We were having dinner one night and suddenly all our lights turned off.  My husband went and tried to reset the main break in the garage.  Only a few lights came back on, but it was pretty obvious that only the kitchen and the family room did not have electricity.  We called around and left messages hoping someone would come after 7:30pm.  I found Thomas and called him by 7:45pm.  He still came out even though he was an hr away and business hrs posted on yelp says closing in 40mins. Thomas came through and fixed the problem in the main breaker outside our home.  He is awesome! And I was surprised it didn't cost us an arm and a leg for an electrician to come out after business hrs.  He is professional and knowledgeable.

Justin was absolutely amazing! We had to have ground wires replaced . The whole team that came out was amazing . Everyone was so positive, the atmosphere was wonderful. They kept us up to speed with everything. I highly recommend them. Will most definitely be using them again

These guys are awesome! Came over with no issues to inspect my system and pointed out CO2 problem & were able to fix the system same day! Great service, great customer service, and great value! Noel & Jesse were professional, quick, and clean. Answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained why there was a problem & what it took to fix it. Very transparent about what they were suggesting and why. Recommend services!

I found Steve (Owner of The Electrical Team) through Home Advisor...He installed two chandeliers in my house and I am having him back to install some outlets in my attic for security cameras.  He is awesome electrician that knows his stuff!  Plus, he's great at scheduling appointments at the last minute...You will not be disappointed with him.

I didn't end up using them due to scheduling conflicts but they were super friendly, competent, and responsive.

Kevin did a great job installing recessed lighting and a new entry chandelier for us.  Communication, service and price were all excellent.  We will definitely use Pawson again in the future!

After having one electrician never show, I proceeded to call 7 electricians...earliest appt was 2.5 weeks out. Darin called me back, and was able to identify my issue over the phone (just from a photo!), and come right out and fix it immediately (might have just been lucky timing, but he gets credit for it either way). I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Also, I was very happy with his ability to explain the issue and help me understand the system better. As a Realtor, I value great help and will be referring all clients to him in the future.

Be careful with Dan. He is not transparent with his pricing and will sneak in extra charges if he can. He told me on the phone to never call him again after I refused to pay his extra charges. He then threatened to put a lein on my house over refusing to pay his sneaky and not agreed charges. I guess this was some kind of bully tactic.

He really likes to talk. Although he thinks he is friendly, no one really cares about his odd stories. When he is talking, he is not working and therefore the job takes a really long time.

Shopping around for electrical work was not easy.  I kept getting quotes from big box electrical companies thinking that they were the only ones that could do my whole house remodel, but the prices were unreasonable and way over my project estimate for electrical.

Jeff, the Owner, did an amazing job. He was meticulous and we could not have been happier with the work that he did.  When it came time for the inspection, the City Inspector was impressed with his work.  He said, looks like he takes pride in his work! In addition to rewiring the whole house in the structural state, he added can lighting, and also added up-lights to the outside which gives the house a whole new look.

Maury is a outstanding electrician and a fair and honest person.  He goes out of his way to help you diagnose the problem without him having to come out, for free!  He is busy so don't expect same day or even same week service, but with his help, you may be able to take care of the issue yourself!

We recently had issues with our electrical service. We did not know what was wrong but eventually got so bad we had minimal electric in our house. I called several electricians and none of them were able to arrive for several days. I called Jesse Padilla at KJ Electric and he had someone at my house within an hour. When Roland arrived he did an extensive evaluation of our electrical system. when we purchased a home in 2020 we were told if the entire electrical system had been replaced however Roland found that the exterior panel had not been and was over 35 to 40 years old. They were able to temporarily repair our problems and came back a few days later and completely replaced the exterior panel. The price was extremely reasonable and Roland worked very hard and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jesse Roland and KJ electric for any electrical problems you may have

I had a semi big job for Mike with installing grounded outlets and a new breaker panel. Him and his partner did a great job for a great price. Mike is extremely polite and knowledgeable. He will try and cut costs as much as he can for you. I would highly recommend Mike for all of your electrical needs and I will be using him for any further electrical work moving forward.

This is the 3rd time I have hired this company for electrical needs. I was in a major bind and behind schedule on a remodel, and Louis came to the rescue to clean up what another electrician had neglected to be a professional and perform. He handled the permit process and was very communicative and accommodating in his schedule to make sure it got taken care of properly.

Professional service at a fair and reasonable price. I had an electrical issue at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Other companies wanted six days to respond. I called H&S and they were at my house in a half hour. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next day. High quality work, very nice and explained everything. Even let me look over shoulder during every step of repair. Used new top quality parts. I had a great experience, give them a try.

Eddie and his crew came out last week on short notice and took care of installing a metered loop for us. I was super impressed with Eddie's responsiveness to all communication and when he came out to give a free quote and check out the job he was polite and knowledgeable. He has been in the industry for many years (since he was in high school!) and he took the time to give advice to my son about electrician apprenticeship. Eddie and his crew came out and completed the job ahead of schedule and they were super efficient and had great attitudes, even in freezing temps. I've had multiple exceptionally bad experiences/outcomes with Jon Wayne at two different houses.  Several years ago after a series of errors and poor workmanship by multiple Jon Wayne technicians I ultimately needed to replace an entire system that was only 6 years old.  During the course of that experience I had a service manager sitting at my kitchen table that initially refused to speak to my friend with prior AC experience that I had asked to be present for the visit.  It was completely unprofessional and an egregious violation of customer service 101.  Given the history of poor workmanship leading to progressively more and larger problems as well as the unacceptable customer service I experienced, I used a different company to do the new installation and swore off Jon Wayne for good.  I did not leave a review at the time, hoping this horrible experience was an aberration for the company and not business as usual.  However, now years later in a new house, I made the mistake of calling them back since all the HVAC units in this new house had been previously serviced by Jon Wayne.  Mistake.  I called to request their seasonal tune-up and new filters for my 3 units.  All units were completely functional for the prior year ahead of the Jon Wayne technician's arrival.  After 5 hours, the technician left my wife recommendations for two thousand dollars worth of repairs and upgrades.  My filters had still not been addressed and one of the units was completely nonfunctional after the visit leaving all my children's rooms at a very uncomfortable 87 degrees for the night.  They were not able to help me again that day despite very clearly being the cause of the malfunction.  I scheduled an appointment for late the next day since I was going to be at work until then.  They initially accepted the appointment time.  However, the next day they called to tell me they were not able to accommodate that time frame because it was too late.  When I voiced my displeasure at this the operator insisted that I had refused repair recommendations provided by the technician somehow suggesting that it was my fault I wouldn't have air conditioning for an additional day because of my difficult work schedule and ignoring the fact that I had completely functional systems before they provided their tune-up.  Outrageous.  I cancelled the appointment and called a competitor who was able to accommodate my schedule.  It was against my better judgement for me to have called Jon Wayne back.  I would very highly recommend anyone else shop around and use an alternate service provider.
