Best Electricians in Texas
If you need electrical work done with care and professionalism this is a great company to call . I was able to get an appointment squeezed into an already busy schedule as most companies including this are usually booked up a couple weeks out which is fair . But unlike the other companies Brushy Creek Electric made and exception for my small but tedious job and where able to come out the next day .
I basically had a Sonos SL One speaker in wall mounting kit that needed an outlet added to the inside of the mounting box where the speaker sits. This is so you don't have to run any plugs inside the wall but rather just plug the speaker into the wall mount itself . This isn't like a regular cord hiding kit where you just cut a hole up top and then another one next to the outlet on bottom to plug it in with the cord showing on bottom. It actually needs to be hardwired into the existing electrical wires in the wall and I wasn't about to attempt to mess with it myself not knowing one thing about electrical work other than hanging simple lights and fans. On top of the fact that my stud / wire finder was saying there where wires I could possibly cut through by accident behind the sheet rock. Also the fact this whole project was under my staircase which is built a little different from the rest of the interior walls so it's sketchy for me to just cut away. The kit is by ( Thenos ) not Thanos from the Avengers by the way which will pop up on autocorrect every time you look for the company on google incase you want one lol .
I'm happy I chose Brushy Creek Electric , Greg was patient with my questions very neat with the work he did and affordable considering what I was asking him to do. He was also pretty quick with the job and made sure everything worked as it should before completing the job . I will say I called around plenty of other reputable companies and got twice the price and a longer wait time for an appointment as I did with Brushy Creek Electric.
I'm not saying he's super cheap because to be fair all jobs change depending on the task and difficulty level which you should always consider . I am saying he will get the job done rite at a reasonable competitive price according to the industry standards and you won't have to worry about issues later because he definitely knows what he's doing . I say this because its not fair to make up this idea that because someone got a good deal on a job that you deserve to pay less than what is recommended and then get angry when it's not what you expect on a quote . There is always a standard most people charge it's their livelihood but this company is very fair with their prices and if they say something costs higher than what you expect to pay just remember another company might charge double just because they have a big head on their shoulders and haven't been around as long.
Please consider Brushy Creek Electrical when you have any electrical problems or projects and you won't be disappointed. Call (512) 335-2828 they are available 24/7 according to their listing .

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

I needed some electrical work dropped in for a new hot tub. Some neighbors referred me to Rusty. I called him on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message and get a follow up call during the work week. Nope. I got a human on the phone! He came out the very next day to review the job, provided a very reasonable price and I was placed on the schedule.
The install date had to be moved several times due to the concrete contractor and the spa company. Each time, he was understanding of the rescheduling. When d-day finally arrived, he arrived with his crew earlier than expected and jumped right on it.
Rusty was communicative, did what he said he would do and did a great job. I highly recommend this company!!

Jose is very professional and generous with his time. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue and made an extra effort to listen to my questions and followup after the service call was over. Would definitely use his services again!

I have nothing but positive praise for Jeremy and this company. I was facing a minor electrical issue that I was unable to solve and emailed him for a quote. He responded very quickly and outlined several items for me to check, one of which resolved the problem. No service call. No Charge. Just input from a good old fashioned honest and friendly business man. Will definitely use these guys for any issues/installs I have in the future. Also, that dog is badass - so additional kudos for that.

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

ACL electric are the best in the business. Very friendly, fairly priced, and quality you can depend on. Helped me finish up some electrical projects that to me seemed impossible. I'll never use anyone else for electrical work as long as these guys are around. If I could give 6 stars I would! Thanks Luis and fam!!

I had a very positive experience with this company and with Cody who led our engagement. Quoting process was quick and easy and pricing was good compared to two other quotes we received. We added 31 can lights throughout our house, relocated a coax cable outlet from one wall to an adjacent wall, and installed two new 220V circuits from the electric panel into our garage.
On the day of the install, Cody and a substantial crew showed up. The crew members were polite and diligent and I feel like they did a great job. A couple of surprises were found and dealt with during the process (full profile cans didn't fit into a few places) and members of the crew ran out a couple of times to get the items they needed to keep things on track. We also decided to add more light to one room after we saw it completed and they handled this request without complaint. After the install, the crew did what I consider a reasonable cleanup and we did a full walkthrough before settling the bill. One more item of note is that the crew seemed to work well together with members self-shifting between assignments and helping each other out as needed. Overall, I am very happy with the choice of this company and with their team.

My experience is that of a Good honest and dependable guy who is very smart on his craft. I requested his services to install an outlet above my fireplace so I can mount my tv. I wanted the outlet in a particular spot so wires would not be shown. He was easy to schedule with, communicated well and was on time.
My house is older and the wires had some issues. So while he finished in the first day within a few hours he had to come back the next day to make some adjustments. I appreciate that he was aware of what needed to be fixed and he came before the day was over.
He's not the kind of guy to take advantage. He kindly explained everything to me and I tried to understand but I was way out of my league lol.
Will use him for other electrical needs.

I made an appointment for Thursday, November 6th between 3 - 5pm. At 4:50pm I called the company because there was no word from the technician. I was disconnected after telling the person who answered the phone my concern. I waited about 10 minutes but no callback, so I called back. The person remembered my call, but instructed me the technician was on a commercial call but offered no apology or concession to make it right. Instead when I suggested that maybe someone should have called to give me an update, I was told I did not pay then anything and he didn't have time to argue with me. So I promptly told him to cancel my request for electrical service. If the pre-service is this bad, I don't even want to know what the post-service is like. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Chadwick came out to look at an electrical issue for my mother. He told her what the prognosis was, said he'd return on that following Wednesday to fix it, and never showed up. When I returned to visit my mom (who is senior), a month later, and asked about the fix, she said He never showed up, and that was a month ago. I called Chadwick, and he said he was familiar with the property, said he was in France on vacation and wouldn't be able to come out until after first week in January (which was about two weeks), and he'd text me availability to see what he had on calendar. He didn't say when he'd text, I never received a text, No apology, and no acknowledgment of abandoning job prior. I would not recommend Elite, they have no integrity or respect for business, and severely lack customer service.

Unfortunately I did not get the chance to work with this company. The communication was poor in the beginning. Was told I'd be on their back up list approximately a month out. Never received the appointment text. Called back after a couple of weeks to remind them of getting on the schedule for service at my home. They set me up with an appointment on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman came out briefly to look over my home and take notes. Scheduled to come out over the weekend, something happened and he couldn't show. We rescheduled for Sunday something happened again and he ultimately ended up no showing. So it's Friday a week later and I message the main number. I get a call from them and was told it sounded like my place was too complicated for them to service and to reach out to other places. Then was told that they weren't taking on new customers at this time. Had they told me that upfront I wouldn't be writing this review. I was more than willing to work with them because they seemed like a good down home business, I was fooled.

I've used Ernest Olson for all my homes that I built. I never had an issue with him. Great service. Always kept his schedule and at a reasonable price. Never had an electrical warranty call on any of the homes he did either.

I work for a large association management company and decided I would give this smaller contractor an opportunity to shine and gain ALOT of work if they did a good job, well so much for trying to help the little guy. Two months ago i ordered lighting for a mailbox cluster at one of the communities I manage, and the job is still not complete. From day one I have had to call for an update, not once have they provided good customer service by keeping me informed and all I have received is excuse after excuse for why things aren't done. Once the pole is installed, I get told it will be another $650 to run power to the light. What legitimate contractor does not confirm power as step one to a bid?? They have been an absolute disaster to work with and I would not recommend them to change a light bulb, much less do any electrical work.
