Perfect!! He fixed the electric on our dishwasher very quickly, and he and my husband chatted for a while. Really nice guy. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: We needed a new water heater, and Home Depot quoted us an insane amount because they said we also needed some electrical work done. We contacted Thomas, not expecting to hear back until the next business day. He texted us *on his day off* and after looking at some pictures, told us we didn't need it. Saved us a bunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Professional, safe, thorough, efficient and reasonably priced. I had a wiring issue before I could install a new pool pump timer. Steve was there when he said he would be and did what he said he would do. He even came back to check the wiring when timer wasn't working and he determined it was a defective part. He then rewired the replacement part - gratis. Now THAT's customer service. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone needing an electrician.

Cody did great work, I can highly recommend him. He was on-time, completed the work quickly, demonstrated everything was working, and cleaned up afterwards.  Malco Electric gave me a good deal on this work as well.

After purchasing our home , Kevin completed all of the electrical work identified during the initial inspection.  He brought all of the necessary items up to code and was very upfront and honest about critical issues that required immediate correction.  Additionally, the turn around time from phone call and estimate to work completion was incredibly fast!  A great experience and, if needs be, I will certainly use his services again.  Save yourself from the never ending internet searches... call Pawson Electric!

We used Light It Up Electric for the first time today and we're so glad we did. They have excellent customer service and respond quickly to your call. The technician Andrew called ahead to confirm the arrival time and to get any additional details on the services needed. Upon arrival he was professional, efficient in his work, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I found Juan through yelp and saw that he had a good review, I like to support small business owners so I gave him a call! We had one room upstairs that had lost all its power and we couldn't figure out why.  Juan came over and told me that a wire had come lose and fixed it right then. That same day I asked him if he installed recessed lighting, and he said yes. So we set up an appointment for the following week and he came over and installed four new recessed lights upstairs in our TV room. The whole process was quick, clean, affordable, and most importantly friendly! Juan is an exceptional person to work with! We will be calling him again with any electrical needs! 10/10 would recommend him!!

Another stellar job by the guys at Max.  We had a fast turnaround small job and they were able to accommodate and came significantly under price compared to others we got quotes from.  These are my go to electricians and they should be yours too!

Dan was quick to respond to my service request and came to my house very soon after making arrangements. He helped me with a fan installation and was very informative and helped me solve my issues. I learned a little more about wiring from my ceiling thanks to Dan. Friendly and fairly priced. Thank you, Dan.

Shopping around for electrical work was not easy.  I kept getting quotes from big box electrical companies thinking that they were the only ones that could do my whole house remodel, but the prices were unreasonable and way over my project estimate for electrical.
So, I moved to support a locally owned business. I wanted someone that I could trust with my whole house remodel which included replacing all the electrical wiring including installing a new panel on my  60-year-old home.
Jeff, the Owner, did an amazing job. He was meticulous and we could not have been happier with the work that he did.  When it came time for the inspection, the City Inspector was impressed with his work.  He said, looks like he takes pride in his work! In addition to rewiring the whole house in the structural state, he added can lighting, and also added up-lights to the outside which gives the house a whole new look.

Maury is a outstanding electrician and a fair and honest person.  He goes out of his way to help you diagnose the problem without him having to come out, for free!  He is busy so don't expect same day or even same week service, but with his help, you may be able to take care of the issue yourself!

We first used Jesse Padilla last year when we had LED lights installed in our kitchen along with some new outlets.  He is wonderful.  The job he did is absolutely perfect.  He is a good guy also.  He even came by later after the kitchen was completed to check on things.  What a great guy.  You will not be disappointed if you use him for your electrical needs.  Also, his charges were very reasonable.    Give Jesse a call - we highly recommend him

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

They swindled me left and right on price and their installation still doesn't work. First they said they'd do two light switch installations for $150. But then when they needed an extra day to do it they quoted me $95 each so $190. Even at this higher price they weren't able to correctly install the 4 way switch. I literally had to hold the technicians hand the whole time and show him how to do it. And still he got it wrong. I'm gonna bite the bullet and replace it myself. They also installed 3 outlets which ultimately were not even placed at the spot I asked for. Overall they charged me $600. Way overpriced for such amateur work. Normally Id let it slide to support small local businesses but their customer service is also extremely bad. They wanted to charge me an extra $12 for credit card fees without first informing me. I had to fight them on the phone to get it reversed. Also I've been waiting 2 weeks for them to give me quote for a camera install. They don't even have the decency to return messages or emails regarding it. There are a boat load of electricians in Austin so explore your options!

Professional service at a fair and reasonable price. I had an electrical issue at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Other companies wanted six days to respond. I called H&S and they were at my house in a half hour. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day. High quality work, very nice and explained everything. Even let me look over shoulder during every step of repair. Used new top quality parts. I had a great experience, give them a try.

Jon was awesome to work with. He showed up right on time when promised both for the estimate appointment and to actually perform work.  He installed my light fixture flawlessly, including a trip back to the hardware store to make sure he had the exact outlet box that would fit it without needing to cause damage to my ceiling. Everything was dusted off and swept before he and his helper left, and he was happy to give me advice on another small issue too. I would heartily recommend Shine On Electric to anyone who needs an honest, fair-priced, perfectionist electrician - I'll definitely be calling again next time I need something!

Eddie and his crew came out last week on short notice and took care of installing a metered loop for us. I was super impressed with Eddie's responsiveness to all communication and when he came out to give a free quote and check out the job he was polite and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for many years (since he was in high school!) and he took the time to give advice to my son about electrician apprenticeship. Eddie and his crew came out and completed the job ahead of schedule and they were super efficient and had great attitudes, even in freezing temps. Unnecessary blew out a huge hole in my dry wall only to not fix the original problem. Tech was rude, slow, and didn't inform me of what he was doing. Overpriced and poor customer service. I called another company and they were able to fix the mistake that Jon Wayne didnt. I'd highly recommend steering clear of this company by all means.
