Established in 2017.
The owner a master electrician has been an electrician for over 10 years. He always excelled in every area of electeical work he worked in, commercial, sign installation, trouble shooting and residential and wanted to pass this skill along to his own customers. Quality is key!!

RHK Electrical is a lifesaver. To anyone that needs an electrician in the Cypress/Spring/Tomball area: I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My grandparents urgently needed to have their gas stove replaced with an electric range, when we realized they needed to add a 220V outlet we called RHK. Randal came out promptly, made a reasonably priced bid, returned the next day as promised, and very professionally completed the work (in an attic that is effectively a sauna at this time of year).

They hooked up the new stove although I'd forgotten to ask them to, and when they finished didn't even disturb my grandparents (who were taking an afternoon nap), just cleaned up and gave me a call to settle up. I offered to round up and pay Randal an extra 5%, he wouldn't even take it, just asked me to leave him a review.

My family has been dealing with several other genuine emergencies right now, my grandparents are at an age where bad people take advantage of them, and Randal did the right thing. I can't thank him enough.

Randall of RHK Electrical has exceeded our expectations of an electrician. He was able to provide a quote the same day we requested one, and he was able to start the project the next day (digging up the backyard for a wire reroute). His crew arrived on time and were extremely friendly and courteous with our property. Randall himself was digging and working alongside his crew and that spoke a lot about his character and his business. After their service was completed, I had to wait on Centerpoint to come turn our power back on, and Randall left a member of his crew to hang out for over an hour as a courtesy to make sure everything went okay. We have found our new electrician for all of our future electrical needs. Pricing was great, communication was outstanding, overall professionalism was exceptional... call RHK before anyone else!

I made several phone calls and once I got a hold of our HK electrical I knew that I was very fortunate to have somebody that knew what they were doing. I was in a dilemma and needed immediate help Anny came to my house right away. I was trying to install a GFI switch in my bathroom and I was not doing too well at it, and he was able to fit me in on quick schedule. He quickly was able to diagnose the problem test to circuitry check my breakers and fix my problem. I highly recommend using Randall.

These guys are amazing! Randall didn't give me any BS on my price quote. He was honest and to the point! Him and his partner showed up at the time we had discussed. They were kind and professional. I even changed my mind on the height of the light fixture they were hanging for me and he didn't huff and puff about it.
They were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very very efficient.
I would highly highly recommend them to anyone.
In fact, we had such a good experience with them, that we will be using them again to hang another fixture In the near future.

I needed a few things done to my 35 year old house (new wiring that was popping in the garage, new GFCI outlets installed, ceiling fan fixed, outside receptacle installed, and two bathroom vanity lights put in.

They do not give estimates over the phone (makes sense) and came the next day to assess what needed to be done. Randall came and met with my husband and we agreed on a price, which was very reasonable.

They were here two days later to do the work. I must say...they are awesome! All three guys (Randall , Jacob, and Hayden) were quick, efficient, and mannerable). I was beyond satisfied with their professionalism. Any issues that arose, they had suggestions on how to solve. I told my husband they we definitely need to keep them on speed dial for future work! He agreed, and he's hard to please.

Every tech showed up in a mask. To me this was important in times of Covid.
We had a service call related to not getting power in all plugs and switched on a particular wall. These problems go from a simple solution like resetting the breakers to tracing the problem along the wiring. Our was the later and the techs were very well equipped for the challenge. More than that they had the logic and experience that helped trace the issue quicker and methodically.
I would recommend RHK for their great work.

I was having a problem with an outlet to my microwave. I called and he tried to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. After being unsuccessful, I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Anthony and Randal showed up on time and figured out the problem quickly. Thanks guys!

We unintentionally purchased a fixer upper that required some rewriting, a new box and even instillation of another electrical line from the city. RHK did excellent work with the repairs and was very knowledgeable. My husband is a pretty demanding engineer with high standards and was very pleased. Would recommend.

Randall and his team did a decent job on can Lights installation. Mine was on a 2-story high ceiling and many don't do that high ceilings but RHK electrical does.. I contacted them via yelp and they were quick to respond. I set an appointment for a quote. Randall came by and then gave me the quote next day and then in a couple of days it was all done.

Pros: Quick, prompt, thorough, insured, did good job

Con: Only con if I may add is that they are not cheap. I was desperate so I didn't do a good job of negotiating with them so ended up paying a lot higher. I could have easily saved a couple of hundred if I negotiated well.

e.g.

1) I was charged extra for a high ceiling lift that was rented by Randall. Without realizing that he was going to use it for 2-3 jobs in a day - I agreed to bear the full cost. Ideally he should have split the rental cost across the multiple jobs but instead he asked me to bear the cost. I did point it out to him when I learned about multiple jobs but he shrugged it off by saying that the cost was all agreed. Again it was more of my mistake than anything else but I would have preferred if he was more open and forthcoming in the first place.

2) Paid at least $100 more for cost of material. I didn't know what all supplies/parts to buy, so asked them to buy. Later looked up cost on home depot and found that i was charged $100 higher than retail.

I have had Randal and his crew come out twice now to install ceiling fans. He and his crew informed me that the previous (old) fans were installed incorrectly, and quite honestly, dangerously. I was really glad that he told me this because I would never have known. He is back again today installing brand new Hunter fans to replace the old ones. He shows up on time and he and his team is very professional and courteous. Best of all, you don't have to wait very long for him to see you. I sent him an email request on a Thursday and he was here Monday morning to install the fans - awesome! I will have Randal and his team come back again to install a new light in my [dark] main bathroom as well. Prices are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend RHK Electrical!

I'm very pleased from beginning to the end. I really didn't know anything about electrical work. I was online getting quotes only to find out other companies were trying to get over on me. When I spoke with this company they were very honest and I knew I could trust them. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and I will be using them if I need anymore work done. Called due to a ground line needing replacement after Centerpoint disconnected suddenly for damage. Pricing was fair and communication thorough. Electrician even responded via text message and phone call at 11pm when something wasn't quite right, and then came by in person to make sure everything was good next morning. Definitely professional and work was done right!

All I can say is WOW! The guys saved my life! Last night the smoke detectors started to chirp as I went to bed, driving me and my dogs crazy! So bad that we had to find a hotel. So I got back home this morning and found the detectors silent but that concerned me. Now my batteries are changed 2x a year and had just been changed.
I was told about wired systems with a battery that can last 10 years.
I spoke the the Fireman about that. He said the old ones may have dirty sensors & shared how to fix that. Suggested I change the batteries on the old device while I decide about the long term detectors which are lost more expensive.
I called RHK Electrical and Randal picked right up! I have a 262 area code on my cell & nobody picks up.
Randal took his time explaining the system and how it needs to connect to my excising system. We set it up that when he got back to the office we would schedule something later this week.
Soooo I went and bought the detectors...all happy...until I got home detectors going off...dogs going crazy & Im about to crack from no sleep at the hotel.
I left a message for Randal and he had someone at my home in 20 minutes!!!!
I so appreciated feeling like my business was important to him even a small job like that!

I recently purchased two properties that needed to be brought up to code. We added about a dozen outlets, hundreds of feet of electrical wiring, new circuits for three bathrooms and washer/dryer along with a new electrical service connection by centerpoint. The existing wiring was a mess. The worklist was three pages long. To make matters worse, an electrician I previously used had cut corners, and some of his work had to be redone. Randall was on top of the project from the very beginning, spending extra time to get the work done and on schedule. He maintained an open dialog with the inspectors (something that is critical for these complex projects), answering questions and demonstrating the repairs that were made so we got the properties inspected and up to code. He knows his stuff and doesn't play games with billing. The price was reasonable and transparent. Randall promptly responds to texts. He saved the project, and I feel very grateful to have found him. It was a difficult and time consuming job requiring over four full days of work by Randall and his helpers, but I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm an electrical engineer, and I can fully endorse his work. He will be my go-to electrician from now on. My only complaint is he is very busy so plan accordingly. You may have to wait a week or so to get the work started.

RHK Electrical changed out 4 vanity lights and a ceiling fan for us. They were great to work with. Their response time was fast and they were transparent and upfront with pricing. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I had also asked them about an outlet that wasn't working and they helped me solve the problem without a costly fix. We had a Ring doorbell that was already installed, but not hard wired into our doorbell. Also, our chime was disconnected. RHK Electrical came out and reconnected the chime, made sure everything was working properly, and hard wired in our Ring doorbell. Now, our Ring doorbell rings on my phone, but also, our original doorbell chimes from the chime box installed upstairs which was not working before. Our doorbell is finally working again. Such a relief.
