Called due to a ground line needing replacement after Centerpoint disconnected suddenly for damage. Pricing was fair and communication thorough. Electrician even responded via text message and phone call at 11pm when something wasn't quite right, and then came by in person to make sure everything was good next morning. Definitely professional and work was done right!

I was happy with the work they did fixing my wiring issues, which took problem solving and they were great at that. Also installed ceiling fixtures with remotes and dimmer switches that are really smart and cool. Not the cheapest, but they were experienced, knowledgeable, solved my issues, and made sure I was satisfied.

After 3 botched Home Depot deliveries I ended up with a fridge left in my entry way and not up the stairs and installed in the kitchen. The delivery men sent from Home Depot said moving the fridge up the stairs was impossible without 4 people. I was completely fed up with Home Depot's delivery practices at this point and told Home Depot I was not scheduling another delivery and I was just going to find someone to install it today instead of another 4-5 days like Home Depot would do. As an aside... Never buy an appliance from Home Depot. They do not value your satisfaction and send incompetent people and defective appliances. I told M&R about my problems and they came over same day and with 2 people and a little help from me we got this fridge up the stairs and installed. These total professionals also disassembled the doors of the fridge and reassembled them up the stairs for clearance moving up the stairs. I am absolutely ecstatic that I was able to get that fridge installed in the same day and the price was very fair! Absolutely 100% recommended these guys.

I highly recommend CBT Electrical Services for all of your electrical needs. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a new home and in need of an electrical inspection, estimate, and repairs ASAP. I contacted CBT electrical on a Saturday night after 8pm to acquire their services. They scheduled an appt for the next day (Sunday) to come out and inspect everything.  From start to finish they exhibited impeccable customer service, they were very accommodating, and explained their services and fees in detail. Used Mister Sparky for electrical panel replacement ,surge protection , total house smoke alarms etc. Bill did a fantastic job. Very prompt. Explained everything that was being performed in lay-terms  so easy to understand. Used booties when in the house as to not track in any dirt or grass. Extremely professional and personable.  Would recommend and would hire again if I ever need any electrical work performed

I called On Time Electric to replace a 250v 60amp three phase disconnect that went to my ac unit I had checked the total for parts at a local electric supply was 222.00 and the job calls for less then an hour of labor I was quoted $1249.00 by On Time Electric when I asked why so much he said because of the insurance but could not explain what the insurance was called another company the replaced it for me for 1 hour labor $75.00 Don't wast your time with this business

Where do I start because I had a bad experience from the beginning. I hired this company to change my breaker box on the side of the house. First of all they told me for days that they were coming out but didn't show up until the following week. Second they broke the wood around the box so now the new box is crooked and caught on fire after three days after the installation. I told them about the problems and I'm still waiting for them to come out and do it right.

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
