dark)  I called Norris Electric and the owner Frank answered the phone. Not only did he say he would come look at it, after he determined the problem I tried to pay him and he refused. It was going to involve Centerpoint coming out to run a bypass line. On Saturday morning two guys came out and ran the line. They informed me what had to happen next. I called Frank and asked him to do the work. He immediately filed for a permit, got all the lines tagged for cable, gas, electricity. I as sit here, Derek and Chris are sweating their ass off doing the work. 45 feet of trench, 28'' deep dug out by shovel. I cannot say enough good about these guys or this company. Frank is a stand up guy and I highly recommend Norris Electric.

Like the other one star reviews what they do is an absolute and complete Scam. They showed up promptly (next day and called in advance, that is where the good ended). First you are stuck with a Service Call for them coming out that was $59.00  (not an issue with that). Tech arrived and removed a couple plug covers and check the main breaker panel. He then produces a contract for you to sign that he will do an entire house electrical review. Let me cut to the chase if you don't sign it you pay the service call, if you do sign it you are stuck paying for something you probably don't want or need.  So the invoice reads (L2) Single Circuit Test and Minor Repair (I am assuming Mr. Sparky, Mr. Fix it or whatever name they are going by One thing said Mr. Fix it the other Mr. Sparky? I am assuming they consider resetting a breaker as a Minor Repair. In a nut shell they gouged me for $464.00 to reset a tripped breaker!   Sorry but there is no other words to use but a Scam and a Rip OFF! Do not use them you have been warned!

This company's prices are highway robbery .  I had not had any electrical work done in years and when they told me the price I said I thought that was expensive, but I needed the work done. I was charged $186 to install a fluorescent light that I bought.

I have used this company a few times at my self-storage facility in Baytown. They showed up promptly and gave me reasonable quotes for the work that I needed done. They finished the jobs on time and did the work correctly. If I need any electrical work again, I will give them a call.

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
