I dealt with Ralph at REM electric and was so impressed with his customer service.  Highly recommend Ralph and REM electric for their expertise,  professionalism and ETHICAL approach to business.  They helped us with our back up generator. VERY REASONABLE. I made the mistake of calling 2 other electricians, before I finally found REM. Learn from my mistake.

Christmas Day, a few months after Hurricane Harvey my wife reported we had standing water on top of the septic tank lid. The septic company said the lift pump wasn't working because the GFI outlet had been underwater during the hurricane. I called Matt at Outlet Electric based on the previous review on Yelp, first company I spoke to also. I told him I wasn't in a hurry to get the plug replaced but needed him to come take care of it some time. He volunteered to come out right away if I really needed it. I said no and booked an appointment later. His guys were timely, very nice, extremely professional and got the job done quickly. I received an email invoice that was very fair for the work done and the travel time required to get to my house. I like to work with local people, these guys are local to me. My impression was that these guys know what they are doing and are professional. I would highly recommend their services!!!  They just seem to be good regular people trying to do a professional job at a fair price.

I called Van to help me with my new panel. He was funny and very helpful.
He has a master electrician and got the job done very quick. I would hire him anytime and would highly recommended him to anyone.

Amazing is what I would say. Always on time and doesn't over charge you for things you don't need.  

He is honest and able to help out with anything you need.   Very friendly and willing to show you what he is doing or why.

He gave me a bid and I excepted. The work was done on time and a great job.

My neighbor and I both used West Houston Electric to replace our breaker panel.  After doing a month of research and getting 3 bids we decided to go with West Houston Electric.  Their bid was in the middle of the three bids.  The electrician (Drew) came out at the promise time to give us the bid.  One of the reasons we accepted West Houston Electric's bid was because after receiving the bid I had a few questions.  I called the office and talked to Randy (?).  Randy explained everything in detailed and reassured my desire in going with West Houston.  The electrician, Drew, came out and he was the same guy who gave us the bid.  Once again, he came out at the promised time to do the work.  The company will send you a text message showing a gps map with the electrician's time of arrival so you know exactly when he's coming.  They also include a photo of the electrician.  The work was done in the August heat and the only break taken was for lunch.  Even then, Drew made sure our electricity was turned back on before he went on his lunch break.  When he came back from lunch, he installed a new grounding wire and then checked the circuits through out the house.  He made a printed label (not hand written) and attached it to the breaker box.  When the City inspector came out to look at the installation he said, You picked a great electrician because he did an excellent job.  This company really has it's act together.  We couldn't be happier with the work from West Houston Electric and they will be our choice for all our electrical needs.

I called to get help with a bad circuit breaker on my water heater. They came within the hour, replaced it and offered to help with anything else. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome. Responsive, affordably priced, friendly no-nonsense guys that get the job done with rapid follow up on any issues. I'm a property manager and I've used them multiple times. They do it all: troubleshooting, EV chargers, panel upgrades, and new lighting installations. For new recess lights, they're flexible and can work with the client to achieve any particular remodeling. I have not been disappointed by their work. Can I give 6 Stars?

KDT is a treasure! Had a problem with a couple of light switches shocking me. When I called them they were out here the very next day with a crew to fix it. Great attitude, honest and competent. Ask for DJ, that guy knows everything there is to know about electrical problems and how to fix them.

Just a note to let everyone know that if you are wanting electricial work done at your home or office, call the guys at A&H Electric (936) 756-0442.  We had two ceiling fans installed, along with an exterior light fixture and we also needed to have an outlet installed above our fireplace for a flat screen TV.  You would think this would be a job that most electrical companies would be biting at the bit to do, but surprisingly, I called two companies in Houston and the other one in Conroe and they all dropped the ball.  They either didn't call back or they didn't show-up.  So, I called A&H Electric to ask them if they were interested in doing this work and the lady that answered the telephone said they would be glad to take care of all our electrical needs.  This was on Thursday September 5th and she said the guys would be at my home at 8:00a.m. the following Wednesday September 11th.  So, at this point, I said sure, send your guys but are they really going to show-up at 8:00?  She said, Yes they will be there at 8:00.  Still not believing that they would be there on time, I agreed.  At 8:00 on Wednesday morning, I hear my doorbell ring and there stands Doug and Richard from A&H Electric.  Doug started working on the electrical outlets above the fireplace, Richard started installing the fans.  Within two and half hours, we had our two fans installed, one exterior light and the electrical outlet above the fireplace.  Doug and Richard did an excellent job and they cleaned up any debris and took it with them.  Doug and Richard both had good attitudes about their jobs.  Had a smile on their face and spoke highly of their company.  The cost of this project was quiet fair.  I know if I had to climb around in a hot attic to run wiring, I would have charged considerably more, but I am certain they made a profit, or at least I hope so.  If we need any type of electrical work done in the future, A&H Electric in Conroe, Texas is the company we will call.  Thank you Doug and Richard for doing such a great job.  Jeff Newcomer

Bedard is great! I have used him for my AC needs for the past 5 years. Very prompt, friendly and reasonable. He should definitely be your GO TO man when it comes to AC needs.

I bought a doll house for my niece that I couldn't put together.  Josh was very prompt in responding to me, and offered to just do a good deed for my niece. He took time out of his day and came over to put a smile on her face when I'm sure he has more important jobs to be doing.  He even helped out mounting TVs for my mom. Highly recommend contacting him!

These guys are the electricians our builder is using on a Houston home remodeling contract. We experienced an electrical fire in a dimmer switch location last evening. It was a close call. Upon examination, we found that the work was not done according to code.

There are other issues with this company such as: not installing devices in locations per the plans; not completing work; and, overall sloppy work that had to be done and redone and redone.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I had specifically asked for a FREE QUOTE. I live in a 24/7 guard gated community and the guy who showed up didn't even have an ID on him, no work badge, in a nondescript van without any company logo or information.

I tipped the guy at the end but he said the boss wanted money for the trip call and told him he had talked to me about $110 for the service call. I was shocked. First, there was no PHONE conversation. Second, all the text communications through Yelp and texts are included. There was never a discussion of a trip fee. AND I had to pay CASH because they didn't have the ability to take a card. I have never seen that in a company before; talk about SHADY.

I leave it to you, their future customers, to decide on whether you'd want to get scammed.
