We bought our 40 year old house unfinished after a remodel to the studs.  Lights were not working in multiple rooms and some shady wiring had been done to remove walls...so needless to say it was a challenge.  Charlie Brown Electric came out on 4 different occasions.  They fixed/added light switches, installed 2 ceiling fans, chased down mystery wires in the attic in 100 degree weather, moved and installed ceiling fixtures.  We were so pleased with their work we just kept calling them out for more.  These guys work by the hour and they work fast.  We sleep easy now because literally every issue was dealt with and the cost was great.

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

I highly recommend Team Enoch! As part of our spring HVAC maintenance with another company, a leak was identified in our evaporator coil. We received quotes and feedback from multiple companies. Not only was Team Enoch very competitive on price, but their responsiveness and service quality/guarantees were topnotch. Special thanks to Cameron who was a great partner in this project. Too often home service needs are met with overly aggressive pricing and lack of customer care - the opposite is true of Team Enoch. We will seek to work with them on future projects.

Needed an outlet and breaker installed for a kiln.  They were able to come out on a Monday and by Tuesday evening I had a working pottery studio.

That in itself would be a 4-5 star rating, the team that did it was efficient, clean, pleasure to do business with.

Another call today from Anna at Texas Star Services and the number came in as being from Euless. I have never, and will never, use your company. Stop cold calling me.

Not only do you call me a liar in my previous review of your company but you also don't have the decency to just stop calling. It's beyond ridiculous and I'm surprised you have any customer base at all.

Dan and his partner were very professional and easy going to work with. They responded fast and were quick and on time for the scheduled appointment. He even took the time to fix an additional concern instead of having to make another appointment. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

Larry was very quick with getting back to me and got me a quote in no time. I chose them for my project and they did a phenomenal job!! I had them run wiring for ceiling fans in our condo and they did an amazing job! Showed up on time and had three rooms done in about 4.5 hours! I will definitely call them again if I need anything done.

We had an old panel box that needed replacing and caused a major appliance meltdown. We reached out online to Mister Sparky, really late in the evening and within an hour or less, we had a phone call from Jessica, who was super nice. She heard we had all our power off due to the potential issue of fire and worked hard to get a tech set for the next day in lieu of the wait per the books. She had Daniel, who she said was really nice set to come out the next day. She was right! He was really nice, informative, and he had a price on some complex work within no time. We agreed to what was a fair price and had a new panel installed the next day. He was an artist as it also looks good too. We are very happy with their help and will call on them for all our future needs here at home and for our rental properties.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. When the other electricians were unreachable, I contacted Dennis Electric. Even though it was a Saturday, and they were closed, the owner responded immediately in a professional, smart, caring way. I explained what was happening, and he had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. Charles came out first thing Monday morning and had it fixed in less than ten minutes! He told me I had him for an hour, so I found many smaller, bothersome issues with the electric in our house, everything from rotating switches to fixing a fan. He completed four projects in that hour AND thoroughly cleaned everything...and the cost was more than manageable! I did have a favorite electrician before, but only because I hadn't used Dennis Electric. This is the one to call!!

I've found an electrician for life! Arrow Electric saved the day and at an unbelievable price. It's hard to find quality work you can trust these days. I will definitely be hiring them again.

This is honestly the WORST quality and customer service from a company I've ever received. This is not an exaggeration. They have been rejected for inspections multiple times for my home and have put a HUGE SETBACK in my progress. They have no sense of urgency and do not care about their work at all. They did not coordinate with inspectors nor did they even LOOK at what they didn't get approved on. This was an absolute mess. Waste of time and waste of money. Do not use this company.
