It's been almost 5 years since they did a small job for me and I am still angry every time I see the thoughtless work they did. And I'm a neighbor for heaven's sake! I still have a light switch that is still not completely flush to the wall and the box is probably a little too big, but they didn't bother to get one that fit. Argh! Also, they installed a switch for me from the garage and just left everything in shambles and refused to come and at least put back what they had torn down or neaten up anything. No attention to detail. And just plain surly. Boo on them.

Our house started acting like Stranger Things all of a sudden; the lights were flickering and the fans would lose power, you could hear the fans slow down almost to a stop then speed back up to normal power.  This would happen every 30-40 seconds, it was maddening and obviously a bit worrisome. I called O.N. first thing in the morning and Oscar sent a team out within the hour. Yon and Joshua got to work immediately and found the issue, Oscar even showed up and explained everything to me.  Turned out the breaker box on the outside of the house was borked.  When Oscar turned a breaker off and back on, you could literally hear electricity crackling. Oscar gave me an estimate which I thought was fair and Yon and Joshua got to work.  After a few hours the house was no longer haunted and I had a proper breaker box set up.  I wish I had before and after pictures, my house is an older house and the previous box looked like the rusty insides of a 1970s AMC Gremlin.

Bob and his company did a great job installing our back porch outlets, fans and TV's a few years ago. I have recommended him and his company to many people. They do good quality work at a good value.

Worst service EVER! I'm a widow in my late 60s. Last night I placed an emergency call about 10:20 p.m. The recording said I'd receive a call as soon as possible. At 8:30 this morning, I called back because no one had called me. The lady was courteous enough but I was told our residential service techs are booked up for a month before I was able to describe my problem. No way will I call this company again.

Tomas installed a Tesla charger for me in the garage.  Everything was well done. Would recommend to anyone else having one installed.

another master electrician who was booked weeks out. They were responsive and did quality work. I addition added outdoor outlets. You almost don't notice the outlets. I would highly recommend.

We have been planning to upgrade fans and lighting and install new fixtures throughout our home for some time. We knew this would be a big project and I wanted to make sure we found a qualified company to complete it. I reached out to KW Electric and they responded right away to my request for a quote and offered first an initial and, later, final walk-through to ensure the plan matched what we wanted perfectly. Dennis P. and his apprentice, Joseph, took the time to thoughtfully plan and install everything including a 72 fan and recessed lights in our 24' great room. I wasn't sure how an electrician would accomplish what we wanted, but KW Electric team explained their process every step of the way. They were quiet, kind, courteous, and responsive, always taking care to clean up the area they had finished in, before moving to the next. They are fully licensed and insured and I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone looking for high-quality, comprehensive electricians. Steven rewired my entire kitchen and replaced a sub panel in less than a day. Some sheetrock repair was needed afterwards, but a job of that magnitude comes with aftermath.  This was a good value.

Steven shows up ready to work and immediately starts getting it done, which is important if you're paying by the hour.

I found KDR on yelp after my usual electrician's phone number was disconnected. I went down the yelp list, and they were the first ones to answer my phone call.  I was transferred to someone who asked if I was at home, and wanted to walk me through some basic checks, in case it was a simple problem and didn't want me to have to waste a service call if I could fix it.

It was a broken outdoor outlet, which I needed for my invisible fence. They dispatched someone immediately, who quickly diagnosed the issue. They ran out to buy a weather proof outlet, and promptly fixed the issue. I had already prearranged a credit card payment with their admin office, and signed the bill on the ipad, and was emailed a receipt. Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks KDR and I will be a repeat customer.

Volthouse has worked on the electrical for our kitchen remodel and a new shed construction.  The work was done promptly and professionally.  We are very satisfied.  We will use Volthouse again and highly recommend them.

Fusion electric charges for travel time at the same rate as labor. The invoice does not separate travel time from labor time, nor does it detail any shared travel time between jobs. Our job an hour from Marble Falls had hours billed that were double the hours worked and there was another Fusion job in the area but details of the travel hours were not provided.
There was a parts charge on the invoice but no detail. Fusion did charge us travel time to return borrowed but unused parts but during bill discussion agreed to withdraw that charge.
Fusion charges a 5% credit fee and sent us an invoice that had already been charged to our card with that fee all without our permission as we wanted to use a check to pay to avoid the credit fee-invoice due date was 28 days later.
One should be very careful when using this company, recording time on the job, parts, est travel, demand full accounting prior to any payment and be prepared to contest the billing.

Mark Manchac and his crew had to move my solid brass chandelier to a different location and replace it with a new ceiling fan.   My clients are yoga students and needed a little more cool air coming their way.  The guys at M&M had to go up in the attic to reinforce the chandelier because it weighed so much!  They went to great lengths to get it done the right way.  I appreciate that!

Do not recommend. Very unprofessional organization. Doesn't want to work with customers to resolve issues and apparently doesn't need the business.

As many other reviews state, I paid for this company to do some electrical work and at the same time paid extra for them to look at several things that I needed a quote for. It's been over a month ago; way before the ice storm. they don't communicate back with me. I've asked for the manager to look into it. I've called five times and all I get is excuses about how they're short staffed. I would not recommend this company, they do not communicate, and then they do not have the ability to provide service in a timely manner. I will not recommend or use them again.

I would not recommend any one else use this company. We finally bit the bullet and replaced our 20 year old system. Nothing but regrets in choosing this company. First, as several other reviewers have stated, they constantly try to upsell you on additional services.  Today I noticed that my system seems to be constantly running at the same temperature all the time. I wasn't able to log-in through the site to check the schedule. When I called customer service I was informed it was because we did not renew our contract with them for service. So on top of the thousands we are paying for the system, these leeches want us to pay hundreds more a year in order to be able to access our own system!? I will be replacing their bottom of the line thermostat with something I own and control ASAP!

The icing on the cake for me was during the winter storms when the power was out for days, every time the power was restored we had to wait 5 minutes for surge protection, we couldn't even get emergency heat (which should be a crime!). So if we only got 5 minutes of power, we got nothing. People are freezing and there is nothing you could do about it.
