Jacob from RHK electrical did a great job fixing my two broken breakers. He also did a great job explaining what he was doing and answering. All my questions will definitely go with them again if I have any other electrical issues!

I can't say enough good things about these guys!. I had 3 different electric companies come to my house to give me a price estimate for the light fixtures I needed to install. The first was one of the big companies and they basically told me that I had to break the bank and get new everything, that my house was on the verge of getting set on fire by Lightning and surges. I'm a new home owner and don't know much about these things so after that scare (and the super high price) I decided to do my research and look into some good family run smaller businesses that may be a little more honest with me regarding the work that needed to be done and the installation of my lights. Someone more consumer oriented. I found two really good companies, one of them was Matthew Arnold, the owner of the local electrician who personally greeted me and was really honest and friendly. He made me feel much more at ease and told me that I was not in danger but only needed a few things updated to be safe at home. He also gave me a good price for the installation of the fixtures and answered all my questions and concerns. He and his college Lee were here yesterday and they were very good! Efficient and friendly!. I'm very happy about my choice and I'm sure that if anything should go wrong I'll have an honest and hard working professional to turn to!. Thank you Matthew!

I highly recommend CBT Electrical Services for all of your electrical needs. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a new home and in need of an electrical inspection, estimate, and repairs ASAP. I contacted CBT electrical on a Saturday night after 8pm to acquire their services. They scheduled an appt for the next day (Sunday) to come out and inspect everything.  From start to finish they exhibited impeccable customer service, they were very accommodating, and explained their services and fees in detail. Jack was very honest with me regarding the repairs and cost and provided a very low and fair price for services. It was a pleasure meeting Jack and his wife and we look forward to doing business with CBT Electrical.

This place was available and came out quickly to help me with a fan that had stopped working. The pros quick to get someone out, the tech seemed nice and knowledgeable, the cons the $69 trip fee was added onto what ever else they charged for, I thought this was waived if I hired them for the job, apparently no that just charged this for walking into my house the diagnosis was $281 to diagnose a bad switch and replace the switch a total of $350 and still the fan doesn't work so my problem was not addressed and not fixed. I asked for an estimate to replace the fan I have a new one in the box that was an additional 800 dollars so the grand total for a fan to be replaced would have cost me 1160 dollars ..... that's insane ! He was at my home about 20 min and cost my $350 and I am not sure exactly what I got for that .... Run don't walk do. Or call these thrives !

We were in a bind during a remodel, when we went to install the Double Wall oven we discovered the wiring in our 1976 home had a 30amp circuit to the old oven, but the new oven required a 40 amp circuit.

Jay Electric was the first to respond to my Yelp request. They showed up the very next day, an hour early, they ended up having enough of the required wire on the truck. They had to run an new circuit from the panel which was behind the detached garage to the kitchen! They were magicians at fishing the wire all the way to the location of the oven, with zero required repair work!! When they were done you couldn't even tell they had been there, they even hooked up the oven and helped me lift it into the new cabinet without even a scratch.

They are a class outfit, very respectful and ensured all the work was done per NEC Code!!

Called and they came out next day at appointed time.  I told them what I needed - just a wire that was exposed disconnected.  They said the fee to diagnose (I had diagnosed - see above) would be $319.00 plus the work to be done that they would have to give me an estimate for.  I (politely) said no and got a $59.00 appointment fee.

I called another electrician, he was there in 30 minutes, fixed the issue in twenty minutes and charged me a total of $75.00.  

I'd just avoid these folks unless you have a lot of money and enjoy being fleeced.

Where do I start because I had a bad experience from the beginning. I hired this company to change my breaker box on the side of the house. First of all they told me for days that they were coming out but didn't show up until the following week. Second they broke the wood around the box so now the new box is crooked and caught on fire after three days after the installation. I told them about the problems and I'm still waiting for them to come out and do it right.

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
