The power went out to 1/2 of our house on a Saturday night. Called Cory on Sunday morning. He was able to get out that afternoon. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Great overall experience!

Working with Neely Electric (Rick) was fantastic! Very friendly guy. Came to my house and replaced a old breaker box and added a few recess cans. He did a great job! Price was very fair and didn't make a huge mess. I will use again for sure! Thank you Rick!

Our water heater stopped working last night but we did not realize it till the morning. Had a plumber come out to take a look and confirmed everything was ok with the water heater (it is relatively new), and they recommended an electrician take a look. Got in touch with Stetson and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end with him. It was rather nice that they were available on the weekend and did not charge an arm and a leg for coming out on the weekend either. He figured out the issue and fixed it relatively quickly, and even addressed a couple of receptacle issues we have had. He was super nice, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly to chat with! Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone!

We have used Bowne for several jobs over the years and recently hired them for a substantial rewiring project in our garage. E.J. and his team did a great job assessing our situation and putting together an accurate quote. I never knew electrical work could be beautiful, but they took a jumbled DIY mess and made it sane. Even on the smaller jobs they are professional and thorough. Would highly recommend them.

They installed some lights under my kitchen counters and a flood light on my patio. They were on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. They kept their mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure they knew exactly what we wanted and offered multiple ways to get it done. They did great work and made sure I was satisfied before they left.

Excellent work by Adam and his helper. Replaced old, poorly wired breaker panel with new one. Installed three overhead light fixtures, oven exhaust hood, and new programmable thermostat. Adam was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will use this company again.

Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

Connor and Chris were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure working with! They did a thorough inspection of our house to ensure it is safe since we live in an older house. As they were inspecting, Connor kept me updated and explained things as they found them. Also, both were very respectful and even took extra measures to remove their shoes when coming inside to prevent getting mud on our carpets and cleaned up after themselves if some insulation or paint chipped and went onto the floor. Angie, in the office, has been a pleasure working with from the very beginning, too! She has, at the very least, some electrical knowledge and that is great to see and reassuring for the customer; more office staff in the trades need to take a lesson and do the same! When the office has knowledge of the field, there is a greater confidence the customer will have in the company. If you're in need of an electrician, I highly recommend Jackson Electric! In the past I have had a issue with my GFI, and within 24 hours, Shane came out to check to see what the issue was.  They had done a superior job on our extensive outdoor lighting.  They did the work quite a few months ago.  Shane said there would not be a charge on theGFI.  How refreshing!

Now fast forward to 2019, again, Shane came to replace  a broken line going across our yard.  These guys are great!  In 2-3 hours, the job was completed, this time in conduit.  Will never change electricity repair services!

JSR is amazing! I had them hang a TV on a stone fireplace and add an electrical outlet for the TV as well. They were able to route the new outlet and hang the TV in an efficient amor and it looks great. Josh Hobdy was phenomenal. He accurately explained everything, quoted fairly and did an amazing job. If you're looking for any electrical work this is an honest, fair and amazing company. I highly recommend and will be coming back for any and all future electrical needs!

I wish I could give Cody and his assistant more than 5 stars because my experience was so positive! They called 30mins ahead of time to confirm my appointment. I was running a little late and asked if they could come 15mins later and they were very understanding. They showed up promptly at agreed upon time. They were polite and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and fix problem very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. I was BLOWN away by their transparency and integrity with regards to pricing of parts. I recommend this company without reservation. I wish ALL  businesses operated with such stellar customer service and integrity.

This review is purely based off Doug and his responsiveness when our home was experiencing electrical issues. He gave me a quick call, asked a few questions and gave me a suggestion on what could be the root cause of the issue, and he was absolutely right. The issue at hand was determined to be the electric provider, but Doug's quick response and helpfulness still deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

I called to have them trace a problem, they charged me $460 for less than one Hr of labor and did not fix the problem.
I had another company out and they found a broken wire behind a receptacle. They only charged $130.

I cant understand how a company can charge so much without accomplishing their job.
