He quickly responded to my non-emergency voice mail and I got an appt scheduled for the next day morning.  It was a small 1-hr job.  He was on-time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with.  If/when I'm in the need for an electrician in the future, I will be calling him again.  He does NOT accept credit cards but he does accept checks.

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical  concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

I needed some electrical work dropped in for a new hot tub.  Some neighbors referred me to Rusty.   I called him on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message and get a follow up call during the work week.  Nope.   I got a human on the phone!   He came out the very next day to review the job, provided a very reasonable price and I was placed on the schedule.

The install date had to be moved several times due to the concrete contractor and the spa company.   Each time, he was understanding of the rescheduling.     When d-day finally arrived, he arrived with his crew earlier than expected and jumped right on it.    

Rusty was communicative, did what he said he would do and did a great job.  I highly recommend this company!!

Great service. He didn't over charge me. He was very friendly. Use this plumber.  I tried to reach other plumbers and I couldn't get anyone out in a reasonable time. He showed up on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional.

Today memorial  Day  May 30 2022 I needed my wiring checked and my switches in two my rooms changed out.  I wanted to replace my old porch light because wiring was bad in it and I wanted a  hanging porch installed. Joe and Pete came out right on time not a minute late.  They both were very friendly and  so professional. They did the work in no time and they checked and replaced everything. And before they left they made  sure everything was in working order. Checking everything one more time. I want to give Joe and Pete the highest praise for a job WELL DONE... I could not have asked for better service from two professional experts as Joe and Pete . I want recommend JC Electrical to everyone. They get a 10+ and more from me. We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Luis is a wonderful person and an excellent professional. We had other quotes for our project, but when Luis came over we were blown away by all his knowledge. He answered all our questions and made us feel reassured at all times. No upselling, 100% honesty (he even caught something our builder missed and he was honest enough to let us use the warranty instead of selling his services for it...).

We couldn't be happier about the result and the whole process. Luis an his assistant installed 3 pendant lights over our kitchen island and one chandelier over the dining table. No pre-existing wiring prior this process.

Josh with Klock's Electric came out to our new construction home and spent about 30 minutes with us. We have a breaker upstairs that flips pretty frequently (once or more a week) and the recommendation we got was to just move a high powered item to the dedicated circuit on another wall. It made sense but we were a little surprised that that's really all the guy did. Well, he used a small device to make sure all the outlets were functioning, and keep in mind, outlets not working was not an issue we needed addressed. Minimal work was done, not really a thorough electrical check in our opinion. We moved items around per his recommendation and the next morning our breaker flipped again with only a lamp and computer on. Contacted Klock's electric to ask them to re-check this and Lauren did contact us to let us know her guys would think about this and get back with us but never did (it's been 2 weeks). We're getting another electrician to come out to our home in a few days. Another irritation is that we paid for 1 hour for 30 minutes of work.

Was able to fit us in last minute on a weekend. Figured out an issue we had for years - very relieved and grateful.

Late for repair appt.  With $85 plus tax and fee $92.  The quote was for over $700 to fix my top load washer essentially replacing all the electronic parts and labor.  The troubling part was the unit blew something in the middle with water and an item still inside.  The tech explained you have to replace everything before you can get the item out.  With the little bit of play in the lid, a small release catch was pushed in lightly with a key and opened the lid.  When I called to discuss, the conversation was a bit hostel asking why this was not communicated.  Not as transparent or customer minded as one would expect.  A new washer was ordered avoiding any more issues with repair.

Great affordable and timely service. Got the job done with a smile. Even solved my daughter's Rubik's Cube:)

We had Caskey Electric install two kitchen lights.     They were on time and Austin did very good job.  Two thumbs up.

We live in Wimberley. They started numerous projects for me but refused to finish because they said they are too busy and can't return anymore. They also were supposed to bid an electric extension to 2 transfomers. I followed up twice with them but no response. So not cool to take on a residence project and then abandon it when you have bigger jobs. You meet the same people going up the ladder as you do going down...

I work for a large association management company and decided I would give this smaller contractor an opportunity to shine and gain ALOT of work if they did a good job, well so much for trying to help the little guy. Two months ago i ordered lighting for a mailbox cluster at one of the communities I manage, and the job is still not complete. From day one I have had to call for an update, not once have they provided good customer service by keeping me informed and all I have received is excuse after excuse for why things aren't done. Once the pole is installed, I get told it will be another $650 to run power to the light. What legitimate contractor does not confirm power as step one to a bid?? They have been an absolute disaster to work with and I would not recommend them to change a light bulb, much less do any electrical work.
