I have recently had the opportunity to deal with Carroll Service for some electrical needs. Mr Carroll was very efficient, on time- (actually early) and explained the entire process to me with all my questions answered. I would highly recommend this company. Very honest and easy to do business with.

The best electrician ever, you will get the most professional workmanship, we used Charlie brown electric all the time, and every time we hired them we shop first to find their prices at least %50 less than any other electric company, believe me you will not go wrong with this company.

If I ever need an electrician I will call Tioga. For an upfront, honest and fair price quoted, I found out what the problem was and various recommendations on how I can resolve.

I needed an electrical project done and was having difficulty finding and electrician and contacted AES.  Dan got back with me nearly immediately and we talked about the project.  He made some time to come out and put his eyes on my project and we got a game plan. He did the job on a Saturday so i was able to watch him work.  As a semi-skilled craftsman myself i could tell right away he was a top shelf electrician.  Excellent conduit work and i talked to him a lot during the job and he never missed a beat.  He communicated well, was on time and on budget and an overall nice guy.  If i ever need electrical work again AES will be my first call.  He's not just a wire dog either! He does a host of high tech electrical things too.

Larry and Logan were extremely professional, highly skilled and friendly.  They came promptly to repair the pool breaker for the new pump after the freeze.  We got his card and they are our new go-to!!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would like to highly recommend Dennis Electric if you are in need of any electrical services. The day I called the office, I was immediately scheduled within a few days.  The individuals who  came were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They all did excellent work. Paige is the office individual who will schedule you and she is very accommodating and  nice. I am so glad I found them after going through a few who never called back or kept delaying the schedule. The pricing was very fair for all the work they did ie., replace  and install wall heater,  replace and install new fan, hardwire motion detectors, and replace and install  light fixture.

I do not recommend this company to anyone and would like to share why. I was a first time customer of Mr. Electric Ft. Worth recently. I had an electrician install a ceiling fan in place of a flush mount light fixture and replace some bulbs in tall ceilings. Aaron was on time and courteous, however shortly after he left I realized he took the original flush ceiling mount light fixture as well as the box and papers that the ceiling fan came in with him when he left. He did not ask me if I wanted him to dispose of the trash and must have done so without me noticing otherwise I would have stopped him. I called the company to notify them that I wanted my original light fixture as well as the manual for the new fan installed from the box. They said they would contact Aaron to see if he still possibly had the items on his truck but likely not. I said if not, I would appreciate my bill being credited for the value of the light fixture at least. The representative without hesitation said well we can't do that because it would come out of Aaron's commission but we can replace the light- it was only worth $15-20. I was shocked. As someone who works in the customer service industry it also offended me. She did not ask me to provide a model number for my light fixture, description, picture, etc. to attempt to match it but instead made an assumption. Also, it has been a week since that phone call and I still have not received a follow up call with an update on when they plan to return to my home with whatever light they assume I owned... not professional at all nor the right thing to do. Clearly they are more concerned with their electrician's commission checks over their customer service protocols.
