John came to our home after hours due our kitchen sink backing up. He worked into the night refusing to leave until he resolved the issue which turned out to be more severe than either of us anticipated. Friday night our toilet clogged and stayed clogged no matter what we did (our other toilet had been removed for a remodel). Over the weekend!  After speaking to several plumbers on Saturday morning, we selected Byron McDaniel simply because he could get here the soonest. He arrived right on time Sunday morning and installed a new one. He was pleasant and very quick. No mess left behind and his price was very reasonable. I would recommend McDaniels plumbing to anyone and will definitely use him again. Thank you Byron!

This company performed like an ambassador and far exceeded my expectations. I had them pull out all cast iron from under my slab house and replace it with PVC.  They showed up on time and completed on time. Their excavation crew even put the garden hoses back exactly as they found them.  They were a least cost of 3 bids and they did the work without breaking up my slab. Christian appears to be the foreman ordering the crews but I've got nothing but good words to say about all of them.  I don't expect to need them again but I can certainly recommend them.

Cody and Seth gave us piece of mind.  Showed up on a Slab leak issue and made us feel a heck of a lot more comfortable after we talked through what can be done.  Were clean, tidy and again explained all the items.  Not an exciting thing when you see water coming up through your floor but happy with Blue Star to help us navigate the issues.

This company was doing work on my neighbor's property. They came on my property, left Bobcat tracks, ruts, and tore up my sodded yard. After assuring both my husband and me on several occasions that they would repair the damage, they did not. They've broken appointments and have done nothing.

Working through our home warranty company they first came and the toilet clog was not fixed. They kept promising dates for 2 weeks and refused to come unclog the toilet. Very rude and unprofessional, BEWARE! Never came back.
