These folks are fantastic.  I actually called my builder first in regards to my concerns with the shower drain.

Cathedral Plumbing came out the next day and inspected it.  They showed me how the drain assembly works etc.

WOW! - we just had a pipe under our house freeze and break. We have an old farmhouse in Roanoke that we are restoring, so everything is old! I called several plumbers, some were VERY ridiculously expensive, others didn't want to crawl under a house that had a leaked pipe. I happen to see this man's name and number in one of the neighborhood post...John at Advanced Plumbing...good review so I called.
First off HE answered the phone! Second he was VERY professional, polite, and concerned (asked me if I needed him immediately due to kids or health issues etc), and third he showed up EXACTLY when he said he would...the next morning! Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

These guys are the best!  After calling 20 different companies I decided to try another company and had them out to run a leak detection test.  After they came out and found what they said was the leak and me paying them $250 I didn't even get a written report and the quote they gave me seemed high. I called these guys and they were out that day to look and give me a quote which was significantly lower than the other and a completely different approach to repai. They are super busy and told me it could be up to two weeks before they could get to us but they were GREAT and got me in that next week.  You do not realize how much you love hot running water until you don't have it.  Thanks Christian, I will text you when your home made pasta is ready.

Do NOT! use anyone but Blue Watson and Professor Plumb!! I have had to use them twice this year (once in April 2016 and again, today, Oct. 2016) and both times Mr. Watson has been professional, nice, and thorough. He has given step by step on everything he did, what he needed to do and why.

And, of course, I will always support a fellow Veteran!!

This old house of mine will need more repairs eventually and I already know who I will call and who I trust!!

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
