I needed an electrician to help me with a DIY switch/outlet replacement project gone awry and I found Thomas via Yelp.  He was prompt with his response, he managed my expectations with respect to how long the project could take and his rates. He arrived on time, fixed the issue I created, and completed the remainder of the project. He patiently answered all of my questions and went out of his way to offer suggestions with respect to our lighting. Honest, professional. knowledgable, skilled, dependable, cost effective.

We hired them to install some outdoor lighting.  David and Robert did a fantastic job and were very professional.  They also worked their schedule around ours as we had a restricted time schedule.  They were terrific and we would definitely hire them again

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. I found Steve (Owner of The Electrical Team) through Home Advisor...He installed two chandeliers in my house and I am having him back to install some outlets in my attic for security cameras.  He is awesome electrician that knows his stuff!  Plus, he's great at scheduling appointments at the last minute...You will not be disappointed with him.

So impressed with Malco Electric. They are responsive, friendly, reasonable, kind, and their work is excellent. I felt like I was working with highly skilled people who cared about me. That is rare these days. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Kevin came over to check out a back porch light that was not working. After he inspected it, it was not a connection problem, but the wiring on the lamp had gotten twisted and burned up. Because the light was impossible to replace and it matched the rest of the exterior lighting on my house, Kevin agreed to rebuild the light for me!  He brought it back in a couple of days and it was better than new!  He charged a fair price and went above and beyond to help me!  I will definitely be contacting them the next time I have an electrical need!

No issues, had a problem with my breaker, Steven came out and diagnosed the situation with a quick fix. When the issue arose again, he came out and made the additional repair. Appointment time was prompt, received calls and text notifications of him being on his way as well as a tracker to see his location. Awesome way to keep track of when the technician will arrive.

Awesome Service! I needed to install a couple of ceiling fans and a chandelier for family that were visiting me soon. I called Juan, he was able to schedule me the next day, and start in the morning. He arrived on-time, explained the installation, and finished ahead of schedule. Also, he fixed my low-voltage outside lights! Great electrician, and great person! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Maury. He shows on time, he's reasonable priced, knowledgeable, and is very passionate about his work. He will be the only electrician  I will ever call when I have a problem. I've give his name and number out to many people and everyone is always very pleased! So glad I found Maury!

We recently had issues with our electrical service. We did not know what was wrong but eventually got so bad we had minimal electric in our house. I called several electricians and none of them were able to arrive for several days. I called Jesse Padilla at KJ Electric and he had someone at my house within an hour. When Roland arrived he did an extensive evaluation of our electrical system. when we purchased a home in 2020 we were told if the entire electrical system had been replaced however Roland found that the exterior panel had not been and was over 35 to 40 years old. They were able to temporarily repair our problems and came back a few days later and completely replaced the exterior panel. The price was extremely reasonable and Roland worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jesse Roland and KJ electric for any electrical problems you may have

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

Louis and Simon were great to work with. They installed a 220 outlet in our garage (and helped us move everything that was in the way), and repaired a sparking outlet in our house. Professional and courteous. Thanks!

Professional service at a fair and reasonable price. I had an electrical issue at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Other companies wanted six days to respond. I called H&S and they were at my house in a half hour. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day. High quality work, very nice and explained everything. Even let me look over shoulder during every step of repair. Used new top quality parts. I had a great experience, give them a try.

John did a great job for us hanging a very heavy chandelier, liked how he was very good at making sure it was safe and it looked great once he had it installed.

Eddie and his crew came out last week on short notice and took care of installing a metered loop for us. I was super impressed with Eddie's responsiveness to all communication and when he came out to give a free quote and check out the job he was polite and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for many years (since he was in high school!) and he took the time to give advice to my son about electrician apprenticeship. Eddie and his crew came out and completed the job ahead of schedule and they were super efficient and had great attitudes, even in freezing temps. Never ever trust a repair company that pays their employees off commission.  The more they sell you, the more they get paid.  Which is the beginning of the problems we had with Jon Wayne.

AC broke - that happens.  They responded within 24 hours - dumb me, believed the trucks and TV commercials.  But the technician oversold my wife $1200 in repairs.  Which lasted a week (and my system is not old and we have it serviced regularly).

I was home when the second crew came.  They would not wear COVID masks until I asked.  They spent an hour determining it was a switch in the inside unit - $2400 to repair.  I asked how - said it was very labor intensive.  Well, turns out the crew that installed that unit three years ago let me help (they were too busy to come the first time).  The whole thing took 3 hours.  Absolutely outrageous quote unless you remember they work on commission only.  So I asked for replacement costs - basic system $7500 and top of the line was, drum roll, $21,000.  I asked if it came with a new roof, they looked confused.  And I sent them away.  I'll put wet towels over fans and stay cool until I can get someone else here.

If you missed it at the front of this review - NEVER trust a repair company that pays their employees off commission.  They will mark up your service and sell you stuff you don't need.

Fun fact - my wife is a realtor with one of the largest brokerages in the area.  She has a good HVAC story for her clients now.
