I had some sparks flying out of my service panel box on Thanksgiving weekend.  I called and spoke with the owner, who promptly dispatched an electrician to my home within an hour.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a safe, temporary fix on Saturday evening.  He returned on Monday morning as promised and on time and replaced the service panel for a very reasonable price.

Elio gave me an affordable price which was a big plus for me. The work was done fast and professionally. They also clean up the work area. We had a Ring doorbell that was already installed, but not hard wired into our doorbell. Also, our chime was disconnected. RHK Electrical came out and reconnected the chime, made sure everything was working properly, and hard wired in our Ring doorbell. Now, our Ring doorbell rings on my phone, but also, our original doorbell chimes from the chime box installed upstairs which was not working before. Our doorbell is finally working again. Such a relief.

Very honest and upfront about their pricing. I recommend them! They were super prompt and fixed my issue the same day. I have their number saved, and will be using them in the future. They don't charge travel fees!

I called Norris Electric to schedule my ceiling fan installation. I have a tall ceiling so I explained that to them and they sad it's all good,  they can install the fan and they gave me the price for the work. I was fine with the price so we scheduled an appointment. First, they did not appear on time, they did not appear at all. They gave me a 30 min window but no one showed up. I send them a message and in response, I've got that the fan installation price was increased by 30% because I have a tall ceiling despite the fact that we already discussed it and agreed on the price. Of course, it was a no-no. So be prepared that you will be scammed with the prices and you will waste your time waiting for them. So stay away from them.

This morning my dishwasher zapped me, so I googled an electrician, and came across Mr Sparky. William came out the same day and was able to troubleshoot my problem. It was way more expensive than I thought, but I have an old house and needed to have a ground wire put in and ground my breaker box. William is probably the most passionate electrician I've encountered. You can tell he's dedicated to his job. I felt like he was knowledgable and trustworthy.

I am impressed with their punctuality and work to say the least!  They worked from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm without stopping to put up to exit signs in a very old building. They did their best to make ends meet. The attic was too small to allow a man to go through it so they came out with another solution and at the end their work looked clean and they gave me more possibilities by opening up other electricity outlets unknown to that building until today,  that will benefit many!  An IMPECABLE WORK really! I give them five stars.

I have used this company a few times at my self-storage facility in Baytown. They showed up promptly and gave me reasonable quotes for the work that I needed done. They finished the jobs on time and did the work correctly. If I need any electrical work again, I will give them a call.

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
