BrushyCreek Electric is TOTALLY irresponsible and rude!  Don't let their religious God Bless you recording fool you in the least!  Actions speak MUCH louder than words! They scheduled with me for 9:30 am this morning. It is 1:30 and he has not shown up!  Greg called at 9:00 am to say he was running a little late and would be here at 10:00.  He has since not called or shown up. No one answers the phone and all I get is their recorded religious message. What a total crock this company is! Why do some companies think that customers have nothing better to do than sit around and wait for them and that OUR time is not valuable!  I would NOT hire this company!  If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical  concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

I needed some electrical work dropped in for a new hot tub.  Some neighbors referred me to Rusty.   I called him on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message and get a follow up call during the work week.  Nope.   I got a human on the phone!   He came out the very next day to review the job, provided a very reasonable price and I was placed on the schedule.

The install date had to be moved several times due to the concrete contractor and the spa company.   Each time, he was understanding of the rescheduling.     When d-day finally arrived, he arrived with his crew earlier than expected and jumped right on it.    

Rusty was communicative, did what he said he would do and did a great job.  I highly recommend this company!!

I was very pleased with the service.  I had my toilets replaced and repairs done to my water heater.  Everything was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price.  I highly recommend.

JF is an incredibly intelligent and friendly Master Electrician - he has an extreme attention to detail and knows the code inside and out. If you are looking for a quality-first electrician, JF is your guy

Jose is very professional and generous with his time. He was able to diagnose and resolve my issue and made an extra effort to listen to my questions and followup after the service call was over. Would definitely use his services again!

I found JC Electrical through Yelp, and I want to be sure to recommend them to others.  I had three different companies come out to give me quotes, and theirs was perfect.  They sent Master Electrician Joe out and his assistant, Andre to give me the quotes.  Other companies sent out a quote person, and some wanted to charge me just to come out and give me the quote.  If I chose them they would apply that payment to what they quoted.  But JC Electrical didn't do that.  And I really appreciated that.  I also appreciated that the person providing the quote was the person who would actually do the work.  That meant when Joe was looking at my house I knew the estimate would be accurate, because he could tell what work would be required.  

I got two new light fixtures installed where there were previously no electricity or fixtures, and then I got some work done in the garage (plug for garage door opener and new light fixture).  I was sooooo impressed with the quality of the work, that I can guarantee I will call again for future work.  

In addition, Joe and Andre were so polite, personable, and professional.  And even though all three of us had already been vaccinated, they had developed such good COVID habits that they didn't even think twice about continuing them.  They came in with masks on, kept 6 feet apart, and handled my credit card transaction in a contactless way.  

Yep, I will definitely call again for future work, but I'll want Joe and Andre to do the work. They were a joy to work with, and Joe was pretty easy on the eyes! (I made sure he has my number.)

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Zack just left and he was awesome!  Very highly skilled and very reasonably priced.  He fixed everything that I had on my list and even made a run to Lowe's for me!

We had them install a Tesla wall charger. Their quote was the lowest we received. Definitely the best value! To make it work best, we needed to replace the breaker box and run a line 35 feet. All of the extra work would have cost twice as much from another licensed company.

Antonio was very responsive via the Yelp app. The team was very friendly. Definitely would recommend again.

I highly recommend this company, which I already have to all my neighbors.  I used them twice and was very satisfied both times with the service and the finished product.  Dylan, the owner, is very knowledgeable, capable, and competent.  He also provides very good customer service.  On the Sunday morning of July 12, 2020, we were pulling out of the driveway for a two week trip, when I ran back into the house for something i had forgotten, and saw a lot of water running out from under the dishwasher.  OH, NO NOT NOW!  WE probably will not be able to leave on our trip for days!  I called 786 Appliances & More, Dylan answered the phone and said he would be there shortly.  He arrived in 25 mins., capped off a broken valve, and we were on the road in 20 mins.  I was so grateful to Dylan for being willing to come immediately to help us! When we returned he came and replaced the broken value.
On Aug. 5th, he came and repaired a problem with our washer and dryer.  Once again, so knowledgeable and so happy with the finished work.

Got the receipts to prove that Chadwick is not a professional nor reliable electrician. He sent an individual to come help us (whom was helpful) and refused to send the written invoice after we paid him. I needed the invoice for insurance purposes. He also gave me terrible advice that resulted in an electrical explosion, so there's that too.

We had Caskey Electric install two kitchen lights.     They were on time and Austin did very good job.  Two thumbs up.

I've used Ernest Olson for all my homes that I built. I never had an issue with him. Great service. Always kept his schedule and at a reasonable price. Never had an electrical warranty call on any of the homes he did either.

I work for a large association management company and decided I would give this smaller contractor an opportunity to shine and gain ALOT of work if they did a good job, well so much for trying to help the little guy. Two months ago i ordered lighting for a mailbox cluster at one of the communities I manage, and the job is still not complete. From day one I have had to call for an update, not once have they provided good customer service by keeping me informed and all I have received is excuse after excuse for why things aren't done. Once the pole is installed, I get told it will be another $650 to run power to the light. What legitimate contractor does not confirm power as step one to a bid?? They have been an absolute disaster to work with and I would not recommend them to change a light bulb, much less do any electrical work.
