Thomas has been out to my home twice. He's incredible at trouble shooting and fixing difficult electrical troubles fairly quickly. My daughters room went completely dark and he was able to locate the source of the issue in the electrical outlet and replaced it. The second time he came out I had an issue with my chandelier lights in the front entry way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the switch. Super friendly, super quick to respond, very affordable and extremely knowledgeable.

Justin was absolutely amazing! We had to have ground wires replaced . The whole team that came out was amazing . Everyone was so positive, the atmosphere was wonderful. They kept us up to speed with everything. I highly recommend them. Will most definitely be using them again

Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Professional, safe, thorough, efficient and reasonably priced. I had a wiring issue before I could install a new pool pump timer. Steve was there when he said he would be and did what he said he would do. He even came back to check the wiring when timer wasn't working and he determined it was a defective part. He then rewired the replacement part - gratis. Now THAT's customer service. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

This company is great. They actually answer the phone and call you back when they say they will. The service technician showed up the same day as the call and knowledgeably performed all the work needed. Highly recommended.

I hired Kevin to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He ran a conduit from the corner of my house externally to my garage. Very professional with good communication. Came up with some ideas that other electricians did not.

I had recessed lighting installed in a kitchen. I was very worried because I was told that installing lighting on the first floor of a two-story home could be extremely difficult. I had no idea where I wanted the lights or if there were going to be holes everywhere but they did an amazing job! He helped me decide where to put the lights for the best functionality and look and I could not be happier. They even patched the holes that were left by the old lighting and cleaned the area before they left. The only problem is that the lighting is so amazing that I realize how poorly I painted the ceiling.

Awesome Service! I needed to install a couple of ceiling fans and a chandelier for family that were visiting me soon. I called Juan, he was able to schedule me the next day, and start in the morning. He arrived on-time, explained the installation, and finished ahead of schedule. Also, he fixed my low-voltage outside lights! Great electrician, and great person! Highly recommend!

I was having electrical issues at my house and my oven and stovetop wasn't getting power. I called Darin and he was able to schedule me for the next morning. He showed up early, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in less than an hour. His prices are extremely competitive compared to other electricians I talked to. He was straightforward and honest about what was wrong and didn't try to upsell me on fixing anything else besides my immediate issue. I will call them back for any future electrical issues. We recently had issues with our electrical service. We did not know what was wrong but eventually got so bad we had minimal electric in our house. I called several electricians and none of them were able to arrive for several days. I called Jesse Padilla at KJ Electric and he had someone at my house within an hour. When Roland arrived he did an extensive evaluation of our electrical system. when we purchased a home in 2020 we were told if the entire electrical system had been replaced however Roland found that the exterior panel had not been and was over 35 to 40 years old. They were able to temporarily repair our problems and came back a few days later and completely replaced the exterior panel. The price was extremely reasonable and Roland worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jesse Roland and KJ electric for any electrical problems you may have

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

Contacted L&R Electric to replace some light fixtures, Louis was able to go the same day and get it taken care of! Overall great experience!

Professional service at a fair and reasonable price. I had an electrical issue at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Other companies wanted six days to respond. I called H&S and they were at my house in a half hour. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day. High quality work, very nice and explained everything. Even let me look over shoulder during every step of repair. Used new top quality parts. I had a great experience, give them a try.

I wish I could give them 10 stars plus! The Marshall Electric team came out to add an exterior outlet for a future water fountain with on/off switch and replace a faulty outlet.
What I ended up was wonderfully more than I expected - an in-wall timer outlet for my water fountain tied to GFI; an additional exterior outlet on the side of my house (space was already prewired for) and, of course, faulty GFI replaced.
They know their stuff when it comes to being innovative and gave me their suggestion of a timer instead of switch. They worked together to install with minimal damage and kindly cleaned up afterward.
They were very professional and made the whole visit easy and stress-free!

They sent an aggressive, high pressure salesman to try and persuade me to purchase a system with options, technical specifications or extended service plans that I don't want or need. Their technicians get paid off of commission and it shows.

I spent a lot of money to have a new system installed by Jon Wayne for the downstairs of my home. It has been in my home for a little over 72 hours and this new unit has worked for less than 24. I am currently being told that it will be at least three or four days before their 24/7 service professionals will be able to even come to my house and determine that they installed a unit with a busted compressor.

I have never lived anywhere that had such a lack of reputable businesses to handle HVAC issues. It seems that all the companies here are working together to make pricing for their services less than transparent and prices artificially high. I suspect they are engaged in price gouging and market manipulation for this market. I will be bringing my concerns to the Texas AG
