Grant and his Southern Cross guys (esp. Seymour) have come out several times, often on short notice, and problem solved and resolved whatever issue I have. One time there was an odd short after they had been in, and they came back out promptly and made it right at no cost. Another time, when I had sent them a check with a different address, Grant called to be sure it was a good check - that's a major character issue in my book. Highly recommend.

another master electrician who was booked weeks out. They were responsive and did quality work. I addition added outdoor outlets. You almost don't notice the outlets. I would highly recommend.

I Recently had Modern come buy and install my mounted television and  surround sound. I was a little nervous about having strangers come into my house and do all this work, but thanks to a friend, my mind was set at ease. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Not only did Steven and his staff keep my house wire free by hiding them in the walls, he also helped out with some electrical issues I was having in my guest bathroom. Steven and his staff were thorough, professional and extremely nice. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them if you ever need electrical work done.

Fusion Electric came out to look at problems we've had with our spa in our backyard. They were wonderful. Very professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I appreciate that they also suggested a fail safe way we would not have any electrical issues with it again. I highly recommend them and would have them return if I ever need an electrician.

Mark Manchac and his crew had to move my solid brass chandelier to a different location and replace it with a new ceiling fan.   My clients are yoga students and needed a little more cool air coming their way.  The guys at M&M had to go up in the attic to reinforce the chandelier because it weighed so much!  They went to great lengths to get it done the right way.  I appreciate that!

We've been looking for an electrician to handle problems with our breakers for a while now, frequently being blown off and never called back. When we called Beltran they came out the very next day. They were in and out within about an hour, and everything's worked great so far.

I called at around 7:30 a.m. about some light switches that were sparking. Becky was very nice and said I could expect someone between 3 and 5. Someone showed up after 7-7:30 that evening (I had to keep calling to make sure someone was going to show up). They switched out 3 switches in about 15-20 minutes and charged $187. They were alright, I just feel like this was very overpriced. To be fair, I didn't ask for a quote before, but I was not expecting to be charged this amount for 3 switches to be swapped out. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Not happy with Jon Wayne. They came out to my home in San Antonio, quoted me ridiculously high prices on a simple job.  Over $1,000 for a simple about hour long repair, to close to $2000 ($1904 to be specific) for the same job with a longer warranty. Had a different company come out to evaluate the problem (didn't charge me a dime!) who charged me half! of what Jon Wayne tried to charge me - for the same job! The other company was responsive, polite, and came promptly and with no fuss.  I would not work with Jon Wayne in the future - will definitely be working with the other company if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
