I was referred to this company by my realtor to install a new 200 amp panel at the house we just bought. Their bid was 1/3 less than another bid we got. Sean came out for the estimate and was very thorough and professional, explaining everything. The 2-man crew that did the job was led by Lee who was great. Also very professional, courteous and neat. They installed the new panel as planned and it came out perfect. I'm very happy with this choice of electrician and recommend them highly.

After 3 botched Home Depot deliveries I ended up with a fridge left in my entry way and not up the stairs and installed in the kitchen. The delivery men sent from Home Depot said moving the fridge up the stairs was impossible without 4 people. I was completely fed up with Home Depot's delivery practices at this point and told Home Depot I was not scheduling another delivery and I was just going to find someone to install it today instead of another 4-5 days like Home Depot would do. As an aside... Never buy an appliance from Home Depot. They do not value your satisfaction and send incompetent people and defective appliances. I told M&R about my problems and they came over same day and with 2 people and a little help from me we got this fridge up the stairs and installed. These total professionals also disassembled the doors of the fridge and reassembled them up the stairs for clearance moving up the stairs. I am absolutely ecstatic that I was able to get that fridge installed in the same day and the price was very fair! Absolutely 100% recommended these guys.

As a woman, I deal with repair and service people all the time. What I have never experience with Jim DeVault is any disrespect when it comes to explaining an issue to me. I have had some service people talk down to me. Jim is a master electrician so is very knowledgeable, he arrives on time, gets right to work, and tidies up when done. His wife Miriam schedules the appointments, so you are dealing directly with the owners of the business. Southern Voltage is the only electrical company I use.

I highly recommend CBT Electrical Services for all of your electrical needs. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a new home and in need of an electrical inspection, estimate, and repairs ASAP. I contacted CBT electrical on a Saturday night after 8pm to acquire their services. They scheduled an appt for the next day (Sunday) to come out and inspect everything.  From start to finish they exhibited impeccable customer service, they were very accommodating, and explained their services and fees in detail. Jack was very honest with me regarding the repairs and cost and provided a very low and fair price for services. It was a pleasure meeting Jack and his wife and we look forward to doing business with CBT Electrical.

very disappointed with service.  You have to pay for a quote and then find out that quotes are way over priced.  Will not ever call again nor recommend to any of my friends.  :(

quick, fast service but pricy. replace 2 30amp circus breakers. no wiring. total job less than 20 min. was charged for 370. after i realized my front door light was out after the service. it worked fine in the am. call the guy come back. he said the breaker for those front lights broke. he charged another 100 to fix it. i felt like it wasnt my fault. why charged us extra money. so basically we were charged 470 for just to replace 3 circus breakers within 20 mins less of labor. no extra wiring and nothing else‍ i like the fast service but price is way too much. im not sure if i would recommend this business to anyone. honest business was not happened to us

Looking for a good electrician can be daunting and so expensive! Last year we bought a flat screen and wanted to hang it above our fireplace, but didn't want wires hanging out all over the place. I got several quotes ranging around $500-$700 for rewiring everything behind the wall. I called On Time and the electrician was so nice, personable, and willing to work with us to get what we wanted while still keeping the price affordable. He worked hard and got the job done quickly and the total cost was under $350. I definitely recommend this company next time you have a need for an electrician!

If there were any rating lower than one star, that is what I would apply to Baytown Electric. I just paid a guy from Baytown Electric 170.40 to install one GFI outlet. GIVE ME A BREAK! (or should I say a breaker). . .$170.40 for one GFI outlet is freaking RIDICULOUS! Buyer Beware! Last time I will go there for sure!

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
