Greg was absolutely awesome for us today!  We had an emergency at our small business where the power went out at 5:30 am.  Called Greg and he was out within an hour.  He figured out the problem and fixed it immediately.  He was efficient in diagnosing the problem and getting our business up and running again.  I highly recommend him to other small business owners and home residents!

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical  concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

I needed some electrical work dropped in for a new hot tub.  Some neighbors referred me to Rusty.   I called him on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message and get a follow up call during the work week.  Nope.   I got a human on the phone!   He came out the very next day to review the job, provided a very reasonable price and I was placed on the schedule.

The install date had to be moved several times due to the concrete contractor and the spa company.   Each time, he was understanding of the rescheduling.     When d-day finally arrived, he arrived with his crew earlier than expected and jumped right on it.    

Rusty was communicative, did what he said he would do and did a great job.  I highly recommend this company!!

Ramon is the owner operator of this business.  He knows his stuff.  I have had him over to do several different repairs and he always did the work timely, with no hidden costs.   His rates are reasonable especially  when you KNOW the job was done well.  If you live in the greater Elgin/Bastrop/McDade area and need plumbing, electrical, or general home repairs,  give him a shout.

Jose is very professional and generous with his time. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue and made an extra effort to listen to my questions and followup after the service call was over. Would definitely use his services again!

It is always refreshing to find a company that treats all of its customers equally, no matter the size of the work they need done. We only needed two ceiling fans installed, but they fit us in same week and even adjusted their hours to accommodate my work schedule. Joe was respectful and upbeat, despite it being late on a Friday evening. I won't hesitate to reach out again next time we need electrical work!

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Requested quotes from three electricians and ACL responded quickly.  Luis came over on a Sunday to look at the job, gave me a resonable price, and agreed to do it on Tuesday.  He showd up on time and quickly installed two recessed lights in my office and a motion detector light switch in my garage. While he was working I found some other minor electrical work which he also completed.  I will keep Luis in mind when friends and neighbors ask for a recommendation.  Highly recommended.

The storm on Monday zapped my home's alarm system. All I could do to quiet it was turn the breaker off, which meant I also had no electricity in my half bath or laundry room. After checking my favorite home inspector's recommended vendor list, I called Klocks. From the lady who took my call to the tech who came to fix my problem, service was fast, friendly & cost-effective. I'm a Realtor in a large brokerage. Gave a window of availability of 1-4, and called after 4 to let me know he was on the way. Got here, and didn't listen to me about the feet being unbalanced causing the rocking. Stated that it had to be a thing that needed parts ordered (shocks or struts I can't recall) and quoted 350 on parts/repair. Refused to give a written explanation of costs/problems. Stated that he didn't have time to wait for me to make a decision, but said the offer was valid for a week. He was in and out in under 10 mins without making an attempt to repair it outside of watch it run a spin cycle. Got a second opinion and repair for 120, to balance the feet, and remove the bolts installed for the move. Now the washing machine is working practically silently. No additional parts. Repaired same day. I truly did not appreciate his dismissive attitude or his shady handling of my call.

Great affordable and timely service. Got the job done with a smile. Even solved my daughter's Rubik's Cube:)

We've used Caskey Electric multiple times, they were available the quickest and were competitively priced. Our first appointment went pretty smoothly, the second and third appointments did not. Austin, the person we had for each appointment was pretty careless with the work. He damaged our ceiling while installing new light fixtures and fans. Some time went by, I reached out again for some small work and requested if someone else was available other than Austin, the owner Corey said not at the time but he would speak to him. We made an appointment, Austin was a no-show, he forgot. We rescheduled, and again Austin was a no-show. I let Corey know we will take our business elsewhere, I have better things to do than plan my day around an electrician who may or may not show up.

I've used Ernest Olson for all my homes that I built. I never had an issue with him. Great service. Always kept his schedule and at a reasonable price. Never had an electrical warranty call on any of the homes he did either.

I work for a large association management company and decided I would give this smaller contractor an opportunity to shine and gain ALOT of work if they did a good job, well so much for trying to help the little guy. Two months ago i ordered lighting for a mailbox cluster at one of the communities I manage, and the job is still not complete. From day one I have had to call for an update, not once have they provided good customer service by keeping me informed and all I have received is excuse after excuse for why things aren't done. Once the pole is installed, I get told it will be another $650 to run power to the light. What legitimate contractor does not confirm power as step one to a bid?? They have been an absolute disaster to work with and I would not recommend them to change a light bulb, much less do any electrical work.
