I was happy with the work they did fixing my wiring issues, which took problem solving and they were great at that. Also installed ceiling fixtures with remotes and dimmer switches that are really smart and cool. Not the cheapest, but they were experienced, knowledgeable, solved my issues, and made sure I was satisfied.

M&R was wonderful. They were quick to respond and came out the same day. They hauled away some of my waste material, and the pricing beat all the competitors (I got quotes from many other companies). I sought advice on some other concerns, and I feel confident in their knowledge and honesty. I highly recommend.

Southern Voltage Electric Service is handsdowns THE best electrician in the Katy area!  Jim and Miriam DeVault are the owners of this Katy business.  They live in Katy and work here.  Jim is a Master Electrician and he really knows so much about electrical issues.  He is patient and kind and will explain things to you if you want him to.  He will charge you a fair and reasonable amount and you will be pleased with his work.  He shows up on time and calls if he is the least bit late.  He is professional and very knowledgeable.  I trust Jim to do all of my electric work.  Give Miriam a call today so you can get on their schedule.  They have super amazing customer service.  Miriam's number is 832-713-7584.  They are great people to know and work with!!  I can't say enough good things!

This company's prices are highway robbery .  I had not had any electrical work done in years and when they told me the price I said I thought that was expensive, but I needed the work done. I was charged $186 to install a fluorescent light that I bought.

If there were any rating lower than one star, that is what I would apply to Baytown Electric. I just paid a guy from Baytown Electric 170.40 to install one GFI outlet. GIVE ME A BREAK! (or should I say a breaker). . .$170.40 for one GFI outlet is freaking RIDICULOUS! Buyer Beware! Last time I will go there for sure!

We had an attempt to brake in our home last night, my husband was out of town on business and thus, could not repair the light above the garage.  He found this company who accepted to come out to repair the light.  The electrician came, could not repair the light, but changed the light bulb which we provided him with and charged us double the amount agreed upon on the phone.  He assured us he would come out the following AM to replace the entire fixture, but did not show up.  Called him 1 1/2 hrs after his appointment only to learn he will not be able to make it till 7:30 pm, an appointment he did not keep either.  It is a big shame that this electrician name Luke Perry took advantage of an already vulnerable & bad situation.
